1. An electrical device display processing method, comprising the steps of:

s1: acquiring identification information which is transmitted by the electrical equipment and used for identifying the electrical equipment after the electrical equipment runs;

s2: the acquired identification information is sent to a server of the electrical equipment, the server analyzes the information, unifies the format of the information, sends the information to a rear control terminal, and simultaneously stores the information in real time;

s3: judging whether the electrical equipment is abnormal or not by the rear control terminal according to the relative difference range of the identification information and the normal working information, and classifying abnormal conditions into common abnormality and special abnormality through database comparison after judging that the electrical equipment is abnormal;

s4: the control terminal sends a preprocessing command to the ordinary abnormal part of the electrical equipment according to judgment, a precedent is not given for matching the special abnormal part with a control terminal database, if the precedent is not given, the control terminal reports manual processing and stores a processing method;

s5: and after the control terminal issues the processing command, the operation control of the electrical equipment receives and converts the processing command, and the processing command is executed through conversion.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in S1, the identification information for identifying the electrical device includes statistics of the electrical device over a predetermined time, an average value of the electrical device over a predetermined time, a real value of real-time monitoring, and a model number, a serial number, an IMEI, a capacity, a rated power, and a rated voltage of the electrical device.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in S2, the obtained identification information is sent to a server of the electrical device, the server analyzes and determines the type of the electrical device according to the identification information, and then sends the identification information to a rear control terminal in a uniform format suitable for the type of the electrical device, and the information is stored in real time.

4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in S3, the normal operation information is a value range that has been previously measured.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in S3, it is determined whether the electrical device is abnormal or not according to a relative difference range between the identification information and the normal operation information, if the identification information is not within the normal operation information range, it is determined as abnormal, after determining the abnormality, it is compared according to the database to determine whether there is an abnormality preprocessing, if so, it is determined as a normal abnormality, if not, it is determined as a special abnormality, wherein the abnormality preprocessing in the database is a processing command for an abnormal situation artificially predicted.

The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the normal exception part is directly issued with a processing command from the control terminal through the database, the special exception part is first matched with the control terminal database, if a precedent processing method exists, the stored processing command is directly issued, if no precedent processing method exists, the stored processing command is reported, and the processing command is manually issued while the special exception processing method is stored in the control terminal database.

7. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in S5, said issuing a processing command by the control terminal includes: transmitting data, wherein the data is used to control operation of the electrical device or to shut down the electrical device.

8. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in S5, the operation control converts the received data into control information of the electrical device, and issues a control information execution processing command to the electrical device through the operation control.

Background

With the further popularization of new technologies such as big data, cloud computing, the internet of things and the like, the display is used as one of important windows of human-computer interaction and information receiving, the application direction is more diversified, the industries such as vehicle-mounted display, intelligent display and virtual reality are started, the application range of novel display is further expanded, the cooperation of panel enterprises, whole enterprise and intelligent home enterprise is promoted, new requirements are provided for the display technology, and meanwhile, new opportunities are brought to the novel display industry with intense competition.

With the pursuit of various enterprises for novel display technologies, the aspect of display processing of electrical equipment is neglected, most of the existing methods for display processing of electrical equipment are used for conducting abnormal investigation on the electrical equipment through manpower, the investigation time is long, and the investigation time wasted in the aspect of manpower can increase the economic cost.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, most of electric equipment display abnormity processing methods are used for directly conducting abnormity troubleshooting on electric equipment manually, troubleshooting time is long, and long troubleshooting time is wasted in the aspect of manpower, so that economic cost is increased.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

an electrical device display processing method comprising the steps of:

s1: acquiring identification information which is transmitted by the electrical equipment and used for identifying the electrical equipment after the electrical equipment runs;

s2: the acquired identification information is sent to a server of the electrical equipment, the server analyzes the information, unifies the format of the information, sends the information to a rear control terminal, and simultaneously stores the information in real time;

s3: judging whether the electrical equipment is abnormal or not by the rear control terminal according to the relative difference range of the identification information and the normal working information, and classifying abnormal conditions into common abnormality and special abnormality through database comparison after judging that the electrical equipment is abnormal;

s4: the control terminal sends a preprocessing command to the ordinary abnormal part of the electrical equipment according to judgment, a precedent is not given for matching the special abnormal part with a control terminal database, if the precedent is not given, the control terminal reports manual processing and stores a processing method;

s5: and after the control terminal issues the processing command, the operation control of the electrical equipment receives and converts the processing command, and the processing command is executed through conversion.

Preferably, in S1, the identification information for identifying the electrical device includes statistical values of the electrical device within a predetermined time, an average value of the electrical device within a predetermined time, a real value of real-time monitoring, and a model, a serial number, an IMEI, a capacity, a rated power, and a rated voltage of the electrical device.

Preferably, in S2, the obtained identification information is sent to the server of the electrical device, and the server analyzes and determines the type of the electrical device according to the identification information, and then sends the identification information to the rear control terminal in a uniform format suitable for the type of the electrical device, and simultaneously stores the information in real time.

Preferably, in S3, the normal operation information is a value range that has been previously measured.

Preferably, in S3, whether the electrical device is abnormal is determined according to a relative difference range between the identification information and the normal operation information, if the identification information is not within the range of the normal operation information, the electrical device is determined to be abnormal, after the identification information is determined to be abnormal, whether an abnormal preprocessing exists is compared according to the database, if the abnormal preprocessing exists, the electrical device is determined to be a normal abnormal, and if the abnormal preprocessing does not exist, the electrical device is determined to be a special abnormal, wherein the abnormal preprocessing in the database is a processing command for an abnormal situation which is artificially predicted.

Preferably, the control terminal directly issues a processing command through the database for the common abnormal part, the special abnormal part needs to be matched with the control terminal database firstly, if a precedent processing method exists, the stored processing command is directly issued, if no precedent processing method exists, the stored processing command is reported, the processing command is issued manually, and meanwhile, the special abnormal processing method is stored in the control terminal database.

Preferably, in S5, the issuing of the processing command by the control terminal includes: transmitting data, wherein the data is used to control operation of the electrical device or to shut down the electrical device.

Preferably, in S5, the operation control converts the received data into control information of the electrical device, and issues a control information execution processing command to the electrical device through the operation control.

Compared with the prior art, the electric equipment display processing method has the beneficial effects that:

1. the identification information which is sent by the electrical equipment and used for identifying the electrical equipment is obtained and stored in real time after the electrical equipment runs, so that effective interaction of the information is guaranteed, data are provided for information analysis, and the accuracy of judging the abnormality of the electrical equipment is improved.

2. The processing result is directly issued through data comparison, so that the manual processing time is reduced, and the exception handling efficiency of the electrical equipment is improved.

The invention aims to intelligently, timely and effectively process the display abnormity of the electrical equipment through accurate data analysis, and reduce unnecessary labor waste and economic loss caused by overlong abnormity processing time.

s2: the acquired identification information is sent to a server of the electrical equipment, the server analyzes and determines the type of the electrical equipment according to the identification information, and then the identification information is sent to a rear control terminal in a uniform format suitable for the type of the electrical equipment, and meanwhile, the information is stored in real time;

s3: judging whether the electrical equipment is abnormal or not by the rear control terminal according to the relative difference range of the identification information and the normal working information, classifying abnormal conditions into common abnormalities and special abnormalities through database comparison after the abnormal conditions are judged, wherein the normal working information is the originally measured numerical range, judging whether the electrical equipment is abnormal or not according to the relative difference range of the identification information and the normal working information, judging whether the electrical equipment is abnormal or not if the identification information is not in the normal working information range, judging whether abnormal preprocessing exists or not according to the database comparison after the abnormal conditions are judged, judging the electrical equipment is common abnormalities if the abnormal preprocessing exists, judging the electrical equipment is special abnormalities if the abnormal preprocessing does not exist, wherein the abnormal preprocessing in the database is a processing command for the abnormal conditions which is artificially predicted;

s4: the control terminal issues a preprocessing command to the common abnormal part of the electrical equipment according to judgment, a precedent is not given for matching the special abnormal part with a control terminal database, if the special abnormal part is given, the control terminal issues the command according to a precedent processing method, and if the special abnormal part is not given, the control terminal reports manual processing and stores the processing method;

s5: the control terminal issues a processing command, then the processing command is received and converted by the operation control of the electric equipment, the received data is converted into the control information of the electric equipment by the operation control, and the control information is issued to the electric equipment through the operation control to execute the processing command.

s4: the control terminal issues a preprocessing command to the common abnormal part of the electrical equipment according to judgment, a precedent is not given for matching the special abnormal part with a control terminal database, if the special abnormal part is given, the control terminal issues the command according to a precedent processing method, and if the special abnormal part is not given, the control terminal reports manual processing;

s5: the control terminal issues a processing command, then the processing command is received and converted by the operation control of the electric equipment, the received data is converted into the control information of the electric equipment by the operation control, and the control information is issued to the electric equipment through the operation control to execute the processing command.

s5: the control terminal issues a processing command, then the processing command is received and converted by the operation control of the electric equipment, the received data is converted into the control information of the electric equipment by the operation control, and the control information is issued to the electric equipment through the operation control to execute the processing command.

The test of the display processing method of the electrical device according to the first embodiment, the second embodiment, and the third embodiment gave the following results:

compared with the prior products, the products prepared in the first embodiment, the second embodiment and the third embodiment are obviously improved, and the second embodiment is the best embodiment.
