3. The fruit and vegetable assembly line of claim 1, wherein the storage rack is further fixed with a limiting guide strip for limiting a fruit and vegetable box.

The fruit and vegetable assembly line of claim 2, wherein the linkage pushing structure comprises a main friction wheel, a slave gear, a driving strip, a slave rack and a linkage shaft, the linkage shaft is horizontally and rotatably mounted on the first support, the end part of the linkage shaft is connected with the main friction wheel, the middle part of the linkage shaft is connected with the slave gear through a one-way bearing, the driving strip is connected with a connecting piece and can be contacted with the main friction wheel, the slave rack is horizontally and slidably connected on the first support and meshed with the slave gear, a return spring is further mounted between the slave rack and the first support, and a pushing piece capable of pushing fruit and vegetable material boxes on the transmission roller forwards is fixed on the slave rack.
Background
The fruit and vegetable is the abbreviation of fruit and vegetable, and refers to edible fruit and vegetable. After the fruits and vegetables are picked, the fruits and vegetables generally need to be processed, and in the prior art, circular fruits and vegetables in the fruit and vegetable box are manually processed, so that the processing is complicated. Therefore, a fruit and vegetable production line is designed to solve the problems.

The storage rack is pushed into the fruit and vegetable material boxes stacked together, the first cylinder drives the clamping block to move, the clamping block clamps the fruit and vegetable material boxes on the second layer at the bottom at each time, the second cylinder drives the connecting piece to move upwards, the clamping block drives the fruit and vegetable material boxes to move upwards, and the fruit and vegetable material boxes located at the bottom layer of the transmission roller are pushed forwards through the linkage pushing structure, so that the feeding operation of the fruit and vegetable material boxes is completed.
And the storage rack is also fixedly provided with a limiting guide strip for limiting the fruit and vegetable material box.
The fruit and vegetable material box at the storage rack can be guided in a limiting way through the limiting guide strip.
The linkage pushing structure comprises a main friction wheel, a slave gear, a driving strip, a slave rack and a linkage shaft, wherein the linkage shaft is horizontally and rotatably arranged on a first support, the end part of the linkage shaft is connected with the main friction wheel, the middle part of the linkage shaft is connected with the slave gear through a one-way bearing, the driving strip is connected with a connecting piece, the driving strip can be contacted with the main friction wheel, the slave rack is horizontally and slidably connected onto the first support, the slave rack is meshed with the slave gear, a reset spring is further arranged between the slave rack and the first support, and a pushing piece capable of pushing a fruit and vegetable material box on the transmission roller forwards is fixed on the slave rack.
After the clamping block moves the fruit and vegetable material box on the second layer below upwards to be separated from the fruit and vegetable material box on the bottom layer, the driving strip is contacted with the main friction wheel, the main friction wheel drives the linkage shaft to rotate, the linkage shaft drives the driven gear to rotate, the driven gear is meshed with the driven rack, the driven rack drives the pushing piece to move forwards, and the pushing piece pushes the fruit and vegetable material box on the bottom layer forwards; when the clamping block resets downwards, the driven gear and the linkage shaft can rotate freely relatively under the action of the one-way bearing, and the pushing piece can reset backwards quickly under the action of the reset spring.

Referring to fig. 1-13, the fruit and vegetable production line comprises a machine table 1, wherein a feeding device, a cleaning device and a drying device are arranged on the machine table 1.
The feeding device comprises a first support 2 and a plurality of transmission rollers 25, the first support 2 is fixed on the machine table 1, and in the embodiment, the first support 2 is fixed on the machine table 1 in a bolt connection mode; the conveying roller 25 is horizontally and rotatably mounted on the first support 2, the storage rack 3 is fixed on the first support 2, a guide post 28 is fixed on the side part of the storage rack 3, a guide sleeve 29 is arranged on the guide post 28, a first air cylinder 30 is fixed on the guide sleeve 29 through a connecting piece 31, a piston rod of the first air cylinder 30 is horizontally arranged, a clamping block 34 for clamping the fruit and vegetable box is fixed at the end part of the piston rod of the first air cylinder 30, and the clamping block 34 is an existing product in the embodiment; the side part of the storage rack 3 is also fixed with a second cylinder 32, a piston rod of the second cylinder 32 is vertically downward, the end part of the piston rod of the second cylinder 32 is connected with the connecting piece 31, and the first support 2 is also provided with a linkage pushing structure.

The linkage pushing structure comprises a main friction wheel 38, a secondary gear 33, a driving strip 37, a secondary rack 26 and a linkage shaft 35, wherein the linkage shaft 35 is horizontally and rotatably arranged on the first bracket 2, the end part of the linkage shaft 35 is connected with the main friction wheel 38, the middle part of the linkage shaft 35 is connected with the secondary gear 33 through a one-way bearing 39, and in the embodiment, the one-way bearing 39 is an existing product available in the market; the driving strip 37 is connected with the connecting piece 31, the driving strip 37 can be in contact with the main friction wheel 38, the slave rack 26 is horizontally and slidably connected on the first bracket 2, the slave rack 26 is meshed with the slave gear 33, a return spring 36 is further arranged between the slave rack 26 and the first bracket 2, and a pushing piece 27 capable of pushing the fruit and vegetable box on the transmission roller 25 forwards is fixed on the slave rack 26.

The round brush structure includes crane 21, round brush 23, third motor 47 and third cylinder 22, and third cylinder 22 passes through supporting legs two 4 to be fixed on second support 5, and the piston rod of third cylinder 22 is vertical downwards, and crane 21 is fixed at the tailpiece of the piston rod of third cylinder 22, and round brush 23 horizontal rotation is installed on crane 21, and round brush 23 tip links to each other with third motor 47, and in this embodiment, third motor 47 is gear motor, can make round brush 23 slow rotation.
A first roller 50 is arranged on the first limiting strip 49; the first limiting strip 49 is also horizontally connected with a first movable rod 70 in a sliding manner, the first movable rod 70 is connected with a first one-way piece 72, and a first spring 71 is further arranged between the first one-way piece 72 and the first limiting strip 49; the fruit and vegetable box on the first processing plate 48 can be prevented from falling back through the first one-way piece 72.
A second roller 40 is arranged on the second limiting strip 41; a second movable rod is horizontally connected to the second limiting strip 41 in a sliding manner, the second movable rod is connected with a second one-way piece, and a second spring is further arranged between the second one-way piece and the second limiting strip 41; the fruit and vegetable box on the second processing plate 42 can be prevented from returning through the second one-way piece.
