The food inspection device of claim 1, wherein the large roller is replaced with a belt conveyor mechanism, a belt of the belt conveyor mechanism is tensioned by a driving tension pulley and a driven tension pulley and is disposed in the groove, the driving tension pulley is disposed near an opening edge of the groove and causes a portion of the belt to protrude from the groove, the small roller drives the driving tension pulley to rotate by a transmission shaft, and the color card is disposed on the belt.

9. The food product inspection device of claim 8 wherein the conveyor mechanism further comprises a direction changing wheel disposed within the recess for changing the belt orientation.

10. The food detecting device of claim 9, wherein a strip-shaped double-sided adhesive portion having adhesiveness is further provided between the color card and the belt.

Background

The food inspection technology is indispensable technology for the good development of modern society, and according to the stipulations of the food sanitation laws of the people's republic of China, the inspection of the food quality comprises the inspection of food external packaging, internal packaging, labeling, physicochemical indexes and other health indexes.

Food detection in the narrow sense mainly refers to food safety detection, and physical and chemical indexes are used as reference bases. The method is mainly used for detecting whether the content of harmful substances in the food exceeds the standard or not, wherein the harmful substances comprise edible oil acid value, peroxide value, sulfur dioxide (bird's nest and Chinese wolfberry), aflatoxin (tea), escherichia coli and the like. Generally, the simplest and fastest detection method is carried out by using detection test paper and auxiliary detection liquid, the test paper is firstly contacted with a detected object and soaked, then the detection liquid is dripped onto the test paper, the color generated by the test paper is compared with the color mark on the test paper bottle, and whether the harmful substances of the food exceed the standard or not is judged and determined by naked eyes.

The detection solution formula is different for different detection items, and the test paper may also be different, so that the test paper and the detection solution matched with each detection item are needed for each detection item, and operation confusion easily occurs once the detection items and the detected objects are increased, because the test paper is not labeled for which test item, and the color and shape of the test paper of most detection items are very close, operation errors may occur. Due to the operation comparison range, the repeated labor is more, so that the recording while testing by a single person is generally difficult to realize.

And when the test is carried out outdoors, due to the sun rays, when the color difference between the test paper and the test paper is small, the color difference on the color card is difficult to distinguish by workers, or the color difference is difficult to distinguish. The general test paper is arranged in a bottle, the color card is marked on the packaging paper of the bottle body, the color and the color of the bottle body are difficult to distinguish under illumination, and the color card is easy to fade in long-term use.

the indicating unit comprises a transmission shaft, a large roller and a small roller, the fixed base is also correspondingly provided with a groove for accommodating the indicating unit, the large roller is positioned under the top surface of the light-blocking shield, the small roller is positioned at one side of the light-blocking shield, the large roller and the small roller can rotate in the respective grooves, the color card is arranged on the large roller in a surrounding manner, the transmission shaft penetrates through the groove, two ends of the transmission shaft are fixedly connected to the axle center positions of the large roller and the small roller respectively, and the small roller drives the large roller to rotate through the transmission shaft;

the unit also comprises a limiting device for limiting the uncontrolled movement of the test paper bottle and the light blocking shield.

Detailed Description

The first embodiment.

This embodiment provides a food detection device with a suitcase as a storage means, and the detection means mainly uses test paper and detection liquid.

The method used in this example is as follows:

1. horizontally placing the box body 1 and opening the box cover;

2. aiming at different detection items, selecting a test paper bottle 4 filled with test paper which is universal for the item, removing the limit measure for limiting the test paper bottle 4, enabling the test paper bottle 4 to rotate out of the accommodating groove 3a, extracting the test paper and sticking food, enabling the test paper to fully absorb liquid carrying food, and then throwing away redundant food residues on the test paper;

3. opening a detection liquid bottle arranged in the reagent tank 21, dripping detection liquid on the test paper, and throwing off redundant detection liquid on the test paper after a certain time;

4. pulling the light blocking shield 6 to extend out of the accommodating groove 22, and turning on the LED lamp;

5. rotating the small roller 8 in the accommodating groove 3c by hand to drive the large roller 7 to rotate, so that the color card aiming at the detection item on the large roller is exposed from the accommodating groove 3 b;

6. comparing the colors of the test paper and the color card until the colors of the test paper and the color card are very close to each other, and determining whether the content of the detection item in the food exceeds the standard or not.

In this embodiment, a fixing base 2 is disposed in the box body 1, the fixing base 2 may be made of plastic, and may be used to form a groove for accommodating other mechanisms, and the fixing base is flush with the opening edge of the box body 1. The logic of this embodiment is to take the test paper from the test paper supply unit → detect it in the detection unit → compare the colors in the indication unit. The test paper supply unit is located in the containing groove 3 when not in use, and is limited to pop out or extend out from the containing groove 3 through a limiting measure, the limiting measure can be realized by any existing means, for example, a rotatable limiting baffle plate and the like arranged at the opening edge of the containing groove 3, and the limiting measure of the light blocking shield 6 is the same as the above.

The spring 5 is fixed at the bottom in the containing groove 3, and the path of the test paper bottle 4 extending out of the containing groove 3 is an arc line, so the spring 5 has certain bending deformation performance. The light-blocking shield 6 is shaped like an inverted conventional plastic dustpan, and in order to increase the viewing angle, the top surface 6-3 of the light-blocking shield 6 is inclined in a direction inclined downward from the direction close to the user toward the back surface 6-2 thereof. The light blocking shield 6 is used for shielding strong outdoor light, and the LED lamp arranged in the light blocking shield can be opened for use in the daytime. As shown in fig. 6 to 7, the inner space of the cross section of the receiving groove 22 for receiving the light shielding shield 6 is large enough to accommodate the light shielding shield 6 to rotate around the rotation shaft, the top of the receiving groove 22 is not completely opened, and only the space for the light shielding shield 6 to enter and exit is opened, that is, the receiving groove 22 is similar to a "door" shape on the fixed base 2 when viewed from the outside of the box body 1, but the inner space is large, and the part of the receiving groove 22 not opened at the top can be used as a detection platform for comparing test paper.

The color identification of the color card is arranged on the big roller 7 and is arranged around the big roller 7, so that the big roller 7 can rotate to expose different color identifications from the groove. Color indications of a plurality of inspection items may be provided on the large wheel 7. The purpose of the small roller 8 is to avoid directly touching the large roller 7 with the color mark with a hand, and the color mark is easily stained if the hand is dirty. It should be noted that the large roller 7 of the indicating unit should be disposed in the light-blocking shield 6 or partially disposed in the light-blocking shield 6 for facilitating the detection operation, so that it can be known that the groove for accommodating the large roller 7 may partially coincide with the accommodating groove 22 of the light-blocking shield 6, in some cases, the large roller 7 can be accommodated only by opening the top of the accommodating groove 22 in an unopened area, and if the large roller 7 is large in size, a certain space needs to be provided in the accommodating groove 22 to serve as a groove for accommodating, so that the groove can still exist as an independent technical feature.

In the present embodiment, the spaces for accommodating the large roller 7, the small roller 8, and the transmission shaft are each referred to as a groove, and each has a groove separately formed therein, and the shape of the groove is determined by the shape of each part of the indicating unit. As shown in fig. 1-4, the accommodating groove 3 needs to accommodate the test paper bottle 4 and the spring 5, but the lowest point of the spring 5 is a groove with a height significantly lower than that of the test paper bottle 4, so the accommodating groove 3 is not a groove with a flat bottom, but a groove similar to a letter L shape; the housing groove 22 is the same. The grooves are therefore not individually distinguished and are collectively referred to as grooves.

The present embodiment has a preferred embodiment, that is, the test paper bottle 4 is detachably sleeved in the base sleeve 9, and the direct hinging of the test paper bottle 4 with the accommodating groove 3 in the above embodiment is changed into the hinging of the base sleeve 9 with the accommodating groove 3, so that it is not necessary to perforate or arrange a connecting piece at the bottom of the test paper bottle 4, therefore, the test paper bottle 4 can be made of lighter material and thinner thickness, and still has better rotational stability.

The present embodiment also has a preferred example, that is, a fixing assembly 12 with a circular ring-shaped structure is provided, in order to provide elasticity, the rubber band 11 is used and the elasticity of the rubber band 11 is used as a solution for adapting to different sizes of test paper bottles 4, and in order to provide structural strength, the arc-shaped plate 10 is used as a part of the fixing assembly 12, wherein the arc-shaped plate 10 is located on the left and right sides of the circular ring-shaped structure, the rubber band 11 is located on the upper and lower sides, the rubber band 11 and the arc-shaped plate 10 jointly form the fixing assembly 12, a limiting measure for limiting the rotation of the test paper bottles 4 can act on the arc-shaped plate 10, and the spring 5 can be connected with the rubber band 11 through a connecting piece, for example, the rubber band 11 can be protruded, a hole can be perforated on the protrusion for connecting the spring 5, and even a direct-connection adhesive can be directly used. In the preferred embodiment, the radius of the circular ring of the rubber band 11 in the natural state is smaller than or equal to the radius of the test paper bottle 4, so that the test paper bottle 4 can be hooped; the tensile rubber band 11 can be pulled out the test paper bottle 4 from the collet sleeve 9, and the test paper bottle 4 using up the test paper is directly replaced by the test paper bottle 4 filled with the test paper, so that the scheme that the test paper is taken out and inserted again in the first embodiment is not needed, and the time that the test paper is exposed outside is shortened. In this preferred embodiment, it is further preferred that the arc plate 10 is provided with a strip-shaped protrusion 14 on the outer side thereof, so as to be capable of better engaging with various limiting mechanisms of limiting means for limiting the rotation of the test paper bottle 4 to limit the rotation.

The present embodiment also has a preferable example, that is, the material of the arc-shaped plate 10 is preferably a soft material, so that it can generate a certain degree of deformation, and is stretched by matching with the rubber band 11. Furthermore, the preferable soft material is a rubber material, the rubber material is a type with higher hardness, and only the rubber material needs to be ensured to be just capable of deforming.

Example two.

The present embodiment is made on the basis of the first embodiment, the size of the case 1 is increased, more test paper supply units can be provided, and the number of reagent tanks 21 of the corresponding detection unit and the number of color cards of the indicating unit are increased.

In order to solve the problem that the number of the color cards is increased and the single big roller 7 can not be accommodated, a conveying belt mechanism is provided to replace the big roller 7. Since the large roller 7 is located below the shielding top surface 6-3 of the light shielding shield 6, the active tension pulley 15 of the transmission belt mechanism is also located at the same position, and more space needs to be firstly provided in the accommodating groove 22 for accommodating the transmission belt mechanism, as shown in fig. 8, the large roller 7 is arranged in a staggered manner with the side surface 6-1 of the light shielding shield 6, so that the transmission belt mechanism does not contact with the side surface 6-1 of the light shielding shield 6, and only can contact with the back surface 6-2 thereof, and the trend of the transmission belt needs to be reasonably optimized, so as to reserve enough space for the rotation of the light shielding shield 6. The color card 20 is detachably arranged on the belt 17, and the required color card 20 can be freely detached and installed according to the requirement of an outgoing detection task.
