In this embodiment, in order to protect the cutting edge of the rubber cutter 13 from being damaged, the top of the cutter rack 15 is provided with a plurality of cutting grooves 24, the positions of the cutting grooves 24 correspond to the positions of the screw holes 23, when the rubber cutter 13 is moved to enable the cutting edge to be located right above the cutting grooves 24, the screws on the sliding plate 4 just correspond to the screw holes 23, and the sliding plate 4 can be fixed, so that the purpose of fixing the moved rubber cutter 13 is achieved. The cutting groove 24 is utilized to ensure that the cutting edge of the rubber cutter 13 directly enters the cutting groove 24 after the rubber cutter 13 completely cuts the raw rubber, thereby avoiding the direct contact between the cutting edge and the cutter rack 15 and protecting the cutting edge from being damaged.

However, because the raw rubber is made of a relatively soft material, when the cutting edge of the rubber cutter 13 is not in contact with the cutter rack 15, the raw rubber is not sufficiently hard and lacks support, and the situation that the raw rubber cannot be completely cut off by the rubber cutter 13 is easily caused. To this end, in this embodiment, there are further two movable grooves 27 correspondingly disposed on two side surfaces of the cutting groove 24, each movable groove 27 is slidably connected with the backing plate 3 through a spring 28, in a natural state, a space is formed between the two backing plates 3, the length of the space is 1-2mm, so that the blade of the rubber cutter 13 can smoothly pass through the space without colliding with the backing plate 3, when the rubber cutter 13 cuts raw rubber, the blade of the rubber cutter 13 is located right above the space, and the two backing plates 3 can support the raw rubber, and when the blade of the rubber cutter 13 passes through the space, the soft raw rubber can be cut off more easily under the supporting action of the two backing plates 3; the blade does not collide with the backing plate 3, so that the blade can be protected from being damaged; meanwhile, a space is reserved between the bottom surfaces of the backing plates 3 and the bottom surfaces of the cutting grooves 28, when the rubber cutter 13 penetrates through the space between the two backing plates 3 and continues to move downwards, the two backing plates 3 can respectively move outwards along with the continuous increase of the thickness of the rubber cutter 13, the two springs 28 are compressed, and therefore the rubber cutter 13 and the backing plates 3 cannot collide with each other with high strength, and the rubber cutter 13 can be further protected from being damaged.

Because of the existence of the cutting groove 24, when the raw rubber moves on the cutter rack 15, the bottom side line position of the raw rubber is easy to be clamped into the cutting groove 24 under the action of the self gravity of the raw rubber, so that the smooth movement of the raw rubber on the cutter rack 15 is influenced, and further, a plurality of inclined plates 25 are embedded and installed on the cutter rack 15, the inclined plates 25 move from low to high in the raw rubber moving direction, when the raw rubber moves, the bottom side line of the raw rubber firstly moves to the inclined plates 25, the height of the bottom side line of the raw rubber is continuously increased along with the gradient of the inclined plates 25, and the bottom side line of the raw rubber with the increased bottom side line height cannot be clamped into the cutting groove 28 in the moving process, so that the raw rubber can smoothly move on the cutter rack 15.
