Optionally, when the placement state of the remote control device is changed through the gyroscope sensor, for example, when the remote control device is picked up through the gyroscope sensor, a sensor wake-up detection function on the remote control device may be triggered to reduce energy consumption and prolong the service life of the sensor, or when the remote control device is put down through the gyroscope sensor, the sensor is controlled to be switched from a wake-up state to a sleep state.
Based on the structural block diagram of the terminal device, the invention provides various embodiments of the remote control device false touch prevention method.
In a first embodiment, the present invention provides a method for preventing a remote control device from being touched by mistake, please refer to fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating the method for preventing the remote control device from being touched by mistake according to the first embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the remote control device false touch prevention method includes the steps of:
step S10, when receiving key operation or detecting that the remote control device is picked up, collecting sensor data collected by a sensor on the remote control device;
the key operation may be triggered by receiving a key press, or triggered by receiving a touch manner or other manners corresponding to the key operation, which is not limited herein.
Detecting that the remote control device is picked up, and detecting that the angle information of the remote control device changes through a gyroscope sensor arranged on the remote control device so as to determine that the remote control device is picked up; or can be determined by detecting the change of the placing direction of the remote control device, such as the switching of the horizontal direction and the vertical direction; the determination may also be made by detecting that the remote control device is switched from a static state to a moving state, and this embodiment is not limited to this specific implementation.
Optionally, the acquisition mode of acquiring the sensor data acquired by the sensor on the remote control device may be real-time acquisition, and may also be acquisition at regular time or preset time intervals.
As an optional implementation manner, the obtaining manner of the sensor data collected by the sensor on the remote control device may also be that the obtaining is triggered when the obtaining condition of the sensor data is satisfied, for example, when it is detected that the remote control device is taken up, that is, when there is a possibility that the remote control device is subjected to a key operation, the detecting function of the sensor on the remote control device is triggered and awakened, so as to obtain the sensor data collected by the sensor on the remote control device. That is, step S10 includes: and when the remote control device is detected to be picked up, awakening the detection function of the sensor on the remote control device, and acquiring the sensor data acquired by the sensor on the remote control device.
Optionally, after waking up a detection function of a sensor on the remote control device when the remote control device is detected to be picked up, the method includes:
and when detecting that the placement state of the remote control device is not changed, controlling the detection function of the sensor to be switched from a wake-up state to a sleep state.
In order to save energy consumption and prolong the service life of the sensor, the detection function of the sensor on the remote control device is awakened when the remote control device is detected to be taken up. When the remote control device is detected not to be picked up by a person, or the remote control device is detected not to be held by the person, or the remote control device is put down, or the key operation is not detected within the preset time interval, the sensor can be controlled to be switched from the awakening state to the dormant state, so that the energy consumption is saved.
Optionally, to ensure that the remote control device is not picked up or held by a person to trigger the keys of the remote control device to control, the determination that the placement state of the remote control device has not changed may be that no change has occurred within a preset time period of the placement state of the remote control device.
And step S20, when the sensor data meet the preset conditions, the control corresponding to the received key operation is not responded.
When the sensor data meet the preset conditions, namely when the handheld remote control device is determined to be a child, the control corresponding to the received key operation can be controlled to be unresponsive, so that the remote control device is prevented from being touched by mistake to control the electronic product, and meanwhile, the use safety of the remote control device is improved.
The remote control device is a wireless transmitting device, the key information is coded by a modern digital coding technology, a light wave is transmitted by an infrared diode, the light wave converts a received infrared signal into an electric signal by an infrared receiver of a receiver, and then the electric signal is decoded by a processor, and a corresponding command is demodulated to achieve the operation requirement of controlling equipment such as a set top box and the like to complete. In order to achieve the purpose that control corresponding to the received key operation is not responded, the infrared diode of the remote control device can be controlled not to be lightened by controlling the infrared diode, for example, the infrared diode is controlled to be lightened or extinguished by setting a switch, so that when the sensor data meets the preset condition, the infrared diode does not emit infrared light waves to achieve the purpose of not responding to the control corresponding to the received key operation even if the key operation is received.
Alternatively, the on-off of the switch can be controlled in a software control mode to control the infrared diode to be turned on or off. For example, when the sensor data is determined to meet the preset conditions, the control switch is triggered to be turned off, so that when the key operation is received, the infrared diode does not emit infrared light waves, and the purpose of not responding to the control corresponding to the received key operation is achieved. It can be understood that, when it is determined that the sensor data does not satisfy the preset condition, that is, the user holding the remote controller or triggering the key operation is an adult, the trigger control switch is turned on, so that when the key operation is received, the infrared diode lights up to emit an infrared light wave in response to the control corresponding to the received key operation.
In practical applications, the contact area, hand-held gestures and hand-held positions of adults and children are different when holding the remote control device. If a child usually holds the remote control device with his hand to play, the hand is smaller, the contact area with the remote control device is smaller, and the width of the remote control device held by the palm of the hand is much smaller than that of the remote control device held by an adult, or the child usually holds the corner of the remote control device to hold the remote control device, or the position of the remote control device is frequently changed.
Optionally, the sensor data satisfying the preset condition in step S20 includes at least one of the following ways:
determining that the number of touched sensors on the remote control device is less than or equal to a preset number according to the sensor data;
optionally, the sensors are distance sensors and/or pressure sensors, and the number of sensors touched on the remote control device may be further determined based on sensor data collected by different types of sensors. Wherein, when the sensor adopts a distance sensor such as an infrared sensor and a pressure sensor,
it should be noted that, when the sensor data acquired by the sensor is used to determine the data of the sensor that is touched, if the sensor adopts an infrared sensor in a distance sensor, whether the infrared sensor is likely to be blocked by touch can be determined based on whether the receiving end of the infrared sensor detects infrared light wave reflection, so as to predict in advance that the infrared sensor is blocked by touch, and if the receiving end of the infrared sensor detects infrared light wave reflection, it is determined that the infrared sensor is likely to be blocked by touch, it is determined that the infrared sensor is blocked by touch; if the receiving end does not detect the infrared light wave reflection, the infrared sensor is judged not to be shielded by touch; or when the infrared sensor detects that the distance is smaller than or equal to a preset distance, determining that the infrared sensor is shielded by touch, wherein the preset distance is the distance for determining that the shielding object and the remote controller form touch shielding, and further determining the sensors which are shielded by touch and arranged on the remote control device so as to further obtain the number of the sensors which are shielded by touch and arranged in a plurality of sensors on the remote control device; if the pressure sensor is a pressure sensor, the pressure sensor with the pressure value greater than or equal to the preset pressure value can be determined to be a touched sensor based on the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor, so as to further acquire the number of sensors shielded by touch in the plurality of sensors arranged on the remote control device.
The sensors which are shielded by touch are the sensors with the preset number, the sensors are arranged on the remote control device at intervals, the sensors with the preset number can be used for determining the width of the remote control device held by the palm when the user holds the remote control device, and the width of the remote control device held by the palm determined by the sensors with the preset number is used for judging that the user holding the remote control device is a child.
Optionally, the preset number may be set by the user as needed, for example, preset based on the palm of the child at home, or may be determined based on the acquired information of the child by inputting information of the child, such as age, height, quality, and the like, and the reference number is set as the preset number, which is not limited in this embodiment.
When the number of the touched sensors is smaller than or equal to the preset number, the condition that the hands or palms of the users holding the remote control device are small and children may touch the remote control device by mistake to control the electronic equipment exists, the control corresponding to the received key operation is not responded. For example, when the sensor is an infrared sensor, it can be determined whether the infrared sensor is shielded or touched when the user holds the remote control device by using data collected by the infrared sensor, and then the number of the sensors on the remote control device that are shielded or touched can be determined according to the sensor data, and is less than or equal to a preset number, that is, the number indicates that the hand or palm of the user holding the remote control device is small and may be a child, and then the control corresponding to the received key operation is not responded, so as to prevent the child from mistakenly touching the remote control device.
The gesture for holding the remote control device determined according to the sensor data meets a preset holding gesture;
the preset hand-holding gesture refers to a gesture of a family member which belongs to a child and is used for holding the remote control device. And determining the gesture of the handheld remote control device according to the sensor data, determining the touched sensor through the sensor data, and acquiring the touched sensor identification so as to determine the gesture of the user when the user holds the remote control device through the sensor identification.
It should be noted that, the sensors, such as matrix sensors, disposed at intervals in the remote control device each have a corresponding sensor identifier to uniquely determine the sensor, and the gesture of the hand-held remote control device is determined by obtaining the touched sensor identifier and then by the contact point of the user holding the remote control device formed by all the touched sensors.
When the gesture of the handheld remote control device meets the preset handheld gesture, the fact that the user of the handheld remote control device is a child possibly exists, the child mistakenly touches the remote control device to control the electronic equipment is possible, and the control corresponding to the received key operation is not responded, so that the child is prevented from mistakenly touching the remote control device.
And the position of holding the remote control device determined according to the sensor data is positioned at a preset position of the remote control device.
In practical application, when a child usually holds the remote control device for playing, the child usually holds the corner of the remote control device due to the small hand, so as to hold the remote control device conveniently, or when the child holds the remote control device for playing, the child frequently changes the position of the hand-held remote control device.
The preset position is the position of the family member belonging to the child and commonly holding the remote control device. The position of the handheld remote control device is determined according to the sensor data, and similarly to the gesture of the handheld remote control device determined according to the sensor data, the touched sensor can be determined according to the sensor data, the touched sensor identification is obtained, and the position of the user when the user holds the remote control device is determined according to the sensor identification. When the position of the handheld remote control device is located at the preset position of the remote control device, the fact that a user holding the handheld remote control device is a child possibly exists, the child touches the remote control device by mistake to control the electronic equipment is avoided, and the control corresponding to the received key operation is not responded, so that the child is prevented from touching the remote control device by mistake.
Optionally, when the child takes the remote control device for playing, the position of the handheld remote control device may be frequently changed, when it is detected that the position of the handheld remote control device determined according to the sensor data frequently changes within a preset time period, for example, the position of the handheld remote control device changes 4 times within 10 seconds, or when it is detected that the placement state of the handheld remote control device determined according to the sensor data, for example, a gyroscope sensor frequently changes within a preset time period, that is, the remote control device is frequently put down and taken up, the user of the handheld remote control device may be determined to be the child, and then a step of not responding to the control corresponding to the received key operation is performed, so as to prevent the child from mistakenly touching the remote control device.
Optionally, based on the above analysis description, the sensor data satisfying the preset condition in step S20 includes any one of the following manners, where the sensor data satisfying the preset condition includes at least two of the following manners, the holding information of the handheld remote control device determined according to the sensor data in combination with the above analysis may include at least two of the number, the gesture, and the position of the touched sensor, and when all the information in the holding information satisfies the preset condition, that is, when the user of the handheld remote control device is a child, the step of not responding to the control corresponding to the received key operation is performed, which is not limited by this embodiment.
As an optional implementation manner, step S10 is followed by:
and responding to the received control corresponding to the key operation when the sensor data does not meet the preset condition.
The sensor data does not meet the preset conditions, namely the holding information of the handheld remote control device is determined through the sensor data, the holding information comprises at least one of the number, the gestures and the positions of the touched sensors, and under the condition that any one of all information in the holding information does not meet the preset conditions, the handheld remote controller or a user triggering key operation is an adult, the corresponding control of the received key operation is responded, and the corresponding electronic equipment is controlled through the remote control device.
As an alternative embodiment, after or simultaneously with step S10, the method includes:
and controlling an indicator light of the remote control device to keep an off state, and/or outputting prompt information for adjusting the remote control device to be held.
The indicator light of the remote control device may be used to determine if the key is valid. If the indicator light is lightened, the key is indicated to be effective, namely the corresponding electronic equipment can be controlled through key operation; when the indicator light goes out, the key is indicated to be invalid, and the electronic equipment cannot be controlled through key operation.
In an actual application process, there may be a situation that an adult holds the remote control device, and sensor data acquired by the sensor meets a preset condition, for example, most of the positions of the hand-held remote control device are close to the bottom end of the remote controller, thereby causing the sensor data to meet the preset condition, for example, the sensor data determines that the number of the sensors touched on the remote control device may be less than or equal to a preset number, or, the sensor data determines that a gesture of holding the remote control device may be matched with a preset hand-held gesture, or, the sensor data determines that the position of the hand-held remote control device may be located at the preset position of the remote control device, thereby causing that a received control corresponding to a key operation is not responded, and the electronic device cannot be controlled through the key operation. For adults, the indication lamp of the remote controller device is controlled to keep in an off state, so that the adults can know that the current key operation is invalid, after the mode of the hand-held remote controller device is adjusted, when the key operation is executed, the sensor data is collected again through the sensor, and when the sensor data does not meet the preset condition, the control corresponding to the received key operation is responded. Similarly, prompt information for adjusting the handheld remote control device can be output to prompt an adult to execute key operation after the mode of adjusting the handheld remote control device is adopted.
In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, when it is detected that the remote control device is picked up, the electronic product may be controlled by the remote control device, or the electronic product is controlled by detecting the key operation of the remote control device, the sensor data acquired by the sensor on the remote control device is acquired, so that when the sensor data meets the preset condition, that is, when it is determined that the remote control device is triggered by mistake to control the electronic product, the control corresponding to the received key operation is not responded, and the safety of using the remote control device is improved while the remote control device is prevented from being touched by mistake to control the electronic product.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a remote control device false touch prevention method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, when the sensor provided in the remote control device is disposed in a handheld portion of the remote control device, the handheld portion is a portion where the user holds the remote control device, and the remote control device is provided with at least two handheld portions, the step S10 of collecting sensor data collected by the sensor on the remote control device includes:
step S11, collecting sensor data collected by the sensor on each hand-held portion of the remote control device;
step S20 includes:
and step S21, when the sensor data on each handheld part meet the preset conditions, the control corresponding to the received key operation is not responded.
In the practical application process, different users have different modes of holding the remote control device, and if the users are accustomed to holding the remote control device by one hand, the users can hold the remote control device by the left hand or hold the remote control device by the right hand; and some users are used to hold the remote control device with both hands. It is understood that, when the user holds the remote control device with both hands, in order to avoid the failure to accurately determine whether the user is an adult or a young child from the sensor data collected by the sensor, further, the sensor data collected by the sensor of the remote control device may be acquired by determining the manner in which the user holds the remote control device.
Optionally, corresponding to different ways of holding the remote control device, at least two holding parts may be adaptively provided on the remote control device, so that the left hand or the right hand of the user corresponds to the holding part to realize one-hand holding of the remote control device, or so that the left hand or the right hand of the user corresponds to the holding part to realize two-hand holding of the remote control device. Wherein, a handheld portion can correspond to the user holding the remote control device by the left hand or holding the remote control device by the right hand.
Optionally, in practice, at least two hand-held portions may be provided to accommodate different shapes of remote control device. For example, when the remote control device is shaped as a rectangular parallelepiped, the left and right sides parallel to the long side of the rectangular parallelepiped can be respectively set as the handheld portions, in practical applications, the hand of a child is small, usually the corner of the remote control device is handheld, and the left and right sides of the remote control device cannot be simultaneously and completely held in a case of being held by one hand, and the left and right hands respectively correspond to the handheld portions of the left and right sides in a case of being held by two hands.
The sensor that corresponds every handheld portion and set up, the sensor sign that every handheld portion corresponds is different, wherein, the sensor sign is used for only confirming the discernment sensor, accessible sensor sign confirms the sensor and distributes in remote control unit's position, also accessible sensor sign is in order to confirm the handheld portion that the sensor is located, for example, when remote control unit is the cuboid, the assumption is that the left and right sides face is the handheld portion respectively with the long limit of cuboid parallel, the handheld portion that the left surface corresponds is provided with interval distribution's sensor sign and is 1-6, the handheld portion that the right flank corresponds is provided with interval distribution's sensor sign and is 7-12.
The sensor data acquired by the sensor on each handheld portion of the remote control device is acquired, and it can be understood that the sensor data acquired by the sensor on each handheld portion of the remote control device is determined through the sensor identification, and whether the sensor data on each handheld portion meets the preset condition is further determined. And when the sensor data on each handheld part meets the preset condition, the user holding the remote control device is a child, and the control corresponding to the received key operation is not responded.
For specific implementation of the sensor data meeting the preset condition, reference may be made to the specific description in the second embodiment, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, corresponding to the different application scenarios of holding remote control unit with one hand or holding remote control unit with both hands, sensor data on each handheld portion through gathering remote control unit, in order to judge that sensor data on each handheld portion all satisfies the preset condition, also be no matter whether holding remote control unit with one hand or holding remote control unit with both hands, only guarantee that sensor data on each handheld portion all satisfies the preset condition, when can ensure that remote control unit is triggered by mistake in order to control electronic product, control that corresponds to the key operation received does not respond, when remote control unit avoided is touched by mistake and is controlled electronic product, the security that remote control unit used has been improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a structural diagram of a terminal device or a remote control device related to the method for preventing a remote control device from being touched by mistake according to the present invention. It should be noted that, two side edges of the remote control device are provided with a handheld portion, when the sensor a adopts an infrared sensor, the two sides of the remote control device are respectively provided with an infrared sensor at intervals, the remote control device is further provided with a gyroscope sensor B, for example, an infrared sensor is arranged at an interval of 2cm, and when the gyroscope sensor detects that the remote control device is taken up, the detection function of the infrared sensor is turned on. When the remote control device is subjected to key operation, the number of shielded infrared sensors is determined according to sensor data by collecting the sensor data of the sensors;
if the total number of the shielded infrared sensors is less than or equal to 3, the fact that the remote control device is operated by a baby is indicated, the indicating lamp of the remote control device is not turned on, and the key operation is not responded;
if the total number of the shielded infrared sensors is larger than 3, the number of the shielded infrared sensors of each handheld part is respectively judged, if the number of the shielded infrared sensors of one handheld part in all the handheld parts is larger than 3, the fact that the remote control device is operated by an adult is indicated, an indicator lamp of the remote control device is lightened to prompt that the operation is successful, and the control corresponding to the key operation is responded;
if the total number of the infrared sensors of all the hand-held parts which are shielded is greater than 3, but the shielded number of each hand-held part is less than or equal to 3, the remote control device is operated by two hands of a baby, the indicating lamp of the remote control device is not on, and the corresponding control of key operation is not responded;
considering that when an adult operates the remote control device, the situation that the hand-held position is too close to the bottom end of the remote control device possibly exists, so that the number of the infrared sensors which detect that the hand-held part of the remote control device is shielded is less than or equal to 3, at the moment, the adult can judge whether the operation is effective or not by referring to the state of the indicator lamp of the remote control device, if the indicator lamp of the remote control device is not lightened during operation, the hand-held position can be adjusted until the hand-held part covers more than 3 infrared sensors, and then key operation is carried out;
if the infrared sensor can not detect the shielding and the gyroscope can not detect the angle change of the remote control device, the remote control device is put down, and the detection function of the infrared sensor can be closed.
Optionally, if the function of preventing the baby from touching the remote control device by mistake needs to be started, the user can set the function according to the self needs. For example, an exemplary hand-held mode for operating the remote control device is shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a reference hand-held mode provided for operating the remote control device related to the remote control device anti-false touch method of the present invention, a palm and fingers wrap the remote controller, and a thumb operates, the palm width of a normal adult is generally above 8cm, and the palm width of a baby is generally below 6 cm. The setting interval of the infrared detector and the threshold value of the palm of the adult or the baby can be adjusted according to the situation.
The invention also proposes a terminal device, comprising: the method comprises a memory, a processor and a remote control device false touch prevention program which is stored in the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the remote control device false touch prevention program realizes the steps of the remote control device false touch prevention method in any embodiment when being executed by the processor.
The present invention further provides a readable storage medium, which stores a remote control device false touch prevention program, where the remote control device false touch prevention program implements the steps of the remote control device false touch prevention method according to any of the above embodiments when executed by a processor.
