Background
During the operation of many devices, the moving parts need to be subjected to position detection to determine whether the moving parts are at the rated positions, detection signals are transmitted to a control system of the devices to determine further action requirements of the devices, and the control system sends out device action instructions. In some special environments, common detection devices such as proximity switches and travel switches cannot meet the use requirements. For example, on equipment with violent vibration, a detection original piece or a stop block matched with the detection original piece is easy to loosen and displace, so that detection failure is caused; in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, a detection original is easy to damage and fail.
In view of the above, it is an urgent technical problem for those skilled in the art to design a detection device for detecting the position of a component on a device used in a severe environment such as a high vibration, a high temperature, and a high humidity environment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a position detection device which can accurately detect the positions of equipment parts used in a severe environment and realize signal output.
The invention provides a position detection device, which comprises a slide bar, an earring arranged at the front end of the slide bar, a sliding frame sleeved outside the slide bar and capable of sliding relative to the slide bar, and a limiting support arranged on the outer wall of the sliding frame, wherein the front end of the sliding frame is provided with a gland and a sealing element, the rear end of the sliding frame is provided with a base, the inner part of the sliding frame is provided with a guide sleeve, a limiting contact is arranged on the slide bar, the top of the sliding frame is provided with a guide groove for limiting the limiting contact, the limiting support is provided with at least one proximity switch for sensing the limiting contact, and the position detection device is installed in a sealing manner.
Preferably, the switch bracket comprises an inverted-U-shaped outer frame, a mounting block welded to the top of the inverted-U-shaped outer frame and provided with a threaded hole, and baffle plates welded to two side faces of the inverted-U-shaped outer frame.
Preferably, the mounting surfaces on two sides of the inverted-U-shaped outer frame are respectively provided with a plurality of strip holes for mounting bolts and adjusting the mounting positions of the bolts.
Preferably, the bottom of the sliding frame is provided with an exhaust hole, and an exhauster is installed at the exhaust hole.

According to the position detection device provided by the invention, in the process that the sliding rod moves relative to the sliding frame, the moving limit contact triggers the proximity switches at different positions to detect and send signals, so that the accurate detection of the position is realized.

The invention provides a position detection device, which comprises a slide bar 1, an ear ring 2, a sliding frame 3, a limiting bracket 4, a gland 5, a sealing element 6, a base 7, a guide sleeve 8, a limiting contact 9 and at least one proximity switch 10, wherein the ear ring 2 is fixedly arranged at the front end of the slide bar 1, the guide sleeve 8 is arranged at the rear end of the slide bar 1, the limiting contact 9 is vertically connected with the slide bar 1 and the guide sleeve 8, the gland 5 is covered at the front end of the sliding frame 3, the slide bar 1 penetrates through the gland 5 and is positioned in the sliding frame 3, and the sealing element 6 is arranged between the gland 5 and the slide bar 1 so as to ensure good sealing between the slide bar 1 and the sliding frame 3; in addition, the rear end of the sliding frame 3 is provided with a base 7, a guide sleeve 8 is arranged inside the sliding frame 3, the top of the sliding frame 3 is provided with guide grooves 31 distributed along the length direction, the length of the guide grooves is greater than the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder 15, and the width of the guide grooves is greater than the size of the corresponding position of the limit contact 9; the bottom of the sliding frame 3 is provided with an air vent 32 which is used for balancing the air pressure inside and outside the device during movement so as to guide the sliding of the limit contact 9 and limit the movement stroke of the limit contact 9. The outer wall of the sliding frame 3 is provided with a limiting support 4, the limiting support 4 and the sliding frame are connected through a bolt 11, and at least one proximity switch 10 is arranged on the limiting support 4 and used for sensing a limiting contact 9, so that the position of a part is accurately detected. Aiming at the equipment parts in the high-temperature and high-humidity environment, the device is completely sealed, and all the detection elements can be effectively prevented from being damaged due to environmental erosion.
Now, taking an elevation adjusting device of a rolling mill as an example, the technical scheme of the invention is introduced:
the elevation adjusting device is arranged at the bottom of the rolling mill, and can move horizontally along the axial direction of the roller and vertically along the height direction, and the farthest and the nearest positions of the horizontal displacement need to be detected and signals are output.
By utilizing the position detection device in the scheme, the earring 2 is sleeved on the front end pin shaft 13 of the elevation adjusting device, the base 7 is arranged on the rear end pin shaft 14 of the elevation adjusting device driving hydraulic cylinder 15, the elevation adjusting device is shifted to the rear end, the hydraulic cylinder 15 is in a retraction state, the moving part 12 drives the earring 2 fixed on the front end pin shaft 13 to enable the slide bar 1 connected with the earring to retract to the shortest position, the limit contact 9 is close to one of the proximity switches 10, and the switch detects a signal and sends an electric signal to an external control system.
The elevation adjusting device moves to the front end, the hydraulic cylinder 15 is in an extending state, the moving part 12 drives the front end pin shaft 13, the ear ring 2 and the slide bar 1 to extend to the longest position, and the limit contact 9 approaches to another approach switch 10; the proximity switch 10 detects the signal and the control system sends out an electric signal, during the above movement, the slide bar 1 and the guide sleeve 8 connected with it always slide along the inner hole of the carriage 3.
In a specific embodiment, the position limiting bracket 4 comprises an inverted U-shaped outer frame 41, a mounting block 42 and two baffle plates 43, the mounting block 42 is welded on the top of the inverted U-shaped outer frame 41, the mounting block 42 is provided with a threaded hole, the two baffle plates 43 are welded on the left side and the right side of the inverted U-shaped outer frame 41, and the baffle plates 43 are tightly attached to the carriage 3 after installation. The specific structure of the limit bracket 4 can be various and is determined according to specific practical conditions.
Preferably, the limit bracket 4 and the sliding frame 3, the sliding frame 3 and the baffle 43, and the threaded hole and the bolt 11 are coated with sealing glue to enhance the sealing performance of the whole device.
One or more elongated holes 411 are formed in the arms on both sides of the inverted U-shaped outer frame 41, and the elongated holes 411 are provided for mounting bolts 11 for fixing the position restricting bracket 4 and the carriage 3 and for adjusting the position between the position restricting bracket 4 and the carriage 3. The top of the limit bracket 4 is provided with threaded holes, the number of the threaded holes is the same as that of the proximity switches 10, the threaded holes are used for installing the proximity switches 10, and the center distance of the threaded holes is equal to the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder 15.
In order to balance the air pressure inside and outside the carriage 3, an exhaust hole 32 may be formed in the bottom of the carriage 3, and an exhaler may be installed at the exhaust hole 32, by which the cylinder is automatically balanced while ensuring airtightness.
The guide sleeve 8 can be a steel guide sleeve 8 or a copper guide sleeve, and is preferably made of a copper material to enhance self-lubricating performance. The other parts except the guide sleeve 8 in the device can be made of steel materials or aluminum alloy materials, and different materials can be used according to different places.
Preferably, the sliding rod 1, the guide sleeve 8 and the sliding frame 3 are in clearance tolerance fit, and the guide sleeve 8 and the sliding rod 1 are in interference tolerance fit, so that the guide sleeve 8 and the sliding rod 1 can synchronously move along the inner cavity of the sliding frame 3.
Preferably, the ear ring 2 is in threaded connection with the sliding rod 1, the sliding frame 3 is in threaded connection with the gland 5 and the base 7, the assembly and disassembly are convenient, and the locking is firm.
The working principle of this application does: the hydraulic cylinder 15 drives the moving part 12 to move, the base 7 is connected with the rear end pin shaft 14, the ear ring 2 is connected with the front end pin shaft 13, the slide bar 1 drives the guide sleeve 8 and the limit contact 9 to slide along the inner cavity of the sliding frame 3, and in the process, the limit contact 9 triggers the proximity switch 10 to send a signal in the moving process, so that the accurate detection of the position is realized. In addition, this application position detection device adopts the mounting structure of integrative closed, and the effectual installation of having avoided respectively detects position drunkenness that original paper and dog brought, detects failures such as inefficacy and because of equipment vibrations, environmental erosion cause detection inefficacy or original paper damage, extension means's life.
