A mold for injection molding an article according to claim 1, wherein: mouth (201) of moulding plastics is including skew piece (2011), displacement groove (2012) and extrusion axle (2013), skew piece (2011) is for moulding plastics mouthful (201) bottom and the circular arc lug that flow groove (203) inner wall circular arc recess gomphosis is connected, displacement groove (2012) are close to top inner wall both sides for moulding plastics mouthful (201) and are the recess of rectangle form, extrusion axle (2013) set up the circle axle in displacement groove (2012) for the gomphosis.

The mold for the injection molding part according to claim 3, wherein the deflection block (2011) comprises a hollow groove (20111), a limiting groove (20112) and a supporting bead (20113), the hollow groove (20111) is a groove which is formed by fitting and embedding the deflection block (2011) in an arc-shaped rectangular shape on the surface of the flow groove (203), the limiting groove (20112) is an arc-shaped groove extending from the bottom end of the hollow groove (20111) in an inclined mode, and the supporting bead (20113) is a round bead arranged in the middle of the limiting groove (20112) in an embedded mode.

A mold for injection molding an article according to claim 3, wherein: the flow groove (203) comprises a resisting groove (2031), and the resisting groove (2031) is an arc groove which is obliquely extended from the top end of the surface of the inner wall of the flow groove (203) attached to the deflection block (2011) and is embedded with the resisting bead (20113).

A mold for injection molding an article according to claim 1, wherein: the fit ring (204) comprises a displacement ring groove (2041), a binding ring (2042) and a limiting block (2043), the displacement ring groove (2041) is a groove extending in a circular ring mode for the inner wall surface of the fit ring (204), and the binding ring (2042) is a semicircular annular square block which is connected with the displacement ring groove (2041) in a fit mode through the limiting block (2043).
Background
Injection molding is a method of injecting a molding material such as rubber after fusion into a predetermined mold and cooling and molding the molding material, compared with the injection molding which has pressure and does not leave gaps and air bubbles when flowing between the platforms, the injection molding mold is characterized in that a groove with a specified shape is arranged in the injection molding mold, then the fused molding materials such as rubber and the like are injected into the groove, the cooling and forming of the mould are carried out to form the shape of the groove in the mould, so that the important tool in the forming of the injection molding piece, the top end of the existing injection molding machine mould is provided with an opening for the injection molding gun to be embedded and then to be injected, the opening of the injection molding opening is a fixed groove, so that the injection molding gun can only extend into the injection molding from a fixed direction and has the limitation of movement when the injection molding gun is used for injection molding, meanwhile, when the injection gun is fitted into the injection port, the injected material may leak out through the gap between the two.

(1) The deflection block arranged through the device can lead the injection molding gun to be embedded into the injection molding port in any direction, and can also follow the inclination of the injection molding gun to incline when the injection molding gun is embedded into the injection molding port, thereby leading the injection molding gun to be embedded into the injection molding port easily and not separated because of external factors, and simultaneously leading the injection molding gun to be embedded into the injection molding port in multiple angles to lead the injection molding gun to be more flexible in use.
(2) The device still is provided with and supports the pearl, can reduce its friction through supporting the pearl when the mouth of moulding plastics carries out the skew through the piece that deflects, lets its skew can not block, supports to lean on it after certain angle through supporting the pearl can deflect the piece along the top of flowing groove around to it simultaneously and prescribes a limit, prevents that its piece that deflects and flow groove separates at the in-process that deflects.
(3) The device still is provided with the laminating ring, can stretch into the mouth of moulding plastics through the laminating ring when the rifle gomphosis of moulding plastics, lets it to center department shrink the removal through extrusion friction, then the laminating is on the surface around the rifle of moulding plastics, and the separation is carried out in the gap between rifle and the mouth of moulding plastics to the rifle of moulding plastics, prevents that the raw materials that injects from leaking.
