Background
The oil-containing silt is a mixture of silt, sand and water which are generated in the production activities of oil fields and mainly come from various links such as crude oil exploitation, gathering and transportation, refining and the like, and are polluted by crude oil and other organic matters, hydrocarbon substances contained in the oil-containing silt have great harm to the environment, and the direct discharge of the oil-containing silt can not only pollute the environment, but also cause resource waste, so the oil-containing silt of the oil fields needs to be treated;
the existing oil field oil-containing silt treatment equipment mainly separates oil water and silt by a precipitation and filtration method, and is inconvenient to quickly separate oil from the oil water in a specific use process, so that the treatment efficiency and treatment effect are poor, the obtained oil has high water content, the oil cannot be further concentrated, and the overall treatment effect of the equipment cannot be improved;

Example two:
as shown in fig. 10, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that a second motor 420 is fixedly installed on a box 401 through a motor base, a hollow shaft 421 is installed at an output end of the second motor 420, the second motor 420 is used for driving the hollow shaft 421, the hollow shaft 421 is horizontally disposed in an evaporation chamber 404 and is rotatably connected to the box 401, an oil outlet end of the oil pipe 418 extends into the hollow shaft 421, the heated oil is delivered into the hollow shaft 421 through the oil pipe 418, a hollow turntable 422 is fixedly installed on an outer circumferential surface of the hollow shaft 421 through a bolt, an opening is formed in the hollow shaft 421, the hollow shaft 421 is communicated with the hollow turntable 422 through the opening, the oil in the hollow shaft 421 enters the hollow turntable 422, oil outlet holes 426 are formed in two side disc surfaces of the hollow turntable 422, the oil in the hollow turntable 422 is sprayed out through the oil outlet holes 426, the heated water is evaporated, a second air outlet 425 is formed in the top of the box 401 and is communicated with the evaporation chamber 404, the second exhaust port 425 discharges the evaporated moisture, the oil outlet pipe 427 communicated with the evaporation chamber 404 is installed on the side wall of the box 401, the oil outlet pipe 427 discharges the concentrated oil, the hollow shaft 421 is rotated by the second motor 420, and the hollow rotary disc 422 rotates along with the oil outlet pipe 427 to disperse the sprayed oil, thereby further accelerating the water evaporation efficiency.
Example three:
as shown in fig. 10, the present embodiment is different from embodiments 1 and 2 in that a movable shaft 423 is rotatably installed at the top of an evaporation chamber 404 through a bearing, the hollow shaft 421 is engaged with the movable shaft 423 through bevel gears, the hollow shaft 421 drives the movable shaft 423 to rotate through two bevel gears, a second row of fan blades 424 is fixedly installed on the movable shaft 423 through bolts, and the second row of fan blades 424 is located right below a second exhaust port 425, when the movable shaft 423 rotates, the second row of fan blades 424 rotates along with the rotation and blows air towards the second exhaust port 425 to drive the air in the evaporation chamber 404 to flow and make the evaporation chamber 404 in a negative pressure state, and further quickly exhaust evaporated water vapor through the second exhaust port 425 to accelerate water evaporation efficiency and evaporation effect, significantly improve oil concentration effect, and the hollow shaft 421 and the second row of fan blades 424 are rotated by providing a motor, the synchronous operation of oil injection operation and air exhaust operation is realized, the cost is saved, and the evaporation efficiency and the evaporation effect of water in the oil material can be improved.
Example four:
as shown in fig. 10, the present embodiment is different from embodiments 1, 2 and 3 in that a first branch pipe 428 and a second branch pipe 430 are installed at one end of the oil outlet pipe 427 away from the evaporation chamber 404, an oil water mixing sensor 429 is installed on the oil outlet pipe 427, the water content of the output oil is detected by the oil water mixing sensor 429, valves are respectively installed on the first branch pipe 428 and the second branch pipe 430, the valves are solenoid valves, the output of the oil in the first branch pipe 428 and the second branch pipe 430 is controlled by the valves, the other end of the first branch pipe 428 is connected to the oil storage tank, the other end of the second branch pipe 430 is connected to the second input pipe 407, when the water content of the oil is less than a preset value (i.e., a water content threshold value, which is determined according to the quality of the oil to be obtained, such as the water content threshold value is 5%), the valve on the first branch pipe 428 is opened to deliver the oil to the oil storage tank to, when the water content of the oil is greater than the preset value, the valve on the first branch pipe 428 is closed and the valve on the second branch pipe 430 is opened, the oil flows back to the second input pipe 407, and the returned oil is concentrated again until the oil meets the requirement, so that the oil treatment effect is obviously improved.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
when the device is used, the oily sludge-sand solution is precipitated in the precipitation tank 1, the upper solution is conveyed into the filter tank 2, the filter tank 2 filters the entered upper solution to filter solid particles in the upper solution, the first pump body 9 pumps the filtered oily solution in the filter tank 2 into the oil absorption chamber 6, the aeration pipe 23 aerates the oily solution, and generated bubbles carry the oil to float on the liquid level;
the first motor 12 rotates the output shaft 15, the output shaft 15 drives the first exhaust fan blade 18 to rotate so as to enable the inside of the negative pressure oil storage chamber 7 to be in a negative pressure state, due to the negative pressure effect, the bubble suction head 806 sucks the floating oil on the liquid surface, each group of second oil suction pipes 805 conveys the floating oil to the first oil suction pipe 802, the hose 803 conveys the floating oil in the first oil suction pipe 802 to the third hollow disc 801, the rotating pipe 804 conveys the floating oil in the third hollow disc 801 to the oil collection cavity 13, and in the floating oil sucking process, the output shaft 15 drives the rotating pipe 804 to rotate, each group of second oil suction pipes 805 rotates along with the rotating pipe, so that the floating oil on each position on the liquid surface is effectively sucked, the oil in the solution is sucked, and the oil sucking efficiency and the oil sucking effect are improved;
the connecting pipe 14 conveys the sucked oil into the negative-pressure oil storage chamber 7, the output shaft 15 drives the rotating shaft 17 to rotate, the rotating shaft 17 drives the crushing rod 19 to rotate, the crushing rod 19 and the defoaming sharp teeth 21 arranged on the surface of the crushing rod break bubbles in the floating oil to play a defoaming role, and the first row of fan blades 18 rotate to enable the negative-pressure oil storage chamber 7 to be in a negative-pressure state, so that gas generated in a defoaming process can be quickly discharged, the conveying of the floating oil and the improvement of a defoaming effect are facilitated, and the foam in the oil is attached to the upper part of the grid plate 20 and is helpful for completely eliminating the bubbles in the oil;
the second pump 406 transports the oil in the negative pressure oil storage chamber 7 to the first hollow disc 412, the third pump 409 transports the high temperature heat conducting liquid in the liquid storage chamber 402 to the first annular pipe 416, the oil is uniformly dispersed into each group of oil dispersion pipes 414, the high temperature heat conducting liquid is uniformly dispersed into each group of heat preservation sleeves 415, the high temperature heat conducting liquid conducts heat to the oil in the oil dispersion pipes 414, so that the oil is uniformly heated and heated, the heated oil enters the second hollow disc 413 and enters the evaporation chamber 404 through the oil pipeline 418, moisture in the oil is evaporated, so as to reduce the water content in the oil, improve the quality and the treatment effect of the oil, the heat conducting liquid in each group of heat preservation sleeves 415 enters the second annular pipe 417 and flows back to the liquid storage chamber 402 through the liquid return pipe 419, and then the liquid storage chamber 402 is continuously heated, so that the heat conducting liquid is always kept at a high temperature, so as to ensure the heating effect of the oil;
the concentrated oil is output through the oil outlet pipe 427, the water content of the oil is detected by the oil water mixing sensor 429, when the water content of the oil is smaller than a preset value, the valve on the first branch pipe 428 is opened and the oil is conveyed to the oil storage tank, and when the water content of the oil is larger than the preset value, the valve on the second branch pipe 430 is opened and the oil flows back to the second input pipe 407, so that the oil is concentrated again, and the treatment effect is further improved.
