1. A method of installing a process reciprocating compressor, comprising the steps of:
s1, performing unpacking detection on the process reciprocating compressor: unpacking a technical reciprocating compressor, and detecting the equipment structure of the technical reciprocating compressor, wherein the detection requirements comprise the complete condition of parts and the performance of the parts of the technical reciprocating compressor;
s2, mounting the base: tamping the ground, then pouring the base through concrete, and simultaneously grouting foundation bolts of the machine body;
s3, mounting the compressor body on the base: firstly, aligning and leveling equipment of the process reciprocating compressor, determining the vertical deviation of a main shaft and a slideway, then revising, and then fixedly mounting the process reciprocating compressor through bolts;
s4, installing and debugging the equipment in the main body: mounting structures such as a connecting rod and a cross head in a machine body, mounting and fixing a cylinder, detecting and mounting a stuffing box, sequentially mounting motor equipment and a motor coupler backwards, and realizing air tightness detection;
s5, installing silencing equipment at the lower part and the outer part of the technical reciprocating compressor: a silencing device is arranged at a shaft connecting or transmission structure of the technical reciprocating compressor, a damping silencing device is fixedly arranged at the lower part of power output equipment or oscillation equipment, and a silencing protective shell is fixedly arranged outside the equipment;
s6, connecting the pipelines, and realizing interlocking and no-load tests: fixedly communicating a pipeline in the technical reciprocating compressor, realizing the electrical connection and installation of circuit equipment, and then carrying out a no-load operation test on the technical reciprocating compressor;
s7, cleaning the technical reciprocating compressor: firstly, an external air pump is communicated with a pipeline to realize soot blowing treatment on the interior of the process reciprocating compressor, then diesel oil or gasoline is used for cleaning once, and finally gas with the temperature of 40-80 ℃ is delivered to the interior of the process reciprocating compressor to realize drying treatment on the process reciprocating compressor, then load operation test is carried out, and finally the installation of the process reciprocating compressor is completed.
2. A method of installing a process reciprocating compressor according to claim 1, wherein: the parts for unpacking detection in the S1 mainly comprise a main machine and an auxiliary machine, wherein the main machine comprises a machine body, a middle body, a transmission part, a cylinder assembly, an air valve, a sealing assembly and a driving machine, the auxiliary machine comprises a lubricating system, a cooling system, a buffering system, a separating system and an air path system, the performance of the parts mainly detects the appearance quality of equipment, such as damage, corrosion and surface defect conditions of welding seams, and the complete parts mainly verify the names, models, specifications, quantities, auxiliary machines, accessories, spare parts, auxiliary materials, tools, factory pass certificates of the equipment and other technical documents according to a packing list.
3. A method of installing a process reciprocating compressor according to claim 2, wherein: after the box opening detection, the anti-corrosion paint on the equipment is wiped, and then the main transmission and sliding parts are coated with lubricating oil.

A method of installing a process reciprocating compressor according to claim 1, wherein: and (3) keeping the surface of the concrete pouring foundation in the S2 flat and free of cracks, holes, honeycombs, pitted surfaces and exposed ribs, then carrying out secondary pouring to fixedly pour and install the base, cleaning the surface of the base, and then drawing an installation line.

A method of installing a process reciprocating compressor according to claim 1, wherein: the alignment, leveling and positioning of the vertical deviation in the step S3 are detected by using a laser detection device, and the vertical deviation is calculated by taking a point A, B, C, D and a distance from E, F, G, H to a steel wire line at a position where the crankshaft journal is close to the front and back of the steel wire to be contacted, and the verticality deviation K is calculated according to the following formula: k ═ [ (a + B)/2- (E + F)/2 ]/S.
7. A method of installing a process reciprocating compressor according to claim 1, wherein: after the stuffing box and the oil scraper ring in the S4 are assembled, the gap between the stuffing box and the piston rod is checked, the inclined eccentricity phenomenon is not allowed, after the stuffing box is assembled, a hydraulic test is carried out on a cooling water system of the stuffing box, the pressure is 18.1MPpaA, and no leakage exists after 30 minutes of pressure maintaining.

A method of installing a process reciprocating compressor according to claim 1, wherein: silencing device in S5 is hindering nature silencer, reactive muffler, impedance combined type silencer, microperforated panel silencer, aperture silencer or active muffler, damping silencing device is elastic shock absorber device, including spring and attenuator in the elastic shock absorber device, amortization protecting sheathing is including steel sheet inoxidizing coating, hexagonal polyester fiber abatvoix, polymer damping material layer, inorganic foam noise damping material layer and polystyrene material layer.
9. A method of installing a process reciprocating compressor according to claim 1, wherein: the pipeline in the S6 pushes one end of a capillary immersed in a lubricating oil chamber of the shell into a groove formed on the cylinder head; and the bending part formed on the capillary is horizontally inserted and fixed on the cylinder head, other pipelines are sequentially fixedly communicated, and a sealing gasket and an anti-falling buckle are arranged at the interface of the pipeline and the pipeline when the pipelines are connected.
10. A method of installing a process reciprocating compressor according to claim 1, wherein: the soot blowing process in the step S7 adopts inactive nitrogen or argon, the air pressure is kept at 14MPpaA-15MPpaA, the soot blowing time is 20-30min, and in the cleaning process, whether a leakage point exists in the detection equipment or not is detected.
Background
The reciprocating compressor is a compressor which periodically changes the volume of a cylinder body through the reciprocating motion of a piston or a diaphragm in a cylinder and realizes the pressurization and the delivery of gas. Belongs to a volume type compressor. The reciprocating compressor is divided into piston type and diaphragm type compressors according to a reciprocating component, and the working process of the reciprocating compressor is that a crankshaft drives a connecting rod, the connecting rod drives a piston, and the piston moves up and down. When the piston moves downwards, the volume of the cylinder is increased, the air inlet valve is opened, the air outlet valve is closed, air is sucked in, and the air inlet process is completed; when the piston moves upwards, the volume of the cylinder is reduced, the air outlet valve is opened, the air inlet valve is closed, and the compression process is completed. Usually, the piston has a piston ring to seal a gap between the cylinder and the piston, and the cylinder has a lubricating oil to lubricate the piston ring. A positive displacement compressor in which the internal volume of a compression chamber is varied by one or more pistons reciprocating. At present, a reciprocating compressor mainly comprises a piston type air compressor, a chemical process compressor and an oil and natural gas compressor, the piston type air compressor mainly develops towards medium pressure and high pressure at present, the piston type air compressor is a screw machine, a centrifugal machine cannot reach a height at present, the existing reciprocating compressor needs to be installed and operated firstly before being used, and various problems still exist in various installation methods of the reciprocating compressor on the market.
Although the compressor and the assembling method of the compressor disclosed in the publication No. CN105317654A provide a compressor and an assembling method of the compressor capable of reducing noise, the assembling method does not solve the problem that the prior art reciprocating compressor cannot be effectively cleaned and stably installed when being installed, and thus we propose an installing method of the art reciprocating compressor.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a method of assembling a process reciprocating compressor to solve the problems set forth in the background of the invention.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a method of installing a process reciprocating compressor comprising the method steps of:
s1, performing unpacking detection on the process reciprocating compressor: unpacking a technical reciprocating compressor, and detecting the equipment structure of the technical reciprocating compressor, wherein the detection requirements comprise the complete condition of parts and the performance of the parts of the technical reciprocating compressor;
s2, mounting the base: tamping the ground, then pouring the base through concrete, and simultaneously grouting foundation bolts of the machine body;
s3, mounting the compressor body on the base: firstly, aligning and leveling equipment of the process reciprocating compressor, determining the vertical deviation of a main shaft and a slideway, then revising, and then fixedly mounting the process reciprocating compressor through bolts;
s4, installing and debugging the equipment in the main body: mounting structures such as a connecting rod and a cross head in a machine body, mounting and fixing a cylinder, detecting and mounting a stuffing box, sequentially mounting motor equipment and a motor coupler backwards, and realizing air tightness detection;
s5, installing silencing equipment at the lower part and the outer part of the technical reciprocating compressor: a silencing device is arranged at a shaft connecting or transmission structure of the technical reciprocating compressor, a damping silencing device is fixedly arranged at the lower part of power output equipment or oscillation equipment, and a silencing protective shell is fixedly arranged outside the equipment;
s6, connecting the pipelines, and realizing interlocking and no-load tests: fixedly communicating a pipeline in the technical reciprocating compressor, realizing the electrical connection and installation of circuit equipment, and then carrying out a no-load operation test on the technical reciprocating compressor;
s7, cleaning the technical reciprocating compressor: firstly, an external air pump is communicated with a pipeline to realize soot blowing treatment on the interior of the process reciprocating compressor, then diesel oil or gasoline is used for cleaning once, and finally gas with the temperature of 40-80 ℃ is delivered to the interior of the process reciprocating compressor to realize drying treatment on the process reciprocating compressor, then load operation test is carried out, and finally the installation of the process reciprocating compressor is completed.
Preferably, the unpacking detection part in the step S1 mainly includes a main machine and an auxiliary machine, the main machine includes a machine body, a middle body, a transmission component, a cylinder assembly, an air valve, a sealing assembly and a driving machine, the auxiliary machine includes a lubricating system, a cooling system, a buffer, a separator and an air path system, the performance of the parts mainly detects the appearance quality of the equipment, such as damage, corrosion and surface defect of a welding seam, and the parts are complete and the names, models, specifications and quantities, accessories, spare parts, accessory materials, tools, factory pass certificates of the equipment and other technical documents are complete.
Preferably, after the box opening detection, the anti-corrosion paint on the equipment is wiped, and then the main transmission and sliding parts are coated with lubricating oil.
Preferably, the surface of the concrete pouring foundation in the step S2 is kept flat and has no cracks, holes, honeycombs, pitted surfaces and exposed ribs, then secondary pouring is performed to fixedly pour and mount the base, then the surface of the base is cleaned, and then a mounting line is drawn.
Preferably, before the fuselage in S3 is installed, a 600-700mm rack is erected by using a log rack, the fuselage is lifted and seated on the log rack, the inside and the outside of the fuselage are cleaned, chalk powder is coated on the outer fuselage, then the inside of the fuselage is cleaned by using kerosene, whether a black spot exists outside the fuselage is observed, and the life-counting leakage condition is detected.
Preferably, the alignment, leveling and positioning of the vertical deviation in S3 are detected by a laser detection device, and the vertical deviation is calculated by taking the distance from E, F, G, H to the steel wire line and the point A, B, C, D where the crankshaft journal approaches the position where the front and back of the steel wire will contact, and the perpendicularity deviation K is calculated according to the following formula: k ═ [ (a + B)/2- (E + F)/2 ]/S.
Preferably, after the stuffing box and the oil scraper ring in the step S4 are assembled, the clearance between the stuffing box and the piston rod should be checked, and the tilting eccentricity phenomenon is not allowed, after the stuffing box is assembled, a hydraulic test is performed on a cooling water system of the stuffing box, the pressure is 18.1MPpaA, and no leakage exists after 30 minutes of pressure maintaining.
Preferably, silencing device in S5 is hindering nature silencer, reactive muffler, impedance combined type silencer, micropunch plate silencer, aperture silencer or active muffler, damping silencing device is elastic shock-absorbing device, including spring and attenuator in the elastic shock-absorbing device, amortization protecting sheathing is including steel sheet inoxidizing coating, hexagonal polyester fiber abatvoix, polymer damping material layer, inorganic foam noise damping material layer and polystyrene material layer.
Preferably, the pipe connection in S6 pushes one end of the capillary tube immersed in the lubricating oil chamber of the housing into a groove formed on the cylinder head; and the bending part formed on the capillary is horizontally inserted and fixed on the cylinder head, other pipelines are sequentially fixedly communicated, and a sealing gasket and an anti-falling buckle are arranged at the interface of the pipeline and the pipeline when the pipelines are connected.
Preferably, the soot blowing process in S7 uses inactive nitrogen or argon, the pressure is maintained at 14-15 mppa, the soot blowing time is 20-30min, and during the cleaning process, the detection device detects whether there is a leakage point.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the invention realizes the stable fixed installation of the equipment through concrete pouring, so that the equipment cannot shake during operation, the lower part of the equipment is provided with the damping mechanism, the power equipment is provided with the silencing mechanism, and the silencing protective shell is arranged outside the equipment, so that the effective noise reduction treatment of the equipment can be realized, the generation of larger noise during operation can be prevented, and the silencing protective shell can realize silencing and safety protection.
(2) According to the invention, in the process of equipment installation, the equipment is detected in a segmented manner, and the equipment is cleaned and detected after the equipment installation is finished, so that the equipment can detect the air tightness in different installation stages, and the equipment is cleaned, so that the cleanness and tidiness of the interior of the equipment can be kept, the pollution of hydraulic oil or air pressure in the subsequent use process can be reduced, and the damage of the equipment can be prevented.

In order to realize effectively reducing noise of the device, in this embodiment, it is preferable that the silencing device in S5 is a resistive silencer, a reactive silencer, an impedance combined silencer, a micro-perforated plate silencer, a small hole silencer or an active silencer, the damping silencing device is an elastic damping device, the elastic damping device includes a spring and a damper, and the silencing protective shell includes a steel plate protective layer, a hexagonal polyester fiber sound absorbing plate, a polymer damping material layer, an inorganic foam sound absorbing material layer and a polystyrene material layer.
In order to connect the pipes of the equipment and prevent the leakage at the pipe connection, in the embodiment, it is preferable that the pipe connection in S6 pushes one end of the capillary immersed in the lubricating oil chamber of the housing into the groove formed on the cylinder head; and the bending part formed on the capillary is horizontally inserted and fixed on the cylinder head, other pipelines are sequentially fixedly communicated, and a sealing gasket and an anti-falling buckle are arranged at the interface of the pipeline and the pipeline when the pipelines are connected.
In order to clean dust inside the equipment, prevent air from polluting the inside of the equipment, and detect the equipment, in this embodiment, it is preferable that the soot blowing process in S7 is performed by using inactive nitrogen or argon, the pressure is maintained at 14-15 mppa, the soot blowing time is 20-30min, and the equipment has a leakage point during the cleaning process.
