The limiting device 2 comprises two supporting upright posts 2-1, an adjusting rod 2-2, a fastening piece 2-3 and a limiter 2-4 when the tail plate is closed; the lower ends of two parallel supporting upright columns 2-1 are fixed in the middle of a frame 1-1 of a test bed 1 in a welding mode, and the upper ends of the supporting upright columns 2-1 are provided with threaded holes; as shown in fig. 4, a sliding groove is formed in the middle of an adjusting rod 2-2, the upper ends of two supporting upright columns 2-1 are arranged in the sliding groove of the adjusting rod 2-2, the adjusting rod 2-2 and the base sliding groove 1-2 swing in the same direction, after the adjusting rod 2-2 is adjusted to a position along the sliding groove in the left-right direction, the adjusting rod 2-2 and the supporting upright columns 2-1 are fixedly connected through fasteners 2-3, in the embodiment, the fasteners 2-3 are locking bolts and washers; the left end of the adjusting rod 2-2 is provided with a limiter 2-4.

preparation before testing:

1. the truck boom 5 is mounted on the frame 1-1.

2. The bases 3-7 of the 4 measuring upright posts 3-6 are respectively arranged in dovetail grooves of base chutes 1-2 of the test bed, the left base chute 1-2 and the right base chute 1-2 are respectively provided with two measuring upright posts 3-6, the base fixing bolts 3-8 are screwed after the base fixing bolts are adjusted to proper positions according to the model of the hoisting tail plate to be tested, and the measuring upright posts 3-6 are fixed in the base chutes 1-2.

2. And (3) loosening the base fixing bolts 3-9, sliding the measuring device 3 to a proper measuring position in the dovetail groove, and then screwing the base fixing bolts 3-9 to fix the base.

3. And (3) loosening the locking bolt 3-9, and rotating and adjusting the measuring adjusting rod 3-1 up and down to a proper position convenient for measurement.
