Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a setting method of an information capturing device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the setting method of the information capturing apparatus includes:
and S110, receiving a set value.
When the host 20 is connected to one of the information capturing devices 10 a-10 b (e.g., the information capturing device 10a), the host 20 can perform a configuration process of the information capturing device 10 a. During the execution of the setting process, the input unit 220 of the host 20 receives a setting value. Wherein the set value is a positive integer. In some embodiments, the input unit 220 may be implemented by one or more input devices such as a touch screen, a voice input, a keyboard, and the like.
And S120, setting the number of event classifications according to a set value to generate a plurality of event marks.
After S110, the processing unit 240 sets the number of event classifications according to the above setting value to generate a plurality of event flags. Here, the event markers may be numbers, Chinese and English letters, or other symbols and combinations thereof. For example, when the setting value is 3, three event flags of level one, level two and level three are generated.
S130, receiving the classification definition of each event classification in the number.
Next, the input unit 220 receives the category definition of each of the above-mentioned number of event categories. In other words, each event marker has a specific classification definition to facilitate future classification. In some embodiments, the classification definition may be a token, a code, or a word. For example, the classification definition of the first level represents an murder incident, the classification definition of the second level represents a robbery incident, and the classification definition of the third level represents a traffic accident incident.
S140, generating an event classification table by the event mark and the classification definition.
The processing unit 240 generates an event classification table according to the event labels and the classification definitions. In other words, the event classification table at least includes the same number of event markers as the set value, and the classification definition corresponding to each event marker. In some embodiments, the processing unit 240 stores the generated event classification table in the storage unit 230. Continuing with the previous example, when the setting value is 3, the event classification table is shown in the following table one.
Watch 1
S160, outputting the event classification table to the information capturing device.
After the event classification table is generated, the communication unit 210 outputs the event classification table to the information capturing device 10a to configure the information capturing device 10 a.
In one embodiment, the host 20 is connected to the information capturing device 10a to be updated with the event option, and then the host 20 performs steps S110 to S160. In another embodiment, when the host 20 completes the steps S110 to S140, the host 20 is connected to the information capturing device 10a to be updated with the event option, and after the connection, step S160 is executed to transmit the generated event classification table to the information capturing device 10 a. In some embodiments, the storage unit 230 stores a plurality of event classification tables with different contents, and the event classification tables can be respectively output to different information capturing devices according to requirements. For example, the host 20 may respectively establish a first group of personnel-specific event classification tables and a second group of personnel-specific event classification tables according to steps S110 to S140, and output the first group of personnel-specific event classification tables to the information capturing device when the first group of personnel receives the information capturing device, and output the second group of personnel-specific event classification tables to the information capturing device when the second group of personnel receives the information capturing device.

Fig. 5 is a schematic block diagram of an embodiment of the information acquisition apparatus shown in fig. 1. In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the information retrieving apparatus 10 includes a communication unit 110, a control unit 120, a storage unit 130, a user interface 140, a prompting module 160, and a retrieving module 150. The control unit 120 is coupled to the communication unit 110, the storage unit 130, the user interface 140, the prompt module 160, and the retrieving module 150.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a setting method of an information capturing device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, 5 and 6, the method for setting the information capturing device includes:
s210, receiving an event classification table.
When the configuration process of any one of the information capturing devices 10 a-10 b is to be performed, the communication unit 110 of the information capturing device 10 receives the event classification table. Herein, the event classification table has a plurality of event labels and classification definitions represented by the event labels.
S220, generating a plurality of options of the user interface according to the received event classification table.
After receiving the event classification table, the control unit 120 of the information retrieval device 10 generates a plurality of options of the user interface 140 according to the received event classification table. In other words, the user interface 140 provides several options for the user to select according to the event classification table. That is, after step S220, one of several options may be selected through the user interface 140.
S230, receiving a selection instruction of the user interface to one of the options.
After the plurality of options are generated, the control unit 120 of the information retrieving apparatus 10 receives a selection instruction of one of the plurality of options from the user interface 140. In other words, after the user interface 140 receives an option selected by the user, a selection instruction corresponding to the option is generated. That is, the select instruction specifies an event marker. Here, the user interface 140 may be implemented by a touch screen, a voice control instruction, a motion detection, a human face recognition, a dial, a switch or a button, and the like.
S240, an information capturing procedure is executed to generate the recording information.
The information acquisition apparatus 10 executes an information acquisition procedure to generate the recording information. In some embodiments, the information retrieving process is to start the retrieving module 150 to retrieve the surrounding environment information, and after the retrieving module 150 is turned off, the retrieving module 150 generates the environment information retrieved from the start to the turn-off as the record information. In one embodiment, the capturing module 150 can be implemented by a camera lens and an image signal processing unit. In another embodiment, the capturing module 150 can be implemented by a camera lens, a microphone, and an image signal processing unit. In some embodiments, the recorded information may be video information, audio information, thermal information, or audiovisual information.
In some embodiments, the start or end of the retrieval process may be triggered by the user interface 140. In some embodiments, the start or end of the retrieving process may be triggered by a start module 170.
It should be noted that, although the foregoing describes each step in sequence, the order is not a limitation of the present invention, and those skilled in the art should understand that the order of execution of some steps may be performed simultaneously or sequentially. For example, in some embodiments, the initiation of the execution of the information retrieval process is synchronized with the receipt of the selection instruction. In other embodiments, the initiation of the execution of the information retrieval process is not synchronized with the receipt of the selection instruction. In still other embodiments, receiving the selection instruction is after the execution of the information retrieval process terminates. In other words, the order of step S240 is not limited, and may be before or after steps S210-S230.
And S250, marking the record information with the event mark corresponding to the selected selection item according to the selection instruction.
Next, the control unit 120 of the information retrieving device 10 marks the record information with the event mark corresponding to the selected selection item according to the selection instruction. In some embodiments of step S250, the control unit 120 stores the recorded information marked with the event mark in the storage unit 130. In some embodiments of step S250, the control unit 120 may further send the recorded information marked with the event mark to other devices (e.g., a server, a trigger box, a laptop or a smartphone, etc.) via the communication unit 110.
Further, a method for setting an information retrieving device according to an embodiment of the present invention further includes: receiving a prompt file corresponding to the event classification table, wherein the prompt file has prompts defined by each classification; and outputting a prompt according to the classification definition represented by the event mark corresponding to the selection instruction.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a setting method of an information capturing device according to an embodiment of the present invention. In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7, the setting method of the information capturing apparatus includes:
s210', receiving the event classification table and the prompt file.
When receiving the event classification table, the communication unit 110 also receives the prompt file corresponding to the event classification table. Here, the hint file corresponds to the event classification table, and the hint file has hints of the classification definitions of all event markers in the event classification table.
S220, generating a plurality of options of the user interface according to the received event classification table.
S230, receiving a selection instruction of the user interface to one of the options.
And S231, outputting a prompt according to the classification definition represented by the event mark corresponding to the selection instruction.
At this time, when the selection instruction is received, the prompt module 160 of the information capturing apparatus 10 outputs a prompt of the classification definition represented by the corresponding event flag in the prompt file according to the selection instruction. For example, when the prompt is a voice message, the prompt module 160 may be implemented by a speaker. When the prompt is a text message, the prompt module 160 can be implemented by a display. When the indication is an operation command, the indication module 160 may be implemented by a display lamp, for example, when level two is selected, the operation command may be to make the display lamp flash twice.
S240, an information capturing procedure is executed to generate the recording information.
And S250, marking the record information with the event mark corresponding to the selected selection item according to the selection instruction.
Fig. 8 is an external view of the information capturing apparatus shown in fig. 1. For example, in order to reduce the size and achieve flexible control, the user interface 140 of the information capturing device 10 is implemented by a wheel-type control method, as shown in fig. 8, the information capturing device 10 has a wheel 14, a camera 15, a display lamp 16 and a button 17 (an activation module 170). By way of example, the police officer makes the information capturing device 10 generate a plurality of options for the wheel 14 according to steps S210-S220, wherein the classification definition represented by the first level is a murder incident, the classification definition represented by the second level is a robbery incident, and the classification definition represented by the third level is a traffic accident incident. When receiving a report call, it indicates that a robbery is occurring, and when the police personnel arrives at the scene of the robbery, the button 17 is pressed to generate a trigger signal, the control unit 120 responds to the trigger signal to drive the capturing module 150 to start executing an information capturing program, such as: the photographing lens 15 starts to start photographing. Before the police officer finishes recording, the rotating wheel 14 of the information acquisition device 10 rotates to an angle of 15 degrees to represent a selection instruction of a selection level one, and the display lamp 16 flashes once. Next, when the wheel 14 rotates to an angle of 30 degrees, it represents a selection command of the selection level two, and the display lamp 16 flashes twice to complete the selection command. Finally, the robbery event is processed, the button 17 is pressed to stop shooting, and a section of video and audio data (recording information) is generated, and meanwhile, the control unit 120 marks the robbery event on the video and audio information.
Optionally, the step of generating a plurality of options of the user interface according to the received event classification table includes: replacing an originally used event classification table with a received event classification table, wherein the number of a plurality of event marks of the received event classification table is different from that of the event marks of the originally used event classification table; a number of options are provided by the user interface based on the replaced event classification table.
Fig. 9 is a partial flowchart illustrating a setting method of an information capturing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 9, the method for setting an information retrieving device further includes, after step S210 and before step S230:
s221, replacing the originally used event classification table with the received event classification table.
S222, providing a plurality of options by the user interface based on the replaced event classification table.
In some embodiments, after receiving the event classification table, the received event classification table is used to replace the originally used event classification table, so as to change the setting of the information capturing device 10. Herein, the number of event markers of the received event classification table is different from the number of event markers of the originally used event classification table.
After replacing the received event classification table with the original event classification table, several options are provided by the user interface 140 based on the replaced event classification table. Here, since the number of the event tags of the received event classification table is different from the number of the event tags of the originally used event classification table, the number of the options at this time is also different from the original number of the options. For example, the original information capturing device includes a first group of personnel-specific event classification tables, and when the information capturing device is handed to a second group of personnel for use, the first group of personnel-specific event classification tables can be replaced by the second group of personnel-specific event classification tables, so that the utilization rate of the information capturing device can be improved. In some embodiments, step S222 is implemented by an Overloading program (Overloading). Here, the reload refers to loading and updating the execution program of the information capturing device 10 after rebooting.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a setting method of the information acquisition device, which comprises the following steps: receiving a first event classification table, wherein the first event classification table is provided with a plurality of first event marks; replacing a second event classification table with a first event classification table, wherein the second event classification table has a plurality of second event markers, and the number of the first event markers is different from that of the second event markers; an option is provided by the user interface for each first event marker based on the first event classification table.
Fig. 10 is a flowchart illustrating a setting method of an information capturing device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 10, the setting method of the information retrieving apparatus includes:
s310, receiving a first event classification table.
In some embodiments, the information retrieval device 10 receives a first event classification table. Here, the first event classification table has a number of first event markers.
S320, replacing the second event classification table with the first event classification table.
Next, the information retrieving device 10 replaces the currently used event classification table, i.e. the second event classification table, with the first event classification table. Herein, the second event classification table has a plurality of second event markers. Instead, the event classification table currently used by the information capturing device 10 becomes the first event classification table.
S330, providing options for marking each first event by the user interface based on the first event classification table.
Next, user interface 140 provides the option of tagging each first event based on the first event classification table.
In this embodiment, the number of the first event markers is different from the number of the second event markers. In other words, the first event classification table and the second event classification table have different numbers of event markers. Therefore, after the setting of the information capturing device 10 according to the setting method of the information capturing device is completed, the user interface of the information capturing device 10 can provide a different number of options than before the setting is completed.
After the option marked by each first event is provided by the user interface based on the first event classification table, a selection instruction of the user interface for one of a plurality of options can be received; executing an information acquisition program to generate record information; and marking the record information with the event mark corresponding to the selected item according to the selection instruction.
