1. A merchant management method is applied to an e-commerce platform side, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:

6. A merchant management arrangement, comprising:

Background

With the continuous penetration of business and the growing demand of users, the e-commerce platform accesses a plurality of merchant data from a plurality of channels. However, due to the limitation of the screen of the mobile phone end, a plurality of merchants which can match the requirements of the user need to be displayed in pages. Through user behavior data analysis, the user rarely finds out the service merchant accurately through the page turning function. The merchant with the matched first page can obtain the order even if the service quality is bad, and the merchant with the matched second page cannot enter the visual range of the user even if the service quality is good.

Thus, current e-commerce platforms forego forward direction on merchant behavior and ignore the user's implicit quality of service requirements.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a merchant management method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and aims to solve the problems.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a merchant management method, applied to an e-commerce platform, including: acquiring a corresponding merchant list and corresponding dimension information based on adaptive industry parameters set by the e-commerce platform; acquiring merchant data information in the corresponding merchant list; putting the data information of the merchant into a calculation analysis model of a corresponding dimension to obtain a score value corresponding to the current dimension of the merchant; and calculating the final credit score of the merchant according to the set dimension weight and the score scores corresponding to different dimensions.

In some embodiments, the merchant data information includes an adapted industry of the merchant, a merchant order amount, a customer rating, a chargeback amount, and a platform dependency.

In some embodiments, the computational analysis model of the corresponding dimension includes a corresponding relationship between merchant data values and score values of the current dimension; and obtaining the score value corresponding to the merchant in the current dimension according to the corresponding relation.

In some embodiments, the merchant management method further comprises: setting a credit calculation period of the merchant, and automatically updating the credit score of the merchant at intervals.

In some embodiments, the merchant management method further comprises: and responding to a search instruction which is input by the user side and comprises adaptive industry parameters, sequencing the corresponding merchant list according to the final credit score, and sending the merchant list to the user side for display.

The merchant management method and device, the electronic equipment and the storage medium disclosed by the embodiment of the invention realize three-dimensional evaluation on merchant credit through multi-dimensional three-dimensional evaluation, namely match with the search condition of a user and meet the implicit requirement of the user on service experience, so that a well-served merchant is promoted to enter the visual range of the user, and the behavior of the merchant is guided positively. Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

The embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to various electronic business service platforms, such as a car owner service platform, a takeaway service platform, a fitness service platform and other life service platforms. For example, for the owner service platform, the current owner platform performs sorting and paging display on merchant data according to the distance of an owner or whether a preference exists or not and other single indexes; however, the owner platform is a service scenario based on the subscriber line service, and is sensitive to a distance range, may not be sensitive to an accurate distance, and is sensitive to the preference, but the preference is likely to be offset by the distance length, so that it is difficult for a user to accurately match to the most appropriate service merchant through a single index.

Therefore, the embodiment of the invention discloses a merchant management method applied to an e-commerce platform, which provides a comprehensive sequencing paging scheme, introduces a multi-dimensional scoring system, supports the platform to configure scoring dimensions, scoring weight of the dimensions and scoring algorithm of different industries, and realizes three-dimensional evaluation on merchant credit, namely matching search conditions of users and meeting implicit requirements of the users on service experience.

Fig. 1 is a process flow diagram of a merchant management method according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the merchant management method of this embodiment includes:

step S101, acquiring a corresponding merchant list and corresponding dimension information based on adaptive industry parameters set by the e-commerce platform;

step S102, collecting merchant data information in the corresponding merchant list;

step S103, putting the merchant data information into a calculation analysis model of a corresponding dimension to obtain a score value corresponding to the merchant in the current dimension;

and step S104, calculating the final credit score of the merchant according to the set dimension weight and the score scores corresponding to different dimensions.

In some embodiments, the e-commerce platform may access numerous merchant data from multiple channels, and these merchants may be categorized for display according to the industry of the adaptation. For example, on the car owner service platform, the adaptation industry may be divided into car washing, maintenance, refueling, maintenance, car beauty, etc., but most of the accessed car service merchants cannot provide all the industry services, but only provide some of them, so in step S101 of this embodiment, based on the set adaptation industry parameters, a merchant list providing the "adaptation industry" service can be screened out.

The merchant generates merchant data information corresponding to the business activities of the merchant in the platform business process, such as order amount, order amount and customer evaluation of the merchant on the e-commerce platform. In the embodiment of the invention, the input value of the calculation analysis model is the value of certain dimension information included in the merchant data information, the output value is the score of the corresponding dimension, and the higher the score is, the higher the credit degree of the merchant on the dimension is indicated. The score is a quantitative embodiment of the credit degree of the merchant and is also a basis for directly judging the comprehensive service ranking of the merchant. Therefore, in step S103 of the embodiment of the present invention, the numerical values of different dimensions included in the merchant data information are respectively put into the calculation analysis models of corresponding dimensions, so as to obtain a plurality of score values corresponding to different dimensions of the merchant.

In the embodiment of the present invention, since the service types corresponding to each adaptation industry are different, the weights of different dimensions should be different for the user's requirements for different services. Therefore, after obtaining a plurality of score values corresponding to different dimensions of the merchant, the score values of all the dimensions are calculated again by using the set weights of the different dimensions, and the final credit score of the merchant is obtained. The final credit score of the merchant is a basis for directly judging the comprehensive service ranking of the merchant, and is a basis for sequencing the corresponding merchant list according to the final credit score and displaying the merchant list at the user terminal in response to a search instruction input by the user terminal.

In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to implement a process of calculating the reputation score of a merchant in real time in steps S101 to S104 and obtain the latest ranking of the merchant reputation according to the continuous update of the data information of the merchant, the embodiment of the present invention further includes setting a merchant reputation calculation period and automatically updating the reputation score of the merchant at intervals. For example, the change of the merchant address, the modification of the merchant evaluation or the adjustment of the merchant order price affect the score values corresponding to the dimensions, and further affect the overall reputation score of the merchant.

In the process of implementing steps S101-S104 of the embodiment of the present invention, a series of parameters such as an adapted industry parameter, dimension information, merchant data information, a computational analysis model, a score corresponding to a current dimension, a set dimension weight, and a merchant final reputation score may be stored in the e-commerce platform server in the form of a data table. In terms of hardware, the present application further provides an embodiment of an electronic device for implementing all or part of contents in the merchant management apparatus, where the electronic device specifically includes the following contents:
