sleeving the conical section cylinder body and the conical section blades, and fixing by spot welding to form a conical section tank body which comprises a front conical section tank body and a rear conical section tank body;
fully welding the blades on the inner side of the conical section tank body with the wall of the tank;
coating the straight-section cylinder body with straight-section blades, assembling and welding to form a straight-section tank body;
fully welding the blades on the inner side of the straight tank body with the wall of the cylinder body;
the front end and the rear end of the straight section tank body are respectively butted with the front conical section tank body and the rear conical section tank body, and the straight section tank body and the rear conical section tank body are welded in an assembling mode to complete the preparation of the agitating lorry tank body.

Background
Concrete mixers (concrete mixers) are specialized trucks used to transport concrete for construction; due to its shape, it is also commonly referred to as a vivipara. Cylindrical mixing tanks are arranged on the trucks to carry mixed concrete, and the mixing tanks can be kept to rotate all the time in the transportation process to ensure that the carried concrete cannot be solidified, and are the most important part of the mixing truck. The stirring tank is composed of a cylinder body and blades in the cylinder body, the structural form of the stirring tank body is generally divided into a front conical cylinder body, a straight section cylinder body and a rear conical cylinder body, and transition conical cylinder bodies are also arranged in the individual model tank bodies. The preparation of the tank body of the mixer truck in the field of special vehicle production at present mainly adopts the following technical processes:
1. cutting the raw material plate by using blanking equipment to complete blanking of the part plate required by the tank body;
2. splicing the sector plates and the straight plates required by the cylinder by the part plates through a single-weld seam welding plate welder to form plates to be molded;
3. rolling the plate to be formed into a corresponding conical cylinder and a long straight cylinder by a horizontal plate rolling machine, completing welding of a closed welding line of the cylinders after rolling and forming, and returning to the plate rolling machine for rounding correction after welding;
4. after the barrel of each section is formed, workers firstly install the barrel of each section into a specific tool, then draw tracks and positions of formed blades and other accessories according to the inner side of the barrel, perform assembly welding according to a certain sequence, and connect through the specific tool of the barrel of each section to realize the assembly and welding of the barrel of the tank body. And then the preparation of the tank body of the mixer truck is completed.
The whole tank body preparation process needs the work of blanking of a large amount of raw materials, assembling and splicing of part plates and transferring of workpieces, and the consistency and quality precision requirements of products cannot be guaranteed due to the fact that a large amount of manual operation is needed in the current production process. And a large amount of manual work, the operational environment is abominable, intensity of labour is big, and these factors have influenced the promotion of throughput and product quality.

And the front cone section tank body and the rear cone section tank body are respectively welded with a front cone seal head and a rear cone roller way.
If the tank body of the mixer truck is also provided with a transition cone, the preparation process is the same as that of the front cone and the rear cone.
And inspecting the prepared tank body of the stirring truck, and performing repair welding on the welding line which does not meet the requirements.
All welding processes of the invention are carried out by automatic welding equipment.
The innovation points of the invention are as follows: in the prior art, a cylinder body is manufactured firstly, and then blades are welded in the cylinder body in an external and internal operation sequence. The material transfer in each unit and the material transfer among the units are organically connected by an automatic logistics system to realize the automatic material transfer function. The automatic logistics system comprises but is not limited to a lifting conveying device, a roller conveying system, an AGV conveying system, an RGV conveying system, an air transfer system, a KBK hoisting system and a telescopic fork.

The G-straight section helical blade full-welding unit mainly comprises a tank body transferring RGV primary and secondary vehicle 36, a tank body rotating device 37, a blade full-welding system 38, a tank body longitudinal seam welding system 39 and a tank body vertical turnover device 40. And welding the blades on the inner side of the straight tank body with the wall of the cylinder body in a full welding manner.
The process flow of the invention can realize full-automatic control operation. The above automatic control method is a common technical content known in the art.
