The existing finished parts (fig. 7) are respectively composed of the following materials: TPE, 2ABS and 3 magnet. Wherein the magnet is completely encapsulated by the TPE.
The prior art is shaped as follows (fig. 8), where a, b, c are three parts of a set of dies. The part 1 is formed twice, one side of the part 1 formed by combining the components a and b is filled with the part 3 after the completion, and the other side of the part 1 formed by combining the components a and c is used, and the specific manufacturing process is as follows: firstly, a part 2 is placed into a mold b, then the mold a and the mold b are assembled, then the mold a and the mold b are integrally turned over for 180 degrees, then the mold is placed into an injection molding machine to mold a part 1, the mold b is taken out after molding, a part 3 is placed into a groove of the part 1, then a top mold is replaced by a mold c and is combined, then the assembled mold is placed into the other part of the injection molding machine to mold the part 1, and finally the part is taken out after mold opening.
The disadvantages of this approach: in the manufacturing process, the die needs to be turned over and replaced manually, so that the operation actions are multiple, the operation process is complicated, the efficiency is low, and the production line type rapid production is difficult to form.
Disclosure of Invention

the two groups of injection molding machines are respectively fixed with a first upper die and a second upper die, the first upper die and the lower die are combined to finish the first injection molding of the encapsulated part, and the second upper die and the lower die are combined to finish the second injection molding of the encapsulated part;
the base is fixedly provided with a motor for driving the workbench to intermittently rotate towards the same direction, the base is further provided with a feeding mechanism and a discharging mechanism, and the motor drives the feeding mechanism and the discharging mechanism to synchronously operate along with the rotation of the workbench through a transmission mechanism.
By adopting the technical scheme: the mould parts which need to be replaced originally are respectively placed on the two injection moulding machines for recycling, so that the manual replacement work is avoided; the three working sections can be simultaneously and circularly carried out, so that the working efficiency can be improved; and through setting up feed mechanism and discharge mechanism, can further accelerate work efficiency.
In one embodiment, at least four groups of supporting legs are fixed at the lower end of the base, and an anti-skid seat is fixed at the lower end of each supporting leg.
By adopting the technical scheme: the stability of this device can be improved, and the antiskid seat can also avoid taking place to slide between this device and the ground moreover.
In one embodiment, a fixed column is fixed at the lower end of the workbench, the lower end of the fixed column is rotatably connected with the base through a sliding part, and the upper end of the fixed column is fixed with the lower surface of the workbench through a reinforcing part.
By adopting the technical scheme: under the effect of slider, can realize the relative slip between workstation and the base, and the reinforcement can play reinforced effect to the mesa of workstation.

In one embodiment, the transmission mechanism comprises a transmission mechanism and an extension frame fixedly installed on two sides of the base, a transmission cylinder is installed on the extension frame in a rotating mode, the transmission cylinder is driven through a first belt piece, the transmission cylinder and a transmission wheel of the feeding mechanism are driven through a second belt piece, and the transmission cylinder and the transmission wheel of the discharging mechanism are driven through a third belt piece.
By adopting the technical scheme: under the effect of conduction barrel, can realize the synchronous operation of feed mechanism and discharge mechanism, form synchronous cooperation with the injection molding machine, make the device more have the wholeness.

In one embodiment, a sliding block is fixed at the lower end of the injection molding machine, a sliding groove is formed in the upper end of the base, the sliding groove is parallel to the radial direction of the workbench, and the sliding block is arranged in the sliding groove in a sliding mode, so that the injection molding machine can slide outwards along the workbench.
By adopting the technical scheme: the injection molding machine, the first upper die, the second upper die and the lower die can be maintained and replaced conveniently.

For example, the device for processing the encapsulated part for avoiding the molding defect for the bluetooth headset comprises a base 4 and a circular workbench 5, wherein at least three groups of lower dies 6 are fixedly arranged on the workbench 5, at least two groups of injection molding machines 7 are further arranged on the base 4, each group of lower dies 6 can rotate towards one direction to move to the position below different injection molding machines 7 to complete injection molding of the lower dies 6, a first upper die 8 and a second upper die 9 are further respectively fixed on the two groups of injection molding machines 7, the first upper die 8 and the lower die 6 can be combined to complete the first injection molding of the encapsulated part, and the second upper die 9 and the lower die 6 can be combined to complete the second injection molding of the encapsulated part;
in order to further improve the processing efficiency, a feeding mechanism 11 and a discharging mechanism 12 are further arranged on the base 4.
The base 4 and the circular workbench 5, for example, in order to improve the stability of the device and prevent the device from sliding on the ground, at least four groups of supporting legs 14 are fixed at the lower end of the base 4, and an anti-sliding seat 15 is fixed at the lower end of each supporting leg 14.
Referring to fig. 5, at least three groups of lower molds 6 are fixedly installed on the workbench 5, the three groups of lower molds 6 are uniformly distributed around the center of the workbench 5, at least two groups of injection molding machines 7 are further installed on the base 4, the two groups of injection molding machines 7 can simultaneously correspond to two groups of lower molds 6 of the three groups of lower molds 6, the workbench 5 is rotatably installed on the base 4, so that each group of lower molds 6 can rotate in one direction to move to the lower parts of different injection molding machines 7 to complete injection molding of the lower molds 6, for example, the central included angle of adjacent lower molds 6 in the three groups of lower molds 6 is 120 degrees;
a first upper die 8 and a second upper die 9 are respectively fixed on the two groups of injection molding machines 7, the first upper die 8 and the lower die 6 are combined to complete the first injection molding of the encapsulated part, and the second upper die 9 and the lower die 6 are combined to complete the second injection molding of the encapsulated part;
referring to fig. 1, in order to facilitate maintenance and replacement of the injection molding machine, the first upper die, the second upper die and the lower die, a sliding block 39 is fixed at the lower end of the injection molding machine 7, a sliding groove 40 is formed at the upper end of the base 4, the sliding groove 40 is parallel to the radial direction of the workbench 5, the sliding block 39 is slidably arranged in the sliding groove 40, so that the injection molding machine 7 can slide outwards along the workbench 5, and the sliding block 39 and the base 4 can be fixed through bolts or limit pins and the like, so as to ensure that the injection molding machine 7 cannot move back and forth during operation.
Referring to fig. 6, a1 is a first upper die 8, a2 is a second upper die 9, b1, b2 and b3 respectively correspond to three groups of lower dies 6, wherein b1, b2 and b3 have the same structure, so that the three sections can be recycled, and when the three sections are used, the three sections are as follows: the bottom of a part 1 is formed in the first working section, the second working section is formed by manually assembling a part 2 and a part 3, the top of the part 1 is formed in the third working section, a finished part is taken out after the third working section is completed, b1, b2 and b3 rotate 120 degrees around the center of a workbench 5 along with the workbench 5 after all the working sections are simultaneously completed, so that b1, b2 and b3 respectively enter the next working section, and all the working sections continuously and repeatedly work, so that the reciprocating cycle operation is realized.
The scheme can realize simultaneous cycle operation of three sections, compared with the traditional mode that the mould part needing to be replaced is respectively arranged on two injection molding machines for cycle use, the manual replacement work is avoided, and the operation efficiency is improved; and because the mould is the fixed state, conveniently insert mould temperature control system and improve the shaping condition.
And a motor 10 for driving the workbench 5 to intermittently rotate towards the same direction is fixedly arranged on the base 4, and the motor 10 can be fixedly arranged on the side wall of one of the supporting legs 14.
Referring to fig. 3, in order to further improve the working efficiency of the apparatus, for example, a feeding mechanism 11 and a discharging mechanism 12 are further disposed on the base 4, the motor 10 drives the feeding mechanism 11 and the discharging mechanism 12 to synchronously operate with the rotation of the worktable 5 through a transmission mechanism 13, so that the feeding mechanism 11 and the discharging mechanism 12 move in the same direction, the feeding mechanism 11 is used for inputting the parts 2 and 3, and the discharging mechanism 12 is used for conveying the assembled finished parts out.
For better conveying effect, the feeding mechanism 11 and the discharging mechanism 12 are positioned on the same straight line, and the feeding mechanism 11 faces the lower die b2 between the first station and the second station, so that the worker can assemble the two pieces 2 and the part 3 towards the bottom of the part 1 formed in the first station.
The lower extreme of workstation 5 is fixed with fixed column 16, the lower extreme of fixed column 16 is rotated through slider 17 and is connected with base 4, slider 17 is including fixing at the reinforcing ring 19 of fixed column 16 lower extreme, be fixed with multiunit reinforcing bar 20 on the lateral wall of reinforcing ring 19, the lower extreme of reinforcing bar 20 is fixed with sliding sleeve 21, the upper end of base 4 is fixed with annular slide rail 22, the lower surface of sliding sleeve 21 has the arc spout, makes sliding sleeve 21 slides and sets up on slide rail 22.
In order to increase the contact area with the upper slide rail 22 of the base 4 and reduce the pressure, the reinforcing rod 20 is inclined such that the upper end is closer to the inside and the lower end is closer to the outside.
The upper end of the fixed column 16 is fixed with the lower surface of the workbench 5 through a reinforcing member 18, the reinforcing member 18 comprises a reinforcing ring 23 fixed on the upper side of the fixed column 16, a plurality of groups of support rods 24 are fixed on the peripheral side of the reinforcing ring 23, and the upper ends of the support rods 24 are fixed with the lower surface of the workbench 5.
In order to enhance the supporting effect on the edge of the worktable 5 and improve the structural strength, the supporting rod 24 adopts an inclined arrangement mode that the upper end is close to the outside and the lower end is close to the inside.
In order to further improve the structural strength among the fixed column 16, the sliding member 17 and the reinforcing member 18, for example, the reinforcing ring 19 in the fixed column 16 and the reinforcing ring 23 in the reinforcing member 18 may be fixed by a plurality of connecting rods, so as to improve the supporting effect of the fixed column 16.
Referring to fig. 2, the feeding mechanism 11 and the discharging mechanism 12 are both composed of a transmission belt 25 and a bracket 26 for fixing the transmission belt 25, the lower end of the bracket 26 is fixed at the upper end of the base 4, a transmission wheel 27 is fixed outside one output shaft of the transmission belt 25, and the transmission mechanism 13 acts on the transmission wheel 27.
Referring to fig. 3, the transmission mechanism 13 includes a transmission mechanism 13 and an extension frame 28 fixedly installed on both sides of the base 4, a transmission drum 29 is rotatably installed on the extension frame 28, the transmission drum 29 is driven by a first belt member 30, the transmission drum 29 and a transmission wheel 27 of the feeding mechanism 11 are driven by a second belt member 31, and the transmission drum 29 and the transmission wheel 27 of the discharging mechanism 12 are driven by a third belt member 32.
The first belt member 30 is disposed at one side of the guide cylinder 29, and the second belt member 31 and the third belt member 32 are disposed at the other side of the guide cylinder 29.
A pinion 33 is fixed on an output shaft of the motor 10, a fixed shaft 34 is fixed at the lower end of the worktable 5, and a large gear 35 meshed with the pinion 33 is arranged on the fixed shaft 34.

One side of the fixed shaft 34 is engaged with a transmission shaft 37 through a gear set 36, the gear set 36 comprises two bevel gears which are engaged with each other, the two bevel gears are respectively fixed on the fixed shaft 34 and the transmission shaft 37, the transmission shaft 37 is rotatably installed at the lower side of the base 4, a driving wheel 38 is fixed on the transmission shaft 37, and the driving wheel 38 acts on the first belt member 30 to drive the first belt member 30 to rotate.
For example, in order to improve the transmission efficiency by allowing a slip to occur between the surface driving wheel and the first belt member, teeth are provided on the outside of the driving wheel 38, and teeth are provided on the outside of the first belt member 30, and the teeth are engaged with the teeth.
