Background

The inoculating loop is a laboratory tool commonly used in life science experiments and is widely applied to the fields of multiple subjects such as microbial detection, cell microbes, molecular biology and the like. At present, the bacterial inoculating loop commonly used in clinical microbiological laboratories is formed by a platinum loop with the diameter of 2-4 mm and a rod-shaped handle, when in use, a specimen is picked by the inoculating loop, and the inoculating loop is used for streak inoculation on a culture medium in a segmentation way to obtain a single bacterial colony for further identification.

Although the existing inoculating loop has a simple structure, before inoculation, the inoculation part of the existing device needs to be wiped by alcohol or quickly sterilized by flame at high temperature, so that in the actual operation process, more equipment needs to be prepared, the operation steps are more complicated, and the use is inconvenient.
