1. An automatic packaging control method for a PCB board is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring image information of PCBs, wherein each PCB is provided with identification information, and the identification information on each PCB can uniquely identify the PCB;
processing the image information of the PCB and extracting the identification information of the PCB;
generating a stacking control signal according to the identification information of the PCB and a preset rule;
generating package identification information according to the identification information of each pile of stacked PCB boards, wherein each pile of PCB boards corresponds to unique package identification information, and each package identification information comprises the identification information of each PCB board in the pile of PCB boards;
and generating a shipment label according to the package identification information, and sending the package identification information to an upper computer.
2. The automatic packaging control method for the PCB of claim 1, wherein the processing the image information of the PCB and extracting the identification information of the PCB comprises:
comparing the image information of the PCB with a preset extraction template;
and extracting the identification information of the PCB according to the comparison result.
3. The automatic packing control method for PCB boards according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the identification information of each PCB board includes: the PCB production method comprises the steps of production batch information, production serial number information and production cycle information of the PCB.
4. The automatic packing control method for PCB's as claimed in claim 3, wherein the preset rule includes any one of the stacking according to the production lot information, the stacking according to the production serial number and the stacking according to the production cycle information.
5. The automatic packaging control method for the PCB as recited in claim 1 or 2, wherein the identification information of the PCB comprises a text identification or a two-dimensional code identification.
6. An automatic packaging control device for a PCB board, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring image information of the PCBs, wherein each PCB is provided with identification information, and the identification information on each PCB can uniquely identify the PCB;
the processing module is used for processing the image information of the PCB and extracting the identification information of the PCB;
the stacking module is used for generating stacking control signals according to the identification information of the PCB and preset rules;
the package identification information generating module is used for generating package identification information according to the identification information of each pile of stacked PCB boards, each pile of PCB boards corresponds to unique package identification information, and each package identification information comprises the identification information of each PCB board in the pile of PCB boards;
and the shipment label generation module is used for generating a shipment label according to the package identification information and sending the package identification information to the upper computer.
7. An automatic packaging control system for a PCB board, comprising: the automatic packaging control device for the PCB comprises an upper computer and the automatic packaging control device for the PCB, wherein the upper computer is in communication connection with the automatic packaging control device for the PCB.
8. The automatic packaging control system for PCB board of claim 7 wherein said automatic packaging control device for PCB board comprises PLC control cabinet.
Background
With the development of science and technology, the demand of people for electronic products increases, the manufacturing industry of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) develops more and more rapidly, but as intensive labor processing enterprises, the number of workers always accounts for the first place of the manufacturing industry, the aging development of social population, and the difficulty of workers in the enterprises are always the difficult problems of manufacturing factories.
The traditional circuit board packaging process comprises the steps of stacking, checking PCB information, counting and packaging which are manually operated by personnel. Personnel's operating time is long, and intensity of labour is big, and the risk of packing mistake is higher, and because partial PCB board, certain unit in the makeup is unusual, and when the customer allowed to accept the unit and scrap, personnel just piled up more difficultly, and the probability of making mistakes is higher, brings unnecessary to scrap and trouble for the mill.
Although tracing systems are provided for tracing information after PCB production in the prior art, the tracing systems are only convenient for quality control of PCB production and cannot solve the problems in the packaging process.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an automatic packaging control method for a PCB (printed circuit board), an automatic packaging control device for the PCB and an automatic packaging control system for the PCB, which solve the problem that the packaging control process after the PCB is produced cannot be realized in the related technology.
As a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an automatic packing control method for a PCB, comprising:
acquiring image information of PCBs, wherein each PCB is provided with identification information, and the identification information on each PCB can uniquely identify the PCB;
processing the image information of the PCB and extracting the identification information of the PCB;
generating a stacking control signal according to the identification information of the PCB and a preset rule;
generating package identification information according to the identification information of each pile of stacked PCB boards, wherein each pile of PCB boards corresponds to unique package identification information, and each package identification information comprises the identification information of each PCB board in the pile of PCB boards;
and generating a shipment label according to the package identification information, and sending the package identification information to an upper computer.
Further, the processing the image information of the PCB and extracting the identification information of the PCB includes:
comparing the image information of the PCB with a preset extraction template;
and extracting the identification information of the PCB according to the comparison result.
Further, the identification information of each PCB board includes: the PCB production method comprises the steps of production batch information, production serial number information and production cycle information of the PCB.
Further, the preset rule includes any one of stacking according to the production batch information, stacking according to the production serial number and stacking according to the production cycle information.
Further, the identification information of the PCB comprises a character identification or a two-dimensional code identification.
As another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an automatic packing control device for a PCB, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring image information of the PCBs, wherein each PCB is provided with identification information, and the identification information on each PCB can uniquely identify the PCB;
the processing module is used for processing the image information of the PCB and extracting the identification information of the PCB;
the stacking module is used for generating stacking control signals according to the identification information of the PCB and preset rules;
the package identification information generating module is used for generating package identification information according to the identification information of each pile of stacked PCB boards, each pile of PCB boards corresponds to unique package identification information, and each package identification information comprises the identification information of each PCB board in the pile of PCB boards;
and the shipment label generation module is used for generating a shipment label according to the package identification information and sending the package identification information to the upper computer.
As another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an automatic packing control system for a PCB board, comprising: the host computer with in the foregoing the automatic packing controlling means for PCB board, the host computer with the automatic packing controlling means communication connection for PCB board.
Further, the automatic packaging control device for the PCB comprises a PLC control cabinet.
The automatic packaging control method for the PCB provided by the invention can automatically identify board information, separate piles, trace information and the like for boards to be packaged.

In the embodiment of the invention, the identification information of the PCB comprises character identification or two-dimensional code identification.
For example, a two-dimensional code is printed on a PCB by a laser coding method, and the two-dimensional code can be scanned to obtain identification information of the PCB where the two-dimensional code is located, that is, production batch information, production serial number information, production cycle information, and the like of the PCB can be obtained.
It should be understood that the identification information of the PCB is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention, and may be set to other information capable of uniquely identifying the PCB according to the requirement.

After the completion, normally sweep sign indicating number vanning, the packet number of every case scanning automatically generates outer container label, and vanning shipment. After delivery, the system automatically sends corresponding scanning information to an information platform of an upstream customer according to the content of the delivery label of the scanned outer box, and the upstream customer imports the scanning information to perform printing operation after receiving the corresponding goods.
