a flushing pipe (14) is installed on one side of the recovery cylinder (1), a sewage discharge pipe (15) is installed on the other side of the recovery cylinder, one end, far away from the recovery cylinder (1), of the sewage discharge pipe (15) is connected with a sewage discharge tank (16), and the flushing pipe (14) is correspondingly arranged on the upper side of the filter plate (7);
the top of the sedimentation hopper (5) is provided with an overflow hole (27), the bottom of the sedimentation hopper (5) is connected with a transverse cylinder (4), the transverse cylinder (4) is transversely and fixedly installed with a recovery cylinder (1), the diameter of the transverse cylinder (4) is smaller than that of the upper end of the sedimentation hopper (5), two ends of the transverse cylinder (4) extend to the outer side of the recovery cylinder (1), a second motor (12) is installed on the outer side of one end of the transverse cylinder (4), a spiral conveyor (11) is rotatably installed in the transverse cylinder (4), the spiral conveyor (11) is fixed with the driving end of the second motor (12), and the other end of the transverse cylinder (4) is connected with a fertilizer box (13) through a discharge pipe (26);
the inside of a recovery section of thick bamboo (1) and the downside position department that is located horizontal section of thick bamboo (4) are equipped with lift sealing mechanism, lift sealing mechanism is including installing two cylinders (18) at recovery section of thick bamboo (1) inner wall, two the flexible end of cylinder (18) upwards sets up and installs with a crossbeam (19) jointly, a plurality of sealed posts (20) are installed to the upside of crossbeam (19), the diapire of horizontal section of thick bamboo (4) runs through and sets up with sealed post (20) assorted water hole (21).

The chemical wastewater recycling device according to claim 1, wherein the filter plate (7) comprises two filter screens arranged up and down, the aperture of the filter screen positioned on the upper side is larger than that of the filter screen positioned on the lower side, and the position of the recycling cylinder (1) corresponding to each filter screen is provided with a flushing pipe (14) and a sewage pipe (15).
3. The chemical wastewater recycling device according to claim 1, wherein a rubber strip is fixed to the bottom of the cleaning scraper (8) and is in frictional contact with the top surface of the filter plate (7).
4. The chemical wastewater recycling device according to claim 1, wherein the return pipe (3), the dosing pipe (10), the fertilizer box (13), the flushing pipe (14), the sewage discharge pipe (15) and the sewage discharge box (16) are all provided with valves (17).
5. The chemical wastewater recycling device according to claim 1, wherein the sealing column (20) is composed of a vertical rod and a rubber sleeve wrapped outside the vertical rod.

The chemical wastewater recycling device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a heater (22) is installed outside the fertilizer box (13), an exhaust pipe (23) and a third motor (24) are installed on the top of the fertilizer box (13), a driving end of the third motor (24) extends into the fertilizer box (13) and is provided with a stirring shaft, and a stirrer (25) is installed on the stirring shaft.
7. The chemical wastewater recycling device according to claim 6, wherein the heaters (22) are electric heaters, and the number of the heaters (22) is four, and the heaters are uniformly distributed outside the fertilizer box (13).
Background
In the field of chemical production, a large amount of wastewater is generated in each production process, and if the wastewater is directly discharged, not only is the waste of water resources caused, but also the environmental pollution is caused; therefore, in order to avoid the environmental pollution of chemical wastewater and improve the utilization value of the wastewater, a chemical wastewater recycling device is adopted to purify the wastewater in the prior art and then recycle the wastewater.
Through retrieval, Chinese patent No. CN 205500973U discloses a chemical wastewater filtering, precipitating, crystallizing and recycling device, which comprises a filtering chamber and a precipitating chamber; a filter chamber upper cover is arranged on the filter chamber; a liquid inlet pipe is arranged in the middle of the upper cover of the filtering chamber; a filter plate is arranged in the filter chamber; the filter plate is divided into a first filter plate, a second filter plate and a third filter plate; the settling chamber is provided with a settling chamber upper cover; the upper cover of the settling chamber is provided with a transmission device; a first gear and a second gear are arranged in the transmission device; the rotating shaft is provided with a medicine spray nozzle mounting plate, an upper stirring rod and a lower stirring rod; the settling chamber is divided into a dosing area and a settling area by a partition plate.
The existing chemical wastewater recycling device still has the following technical defects: solid waste residues in the wastewater cannot be conveniently removed after being filtered, and after the equipment runs for a period of time, the solid waste residues easily block a filter plate to influence subsequent use; the slow release fertilizer obtained after the wastewater is added with the medicine and precipitated is accumulated in the box body along with the increase of the operation time of the equipment, but cannot be conveniently discharged and utilized, so that the invention provides the device for recycling the wastewater for the chemical industry.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, the cleaning scraper is arranged to scrape off the solid waste residues on the filter plate, the solid waste residues are washed to the sewage discharge tank by using water flow and collected, and then the solid waste residues can be discharged in a centralized manner, so that the filter plate can be prevented from being blocked by the solid waste residues, and the filtering effect of the filter plate can be ensured.
2. By arranging the transverse cylinder and the spiral conveyor, the slow release fertilizer in the precipitation hopper after the medicine is added can be conveyed and collected in the fertilizer box, so that the fertilizer can be conveniently recycled at the later stage.
3. According to the invention, the water holes are formed in the bottom of the transverse cylinder and the lifting sealing mechanism is arranged in a matched manner, so that the water in the slow release fertilizer can be drained after the wastewater is recovered, and then the slow release fertilizer can be conveyed into a fertilizer box.
4. The heater heats the fertilizer box, and the third motor drive agitator stirs the slow-release fertilizer, makes it be heated evenly to evaporate its slow-release fertilizer remaining moisture, make its rapid draing, make the follow-up recycle of convenience.
In conclusion, the invention can conveniently filter and remove the solid waste residues in the wastewater, thereby avoiding the solid waste residues from blocking the filter plate; the slow release fertilizer is conveniently conveyed, and can be dried and evaporated during recycling, so that the later-stage recycling is facilitated.

Referring to fig. 1-8, a waste water recycling device for chemical industry, including recovery cylinder 1, the top and the inlet tube 2 installation of recovery cylinder 1, the bottom and the back flow 3 installation of recovery cylinder 1, valve 17 is installed to the bottom of back flow 3, first motor 6 is installed at the top of recovery cylinder 1, the drive end of first motor 6 extend to in the recovery cylinder 1 and with the installation of mixing shaft, filter plate 7 is installed to the inside upside of recovery cylinder 1, the upside of filter plate 7 is equipped with the clean scraper blade 8 fixed with the mixing shaft. A rubber strip is fixed at the bottom of the cleaning scraper 8 and is in frictional contact with the top surface of the filter plate 7.
In this embodiment, the filter plate 7 includes two filter screens that set up from top to bottom, and the filter screen aperture that is located the upside is greater than the filter screen aperture of downside, and the position department that the corresponding every filter screen of recovery drum 1 all is equipped with flushing pipe 14 and blow off pipe 15. A precipitation hopper 5 is fixed in the recovery cylinder 1 and positioned at the lower side of the filter plate 7, a chemical feeding pipe 10 is installed in the recovery cylinder 1 and positioned between the filter plate 7 and the precipitation hopper 5, and the bottom end of the mixing shaft extends into the precipitation hopper 5 and is provided with a mixer 9; the dosing tube 10 is fitted with a valve 17.
The filtered wastewater flows into the precipitation hopper 5, and the medicine is added through the medicine adding pipe 10, so that the medicine and the wastewater are fully mixed, and a precipitate is formed in the precipitation hopper 5.
A flushing pipe 14 is arranged on one side of the recovery cylinder 1, a sewage discharge pipe 15 is arranged on the other side of the recovery cylinder 1, one end of the sewage discharge pipe 15, which is far away from the recovery cylinder 1, is connected with a sewage discharge tank 16, and the flushing pipe 14 is correspondingly arranged on the upper side of the filter plate 7; the flushing pipe 14 and the sewage draining pipe 15 are both provided with valves 17.
The first motor 6 drives the cleaning scraper 8 to scrape off solid waste residues retained on the filter plate 7, and the solid waste residues are washed into the sewage discharge tank 16 through the sewage discharge pipe 15 by matching with clean water discharged from the washing pipe 14 and then discharged after the later-stage wastewater treatment is finished.

The bottom of the fertilizer box 13 is provided with a valve 17.
The inside of recovery section of thick bamboo 1 and the downside position department that is located horizontal section of thick bamboo 4 are equipped with lift sealing mechanism, and lift sealing mechanism is including installing two cylinders 18 at 1 inner wall of recovery section of thick bamboo, and the flexible end of two cylinders 18 upwards sets up and install with a crossbeam 19 jointly, and a plurality of sealed posts 20 are installed to the upside of crossbeam 19, and sealed post 20 comprises pole setting and the rubber sleeve of parcel in the pole setting outside. The bottom wall of the horizontal cylinder 4 is provided with a water hole 21 matched with the sealing column 20 in a penetrating way.
When the first motor 6 rotates, the mixer 9 at the bottom is driven to rotate simultaneously, so that the medicine is fully mixed with the wastewater, the second motor 12 rotates positively to drive the screw conveyor 11 to rotate, and at the moment, the slow release fertilizer deposited is formed in the depositing hopper 5 and the transverse cylinder 4. After the precipitation is finished, the second motor 12 reversely rotates to drive the screw conveyor 11 to rotate, and when the valve 17 of the sewage discharge box 16 is opened, the slow release fertilizer can be conveyed into the fertilizer box 13.
After the slow release fertilizer of sediment is formed in the sediment fill 5 and the horizontal cylinder 4, the cylinder 18 controls the crossbeam 19 to descend, and the sealed post 20 leaves the water hole 21 of horizontal cylinder 4 bottom this moment, and the horizontal cylinder 4 and the purification back water outflow in the sediment fill 5 this moment discharge through the recovery tube 3 after flowing.
Example two
Referring to fig. 1-8, in the second embodiment, on the basis of the first embodiment, a heater 22 is installed outside the fertilizer box 13, an exhaust pipe 23 and a third motor 24 are installed on the top of the fertilizer box 13, a driving end of the third motor 24 extends into the fertilizer box 13 and is provided with a stirring shaft, and a stirrer 25 is installed on the stirring shaft.
The third motor 24 drives the screw conveyor 11 to convey the slow release fertilizer into the fertilizer box 13, the heater 22 heats the outer wall of the fertilizer box 13, the heat is transferred to the inside, moisture in the slow release fertilizer is evaporated to be fully dried, and water vapor is discharged from the exhaust pipe 23.
When the mixer 9 mixes the drug and the waste water, a part of the waste water flows out from the overflow hole 27 and is finally discharged from the recovery pipe 3, a pipeline and a water pump can be externally connected to the recovery pipe 3, and then the waste water is injected into the recovery cylinder 1 again through the water inlet pipe 2.
