Switch cabinet posture correction device and correction method thereof
1. The attitude correction device for the switch cabinet is characterized by comprising a detection platform, wherein the detection platform comprises a power roller assembly for driving the switch cabinet to move; the opposite positions of two opposite side frame frames of the detection platform are provided with cylinder pushing devices; a group of buffer round rollers are arranged on a head frame of the detection platform; the head frame is also provided with a group of distance measuring sensors which are used for detecting whether the front surface of the switch cabinet reaches a target position and are parallel to the head frame; the distance measuring sensor and the cylinder pushing device are respectively connected with the control center.
2. The switch cabinet posture correction device of claim 1, further comprising a recognition device for scanning a two-dimensional code on the surface of the switch cabinet, wherein the recognition device is connected with the control center.
3. The switch cabinet attitude correction device of claim 2, wherein the recognition device includes a camera mounted on a stationary post.
4. The attitude correction device of claim 2, wherein two opposite side frames of the detection platform are provided with distance measuring sensors, and the distance measuring sensors are connected with the control center.
5. The attitude correction device according to claim 1, wherein the group of cylinder pushing means includes two cylinders having different pushing strokes.
6. The attitude correction device according to claim 1, wherein two sets of cylinder actuators are provided on one side frame.
7. The switch cabinet attitude correction device of claim 1, wherein the cylinder pushing device is fixed to the side frame by a mounting pad.
8. The attitude correction device of claim 1, wherein the distance measuring sensor is disposed on a bracket on top of the buffer roller.
9. The method for correcting the attitude correction device of the switch cabinet according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, when the switch cabinet is positioned on a detection platform, the distance measurement sensor detects whether the posture of the switch cabinet needs to be corrected or not;
when the two distance measuring sensors on the head frame detect that the distances of the switch cabinets are different and/or the distances are larger than a threshold value, correction is needed;
s2, when correction is needed, the cylinder pushing devices at opposite positions on the side frame are controlled by the control center to push the same distance at the same time, and the control center controls the power roller assembly to drive the switch cabinet to move;
and S3, the ranging sensors detect whether the posture of the switch cabinet needs to be corrected or not, and the steps S1 and S2 are repeated until the distances detected by the two ranging sensors are the same and the distance is smaller than or equal to a threshold value.
10. The method for correcting the attitude correction device of the switch cabinet according to claim 4, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, when the switch cabinet is positioned on a detection platform, the distance measurement sensor detects whether the posture of the switch cabinet needs to be corrected or not;
when the two distance measuring sensors on the head frame detect that the distances of the switch cabinets are different and/or the distances are larger than a threshold value, correction is needed;
or, the distance sensors on the two opposite side frames detect that the distances of the switch cabinets are different and/or the distance is greater than a threshold value, and correction is needed;
the identification device scans the two-dimensional code on the surface of the switch cabinet, and the control center identifies the model of the switch cabinet;
s2, when correction is needed, the control center controls the air cylinder pushing devices at the opposite positions on the side frame to push the same distance at the same time according to the model of the switch cabinet, and controls the power roller assembly to drive the switch cabinet to move;
and S3, the ranging sensors detect whether the posture of the switch cabinet needs to be corrected or not, and the steps S1 and S2 are repeated until the distances detected by the two ranging sensors are the same and the distance is smaller than or equal to a threshold value.
Background
The main function of the switch gear is to open, close, control and protect the electric equipment in the process of generating, transmitting, distributing and converting electric energy of the power system. The components in the switch cabinet mainly comprise a circuit breaker, an isolating switch, a load switch, an operating mechanism, a mutual inductor, various protection devices and the like. The quality of the switchgear is therefore of particular importance for safety production, and therefore a comprehensive test is required before the switchgear is installed and used.
The detection needs to be accomplished respectively to four faces of cubical switchboard testing process, and there are two kinds of schemes in the testing process: firstly, the switch cabinet is not moved, the detection equipment rotates around the switch cabinet and completes detection, and the method needs to additionally increase a track required by the movement of the detection equipment and needs larger carriage working space, so that the method is less used at present; secondly, the detection equipment is not moved, and the switch cabinet rotates and completes detection.
In addition, the posture of the switch cabinet affects the operation of the detector, including the motion of the robot, the accuracy of data of the CCD detector and three-dimensional scanning, and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a switch cabinet posture correction device and a correction method thereof.
The invention also aims to provide a correction method of the switch cabinet posture correction device.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the switch cabinet posture correction device comprises a detection platform, wherein the detection platform comprises a power roller assembly used for driving a switch cabinet to move; the opposite positions of two opposite side frame frames of the detection platform are provided with cylinder pushing devices; a group of buffer round rollers are arranged on a head frame of the detection platform; the head frame is also provided with a group of distance measuring sensors which are used for detecting whether the front surface of the switch cabinet reaches a target position and are parallel to the head frame; the distance measuring sensor and the cylinder pushing device are respectively connected with the control center.
The invention innovatively detects the posture of the switch cabinet through a group of ranging sensors and judges whether the switch cabinet reaches a specified position and is parallel to the frame of the detection platform. Meanwhile, the position and the posture of the switch cabinet can be adjusted through the cylinder pushing device so as to meet the detection requirement.
The switch cabinets with different models have different sizes, the two-dimensional codes of information such as the switch cabinet models are arranged on the surface of the switch cabinet, furthermore, the switch cabinet posture correction device further comprises a recognition device for scanning the two-dimensional codes on the surface of the switch cabinet, and the recognition device is connected with the control center. The invention identifies the type and the like of the switch cabinet through the identification device, and the control center analyzes the size information and the like and controls the proper cylinder pushing device to work so as to meet different requirements.
Further, the recognition device comprises a camera, and the camera is mounted on the fixed stand column.
Furthermore, two opposite side frames of the detection platform are provided with distance measuring sensors, and the distance measuring sensors are connected with the control center. Through being located the range finding sensor on the side frame, detect the gesture of cubical switchboard, further improved the accuracy of analysis.
In order to correct the postures of the switch cabinets with different sizes, the group of cylinder pushing devices further comprises two cylinders with different pushing strokes. I.e. including short stroke cylinders and long stroke cylinders.
Furthermore, two groups of cylinder pushing devices are arranged on one side frame. Through two sets of cylinder thrust unit, the gesture of cubical switchboard is rectified to more ability efficient.
Further, the cylinder pushing device is fixed to the side frame through a mounting pad.
Further, the distance measuring sensor is arranged on the support at the top of the buffering round roller.
Furthermore, a long strip-shaped push block is arranged at the head part of the push rod of the air cylinder pushing device.
A correction method of the switch cabinet posture correction device comprises the following steps:
s1, when the switch cabinet is positioned on a detection platform, the distance measurement sensor detects whether the posture of the switch cabinet needs to be corrected or not;
when the two distance measuring sensors on the head frame detect that the distances of the switch cabinets are different and/or the distances are larger than a threshold value, correction is needed;
s2, when correction is needed, the cylinder pushing devices at opposite positions on the side frame are controlled by the control center to push the same distance at the same time, and the control center controls the power roller assembly to drive the switch cabinet to move;
and S3, the ranging sensors detect whether the posture of the switch cabinet needs to be corrected or not, and the steps S1 and S2 are repeated until the distances detected by the two ranging sensors are the same and the distance is smaller than or equal to a threshold value.
A correction method of the switch cabinet posture correction device comprises the following steps:
s1, when the switch cabinet is positioned on a detection platform, the distance measurement sensor detects whether the posture of the switch cabinet needs to be corrected or not;
when the two distance measuring sensors on the head frame detect that the distances of the switch cabinets are different and/or the distances are larger than a threshold value, correction is needed;
or, the distance sensors on the two opposite side frames detect that the distances of the switch cabinets are different and/or the distance is greater than a threshold value, and correction is needed;
the identification device scans the two-dimensional code on the surface of the switch cabinet, and the control center identifies the model of the switch cabinet;
s2, when correction is needed, the control center controls the air cylinder pushing devices at the opposite positions on the side frame to push the same distance at the same time according to the model of the switch cabinet, and controls the power roller assembly to drive the switch cabinet to move;
and S3, the ranging sensors detect whether the posture of the switch cabinet needs to be corrected or not, and the steps S1 and S2 are repeated until the distances detected by the two ranging sensors are the same and the distance is smaller than or equal to a threshold value.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:
the invention innovatively detects the posture of the switch cabinet through a group of ranging sensors and judges whether the switch cabinet reaches a specified position and is parallel to the frame of the detection platform. Meanwhile, the position and the posture of the switch cabinet can be adjusted through the cylinder pushing device so as to meet the detection requirement. The invention has simple positioning mode, high positioning precision, high efficiency, strong reliability and the like, and can correct the switch cabinet to a specified detection position.

Detailed Description
The following further describes the embodiments of the present invention. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Example 1
As shown in the attached figures 1-2, the switch cabinet posture correction device comprises a detection platform 1, wherein the detection platform 1 comprises a power roller assembly 11 for driving the switch cabinet to move.
The opposite positions on two opposite side frames 12 of the detection platform 1 are provided with cylinder pushing devices 13.
A group of buffer round rollers 15 are arranged on a head frame 14 of the detection platform 1; the head frame 14 is also provided with a group of distance measuring sensors 16 which are used for detecting whether the front surface of the switch cabinet reaches a target position and are parallel to the head frame 14; the distance measuring sensor 16 and the cylinder pushing device 13 are respectively connected with the control center.
The group of cylinder pushing devices 13 includes two cylinders with different pushing strokes, i.e., a short stroke cylinder 131 and a long stroke cylinder 132.
The attitude of the switch cabinet is detected through a group of ranging sensors, and whether the switch cabinet reaches a specified position and is parallel to the frame of the detection platform is judged. Meanwhile, the position and the posture of the switch cabinet can be adjusted through the cylinder pushing device so as to meet the detection requirement.
Two groups of cylinder pushing devices 13 are arranged on one side frame 12.
The cylinder pushing unit 13 is fixed to the side frame 12 by a mounting pad 133.
The distance measuring sensor 16 is arranged on a bracket 17 at the top of the buffer round roller 15.
The push rod head of the cylinder pushing device 13 is provided with a strip-shaped push block 18.
A correction method of a switch cabinet posture correction device comprises the following steps:
s1, when the switch cabinet is positioned on a detection platform, a distance measurement sensor detects whether the posture of the switch cabinet needs to be corrected or not;
when two distance measuring sensors on the head frame detect that the distances of the switch cabinets are different and/or the distances are larger than a threshold value, correction is needed;
s2, when correction is needed, the cylinder pushing devices at opposite positions on the side frame are controlled by the control center to push the same distance at the same time, and the control center controls the power roller assembly to drive the switch cabinet to move;
specifically, two groups of cylinder pushing devices at opposite positions on the side frame are controlled by the control center to simultaneously push the same distance, and the control center controls the power roller assembly to drive the switch cabinet to move.
S3, the ranging sensors detect whether the posture of the switch cabinet needs to be corrected or not, and the steps S1 and S2 are repeated until the distances detected by the two ranging sensors are the same and the distance is smaller than or equal to the threshold value.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 3, compared with embodiment 1, the device for correcting the attitude of the switch cabinet is provided with distance measuring sensors 16 on two opposite side frames 12 of a detection platform 1, and the distance measuring sensors 16 are connected with a control center. The attitude of the switch cabinet is detected by the ranging sensor 16 positioned on the side frame 12, and the accuracy of analysis is further improved.
Two sets of range sensors 16 are provided on one side frame 12.
The switch cabinet posture correction device further comprises a recognition device 2 used for scanning the two-dimensional code on the surface of the switch cabinet, and the recognition device 2 is connected with the control center. The recognition device 2 comprises a camera 21, and the camera 21 is mounted on a fixed upright 22.
The cubical switchboard of different models has different sizes, is equipped with the two-dimensional code of information such as cubical switchboard model on the surface of cubical switchboard, and the identification such as model of this embodiment to the cubical switchboard is passed through recognition device 2, and control center carries out the analysis and controls suitable cylinder thrust unit 13 to work to size information etc. to satisfy different requirements.
A correction method of a switch cabinet posture correction device comprises the following steps:
s1, when the switch cabinet is positioned on a detection platform, a distance measurement sensor detects whether the posture of the switch cabinet needs to be corrected or not;
when two distance measuring sensors on the head frame detect that the distances of the switch cabinets are different and/or the distances are larger than a threshold value, correction is needed;
or, the distance sensors on the two opposite side frames detect that the distances of the switch cabinets are different and/or the distance is greater than a threshold value, and correction is needed;
the identification device scans the two-dimensional code on the surface of the switch cabinet, and the control center identifies the model of the switch cabinet;
s2, when correction is needed, the control center controls the air cylinder pushing devices at the opposite positions on the side frame to push the same distance at the same time according to the model of the switch cabinet, and controls the power roller assembly to drive the switch cabinet to move;
s3, the ranging sensors detect whether the posture of the switch cabinet needs to be corrected or not, and the steps S1 and S2 are repeated until the distances detected by the two ranging sensors are the same and the distance is smaller than or equal to the threshold value.
