Referring to fig. 2, the frame 1 is located one side of the conveyor line 2 and is provided with the measurement host 11, the measurement host 11 is electrically connected with the first measurement device 3 and the second measurement device 4, the measurement host 11 is used for connecting the first measurement device 3 and the second measurement device 4 for control and detection, and the detection effect is good.

The frame 1 is equipped with measurement position 12, measurement position 12 is equipped with the platform of settling 13, transfer chain 2 installs in platform of settling 13, and platform of settling 13 through measurement position 12 is used for the installation of transfer chain 2, simple to operate, and stable in structure is reliable.

Referring to fig. 5 to 6, the first driving assembly 32 includes a first transverse transmission module 321 and a first longitudinal transmission module 322 movably mounted on the first transverse transmission module 321, the first measuring device 3 is movably mounted on the first longitudinal transmission module 322, the first transverse transmission module 321 and the first longitudinal transmission module 322 are both linear modules, and at least two groups of the first measuring assemblies 33 are provided; in a further improvement, the second driving assembly 41 includes a second transverse transmission module 411 and a second longitudinal transmission module 412 movably mounted on the second transverse transmission module 411, and the second measuring device 4 is movably mounted on the second longitudinal transmission module 412; the second transverse transmission module 411 and the second longitudinal transmission module 412 are both linear modules, and at least one group of the second measurement components 42 is provided; XY bidirectional transmission is formed through transverse transmission and longitudinal transmission, the detection range is guaranteed, multiple groups of measuring devices are used for measuring the lengths of the pins, and the measurement precision is high.
