the controller is a core device of the whole visual detection system and is used for coordinating and controlling each system;
the printer is used for carrying out statistical classification according to the detected reasons of the defective products and issuing a report;
the memory is used for storing and backing up whether the appearance, color, size and shape of the detected article are qualified;
the moving module is used for adjusting the measuring distance and the measuring angle of the object, so that the imaging quality of the industrial camera is improved;
the infrared positioning module is used for positioning the adjusted position of the article and improving the detection precision of the article;
the manipulator is used for processing the appearance defects of the analyzed article;
the self-learning ZigBee chip can automatically learn the information of the detected object after detecting a qualified target, thereby simplifying the debugging difficulty;
the data receiving module is used for receiving qualified workpiece data, the data processing module is used for limiting the data value of the workpiece within a qualified range, and the data storage module is used for storing the data value of the workpiece within the qualified range;
the illumination light source is used for providing a stable light source for the visual analysis module;
the industrial camera is used for sending the geometric shape of a measured object into a part of the controller through an optical lens imaging, a camera photoelectric conversion and acquisition control circuit and the like;
the visual analysis module is used for processing the article image input into the controller and obtaining a detection result;

Background
With the development of modern science and technology, machine equipment in the fields of mechanical manufacturing, aerospace, household appliances, automobiles and the like all develop towards microminiature and high integration, the requirements for production and manufacturing of high-precision key parts are increasing day by day, higher requirements are provided for high-precision detection technology, the machine equipment is not manufactured without measurement, if the detection technology cannot obtain the required precision requirement, the manufacturing technology cannot obtain high manufacturing precision, because no means can be used for verifying whether the manufacturing precision has obtained the required precision, the photoelectric detector and the image processing technology are perfected day by day, so that a high-precision non-contact online visual detection system which is developed and developed aiming at various specific applications is widely applied, but because of the influences of factors such as environment, target feature and appearance, stray light and the like, the current detection system is difficult to meet the requirements for detection precision, therefore, the invention provides a high-precision non-contact detection system which effectively inhibits environmental interference, and has accurate length reference and accurate focusing.
