The conveying mechanism of the electroplating hanging rack is characterized by comprising a first conveying frame (1) and a second conveying frame (2), wherein the second conveying frame (2) is positioned above the first conveying frame (1), conveying belts are arranged on the first conveying frame (1) and the second conveying frame (2), a plurality of sliding rods (3) are arranged between the two conveying belts, at least one sliding seat (4) is arranged on each sliding seat (3), a cross rod (5) is arranged on each sliding seat (4), each cross rod (5) is of a hollow structure, a first adjusting hole (6) is formed in the top of each cross rod (5), a second adjusting hole (7) is formed in the position, corresponding to the first adjusting hole (6), of the bottom of each cross rod (5), at least two first connecting rods (8) are arranged on each cross rod (5), each first connecting rod (8) penetrates through the first adjusting hole (6) and the second adjusting hole (7), the bottom of first connecting rod (8) is provided with first carousel (9), be connected with second connecting rod (10) on first carousel (9), the bottom of second connecting rod (10) sets up couple (11) that are used for the hook to electroplate the stores pylon.

Background
Electroplating is a process of plating a thin layer of other metals or alloys on the surface of some metals by using the principle of electrolysis, and is a process of attaching a layer of metal film on the surface of a metal or other material product by using the action of electrolysis so as to prevent metal oxidation (such as corrosion), improve wear resistance, conductivity, light reflection, corrosion resistance (such as copper sulfate) and improve the appearance.
When products are electroplated, the products to be electroplated need to be hung on the suspension bracket, and then the suspension bracket and the products to be electroplated are placed into the electroplating pool together for electroplating, but the transportation of the suspension bracket and the products to be electroplated needs a lot of manpower and time. In order to solve the problem, the existing conveying mechanism is provided with a hook on a horizontal moving device, a suspension bracket is lifted through the hook, the contact area between the hook and the suspension bracket is small, and the conveying is very unreliable; only one horizontal moving device is arranged, the number of lifting suspension brackets is limited each time, and the carrying efficiency is low; the horizontal distance of the two suspension plates cannot be adjusted, the application range is narrow, the suspension plates are not suitable for the production of various large-batch products, and when the products are electroplated, the products are still in the electroplating bath, so that the electroplating of the products is uneven, and the product quality is influenced.

The invention aims to: the conveying mechanism of the electroplating hanger is provided for solving the problems that the conveying mechanism of the electroplating hanger is low in conveying efficiency, small in application range and not suitable for production and transportation of various large-batch products and the electroplating hanger cannot rotate during electroplating.

Referring to fig. 1-4, the present invention provides a conveying mechanism for an electroplating rack, which includes a first conveying frame 1 and a second conveying frame 2, wherein the second conveying frame 2 is located above the first conveying frame 1, conveying belts are respectively disposed on the first conveying frame 1 and the second conveying frame 2, a plurality of sliding rods 3 are disposed between the two conveying belts, at least one sliding seat 4 is disposed on each sliding rod 3, a cross rod 5 is disposed on each sliding seat 4, the cross rod 5 is hollow, a first adjusting hole 6 is disposed at the top of the cross rod 5, a second adjusting hole 7 is disposed at the bottom of the cross rod 5 corresponding to the first adjusting hole 6, at least two first connecting rods 8 are disposed on the cross rod 5, the first connecting rods 8 penetrate through the first adjusting holes 6 and the second adjusting holes 7, a first rotating disc 9 is disposed at the bottom of the first connecting rods 8, and a second connecting rod 10 is connected to the first rotary plate 9, and a hook 11 for hooking the electroplating hanger is arranged at the bottom of the second connecting rod 10.
The first conveying frame 1 and the second conveying frame 2 are of a closed annular structure, a plurality of supporting rods 19 are arranged on the inner side of the first conveying frame, one side of the upper portion of each supporting rod 19 is connected to the first conveying frame 1, and one side of the lower portion of each supporting rod 19 is connected to the second conveying frame 2. Therefore, feeding and discharging can be facilitated, and the conveying efficiency is improved.
The support rod 19 is a telescopic rod. The height of the second conveying frame can be adjusted, and installation and maintenance are facilitated.
The inner side of the first conveying frame 1 is provided with an installation table 12, a second rotary table 13 is arranged on the installation table 12, a first motor for driving the second rotary table 13 to rotate is arranged in the installation table 12, and a fan 14 is arranged on the second rotary table. The product after being electroplated can be conveniently dried by air, the watermarks on the electroplated product are reduced, and the product quality is improved.
The first connecting rod 8 is provided with a screw rod 15, and a locking nut 16 is sleeved on the screw rod 15. The fixed head rod of being convenient for adjust reduces and adjusts the degree of difficulty.
The sliding rod 3 is provided with a second motor for driving the sliding seat 4 to move up and down, and the first connecting rod is provided with a third motor for driving the first rotating disc 9 to rotate.
Be provided with stiffener 17 on the slide 4, the one end of stiffener 17 is connected on the horizontal pole 5, stiffener 17 the horizontal pole 5 with the triangle-shaped structure is constituteed to slide 4. The stability that the horizontal pole is fixed can be improved to the quality that the horizontal pole bore can be improved.
The hook 11 is a V-shaped hook, and a limiting groove 18 is formed in the bottom of the hook 11. The hanging stability of the hanging rack can be improved.
The hook 11 is connected to the second connecting rod 10 through a screw, so that the installation and the disassembly are convenient; the hook 11 is welded to the second connecting rod 10, so that the connection stability can be improved.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, the electroplating rack is hung on a hook on a sliding rod 3 on one side opposite to an electroplating bath, the sliding rod 3 is conveyed to the electroplating bath along with a conveyor belt, a second motor is started, the sliding seat 4 is driven by the second motor to move downwards so as to drive a cross rod 5 to move downwards, the electroplating rack enters the electroplating bath, at the moment, a third motor is started, the first rotating disk 9 is driven by the third motor to rotate and can drive a second connecting rod 10 to rotate, so that the electroplating rack can rotate in the electroplating bath, an electroplated product and the electroplating solution can move relatively, the product is electroplated uniformly, the electroplating quality is improved, according to the size of the product, a first connecting rod 8 can move left and right on a first adjusting hole 6 so as to adjust the distance between the first connecting rods 8, after the electroplating is finished by fixing through a locking nut, the product is conveyed to a blanking area, and the electric fan is dried in the moving process, the production efficiency can be improved.
