An online sampling device for color master batches comprises a storage tank and a sampling mechanism communicated with the interior of the storage tank; the method is characterized in that: the sampling mechanism comprises a sampling barrel, a filter screen, a sampling pipe assembly, a discharge pipe, a discharge valve and a negative pressure generator, wherein the filter screen is arranged in the sampling barrel and divides the interior of the sampling barrel into a sampling cavity and an air suction cavity; a weighing sensor is fixedly arranged at the inner bottom of the sampling cavity, and a weighing plate is placed at the top of the weighing sensor; the sampling tube subassembly includes the sample person in charge with the sample chamber intercommunication, one end with storage tank intercommunication, the other end with the sample is responsible for a plurality of sample branch pipes that communicate and distribute for from top to bottom, sets up sample valve on the sample branch pipe.

Background
The color master is also called color master batch, also called color species, is a special colorant for novel high polymer materials, and is also called a pigment preparation; the color master batch is mainly used on plastics, consists of three basic elements of pigment or dye, carrier and additive, is an aggregate prepared by uniformly loading an excessive amount of pigment into resin, and can be called pigment concentrate, so that the tinting strength of the color master batch is higher than that of the pigment; during processing, a small amount of color master batch is mixed with uncolored resin, and colored resin or products with designed pigment concentration can be obtained.
In the process of manufacturing the color master batch, the color master batch finished product is not in accordance with the quality standard easily because the raw materials do not reach the standard or impurities are added; therefore, in order to ensure the quality of the color master batch finished product, the color master batch finished product on the color master batch production line needs to be sampled and detected regularly; the existing sampling mode is that a tester directly holds a sampling container to sample in batches at a discharge port of a storage vat, and then sends a sample to a laboratory to perform quantitative sampling by using a quantitative container, and finally detects a certain amount of sample.
The color master batch sampling device in the prior art can sample and detect color master batches with different depths in a storage tank, for example, a high-precision sampling system for a color master batch production line disclosed in a Chinese patent application No. 202110013502.8 comprises a storage barrel and a sampling device, wherein the sampling device comprises a sampler, a driving mechanism, an elastic scraper and a receiving tank; although this patent can be passed through sampler and actuating mechanism and take a sample to the masterbatch finished product of the different degree of depth in the storage vat, the capacity of the sampler of this patent is fixed, so can only get quantitative masterbatch finished product at every turn, can not sample the masterbatch of corresponding volume according to the required amount that the experiment was detected this time.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide an online color masterbatch sampling device which can sample color masterbatch at different depths in a storage tube and can sample corresponding amounts according to required amounts.

A working method of the color master batch online sampling device comprises the following steps:
1) the staff sets up the sampling volume of the color masterbatch and chooses the sampling branch 232 corresponding to the depth of the interior of the material storage tank 1 on the control panel 213, and then presses the sampling button on the control panel 231;
2) the control panel 213 automatically controls to open the sampling valve 233 on the corresponding sampling branch 232, and then automatically controls to open the negative pressure generator 27; under the action of self gravity and the suction force of the negative pressure generator 27, the color master batch in the storage tank 1 enters the sampling cavity 211 along the sampling branch pipe 232 and the sampling main pipe 231 and falls to the top of the weighing plate 2112, the weighing sensor 2111 samples the color master batch falling to the weighing plate 2112 for weight detection, when the weighing sensor 2111 detects that the weight of the color master batch of the weighing plate 2112 reaches a set value, the control panel 213 immediately and automatically closes the sampling valve 233 on the corresponding sampling branch pipe 232, and the negative pressure generator 27 is closed after 3-5S delay;
3) the staff puts the container that is used for receiving the masterbatch sample to the exit of discharging pipe 24, and then manually opens bleeder valve 26 on control panel 213, and the masterbatch sample in the sample chamber 211 falls to the container in through discharge gate 214 and discharging pipe 24, and the staff again manually closes bleeder valve 26 on control panel 213 after the equal ejection of compact of masterbatch sample in the sample chamber 211 finishes.
Example two
As shown in fig. 4, unlike the first embodiment, the sampling branch pipe 232 of the present embodiment is disposed obliquely downward, and the lower end of the sampling branch pipe 232 is communicated with the sampling main pipe 231.
