The upper hopper 57 and the body 6 are fixedly connected using bolts and nuts.

A third self-lubricating spherical plain bearing 47 and a fourth self-lubricating spherical plain bearing 48 are respectively embedded in the round holes of the first clamping arm connecting rod 45 and the second clamping arm connecting rod 46 and are used for being hinged with the middle part of the body 6.

The push-pull air cylinder hinged frame is composed of a first push-pull air cylinder mounting bracket 12 and a second push-pull air cylinder mounting bracket 13, and the end of the cylinder body of the push-pull air cylinder 14 is hinged between the first push-pull air cylinder mounting bracket 12 and the second push-pull air cylinder mounting bracket 13.

In order to enhance the mechanism strength, the second connecting rods 24 are symmetrically designed, the fourth connecting rod 31 is clamped and fixed between the 2 second connecting rods 24 through bolts, and the third connecting rod 29 is clamped and fixed between the 2 second connecting rods 24 through nuts and is hinged with the rotating end of the fourth joint bearing 28.

To prevent play of the rotating end of the fourth spherical plain bearing 28, the positioning sleeve 30 passes through the third link 29 to fixedly clamp the fourth spherical plain bearing 28 therebetween.

The first self-lubricating spherical plain bearing 32 and the second self-lubricating spherical plain bearing 33 are respectively inlaid at two ends of the second connecting rod 24; the connecting lubrication degree of the two ends of the end part of the second connecting rod 24 and the rotating ends of the bag opening bracket 19 and the second joint bearing 21 can be improved.

To prevent play of the rotating end of the fourth spherical plain bearing 28, the positioning sleeve 30 passes through the third link 29 to fixedly clamp the fourth spherical plain bearing 28 therebetween.

In order to prevent the left and right movement of the cylinder body ends of the first bag clamping cylinder 34 and the second bag clamping cylinder 35, a first shaft sleeve 41 and a second shaft sleeve 42 are sleeved on the pin shaft 40, and the first bag clamping cylinder tailstock 10 and the second bag clamping cylinder tailstock 11 are clamped between the first bag clamping cylinder tailstock and the second bag clamping cylinder tailstock respectively. Two sides of the pin shaft 40 are provided with openings, and the first split pin 38 and the second split pin 39 respectively penetrate through the openings of the two sides and are limited in the cylinder.

The piston end of the first bag clamping cylinder 34 is in threaded connection with the upper end of a first cylinder piston rod lug ring 36, the piston end of the second bag clamping cylinder 35 is in threaded connection with the upper end of a second cylinder piston rod lug ring 37, and the lower end of the first cylinder piston rod lug ring 36 and the lower end of the second cylinder piston rod lug ring 37 are respectively hinged to the clamping arm lug seats 43 on the two sides.

The working process of the invention is as follows:

in operation, as shown in fig. 9, the first bag clamping cylinder 34 and the second bag clamping cylinder 35 contract, the bag clamping arm 44 opens, and the push-pull cylinder 14 and the bag opening cylinder 1 contract. A worker sleeves bags on the periphery of the discharge port 6-2 of the bag body and the periphery of the bag opening rod 27, after the bags are sleeved, the first bag clamping cylinder 34 and the second bag clamping cylinder 35 exchange air, piston rods of the first bag clamping cylinder 34 and the second bag clamping cylinder 35 move forwards to drive the bag clamping arms 44 to contract inwards, and at the moment, the bag clamping belts 51 are attached to the bag body 6 to clamp the bag openings, as shown in fig. 8. After the action is finished, the materials in the hopper completely fall into the packaging bag due to the self weight of the materials. After a delay of a few seconds, the first bag clamping cylinder 34, the second bag clamping cylinder 35 and the bag opening cylinder 1 are ventilated, the cylinder piston rod retreats, as shown in fig. 6, the bag clamping arm 44 is opened, the bag opening cylinder 1 is ventilated, and the cylinder piston rod of the bag opening cylinder 1 moves forwards to drive the bag opening rod 27 to open the bag opening, as shown in fig. 7. The packaging bag falls automatically to complete a packaging link. If the size of the packaging bag is larger, the piston rod of the push-pull air cylinder 14 moves forwards, the whole bag opening mechanism moves forwards, and the bag opening stroke of the bag opening rod 27 is increased.

It will be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments taken to illustrate the principles of the present invention, which is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit and substance of the invention, and these modifications and improvements are also considered to be within the scope of the invention.
