1. A fastening clamp for a workpiece having a circular or quasi-circular cross-section, comprising:
a support (1);
a bidirectional screw (2); two ends of the bidirectional screw rod (2) are rotatably connected with the bracket (1), and one end of the bidirectional screw rod is provided with a twisting part (21) exposed out of the bracket (1); two groups of threads with opposite spiral directions are formed on the rod body of the bidirectional screw rod (2);
a guide rod (3); the number of the guide rods (3) is two, and two ends of each guide rod are clamped with the support (1); the two guide rods (3) are parallel to the bidirectional screw rod (2) and are respectively and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bidirectional screw rod (2);
a clamping plate group (4); the clamping plate group (4) comprises two clamping plates (41) which are respectively in threaded connection with the two groups of threads; the two clamping plates (41) penetrate through the guide rod (3) and are connected with the guide rod (3) in a sliding mode; a clamping jaw is formed between the two clamping plates (41).
2. A fastening clamp for a workpiece with a circular or quasi-circular cross-section according to claim 1, characterized in that the bracket (1) comprises a main plate (11) and a first mounting plate (12) and a second mounting plate (13) which are vertically fixed at both sides of the main plate (11); the first mounting plate (12) and the second mounting plate (13) are arranged in parallel, and the bidirectional screw rod (2) and the guide rod (3) are connected between the first mounting plate (12) and the second mounting plate (13).

A fastening clamp for a workpiece with a circular or similar circular cross section as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the side of the first mounting plate (12) away from the second mounting plate (13) is fastened with a pressure plate (15) by a connecting screw (14); the pressing plate (15) is provided with an avoidance hole (151) for avoiding the two-way screw rod (2) from penetrating out; the pressing plate (15) is connected with a top-tightening screw (152) used for tightly pressing the end face of the guide rod (3).

The clamp for fastening the workpiece with the circular or similar-circular cross section as claimed in claim 3, wherein the side wall of one end of the bidirectional screw rod (2) is rotatably connected with a first through hole (121) formed in the first mounting plate (12) through a shaft sleeve (22); the other end of the bidirectional screw rod (2) is rotatably connected with a second through hole (131) formed in the second mounting plate (13) through a step gasket (23).

A fastening clamp for a workpiece with a circular or quasi-circular cross section as claimed in claim 3, wherein two ends of the guide rod (3) are respectively inserted into a first limiting through hole (122) formed in the first mounting plate (12) and a second limiting through hole (132) formed in the second mounting plate (13); the matching position of the guide rod (3) and the second limiting through hole is a stepped shaft structure with a reduced shaft diameter, and the aperture of the second limiting through hole (132) is smaller than that of the first limiting through hole (122).

A fastening clamp for workpieces with circular or quasi-circular cross-sections according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the clamping plate (41) comprises a connecting part (411) connected with the bidirectional screw (2), and two clamping rods (412) for clamping; the two clamping rods (412) and the connecting part (411) form a U-shaped notch; clamping openings (4121) are formed in corresponding surfaces of the two clamping rods (412) which vertically correspond to each other, the clamping openings (4121) are of a V-shaped structure with a plane bottom surface, and two side surfaces are of convex arc-shaped structures.

A fastening clamp for a workpiece with a circular or similar circular cross section as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the thread of the bidirectional screw (2) is connected with a hexagonal nut (5); the outer side wall of the hexagonal nut (5) is uniformly provided with a plurality of connecting holes (51); the connecting part (411) is provided with an inner hexagonal hole (4111) which is in limit sleeve fit with the hexagonal nut (5), a limit screw (42) which enters the connecting hole (51) is inserted into the U-shaped notch, and one end, far away from the connecting hole (51), of the limit screw (42) is in threaded connection with a limit nut (43); a counter bore (4112) is formed in one end, facing the first mounting plate (12) or the second mounting plate (13), of the inner hexagonal hole (4111); an annular end plate (44) is arranged in the counter bore (4112); the annular end plate (44) is provided with a through hole (441) avoiding the bidirectional screw rod (2); and a fastening screw (45) passes through the annular end plate (44) and is tightly connected with the connecting part (411).

A fastening clamp for a workpiece with a circular or similar circular cross section according to any of claims 1-5 and 7, characterized in that the main plate (11), the first mounting plate (12) and the second mounting plate (13) form an I-shaped frame body, and the two sides of the main plate (11) are respectively a working area and a mounting area; the bidirectional screw rod (2) and the guide rod (3) are both positioned in the working area, reinforcing rib plates (16) are fixed between the two side edges of the first mounting plate (12) and the second mounting plate (13) and the main plate (11), and the reinforcing rib plates (16) are positioned in the mounting area; a plurality of first mounting holes (133) are formed in the part, located in the mounting area, of the second mounting plate (13); the first mounting hole (133) is used for connecting a first mounting screw (17) and is connected with a mounting surface.

A fastening clamp for a workpiece with a circular or quasi-circular cross-section according to any one of claims 1-5 and 7, characterized in that the first mounting plate (12) and the second mounting plate (13) are vertically fixed on the same side of the main plate (11); a plurality of second mounting holes (111) are formed in the main board (11); the second mounting hole (111) is used for connecting a second mounting screw (18) and is connected with a mounting surface.
10. A mounting structure for a fastening clip of a circular or quasi-circular workpiece in cross section, comprising two symmetrically arranged fastening clips of a circular or quasi-circular workpiece in cross section according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the clamping jaws of the two fastening clips correspond.
Background
In machining, in order to clamp circular pipe workpieces with different diameters, an existing circular pipe clamp is provided with a clamping surface which is a plane or a micro-arc surface, the clamp is in line contact with the circular pipe, the stress area is small, the corresponding friction is small, the clamped circular pipe is unstable, even if the clamping force is increased, the effect is not ideal, the thin circular pipe is subjected to plastic deformation due to overlarge clamping force, and the machining quality is seriously affected.
The existing clamp type is of a four-point clamping or centering clamping structure, the contact surface and the clamping stability are very limited, and for circular tubes or circular tube-like structures with different sizes, along with the change of the sizes, the adaptability of the clamp is very low, the change of clamping force can be caused, and the stability is reduced.
In addition, due to the influence of processing, the cutting fluid contains impurities in the cutting process, and if the cutting fluid is used for a long time, the cleaning is incomplete, and the service life is seriously influenced, so that the detachable cleaning of the clamp becomes an important use requirement.
Therefore, it is an urgent need in the art to provide a fastening clamp that can accommodate round pipe workpieces of different sizes, has strong clamping force, and is easy to clean.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a fastening clamp and a mounting structure for a workpiece with a circular or quasi-circular cross section, which aims to solve the above technical problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a fastening clip for a workpiece having a circular or quasi-circular cross-section, comprising:
a support;
a bidirectional lead screw; two ends of the bidirectional screw rod are rotatably connected with the bracket, and one end of the bidirectional screw rod is provided with a twisting part exposed out of the bracket; two groups of threads with opposite spiral directions are formed on the rod body of the bidirectional screw rod;
a guide bar; the number of the guide rods is two, and two ends of the guide rods are clamped with the bracket; the two guide rods are parallel to the bidirectional screw rod and are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bidirectional screw rod respectively;
a clamping plate group; the clamping plate group comprises two clamping plates which are respectively in threaded connection with the two groups of threads; the two clamping plates penetrate through the guide rod and are connected with the guide rod in a sliding mode; a clamping jaw is formed between the two clamping plates.
Through the technical scheme, the fastening clamp provided by the invention adopts the bidirectional screw rod to rotate to drive the two clamping plates to realize clamping movement, has stronger adjustability and universality, can be suitable for clamping moulds with different sizes, has stronger clamping force, can be suitable for clamping round or similar round workpieces, solves the problem that the workpieces are difficult to clamp, and has better use effect.
Preferably, in the fastening clamp for the workpiece with the circular or similar circular cross section, the bracket comprises a main plate, and a first mounting plate and a second mounting plate which are vertically fixed on two sides of the main plate; the first mounting panel with second mounting panel parallel arrangement, two-way lead screw with the guide bar all is connected first mounting panel with between the second mounting panel. The structural stability of the bracket is stronger.
Preferably, in the fastening clamp for the workpiece with the circular or similar circular cross section, one surface of the first mounting plate, which is far away from the second mounting plate, is fixedly connected with a pressing plate through a connecting screw; the pressing plate is provided with an avoidance hole for avoiding the two-way screw rod from penetrating out; the pressing plate is connected with a jacking screw used for jacking the end face of the guide rod. The clamp plate can realize the tight fixed in quick top to the guide bar.
Preferably, in the fastening clamp for the workpiece with the circular or similar circular cross section, the side wall of one end of the bidirectional screw is rotatably connected with the first through hole formed in the first mounting plate through a shaft sleeve; the other end of the bidirectional screw rod is rotatably connected with a second through hole formed in the second mounting plate through a step washer. Can realize quick installation and the dismantlement of two-way lead screw, be convenient for clear up the maintenance.
Preferably, in the fastening clamp for the workpiece with the circular or similar-circular cross section, two ends of the guide rod are respectively inserted into a first limiting through hole formed in the first mounting plate and a second limiting through hole formed in the second mounting plate; the matching part of the guide rod and the second limiting through hole is of a stepped shaft structure with a reduced shaft diameter, and the aperture of the second limiting through hole is smaller than that of the first limiting through hole. Preferably, in the fastening clamp for the workpiece with the circular or quasi-circular cross section, the clamping plate comprises a connecting part connected with the bidirectional screw rod and two clamping rods for clamping; the two clamping rods and the connecting part form a U-shaped notch; the clamping openings are formed in corresponding surfaces of the two clamping rods which correspond to each other up and down, the bottom surfaces of the clamping openings are of a planar V-shaped structure, and two side surfaces of the clamping openings are of a raised arc-shaped structure. The clamping opening of the clamping plate is improved, and due to the design of the outwards-turned arc-shaped convex surface, the clamping applicability to large-size molds is higher, and the clamping force can be effectively improved.
Preferably, in the fastening clamp for the workpiece with the circular or similar circular cross section, a hexagonal nut is connected to the thread of the bidirectional screw rod; a plurality of connecting holes are uniformly formed in the outer side wall of the hexagonal nut; the connecting part is provided with an inner hexagonal hole which is in limit sleeve fit with the hexagonal nut, a limit screw which enters the connecting hole is inserted into the U-shaped groove opening, and one end of the limit screw, which is far away from the connecting hole, is in threaded connection with a limit nut; a counter bore is formed in one end, facing the first mounting plate or the second mounting plate, of the hexagonal socket; an annular end plate is arranged in the counter bore; the annular end plate is provided with a through hole avoiding the bidirectional screw rod; and the fastening screw penetrates through the annular end plate and is fixedly connected with the connecting part. The quick connection of splint and two-way lead screw of being convenient for, and stability is strong.
Preferably, in the fastening clamp for the workpiece with the circular or similar circular cross section, the cross section of the screwing part is of a polygonal structure, and the fastening clamp is preferably rectangular, has a simple structure and is convenient to screw by using a wrench.
Through the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention discloses the fastening clamp and the mounting structure for the workpiece with the circular or similar circular cross section, and the fastening clamp and the mounting structure have the following beneficial effects:
1. the fastening clamp provided by the invention adopts the bidirectional screw rod to rotate to drive the two clamping plates to realize clamping movement, has stronger adjustability and universality, can be suitable for clamping moulds with different sizes, and has stronger clamping force and better use effect.
2. The clamping opening of the clamping plate is improved, and due to the design of the outwards-turned arc-shaped convex surface, the clamping applicability to large-size molds is higher, and the clamping force can be effectively improved.
3. The clamp provided by the invention has the advantages that the structures of all parts are convenient to disassemble and assemble, the problem that impurities are difficult to clean due to long-term recycling of cutting fluid is solved, and the clamp can be disassembled and cleaned regularly or maintained at irregular time.
4. The two clamps can clamp two workpieces, the center distance is smaller, and the possibility is provided for realizing the minimum center distance.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the embodiment of the invention discloses a fastening clamp for a workpiece with a circular or similar circular cross section, which comprises:
a bracket 1;
a bidirectional screw 2; two ends of the bidirectional screw rod 2 are rotatably connected with the bracket 1, and one end of the bidirectional screw rod is provided with a twisting part 21 exposed out of the bracket 1; two groups of threads with opposite spiral directions are formed on the rod body of the bidirectional screw rod 2;
a guide rod 3; the number of the guide rods 3 is two, and two ends of the guide rods are clamped with the bracket 1; the two guide rods 3 are parallel to the bidirectional screw rod 2 and are respectively and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bidirectional screw rod 2;
a clamping plate group 4; the splint group 4 comprises two splints 41 which are respectively connected with two groups of screw threads; the two clamping plates 41 penetrate through the guide rod 3 and are connected with the guide rod 3 in a sliding manner; a clamping jaw is formed between the two clamping plates 41.
In order to further optimize the technical scheme, the bracket 1 comprises a main plate 11, and a first mounting plate 12 and a second mounting plate 13 which are vertically fixed on two sides of the main plate 11; the first mounting plate 12 and the second mounting plate 13 are arranged in parallel, and the bidirectional screw rod 2 and the guide rod 3 are connected between the first mounting plate 12 and the second mounting plate 13.

In order to further optimize the above technical solution, two ends of the guide rod 3 are respectively inserted into a first limiting through hole 122 formed in the first mounting plate 12 and a second limiting through hole 132 formed in the second mounting plate 13; the matching position of the guide rod 3 and the second limiting through hole is a stepped shaft structure with reduced shaft diameter, and the aperture of the second limiting through hole 132 is smaller than that of the first limiting through hole 122.
In order to further optimize the above technical solution, the clamping plate 41 comprises a connecting part 411 connected with the bidirectional screw 2, and two clamping rods 412 for clamping; the two clamping rods 412 and the connecting part 411 form a U-shaped notch; the corresponding surfaces of the two clamping rods 412 corresponding to the upper and lower surfaces are provided with clamping openings 4121, the clamping openings 4121 are in a V-shaped structure with a plane bottom surface, and two side surfaces are in a convex arc-shaped structure.
In order to further optimize the technical scheme, the thread of the bidirectional screw rod 2 is connected with a hexagonal nut 5; a plurality of connecting holes 51 are uniformly formed in the outer side wall of the hexagonal nut 5; the connecting part 411 is provided with an inner hexagonal hole 4111 in limiting sleeve fit with the hexagonal nut 5, a limiting screw 42 entering the connecting hole 51 is inserted into the U-shaped groove, and one end of the limiting screw 42 far away from the connecting hole 51 is in threaded connection with a limiting nut 43; a counter bore 4112 is formed in one end, facing the first mounting plate 12 or the second mounting plate 13, of the inner hexagonal hole 4111; an annular end plate 44 is arranged in the counter bore 4112; the annular end plate 44 has a through hole 441 avoiding the bidirectional screw 2; the fastening screw 45 passes through the annular end plate 44 and is fastened to the connecting portion 411.
Example 1:
referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a vertical clamp structure, which is adjusted and clamped by a clamping plate 41 arranged up and down: the main board 11, the first mounting plate 12 and the second mounting plate 13 form an I-shaped frame body, and a working area and a mounting area are respectively arranged on two sides of the main board 11; the bidirectional screw rod 2 and the guide rod 3 are both positioned in a working area, reinforcing rib plates 16 are fixed between the two side edges of the first mounting plate 12 and the second mounting plate 13 and the main plate 11, and the reinforcing rib plates 16 are positioned in the mounting area; the part of the second mounting plate 13 in the mounting area is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes 133; the first mounting holes 133 are used for connecting the first mounting screws 17 and are connected with the mounting surface.
Referring to fig. 4, the minimum circle and the maximum circle between the clamping jaws represent the minimum size and the maximum size of the clamped workpiece, and the clamped workpiece between the minimum size and the maximum size can ensure good clamping effect, and the clamping is stable because the contact surface of the workpiece and the clamping opening 4121 is uniformly stressed. But also allows for different sizes of workpieces to be gripped due to the design of the gripping opening 4121.
Example 2:
referring to fig. 6 to 8, the present embodiment provides a horizontal type clamp structure, which performs adjustment clamping by the clamping plates 41 arranged left and right: the first mounting plate 12 and the second mounting plate 13 are vertically fixed on the same side plate surface of the main plate 11; a plurality of second mounting holes 111 are formed in the main board 11; the second mounting holes 111 are used for connecting the second mounting screws 18 and are connected with the mounting surface.
In this embodiment, the second mounting hole 111 is outside the first mounting plate 12 and the second mounting plate 13.
Example 3:
referring to fig. 9, the present embodiment provides a horizontal type clamp structure, which performs adjustment clamping by a clamping plate 41 arranged left and right, and is different from embodiment 2 in that: the second mounting hole 111 is inside the first mounting plate 12 and the second mounting plate 13.
Example 4:
referring to fig. 10, the present embodiment provides a mounting structure of a fastening clip for a workpiece having a circular or quasi-circular cross section, taking the vertical clip structure provided in embodiment 1 as an example: comprises two fastening clamps which are symmetrically arranged and have circular or similar circular cross sections in the embodiment 1, and clamping jaws of the two fastening clamps correspond.
In the embodiment, the two clamps can clamp two workpieces, the center distance is smaller, and the possibility of realizing the minimum center distance is provided.
