1. An intelligent conference interaction method, which is implemented by intelligent conference table cards, wherein the intelligent conference table cards are communicated with each other, the method comprises the following steps,

acquiring identity information of conference participants and displaying the identity information on intelligent conference table cards corresponding to the conference participants;

adjusting the working mode of an intelligent conference table board of a conference speaker according to the working mode selection request of the conference speaker;

and displaying the working mode and the speaking content of the speaking person in the conference on the intelligent conference table board corresponding to other participants.

2. The intelligent conference interaction method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining of participant identity information comprises,

acquiring the biological characteristics of the participants through a biological identification module on the intelligent conference table board, and further acquiring the identity information of the participants; or the like, or, alternatively,

the audio signals of the participants are obtained through the sound pickup device on the intelligent conference table board, and the identity information corresponding to the participants is obtained through the audio signals.

The intelligent conference interaction method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the working modes are a conference discussion mode, a language translation mode and a remote working mode, and the working mode and the speaking content of the speaking person in the conference are displayed on the intelligent conference table board corresponding to the other participants, including,

when the working mode is a conference discussion mode, dynamically displaying the speaking content of the conference speaker through the intelligent conference table card corresponding to the conference speaker, and simultaneously transmitting the speaking content of the conference speaker to the intelligent conference table cards of other participants for displaying;

when the working mode is a language translation mode, translating the speaking content of the conference speaker through the intelligent conference table board corresponding to the conference speaker, displaying the translated content on the intelligent conference table board corresponding to the conference speaker, and transmitting the translated content to the intelligent conference table boards of other participants for displaying;

and when the working mode is the remote working mode, carrying out the remote conference by the remote conference software on the intelligent conference table board corresponding to each participant.

4. The intelligent conference interaction method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising,

acquiring a conference ending instruction;

and generating a conference summary according to the conference ending instruction and the speaking content of the conference speaker, and sending the conference summary to the intelligent terminal of each participant.

5. An intelligent conference interaction system is characterized by comprising,

the intelligent conference table cards are communicated with one another and are used for displaying identity information of participants, conference working modes and speaking contents of other participants;

and the control terminal is used for controlling the working state of the intelligent conference table board and issuing related information to the conference table board.

The intelligent conference interaction system as claimed in claim 5, further comprising an intelligent terminal, wherein the intelligent terminal communicates with a corresponding intelligent conference board for receiving the speaking content and the conference summary of the speaker in the conference.

7. The intelligent conference interaction system as claimed in claim 5, wherein the intelligent conference table board comprises a fixed structure, and a first display screen, a second display screen, a control panel, a control unit and a sound pickup device are arranged on the fixed structure;

the control unit is respectively connected with the control terminal, the first display screen, the second display screen, the pickup device and the control panel; the control panel is used for selecting the working mode of the intelligent conference table board, and the sound pickup device is used for acquiring audio signals and displaying the audio signals on the first display screen and/or the second display screen.

The intelligent conference interaction system as claimed in claim 5, wherein the intelligent conference table board further comprises a camera device, the camera device is connected with the control unit and is arranged on the conference table board, and is used for acquiring facial information of the participants to identify the identity information of the participants.

9. The conference interaction system as claimed in claim 5, wherein said intelligent conference table board further comprises a communication module, said communication module is disposed on a fixed structure, and said communication module is connected to a control unit.

The intelligent conference interaction system as claimed in any one of claims 5 to 9, further comprising a sound amplifying device, wherein the sound amplifying device is connected to the control unit, and is configured to amplify the audio signal obtained by the sound pickup device, and the sound amplifying device is externally connected to or disposed on a fixed structure.

Background

In the prior art, after the speakers speak, other participants record relevant key contents in the conference, and meanwhile, the participants need to record conference summary specially, so that the participants sometimes do not clearly hear the speaking contents of the speakers, the conference effect is not good, and manpower is wasted.

In addition, the table board seat card or the table card for the conference in the prior art is generally of a triangular support structure made of acrylic and other transparent materials, information of different participants is displayed through the built-in or external paper printed or printed seat card, the conventional conference article has a history for many years, although the structure is simple and durable, the seat card with different contents needs to be replaced for each conference, dynamic information display in the conference site cannot be achieved, and the use is inconvenient.

Disclosure of Invention

The present application aims to solve or mitigate at least one technical problem in the prior art.

In a first aspect, the present application provides an intelligent conference interaction method, which is implemented by intelligent conference table cards, wherein the intelligent conference table cards communicate with each other, the method comprising,

acquiring identity information of conference participants and displaying the identity information on intelligent conference table cards corresponding to the conference participants;

adjusting the working mode of an intelligent conference table board of a conference speaker according to the working mode selection request of the conference speaker;

and displaying the working mode and the speaking content of the speaking person in the conference on the intelligent conference table board corresponding to other participants.

As a preferred embodiment of the present application, the acquiring of the identity information of the participants includes,

acquiring the biological characteristics of the participants through a biological identification module on the intelligent conference table board, and further acquiring the identity information of the participants; or the like, or, alternatively,

the audio signals of the participants are obtained through the sound pickup device on the intelligent conference table board, and the identity information corresponding to the participants is obtained through the audio signals.

As a preferred embodiment of the present application, the working modes are a conference discussion mode, a language translation mode and a teleconference function, and the working mode and the speaking content of the speaking person in the conference are displayed on the intelligent conference table board corresponding to the other participants, including,

when the working mode is a conference discussion mode, dynamically displaying the speaking content of the conference speaker through the intelligent conference table card corresponding to the conference speaker, and simultaneously transmitting the speaking content of the conference speaker to the intelligent conference table cards of other participants for displaying;

when the working mode is a language translation mode, translating the speaking content of the conference speaker through the intelligent conference table board corresponding to the conference speaker, displaying the translated content on the intelligent conference table board corresponding to the conference speaker, and transmitting the translated content to the intelligent conference table boards of other participants for displaying;

and when the working mode is the remote working mode, carrying out the remote conference by the remote conference software on the intelligent conference table board corresponding to each participant.

As a preferred embodiment of the present application, there is further included,

acquiring a conference ending instruction;

and generating a conference summary according to the conference ending instruction and the speaking content of the speaker, and sending the conference summary to the intelligent terminal of each participant.

Compared with the prior art, the intelligent conference interaction method provided by the embodiment of the application is realized through the intelligent conference table board, the sharing of the speech content among participants is realized through the conference table board, and simultaneously after the conference is finished, the conference summary can be automatically output, the speech content of the participants needing to record the speech content of the speakers does not need to be recorded like the participants needing in the prior art, and after the conference is finished, the conference summary recorder is needed to collect the conference summary and send the summary, so that the conference interaction method provided by the application improves the conference efficiency, saves the manpower, and realizes the intellectualization of the conference process.

In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application further provides a conference interaction system, including,

the intelligent conference table cards are communicated with one another and are used for displaying the identity information of the participants and the conference working modes and the speaking contents of other participants;

and the control terminal is used for controlling the working state of the intelligent conference table board and issuing related information to the conference table board.

As a preferred embodiment of the present application, the conference system further includes an intelligent terminal, where the intelligent terminal communicates with a corresponding intelligent conference board, and is configured to receive the speech content and the conference summary of a conference speaker.

As a preferred embodiment of the application, the intelligent conference table board comprises a fixed structure, wherein a first display screen, a second display screen, a control panel, a control unit and a sound pickup device are arranged on the fixed structure;

the control unit is respectively connected with the control terminal, the first display screen, the second display screen, the pickup device and the control panel; the control panel is used for selecting the working mode of the intelligent conference table board, and the sound pickup device is used for acquiring audio signals and displaying the audio signals on the first display screen and/or the second display screen.

As the preferred embodiment of the application, the intelligent conference table card further comprises a camera device, wherein the camera device is connected with the control unit and arranged on the conference table card and used for acquiring the facial information of the participants so as to identify the identity information of the participants.

As the preferred embodiment of this application, intelligence meeting platform tablet still includes, communication module sets up on fixed knot constructs, communication module is connected with the control unit.

As the preferred embodiment of this application, the system still includes public address set, public address set is connected with the control unit, be used for with audio signal that pickup apparatus acquireed enlargies, public address set is external or set up on fixed knot constructs.

Compared with the prior art, the conference interaction system provided by the embodiment of the application has the advantages that the intelligent conference table cards corresponding to the participants are communicated with the control terminal, and the intelligent conference table cards are used for displaying the identity information of the participants, and displaying the identity information of the participants, conference working modes and speaking contents of other participants; the control terminal is used for controlling the working state of the intelligent conference table board and issuing related information to the conference table board. By the technical scheme, the intellectualization of the whole conference process can be realized, and the conference efficiency is improved.

As shown in fig. 1-2, in an embodiment of the present invention, an intelligent conference table board is provided, which includes a fixing structure 1, wherein a power module 12, a control unit 01, a first display screen 02, a second display screen 03, a sound pickup device 09, and a control panel 05 are disposed on the fixing structure 1; the power supply module 12 is connected with the control unit 01 and used for supplying power to the whole conference table board; the control unit 01 is respectively connected with the first display screen 02, the second display screen 03, the sound pickup device 09 and the control panel 05; control panel 05 is used for selecting the mode of meeting platform tablet, pickup 09 is used for acquireing audio signal and shows on first display screen 02 and/or second display screen 03, first display screen 02 is leading display screen, first display screen 02 is used for showing participant's personal identity information and the dynamic display identity information who is speaking the people, or shows meeting theme, slogan etc, second display screen 02 is rearmounted display screen, second display screen 03 is used for the content of speaking of real-time dynamic display speaker, in the embodiment of this application pickup 09 is microphone or microphone array.

The intelligent conference table tablet that this application embodiment provided still includes public address set 10, public address set 10 is connected with the control unit 01, public address set 10 is external or set up on fixed knot constructs 1, public address set 10 be used for with audio signal that pickup apparatus 09 obtained enlargies, and in this application embodiment, public address set 10 can adopt audio amplifier etc..

The intelligent conference table tablet that this application embodiment provided still includes camera device 07, camera device 07 passes through image processing module 06 and is connected with the control unit 01, and in this application embodiment, camera device 07 adopts the camera.

In this embodiment, the image processing module 06 is a face recognition module, and recognizes the identity information of the participant through the face recognition module according to the facial information of the participant acquired by the camera device 07, and displays the identity information on the first display screen 02 and/or the second display screen 03.

The intelligent conference table board provided by the embodiment of the application further comprises a communication module 11, the communication module 11 is arranged on the fixed structure 1, and the communication module 11 is connected with the control unit 01. The communication module 11 includes a WiFi module, a bluetooth module, a ZIGBEE module, an NFC near field module, and the like, which is not limited in the present application. The intelligent conference table boards can be communicated with one another through the communication module 11 on each intelligent conference table board, so that the first display screens 02 of the intelligent conference table boards are combined to display conference trends, conference themes, slogans and the like.

The intelligent conference table board provided by the embodiment of the application further comprises a semantic processing module 08, wherein the semantic processing module 08 is connected with the control unit 01 and used for selecting the language type displayed on the first display screen 02 and/or the second display screen 03 according to the control panel 05 to process, and the semantic processing module 08 has the functions of language translation and language conversion, so that conference listeners can select different language types, the voice of a speaker is automatically translated into the language type required by the conference listeners, and the language type is displayed on the second display screen 03.

In this application embodiment, fixed knot constructs 1 for the triangle-shaped structure, fixed knot constructs 1's first terminal surface 2 is located to first display screen 02, and fixed knot constructs's second terminal surface 3 is located to second display screen 03, and first terminal surface 2 sets up with second terminal surface 3 relatively, operating panel 4 through hinge 5 with fixed knot constructs 1 articulated and connect as an organic wholely, and control panel 05 sets up on operating panel 4, can fold operating panel 4 through hinge 5, portable, and control panel 05 is used for the selection of functions such as speech, discussion, record, translation.

The intelligent conference table board provided by the embodiment of the application further comprises a data processing unit 04, wherein the data processing unit 04 is connected with the control unit 01 and arranged on the fixed structure 1, and the data processing unit 04 is used for processing the received data information.

As shown in fig. 2, which is a block schematic diagram of the present invention, the connection relationship between the units or modules of the present invention is as follows: the control unit 01 is respectively connected with the power module 12, the first display screen 02, the second display screen 03, the control panel 05, the communication module 11, the data processing unit 04, the sound amplifying device 10, the semantic processing module 08 and the image module 06; the camera device 07 is connected with the image module 06, and the sound pickup device 09 is connected with the semantic processing module 08.

The power module 12 is further connected to the first display 02, the second display 03, the control panel 05, the communication module 11, the data processing unit 04, the audio amplifier 10, the camera device 07, and the sound pickup device 09.

The intelligent conference table tablet that this application embodiment provided can show participant's identity information through electronic display screen, can also carry out meeting scene dynamic information display, simple structure, convenient to use.

As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a conference interaction system, including,

the intelligent conference table cards 31 are communicated with one another and used for displaying identity information of participants, conference working modes and speaking contents of other participants;

and the control terminal 32 is used for controlling the working state of the intelligent conference table board and issuing related information to the conference table board.

The conference interaction system is realized by adopting the conference table card, the intelligent conference table card corresponding to the participant is communicated with the control terminal, and the intelligent conference table card is used for displaying the identity information of the participant and displaying the identity information of the participant, conference working modes and speaking contents of other participants; the control terminal is used for controlling the working state of the intelligent conference table board and issuing related information to the conference table board. By the technical scheme, the intellectualization of the whole conference process can be realized, and the conference efficiency is improved.

As shown in fig. 3, the conference interaction system further includes an intelligent terminal 33, where the intelligent terminal communicates with a corresponding intelligent conference board and is used to receive the speaking content and the conference summary of the speaker in the conference.

It should be noted that this intelligent terminal is participant's cell-phone, intelligent terminal can communicate with intelligent meeting platform tablet through near field communication mode or other communication modes, because the content of speaking of speaker can show on the intelligent meeting platform tablet of speaker, so if the communication connection that speaker's smart mobile phone and its intelligent meeting platform tablet established, relevant meeting era this moment also can be sent to the cell-phone that corresponds with intelligent meeting platform tablet so that record, can control intelligent meeting platform tablet through intelligent terminal simultaneously, input participant's identity information to intelligent meeting platform tablet.

The intelligent conference table card in the conference interaction system provided by the embodiment of the application is the same as the intelligent conference table card provided by the embodiment of the application, and is not repeated herein.

As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application further provides a conference interaction method, where the method is implemented by the intelligent conference table card provided above, and specifically includes the following steps:

step S41, acquiring the identity information of the conference participants and displaying the identity information on the intelligent conference table cards corresponding to the conference participants;

it should be noted that, firstly, when a participant arrives at a meeting room, identity information authentication is performed, so when the participant arrives at a distributed seat, the identity information of the participant is identified through the biological identification module on the intelligent meeting table board corresponding to the participant, the biological identification module in the embodiment is a face identification module, a fingerprint identification module and the like arranged on the intelligent meeting table board, after the identification is passed, the name, the company name, the position and the like of the participant are displayed on the intelligent meeting table board corresponding to the participant, in addition, the audio signal of the participant can be obtained through the sound pickup device on the intelligent meeting table board, and the identity information corresponding to the participant is obtained through the audio signal.

Step S42, according to the working mode selection request of the conference speaker, adjusting the working mode of the intelligent conference board of the conference speaker;

it should be noted that, because the intelligent conference table board is provided with the control panel, a specific working mode is selected through the control panel, and the working mode in the embodiment of the present application includes a conference discussion mode, a language translation mode, and a remote working mode.

And step S43, displaying the working mode and the speaking content of the speaking person in the conference on the intelligent conference board corresponding to the other participants.

It should be noted that, when the working mode is the conference discussion mode, the speaking content of the conference speaker is dynamically displayed through the intelligent conference table card corresponding to the conference speaker, and the speaking content of the conference speaker is transmitted to the intelligent conference table cards of other participants for display;

when the working mode is a language translation mode, translating the speaking content of the conference speaker through the intelligent conference table board corresponding to the conference speaker, displaying the translated content on the intelligent conference table board corresponding to the conference speaker, and transmitting the translated content to the intelligent conference table boards of other participants for displaying;

and when the working mode is the remote working mode, carrying out the remote conference by the remote conference software on the intelligent conference table board corresponding to each participant.

In the embodiment of the application, the communication between the intelligent conference station cards can realize the information sharing among a plurality of intelligent conference station cards through Bluetooth communication or other short-distance communication modes.

In the embodiments of the present application, it further includes,

acquiring a conference ending instruction; and generating a conference summary according to the conference ending instruction and the speaking content of the speaker, and sending the conference summary to the intelligent terminal of each participant.

It should be noted that, when the conference is finished, all the intelligent conference table boards are closed in a unified manner through the control terminal, after the control terminal sends a signal for closing the intelligent conference table boards, the intelligent conference table boards generate a conference summary according to the conference finishing instruction and the speaking content of the speakers, and send the conference summary to the intelligent terminal of each participant. The embodiment of the application mentions the effect of the conference secretary, does not need to record the conference summary manually, and carries out intelligent output of the conference summary according to a specified format.
