1. A configurable asset management method, characterized in that it comprises:
acquiring a preset number of asset information fields which are configured in advance in an asset basic information configuration interface;
generating a custom field selection template based on each asset information field;
inputting asset information data corresponding to each asset information field;
and displaying the asset information data corresponding to each asset information field in a data display interface based on the self-defined field selection template.
2. The configurable asset management method of claim 1, wherein said asset base information configuration interface comprises a fixed field module and a custom field module,
before the step of obtaining a preset number of asset information fields preconfigured in the asset basis information configuration interface, the configurable asset management method further includes:
judging whether the asset information field required by the target user exists in the fixed field module;
if yes, selecting the asset information field from the fixed field module;
and if not, configuring the asset information field in a custom field module in a custom way.
3. The configurable asset management method of claim 2 wherein said step of custom configuring said asset information field in said custom field module if not present comprises:
selecting a storage position corresponding to the asset information field in the custom field module;
inputting a field name corresponding to the asset information field;
and recording the field name into a position corresponding to a target database table based on the storage position so as to complete the user-defined configuration of the asset information field.
4. The configurable asset management method according to claim 1, wherein said step of presenting asset information data corresponding to each of said asset information fields in a data display interface based on said custom field selection template comprises:
selecting each asset information field to be displayed in the self-defined field selection template;
reading asset information data corresponding to the asset information fields to be displayed based on the field attributes corresponding to the asset information fields to be displayed;
and displaying the asset information data corresponding to each to-be-displayed asset information field and each to-be-displayed asset information field in the data display interface in a user-defined manner.
5. The configurable asset management method according to claim 4, wherein said step of displaying said asset information fields to be displayed and said asset information data respectively corresponding to said asset information fields to be displayed in said data display interface in a customized manner comprises:
selecting an asset information display mode on the data display interface;
and displaying the asset information data corresponding to each to-be-displayed asset information field and each to-be-displayed asset information field in the data display interface according to the asset information display mode.
6. The configurable asset management method according to claim 1, wherein after said step of entering asset information data corresponding to each of said asset information fields, said configurable asset management method further comprises:
acquiring field attributes corresponding to the asset information fields;
and associating and storing the asset information data corresponding to the field attributes based on the field attributes corresponding to the asset information fields.
7. A configurable asset management device, characterized in that said configurable asset management device comprises:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a storage module and a management module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring preset quantity of asset information fields which are configured in advance in an asset basic information configuration interface;
the template generating module is used for generating a self-defined field selection template based on each asset information field;
the data import module is used for inputting asset information data corresponding to each asset information field;
and the display module is used for displaying the asset information data corresponding to each asset information field in a data display interface based on the self-defined field selection template.
8. A configurable asset management device, characterized in that said configurable asset management device comprises: a memory, a processor, and a configurable asset management program stored on the memory,
the configurable asset management program being executed by the processor for implementing the steps of the configurable asset management method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. A medium, readable storage medium, having stored thereon a configurable asset management program, the configurable asset management program being executed by a processor for performing the steps of implementing the configurable asset management method according to any of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the configurable asset management method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
Background
With the development of internet technology, an enterprise asset management system is an indispensable management tool for enterprises, and at present, in an existing enterprise asset management system in a software market, an enterprise is a development system which is generally customized according to existing content requirements, and when the enterprise needs to change the system requirements in the subsequent development process, developers are required to repeatedly develop the system according to new requirements, however, the repeated development requires a large amount of time cost, and dynamic real-time update of asset information cannot be realized, so that the reusability of the enterprise asset management system is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The present application is directed to a configurable asset management method, device, medium, and computer program product, and aims to solve the technical problem of low reusability of an enterprise asset management system in the prior art.
To achieve the above object, the present application provides a configurable asset management method, including:
acquiring a preset number of asset information fields which are configured in advance in an asset basic information configuration interface;
generating a custom field selection template based on each asset information field;
inputting asset information data corresponding to each asset information field;
and displaying the asset information data corresponding to each asset information field in a data display interface based on the self-defined field selection template.
Optionally, before the step of obtaining a preset number of asset information fields preconfigured in the asset basis information configuration interface, the configurable asset management method further includes:
judging whether the asset information field required by the target user exists in the fixed field module;
if yes, selecting the asset information field from the fixed field module;
and if not, configuring the asset information field in a custom field module in a custom way.
Optionally, if the field information does not exist, the step of configuring the asset information field in the custom field module in a custom manner includes:
selecting a storage position corresponding to the asset information field in the custom field module;
inputting a field name corresponding to the asset information field;
and recording the field name into a position corresponding to a target database table based on the storage position so as to complete the user-defined configuration of the asset information field.
Optionally, the step of displaying the asset information data corresponding to each asset information field in a data display interface based on the custom field selection template includes:
selecting each asset information field to be displayed in the self-defined field selection template;
reading asset information data corresponding to the asset information fields to be displayed based on the field attributes corresponding to the asset information fields to be displayed;
and displaying the asset information data corresponding to each to-be-displayed asset information field and each to-be-displayed asset information field in the data display interface in a user-defined manner.
Optionally, the step of displaying the asset information data to be displayed and the asset information data corresponding to each asset information field to be displayed in the data display interface in a user-defined manner includes:
selecting an asset information display mode on the data display interface;
and displaying the asset information data corresponding to each to-be-displayed asset information field and each to-be-displayed asset information field in the data display interface according to the asset information display mode.
Optionally, after the step of entering the asset information data corresponding to each asset information field, the configurable asset management method further includes:
acquiring field attributes corresponding to the asset information fields;
and associating and storing the asset information data corresponding to the field attributes based on the field attributes corresponding to the asset information fields.
The present application further provides a configurable asset management device, the configurable asset management device being a virtual device, the configurable asset management device comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a storage module and a management module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring preset quantity of asset information fields which are configured in advance in an asset basic information configuration interface;
the template generating module is used for generating a self-defined field selection template based on each asset information field;
the data import module is used for inputting asset information data corresponding to each asset information field;

The present application further provides a configurable asset management device, the configurable asset management device being an entity device, the configurable asset management device comprising: a memory, a processor, and a configurable asset management program stored on the memory, the configurable asset management program being executed by the processor to implement the steps of the configurable asset management method as described above.
The present application also provides a medium which is a readable storage medium having stored thereon a configurable asset management program, the configurable asset management program being executed by a processor to perform steps implementing a configurable asset management method as described above.
The present application also provides a computer program product comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the configurable asset management method as described above.
The application provides a configurable asset management method, equipment, medium and computer program product, compared with the technical means of developing an enterprise asset management system in a customized manner according to the existing content requirements of an enterprise in the prior art, the application firstly acquires a preset number of asset information fields which are configured in advance in an asset basic information configuration interface, realizes the purpose of freely selecting custom fields according to the requirements of users, further generates a custom field selection template based on the asset information fields, further inputs asset information data corresponding to the asset information fields, further displays the asset information data corresponding to the asset information fields in a data display interface based on the custom field selection template, realizes the dynamic configuration of the required fields based on the asset basic information configuration interface, that is, the user can add new asset information fields at any time, update in real time according to the condition of the asset information fields during data display, and display the updated asset information fields in the data display interface in real time, so that the technical defect that in the prior art, when an enterprise needs to change system requirements, developers need to repeatedly develop the system according to new requirements, however, the repeated development needs a large amount of time cost, dynamic update of asset information cannot be realized in real time, and the reusability of the enterprise asset management system is low is overcome, and the reusability of the enterprise asset management system is improved.

In a first embodiment of the configurable asset management method of the present application, referring to fig. 1, the configurable asset management method includes:
step S10, acquiring preset quantity of asset information fields pre-configured in an asset basic information configuration interface;
in this embodiment, it should be noted that, when a target user enters an enterprise asset management system for the first time, the target user jumps to enter an asset basic information configuration interface to configure asset information fields, and when the target user has already configured the enterprise asset management system, a configuration device may be clicked in the system to configure newly added asset information fields, further, the asset basic information configuration interface is an interface for custom-selecting required fields, and the steps in the asset basic information configuration interface include a fixed field module and a custom field module, where the fixed field module is an interface module for selecting existing fixed fields to be selected, the custom field module is an interface module, the asset information fields include information fields such as asset numbers, brands, purchase names, and suppliers, the preset number is determined according to the asset information field required by the target user, and is not limited herein.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining a preset number of asset information fields configured in advance in an asset basic information configuration interface, specifically, when each asset information field required by a target user exists in a fixed field module, selecting the asset information field, further, when the asset information field required by the target user does not exist in the fixed field module, inputting text information corresponding to the required asset information field in a custom field module so as to meet the requirements of the user, further selecting a storage position corresponding to a field name, further, storing the field name in a position corresponding to a target database table according to the storage position, completing custom configuration of the asset information field, and further obtaining the asset information field configured by the target user.
Additionally, if the number of the asset information fields in the fixed field module is large, so that the display on the asset basic information configuration interface is incomplete, the display configuration processing can be performed on the display area corresponding to the asset information fields in the fixed field module, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Step S20, generating a custom field selection template based on each asset information field;
in this embodiment, it should be noted that the custom field selection template is an asset information field that is configured to be stored and used to select an asset information field to be displayed and displayed on the data display interface.
And specifically, after each asset information field is configured in advance in the asset basic information configuration interface, a custom field selection template is generated according to each asset information field so as to select each asset information field to be displayed in the custom field.
Step S30, inputting asset information data corresponding to each asset information field;
in this embodiment, asset information data corresponding to each asset information field is entered, specifically, asset information data corresponding to each asset information field is entered according to each asset information field, and the asset information data and the field attributes corresponding to the asset information fields are stored in association, so that each asset information field and the asset information fields corresponding thereto can be accurately displayed in the data display interface.

Compared with the technical means of developing an enterprise asset management system in a customized manner according to the existing content requirements of an enterprise, the embodiment of the application firstly acquires the preset number of asset information fields which are configured in advance in an asset basic information configuration interface, achieves the purpose of freely selecting custom fields according to the requirements of users, further generates a custom field selection template based on the asset information fields, further inputs asset information data corresponding to the asset information fields, further displays the asset information data corresponding to the asset information fields in a data display interface based on the custom field selection template, achieves the purpose of dynamically configuring the required fields based on the asset basic information configuration interface, namely, the users can add the asset information fields at any time, meanwhile, real-time updating can be carried out according to the condition of the asset information field during data display, and the data is displayed in the data display interface in real time, so that the technical defect that in the prior art, when an enterprise needs to change the system requirements, developers need to repeatedly develop the system according to new requirements, however, repeated development needs a large amount of time cost, dynamic updating of asset information cannot be achieved in real time, and the reusability of the enterprise asset management system is low is overcome, and the reusability of the enterprise asset management system is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 2, based on the first embodiment of the present application, in another embodiment of the present application, before the step of obtaining a preset number of asset information fields preconfigured in the asset basis information configuration interface, the configurable asset management method further includes:
step B10, judging whether the fixed field module has the asset information field needed by the target user;
in this embodiment, it should be noted that the asset basic information configuration interface includes a fixed field module and a custom field module, where a preset asset information field is stored in the fixed field module, the preset asset information field may be directly selected from the fixed field module, and then the storage location of the asset information field may be selected by a custom in the custom field module and a text name may be input, so as to achieve the purpose of configuring the asset information field by a custom.
Step B20, if existing, selecting the asset information field in the fixed field module;
in this embodiment, if the fixed field module exists, the asset information field is selected from the fixed field module, and specifically, when the fixed field module exists an asset information field required by a target user, the asset information field is selected from the fixed field module.
And step B30, if not, configuring the asset information field in the custom field module in a custom way.
In this embodiment, if the fixed field module does not exist, the asset information field is configured in the custom field module in a custom manner, and specifically, if the fixed field module does not exist the asset information field required by the target user, the field name corresponding to the asset information field required by the target user is input in the custom field module, so that real-time dynamic update of field configuration is realized.
If the field does not exist, the step of configuring the asset information field in the custom field module in a custom manner comprises the following steps:
step B31, selecting the storage position corresponding to the asset information field in the self-defined field module;
in this embodiment, it should be noted that the storage location is a location where the asset information field is stored in a database table.

The embodiment of the application provides a configurable asset management method, that is, whether an asset information field required by a target user exists in a fixed field module is judged, and then if the asset information field exists, the asset information field is selected from the fixed field module, and further, if the asset information field does not exist, the asset information field is configured in a self-defined field module in a self-defined way, so that the asset information field required by configuration is increased in real time based on an asset basic information interface, that is, a developer does not need to develop again according to a new requirement, and a foundation is laid for overcoming the technical defect that in the prior art, when the system requirement needs to be changed, the developer needs to repeatedly develop a system according to the new requirement, the dynamic update of asset information cannot be realized in real time, and the reusability of an enterprise asset management system is low.
Further, referring to fig. 3, in another embodiment of the present application, based on the first embodiment of the present application, the step of displaying the asset information data corresponding to each of the asset information fields in a data display interface based on the custom field selection template includes:
step C10, selecting each asset information field to be displayed in the self-defined field selection template;
in this embodiment, it should be noted that the asset information field to be displayed is a field displayed on the data display interface, and since there is a case that all asset information fields do not need to be displayed at one time in the data display interface, configured asset information fields may be stored in advance through the custom field selection module, and then a field requiring data display is selected from the custom field selection template, and when a field requiring display is required to be added, a field requiring display addition is selected from the custom template.
And selecting each asset information field to be displayed in the custom field selection template, specifically, selecting each asset information field to be displayed in the custom field selection template according to the data required to be displayed by the target user.
Step C20, reading the asset information data corresponding to each asset information field to be displayed based on the field attribute corresponding to each asset information field to be displayed;
in this embodiment, it should be noted that, the field attribute corresponding to each asset information field to be displayed is stored in the corresponding database in association with the asset information data.

In this embodiment, the asset information fields to be displayed and the asset information data corresponding to the asset information fields to be displayed are displayed in the data display interface in a user-defined manner, specifically, an asset information display mode is selected in the data display interface, and then the asset information data corresponding to the asset information fields to be displayed and the asset information fields to be displayed are displayed in the data display interface according to the asset information display mode, for example, in an enterprise asset management system, after data stored in a database table is read through a system background, the data is displayed in a related interface through data interaction of the background and a front-end interface.

in this embodiment, it should be noted that the asset information display mode is a mode of performing custom configuration on the asset information data display mode and the asset information field sequence, and includes a list display mode, a multimedia display mode, and the like.
And selecting an asset information display mode in the data display interface, specifically, displaying the corresponding asset information display mode through self-defined selection data in the data display interface, so that the asset information field and the associated asset information data are displayed according to the asset information display mode.
And step C32, displaying the asset information data corresponding to each to-be-displayed asset information field and each to-be-displayed asset information field in the data display interface according to the asset information display mode.
In this embodiment, asset information data corresponding to each of the asset information fields to be displayed and each of the asset information fields to be displayed are displayed in the data display interface according to the asset information display manner, specifically, the asset information data are displayed in the data display interface according to the asset information display manner, and further, the display order between the asset information fields to be displayed may be adjusted to display the asset information data in the data display interface.
The embodiment of the application provides a configurable asset management method, namely, each asset information field to be displayed is selected in a self-defined field selection template, and then asset information data corresponding to each asset information field to be displayed is read based on field attributes corresponding to each asset information field to be displayed, further, each asset information field to be displayed and asset information data corresponding to each asset information field to be displayed are displayed in a data display interface in a self-defined manner, so that real-time updating can be performed according to the condition of the asset information field during data display based on the asset information field, and the data display interface is displayed in a self-defined display manner, in order to overcome the problem that in the prior art, when system requirements need to be changed, developers need to repeatedly develop a system according to new requirements, and dynamic updating of asset information can not be performed in real time, and the technical defect of low reusability of the enterprise asset management system lays a foundation.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a configurable asset management device of a hardware operating environment according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, the configurable asset management device may include: a processor 1001, such as a CPU, a memory 1005, and a communication bus 1002. The communication bus 1002 is used for realizing connection communication between the processor 1001 and the memory 1005. The memory 1005 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., a magnetic disk memory). The memory 1005 may alternatively be a memory device separate from the processor 1001 described above.
Optionally, the configurable asset management device may also include a rectangular user interface, a network interface, a camera, RF (Radio Frequency) circuitry, sensors, audio circuitry, a WiFi module, and so forth. The rectangular user interface may comprise a Display screen (Display), an input sub-module such as a Keyboard (Keyboard), and the optional rectangular user interface may also comprise a standard wired interface, a wireless interface. The network interface may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WIFI interface).
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the configurable asset management device configuration shown in fig. 4 does not constitute a limitation of the configurable asset management device and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.
As shown in fig. 4, memory 1005, which is a type of computer storage medium, may include an operating system, a network communication module, and a configurable asset management program. The operating system is a program that manages and controls the configurable asset management device hardware and software resources, supporting the operation of the configurable asset management program as well as other software and/or programs. The network communication module is used to enable communication between the various components within the memory 1005, as well as with other hardware and software in the configurable asset management system.
In the configurable asset management device of fig. 4, the processor 1001 is configured to execute a configurable asset management program stored in the memory 1005 to implement the steps of any of the configurable asset management methods described above.
The specific implementation of the configurable asset management device in the present application is substantially the same as that of each embodiment of the configurable asset management method, and is not described herein again.
The present application further provides a configurable asset management device comprising:
