Specifically, the first telescopic assembly 7, the second telescopic assembly 19 and the third telescopic assembly 3 have the same structure, and an electric telescopic rod 24, a hydraulic cylinder or a screw telescopic assembly can be adopted.
In this embodiment, the grinding assembly comprises a second driving source 5 connected to the motion base 25, and the output end of the second driving source 5 is provided with a grinding wheel 6. When the sapphire ingot grinding machine works, the second driving source 5 drives the grinding wheel 6 to rotate, and the sapphire ingot is ground by the rotation of the grinding wheel 6.
In one embodiment, the reciprocating mechanism 4 includes a fixed seat 22, the fixed seat 22 is connected to the third telescopic assembly 3, two driving seats 23 are disposed on the fixed seat 22 in parallel, the driving seats 23 are connected to a moving seat 25 through a telescopic rod 24, and a reciprocating driving assembly is disposed between the driving seats 23 and the moving seat 25. In operation, the driving half-gear 29 is driven to rotate by the driving shaft 28 through the rotation of the third driving source 30, and the reciprocating motion of the motion base 25 can be realized because only half-circumference gear teeth on the driving half-gear 29 are matched with the rack 26.
Specifically, the first drive source 10, the second drive source 5, and the third drive source 30 may be drive motors, or may be other drive sources for rotational drive.
