Background

The German white porcelain is originated in Song Yuan, has been reputed in Ming Dynasty and is spread to Qing dynasty, has unique style in the white porcelain system in China, plays an important role in the development history of ceramics and has the reputation of 'east art' internationally. The white Dehua porcelain is made up by using porcelain blank with low iron content and making transparent glaze firing. The Ming dynasty German white porcelain body bone is pure white, solid and compact, the technical process of the body glaze pursues the perfection of jade texture to the utmost extent, and the Ming dynasty German white porcelain body is unique on the porcelain jar full of Linglang. According to the different colors of the porcelain, the porcelain is also respectively snow white, ivory white, fistular onion root white and the like.

When the glaze porcelain is manufactured, although the prior art has made great progress, the glaze porcelain still has some defects, and the glaze porcelain goes through dozens of production procedures from material selection to firing in the manufacturing process; the key point of the glaze porcelain is the glaze, and the transmutation and the color change of the glaze porcelain after firing determine the value of the glaze porcelain, and the main components of the glaze porcelain are feldspar and kaolin, so that the glaze porcelain is easy to crack after being taken out of a kiln and cooled, and the rate of the high-quality products is reduced; although the traditional white glaze is deeply loved by people, the single-color glaze effect can not meet the requirements of people, and needs to be further improved.

step three, preparing a ceramic blank body by using the blank slurry treated in the step two, and sending the ceramic blank body into a kiln for biscuiting for 5.5 hours at 735 ℃ to obtain a biscuit;

step four, applying the slurry treated in the step two on the surface of the biscuit, after the slurry is dried, utilizing the black flower glaze slurry to screen print black flower patterns on the surface of the biscuit, and after the black flower glaze slurry is dried, repeatedly printing for three times;

step five, the biscuit printed with the black flower pattern is sent into a kiln and is fired for 7.5 hours at the temperature of 1300 ℃ to obtain a semi-finished product, and the specific firing control is as follows:

and (3) low-temperature stage: heating the temperature in the kiln from normal temperature to 635 ℃ and burning the kiln for 1.5 h;

and (3) decomposition and oxidation stage: heating the kiln to 890 ℃ for 5 hours;

and (3) high-temperature reduction stage: heating the kiln to 1250 ℃ for 4 hours;

and (3) high-fire heat preservation stage: controlling the temperature in the kiln at 1300 ℃ and the kiln burning time to be 7.5 hours;

and (3) natural cooling stage: cooling in the kiln to room temperature, wherein the cooling time is prolonged to more than 8 hours.

And step six, the protective glaze slurry obtained in the step five after the surface treatment in the step two is applied to the surface of the semi-finished product is sent into a kiln and is fired in a reducing atmosphere, wherein the firing temperature is 1135 ℃.

Wherein, when wet ball milling is carried out on the blank slurry in the step one, the raw materials are ground in a ball mill for 26 hours by a wet method, the grinding medium is water, and the raw materials: ball: water 1:1.3: 1.4; when wet ball milling is carried out on the slurry in the step one, the raw materials are ground in a wet method for 27 hours in a ball mill, the grinding medium is water, and the raw materials: ball: water 1:1.9: 1.4; when the black flower glaze slurry is subjected to wet ball milling in the first step, the raw materials are subjected to wet grinding for 34 hours in a ball mill, the grinding medium is water, and the raw materials: ball: water 1:1.9: 1.3; when the glaze slip is protected in the first step and wet ball milling is carried out, the raw materials are ground in a ball mill for 34 hours by a wet method, the grinding medium is water, and the raw materials are as follows: ball: water 1:2.1: 1.6;

in the step five, in the high-temperature reduction stage, the content of carbon monoxide is 5.5 percent, and the content of oxygen is 1.3 percent; in the high-fire heat preservation stage, the content of carbon monoxide is 7.2%, and the content of oxygen is 0.5%.

The thickness of the cosmetic soil is 0.4 mm; the thickness of the protective glaze slip is 0.5 mm.

The fired enamel uses white as the ground color, and forms black pattern patterns on the surface of the ground color, and the black pattern patterns and the ground color form sharp contrast, thereby greatly improving the expressive force of the black pattern, having unique artistic effect and meeting more market demands; the clam powder, anorthite, wollastonite and dolomite are introduced into the makeup clay to be matched to ensure the whiteness of the surface of a blank body, so that the whiteness of a fired semi-finished product can reach more than 83 degrees, the required whiteness requirement is met, and white glaze does not need to be additionally coated to ensure the whiteness of the glazed porcelain; borax and talc are introduced to match, so as to raise the fire-resistant temperature of the make-up clay, and the make-up clay and black fancy glaze can be fired at one time.

The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and therefore should not be taken as limiting the scope of the invention, which is defined by the appended claims and their equivalents and modifications within the scope of the description.
