determining mode optimization conditions according to the hotspot tracking preference topics, and modifying guide information in a mode to optimize a hotspot topic tracking mode, wherein the hotspot topic tracking mode is a mode which is generated in advance and used for tracking a hotspot topic to be tracked.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a mode optimization condition according to the hotspot tracking preference topic, and optimizing a hotspot topic tracking mode by modifying guidance information in a mode comprises:
analyzing topic contents of the hotspot tracking preference topics to obtain preference keyword sets corresponding to hotspot tracking preferences, and determining session preference information corresponding to current session plates through the preference keyword sets;
and transmitting the session preference information into a hot topic tracking network corresponding to a hot topic tracking mode, and enabling the word vector distance of any two preference keyword information in a plurality of hot tracking preference keyword information output by a topic tracking unit of the hot topic tracking network to be greater than a second set word vector distance by modifying the network parameters of a mode guiding unit in the hot topic tracking network.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein based on the online template topic processing device and the online target topic processing device, respectively performing session interaction analysis on a target hotspot topic under different session interaction environments to obtain a hotspot tracking preference topic corresponding to the target hotspot topic, comprises:
acquiring an online template social topic identified by online template topic processing equipment in an online conversation interaction environment and an online target social topic identified by online target topic processing equipment in the online conversation interaction environment, wherein the topic identification modes of the online template topic processing equipment and the online target topic processing equipment are different;
determining a topic reference record of a target hot topic in the online target social topic according to a topic reference record of the target hot topic in the online template social topic, a preference updating condition of a topic tracking item between an online conversation interaction environment and an offline conversation interaction environment, a topic reference record of an offline template topic processing device under the offline conversation interaction environment, and a topic reference record of an offline target topic processing device under the offline conversation interaction environment;
according to the topic reference record of the target hotspot topic in the online template social topic, the topic reference record of the target hotspot topic in the online target social topic, the online template social topic and the online target social topic, determining a hotspot tracking preference topic of the target hotspot topic in an online session interaction environment.

The method of claim 3, wherein determining the topic reference record of the target hotspot topic in the online target social topic according to a topic reference record of the target hotspot topic in the online template social topic, a preference update of a topic tracking item between an online conversation interaction environment and an offline conversation interaction environment, a topic reference record of an offline template topic processing device in the offline conversation interaction environment, and a topic reference record of an offline target topic processing device in the offline conversation interaction environment comprises:
determining an offline topic reference record of a target hotspot topic in the offline session interaction environment according to the topic reference record of the target hotspot topic in the online template social topic, the preference updating condition of a topic tracking item between the online session interaction environment and the offline session interaction environment and the topic reference record of the offline template topic processing equipment in the offline session interaction environment;

determining a hot topic log to which the topic reference record of the target hot topic under an offline session interaction environment and the topic reference record of the offline target topic processing equipment under the offline session interaction environment belong as a target hot topic log, wherein the topic identification modes of the offline target topic processing equipment and the online target topic processing equipment are the same;
and determining a topic reference record of the target hotspot topic in the offline target social topic under the offline conversation interaction environment according to the difference between the target hotspot topic log and the log text of the device operation record of the offline target topic processing device under the offline conversation interaction environment.

The method of claim 3, wherein determining a hotspot tracking preference topic of the target hotspot topic in an online session interaction environment according to the topic reference record of the target hotspot topic in the online template social topic, the topic reference record of the target hotspot topic in the online target social topic, the online template social topic and the online target social topic comprises:
determining a multi-end dynamic tracking topic of the target hot topic in the online template social topic as a hot tracking preference topic of template social data according to a topic reference record of the target hot topic in the online template social topic and topic summarizing index information of a first preset topic reference record;
determining a multi-end dynamic tracking topic of the target hot topic in the online target social topic according to a topic reference record of the target hot topic in the online target social topic and topic summarizing index information of a second preset topic reference record, wherein the multi-end dynamic tracking topic is used as a hot tracking preference topic of target social data;

Background
Topic identification and tracking can organize information related to scattered and variable topics, so that effective collection and organization of big data topic information are achieved, a user is helped to find the relation among all factors in the topics, the overall details of individual topics and the relation of the topics or other topics are known integrally, and further a decision basis is provided for subsequent service pushing or service recommendation.
According to the contents, the key of topic identification and tracking lies in 'hot topics', for different conversation plates, the hot topics have variability and randomness, and the related hot topic tracking technology is difficult to be adaptively matched with the conversation preference of related users. Therefore, how to track the hot topics in a targeted manner to match the session preferences in the actual hot topic tracking and positioning scenario is a technical problem which needs to be improved at present.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the embodiments of the present application provides a big data hot topic processing method based on artificial intelligence, which is applied to a topic server, where the topic server is in communication connection with an online template topic processing device and an online target topic processing device, and the method includes: respectively carrying out session interaction analysis on a target hot topic under different session interaction environments based on the online template topic processing equipment and the online target topic processing equipment to obtain a hot tracking preference topic corresponding to the target hot topic; determining mode optimization conditions according to the hotspot tracking preference topics, and modifying guide information in a mode to optimize a hotspot topic tracking mode, wherein the hotspot topic tracking mode is a mode which is generated in advance and used for tracking a hotspot topic to be tracked.
Preferably, determining a mode optimization condition according to the hotspot tracking preference topic, and optimizing the hotspot topic tracking mode by modifying the guide information in a mode, wherein the mode optimization condition comprises the following steps:
analyzing topic contents of the hotspot tracking preference topics to obtain preference keyword sets corresponding to hotspot tracking preferences, and determining session preference information corresponding to current session plates through the preference keyword sets;
and transmitting the session preference information into a hot topic tracking network corresponding to a hot topic tracking mode, and enabling the word vector distance of any two preference keyword information in a plurality of hot tracking preference keyword information output by a topic tracking unit of the hot topic tracking network to be greater than a second set word vector distance by modifying the network parameters of a mode guiding unit in the hot topic tracking network.
