Tire defect detection device and using method thereof
1. The tire defect detection device is characterized by comprising a detection table (1), wherein a camera assembly (2) and a cylinder (3) are arranged on the detection table (1), the camera assembly (2) comprises a camera (25) and a light source (26), the upper end face of the cylinder (3) is connected with the lower end face of an outer tooth type turntable bearing (4), the side wall of the outer tooth type turntable bearing (4) is meshed with a driving assembly (5), the upper end face of the outer tooth type turntable bearing is connected with a turntable (6) capable of fixing a tire (9), a vertically telescopic compression roller assembly (8) is arranged above the turntable (6), a compression roller (89) with an adjustable inclination angle is arranged on the compression roller assembly (8), the compression roller (89) can freely rotate around a self rotating shaft, the camera assembly (2), the driving assembly (5) and the compression roller assembly (8) are both connected with a PLC, the PLC controller is connected with the HMI.

The tire defect detecting device according to claim 1, wherein the cylinder (3) is hollow, a first fixing seat (31) is provided, the camera assembly (2) is fixed on the first fixing seat (31), a through hole (61) is provided at the center of the rotating disc (6), and the camera assembly (2) can shoot the detection state of the tire (9) through the through hole (61).

The tire defect detecting device according to claim 2, wherein the camera assembly (2) comprises a first lead screw (21) vertically arranged inside the cylinder (3), the first lead screw (21) is connected with a first servo motor (22), a first nut seat (23) is arranged on the first lead screw (21), the first nut seat (23) is hinged with a camera rod (24), a hinged shaft hinged with the first nut seat (23) is arranged at the lower end of the camera rod (24), the camera (25) and the light source (26) are arranged at the upper end face of the camera rod (24), and the hinged shaft of the camera rod (24) is connected with a sixth servo motor.

A tyre defect detecting device according to claim 3, characterized in that said driving assembly (5) comprises a second servo motor (51) fixed on said detecting table (1), the output end of said second servo motor (51) is connected with a first gear (52), said first gear (52) is engaged with said external toothed turntable bearing (4).

A tire defect detecting device according to claim 4, wherein said turn table (6) includes a turn table body (62) provided with said through hole (61) at the center, the upper end surface of the turntable body (62) is provided with a curved surface groove (63) which is matched with the sidewall (92) of the tire (9), the outer circumference is provided with an axially convex edge (64), a plurality of springs (65) are arranged on the circumference of the inner side surface of the edge (64) at equal intervals, one end of each spring (65) is fixed on the inner side surface of the edge (64), the other end of each spring is connected with a locking piece (66), the locking piece (66) comprises a locking part (661), the locking part (661) is provided with an arc-shaped inner curved surface which is adapted to the crown (91) of the tyre (9), the upper end face integrated into one piece of locking portion (661) has guide portion (662), guide portion (662) are equipped with to the lower inclined plane that the arc inner curved surface of locking portion (661) extends.

The tire defect detecting device according to claim 5, wherein two clamping assemblies (7) are symmetrically arranged on the detecting table (1), the clamping assemblies (7) comprise a first sliding rail (71) arranged on the detecting table (1), a first sliding block (72) is arranged on the first sliding rail (71), the upper end surface of the first sliding block (72) is connected with a first air cylinder (73), the output end of the first air cylinder (73) is connected with a first lifting seat (74), the upper end surface of the first lifting seat (74) is provided with a first upright post (75), one side of the first upright post (75) facing the turntable (6) is provided with a clamping portion (76), one side of the clamping portion (76) is provided with a rotating shaft (761) connected with the first upright post (75), and the other side is provided with an arc-shaped curved surface corresponding to the crown (91) of the tire (9), a rolling piece (77) is arranged in the arc-shaped curved surface, the rotating axis of the rolling piece (77) is parallel to the rotating axis of the turntable (6), and the rotating shaft (761) is connected with the output end of a third servo motor (762); the other side parallel of first stand (75) is equipped with second stand (78), be equipped with second cylinder (79) on second stand (78), the output of second cylinder (79) is connected first stand (75), first cylinder (73) with PLC controller is all connected to second cylinder (79).

The tire defect detecting device of claim 6, wherein the rolling member (77) comprises a roller core (771) and an elastomer surface layer (772) sleeved on the outer peripheral surface of the roller core (771), shoulders are arranged at two ends of the roller core (771), the shoulders of the roller core (771) are covered by two ends of the elastomer surface layer (772), a fixing ring (773) is covered on the end of the elastomer surface layer (772), a screw (774) is sequentially connected and fixed with the fixing ring (773), the end of the elastomer surface layer (772) and the roller core (771), and an annular protrusion (775) coaxial with the roller core (771) is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the elastomer surface layer (772).

The tire defect detecting device according to claim 6, wherein the press roller assembly (8) comprises a fixing frame (81), a second sliding rail (82) and a second screw rod (83) are arranged on the fixing frame (81) in parallel, a second sliding block (821) is arranged on the second sliding rail (82), a nut seat (831) connected with the second sliding block (821) is arranged on the second screw rod (83), an output end of a fourth servo motor (84) is connected with the second screw rod (83), the second sliding block (821) is connected with a second fixing seat (85), the second fixing seat (85) is connected with a third air cylinder (86), an output end of the third air cylinder (86) is connected with a second lifting seat (87), two mounting plates (871) are arranged on the lower end face of the second lifting seat (87) in parallel, a second gear (872) and a third gear (873) which are meshed with each other are arranged between the two mounting plates (871), the rotating shaft of the second gear (872) is connected with a fifth servo motor (874), the third gear (873) is fixedly connected with a pressing roller frame (88), a pressing roller (89) is rotatably connected onto the pressing roller frame (88), and the rotating shaft of the pressing roller (89) is perpendicular to the rotating shaft of the third gear (873).
9. The tire defect detecting device according to claim 8, wherein the upper end surface of the first sliding block (72) is further provided with a first guide rod (721), and the lower end surface of the first lifting seat (74) is provided with a first guide sleeve (741) corresponding to the first guide rod (721); a second guide rod (781) is arranged on the second upright post (78), and a second guide sleeve (751) corresponding to the second guide rod (781) is arranged on the first upright post (75); and a third guide rod (851) is arranged on the second fixed seat (85), and a third guide sleeve (875) corresponding to the third guide rod (851) is arranged on the second lifting seat (87).
10. The use method of the tire defect detecting device according to claim 9, comprising the steps of:
s100, setting operation parameters through the HMI, and controlling detection by the PLC according to the operation parameters;
s200, placing the tire (9) into the turntable (6), pressing down and fixing, extending piston rods of second air cylinders (79) on the two clamping assemblies (7), and enabling the two clamping parts (76) to approach the tire (9) until the rolling member (77) is tightly abutted to the tire crown (91);
s300, adjusting the position of a press roller (89) on the press roller assembly (8) to align the press roller with a to-be-detected position of the tire (9), extending the output end of a third air cylinder (86), and pressing the tire (9) by the press roller (89) to deform the to-be-detected position of the tire (9);
s400, adjusting the positions of a camera (25) and a light source (26) on the camera assembly (2) to enable the camera assembly to shoot the deformation position of the tire (9);
s500, a second servo motor (51) on the driving assembly (5) is started, an outer tooth type turntable bearing (4) meshed with the second servo motor is driven to rotate through a first gear (52), the outer tooth type turntable bearing (4) drives a turntable (6) connected with the outer tooth type turntable bearing to rotate, and a tire (9) fixed on the turntable (6) rotates along with the outer tooth type turntable bearing;
step S600, the HMI receives data information from the camera (25) and analyzes and detects possible defects;
s700, one side of a tire (9) is detected, a PLC controls a camera shooting assembly (2) to be stored in a cylinder (3), a compression roller assembly (8) is reset, a rotary disc (6) stops rotating, a piston rod of a first air cylinder (73) on a clamping assembly (7) extends, the tire (9) is separated from the rotary disc (6) and lifted under the clamping of a clamping part (76), after the tire (9) is lifted to a height capable of being turned, a third servo motor (762) is started to rotate, the clamping part (76) drives the tire (9) to rotate 180 degrees, and the tire (9) is turned;
step S800, after the overturning is finished, repeating the operations from the step S200 to the step S600;
and S900, completing all detection of the tire (9), resetting the second air cylinder (79), enabling the clamping part (76) to be far away from the tire (9), taking down the tire (9) from the turntable (6), and entering the next detection cycle.
Background
The tire mainly comprises a tire tread, a tire shoulder, a tire side and a bead, wherein the tire tread sequentially comprises a tire crown, a tire crown protective layer, a belt ply and a corresponding tire body structure part from outside to inside. The method comprises the steps of preparing corresponding rubber sheets for each part of the tire in advance according to different raw material formulas, then preparing a green tire blank through rubberizing molding, and finally obtaining a finished tire after vulcanizing molding the green tire blank. The finished tire needs to be subjected to quality inspection, so that the defective tire can be prevented from being put on the market, and the production process can be improved and optimized.
The tires may have various defects, such as structural non-uniformity or the presence of foreign objects on the surface. In structural non-uniformity, "shift in the carcass" is particularly critical, a rare but very dangerous defect that is produced in the joining zone between two portions of the tyre having different chemical-physical characteristics. These defects present themselves as very small incisions which, in the natural state of tyre placement, assume a completely closed state, making them difficult to identify. The defect can be continuously torn and expanded along with the rolling and pressing of the tire in the using process, and serious potential safety hazards exist. It is therefore desirable to provide an effective inspection method for timely troubleshooting tires having the above-mentioned drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a tire defect detection device which comprises a detection table, wherein a camera assembly and a cylinder are arranged on the detection table, the camera assembly comprises a camera and a light source, the upper end surface of the cylinder is connected with the lower end surface of an outer tooth type turntable bearing, the side wall of the outer tooth type turntable bearing is meshed with a driving assembly, the upper end surface of the outer tooth type turntable bearing is connected with a turntable capable of fixing a tire, a compression roller assembly capable of vertically stretching is arranged above the turntable, a compression roller with an adjustable inclination angle is arranged on the compression roller assembly, the compression roller can freely rotate around a rotating shaft of the compression roller assembly, the camera assembly, the driving assembly and the compression roller assembly are all connected with a PLC, and the PLC is connected with an HMI.
Preferably, the cylinder is hollow, and is provided with a first fixing seat, the camera shooting component is fixed on the first fixing seat, a through hole is formed in the center of the turntable, and the camera shooting component can penetrate through the through hole to shoot the detection state of the tire.
Preferably, the camera shooting assembly comprises a first lead screw vertically arranged inside the cylinder, the first lead screw is connected with a first servo motor, a first nut seat is arranged on the first lead screw, the first nut seat is hinged with a camera shooting rod, the lower end of the camera shooting rod is provided with a hinged shaft hinged with the first nut seat, the upper end face of the camera shooting rod is provided with the camera and the light source, and the hinged shaft of the camera shooting rod is connected with a sixth servo motor.
Preferably, the driving assembly comprises a second servo motor fixed on the detection table, an output end of the second servo motor is connected with a first gear, and the first gear is meshed with the outer tooth type turntable bearing.

Preferably, the detection table is further symmetrically provided with two clamping assemblies, each clamping assembly comprises a first sliding rail arranged on the detection table, a first sliding block is arranged on each first sliding rail, the upper end face of each first sliding block is connected with a first air cylinder, the output end of each first air cylinder is connected with a first lifting seat, the upper end face of each first lifting seat is provided with a first upright column, one side, facing the turntable, of each first upright column is provided with a clamping portion, one side of each clamping portion is provided with a rotating shaft connected with the corresponding first upright column, the other side of each clamping portion is provided with an arc-shaped curved surface corresponding to the tire crown of the tire, a rolling piece is arranged in each arc-shaped curved surface, the rotating shaft center of each rolling piece is parallel to the rotating shaft center of the turntable, and the rotating shaft is connected with the output end of a third servo motor; the other side parallel of first stand is equipped with the second stand, be equipped with the second cylinder on the second stand, the output of second cylinder is connected first stand, first cylinder with the second cylinder all connects the PLC controller.

The invention provides a use method of a tire defect detection device, which specifically comprises the following steps:
s100, setting operation parameters through the HMI, and controlling detection by the PLC according to the operation parameters;
s200, placing the tire into a turntable, pressing down and fixing, extending piston rods of second cylinders on the two clamping assemblies, and enabling the two clamping parts to approach the tire until the rolling part is tightly abutted to the tire crown;
s300, adjusting the position of a compression roller on the compression roller assembly to enable the compression roller to be aligned to the position to be detected of the tire, extending the output end of a third cylinder, and applying pressure to the tire by the compression roller to enable the position to be detected of the tire to be deformed;
s400, adjusting the positions of a camera and a light source on the camera assembly to enable the camera to shoot the deformation part of the tire;
step S500, a second servo motor on the driving assembly is started, an outer tooth type turntable bearing meshed with the second servo motor is driven to rotate through a first gear, the outer tooth type turntable bearing drives a turntable connected with the outer tooth type turntable bearing to rotate, and a tire fixed on the turntable rotates along with the outer tooth type turntable bearing;
step S600, the HMI receives data information from the camera and analyzes and detects possible defects;
s700, after one side of the tire is detected, the PLC controls the camera shooting assembly to be stored in the cylinder, the compression roller assembly resets, the turntable stops rotating, a piston rod of a first air cylinder on the clamping assembly extends, the tire is separated from the turntable and rises under the clamping of the clamping part, and after the tire rises to a height capable of being turned, a third servo motor starts to rotate, so that the clamping part drives the tire to rotate 180 degrees, and the tire is turned;
step S800, after the overturning is finished, repeating the operations from the step S200 to the step S600;
and S900, completing all detection of the tire, resetting the second air cylinder, keeping the clamping part away from the tire, taking down the tire from the turntable, and entering the next detection cycle.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
1. the invention is provided with the compression roller assembly, the parts with smaller curvature radius, such as the tire side, the tire shoulder or the seam allowance of the tire, are pressed by the compression roller, so that the curvature radius of the parts is increased, and the small cuts in the tight abutting state in the positions are opened, so that the defects are easier to detect and identify, and the detection accuracy is improved;
2. the camera shooting assembly is accommodated in the cylinder on the detection table, so that the structure of the whole detection device is more compact;
3. the turntable is provided with the curved surface groove and the locking piece, so that the tire can be positioned, the axis of the tire is completely overlapped with the axis of the turntable, and the tire can be locked better under the synergistic effect; the locking piece is provided with a guide part, so that the tire can be more easily placed in the curved groove;
4. the clamping assembly can play a role in turning the tire, and can reduce the deformation of the tire crown of the tire when the compression roller presses through clamping of the clamping portion of the locking mechanism and the locking portion of the turntable on the tire crown, so that the detection efficiency and accuracy are improved;
5. the rolling part on the clamping assembly adopts a roller form with an elastomer surface layer, the elastomer surface layer can enable the rolling part to be in flexible contact with the tire crown, the surface condition (such as patterns and the like) of the tire crown can be better adapted, the contact area can be increased, the axial friction force of the tire can be improved, and the tire can be firmly held when the tire is turned over;
6. the compression roller assembly realizes accurate control of displacement and angle of the compression roller through the screw rod, the gear, the cylinder and other structures, guarantees consistency of detection conditions, and improves detection stability.

In operation, as shown in fig. 3, the tire 9 is horizontally fixed on the turntable 6, and then the angle of the press roller 89 on the press roller assembly 8 is adjusted so that the press roller 89 presses the portion with a small curvature radius, such as the sidewall 92, the shoulder 93, or the bead 94, of the tire 9. The positions with smaller curvature radius have large outward convex radians, and the small notches at the positions are in a tight abutting state, so that the defects are difficult to judge. The pressure roller 89 is used for pressing the part to increase the curvature radius (reduce the convex radian), so that the incision can be effectively opened and can be observed more easily. During detection, the pressing roller 89 is pressed and fixed at the position to be detected, the position of the camera assembly 2 is adjusted, the light source 26 irradiates the position to be detected, and the camera 25 is aimed at the inner surface or the outer surface of the pressed position for shooting, the light source 26 is preferably incoherent white light, the camera assembly 2 can adopt the conventional configuration in the prior art, for example, the length-adjustable rod part and the angle-adjustable camera 25 mounting part are included, and the light source 26 is preferably mounted at the position close to the camera 25. The driving assembly 5 drives the tire 9 on the turntable 6 to rotate, and the pressing roller 89 rolls relatively along with the rotation of the tire 9 to continuously press the tire 9. The HMI acquires and analyzes data information captured by the camera 25, and determines a quality-qualified level. Among the above-mentioned technical scheme, the position of examining test table 1 is not restricted, but the preferred end of placing in tire 9 transfer chain snatchs tire 9 through the manipulator and puts into carousel 6, and the back is accomplished to the detection according to the quality testing result of difference, and the manipulator is put qualified product to packing storage production line, and unqualified product is carried to reinspection and is restoreed the production line. In a specific embodiment, the camera module 2 is configured as follows, as shown in fig. 4, the cylinder 3 is hollow, the first fixing seat 31 is provided, the camera module 2 is fixed on the first fixing seat 31, a through hole 61 is provided at the center of the turntable 6, and the camera module 2 can shoot the detection state of the tire 9 through the through hole 61.
The camera shooting assembly 2 comprises a first lead screw 21 vertically arranged inside the cylinder 3, the first lead screw 21 is connected with a first servo motor 22, a first nut seat 23 is arranged on the first lead screw 21, the first nut seat 23 is hinged with a camera shooting rod 24, the lower end of the camera shooting rod 24 is provided with a hinged shaft hinged with the first nut seat 23, the upper end face of the camera shooting rod 24 is provided with the camera 25 and the light source 26, and the hinged shaft of the camera shooting rod 24 is connected with a sixth servo motor (not shown in the figure).
In the above technical solution, the camera module 2 is accommodated inside the cylinder 3, so that the structure of the whole detection device is more compact, as mentioned above, the camera rod 24 may be a conventional arrangement in the prior art, for example, the camera rod 24 has a retractable and freely rotatable structure, the camera rod 24 is disposed on the first nut seat 23 of the first lead screw 21, the length of the camera rod 24 can be adjusted by the rotation of the first lead screw 21, so that the camera rod can be accommodated inside the cylinder 3 more conveniently, the hinge shaft of the camera rod 24 is hinged to the first nut seat 23, and the inclination angle of the camera rod 24 can be adjusted by the sixth servo motor, so as to assist in adjusting the position of the camera 25.
In a specific embodiment, the driving assembly 5 is implemented as follows, as shown in fig. 4, the driving assembly 5 includes a second servo motor 51 fixed on the detection table 1, an output end of the second servo motor 51 is connected to a first gear 52, and the first gear 52 is engaged with the external toothed turntable bearing 4.
