The bag clamp mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the push-pull cylinder hinge bracket is comprised of a first push-pull cylinder mounting bracket (12) and a second push-pull cylinder mounting bracket (13), and the push-pull cylinder (14) has a cylinder end hinged between the first push-pull cylinder mounting bracket (12) and the second push-pull cylinder mounting bracket (13).

The bag clamp mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the second links 24 are symmetrically arranged, the fourth link (31) is bolted clamped between the second links (24), and the third link (29) is nut clamped between the second links (24) and is hinged to the rotating end of the fourth knuckle bearing (28).

The pocket clamp mechanism as recited in claim 1, characterized in that the positioning sleeve (30) passes through the third link (29) to fixedly clamp the fourth spherical plain bearing (28) in the middle; the first self-lubricating joint bearing (32) and the second self-lubricating joint bearing (33) are respectively inlaid at two ends of the second connecting rod (24).
8. A bag clamp mechanism as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the locating bush (30) passes through the third link (29) to clamp the fourth spherical plain bearing (28) securely in between.

The bag clamping mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the pin (40) is sleeved with a first shaft sleeve (41) and a second shaft sleeve (42) for clamping the first bag clamping cylinder tailstock (10) and the second bag clamping cylinder tailstock (11) therebetween; both sides of the pin shaft (40) are provided with openings, and the first split pin ((38)) and the second split pin (39) respectively penetrate through the openings of both sides.

The bag clamp mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the piston end of the first bag clamping cylinder (34) is screwed with the upper end of the first cylinder piston rod ear ring (36), the piston end of the second bag clamping cylinder (35) is screwed with the upper end of the second cylinder piston rod ear ring (37), and the lower end of the first cylinder piston rod ear ring (36) and the lower end of the second cylinder piston rod ear ring (37) are respectively hinged with the two-side clamp arm ear seats (43).
Background
The packing bag supporting mechanism of the existing market is installed on the rear side of a bucket through an independently designed bag supporting mechanism, a long cantilever is made to install a bag supporting rod, and therefore a mounting hole needs to be reserved on a mounting table to install the bag supporting mechanism, the large space area is occupied, and the number of interference parts needs to be considered. This product adopts integral type to prop bag and press from both sides a bag mechanism, and compact structure from taking push-and-pull function, satisfies multiple sack size, the effectual rate of utilization that has improved has satisfied the multiple sack specification requirement of customer.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a bag clamping mechanism which can solve the problems that a large space area is occupied and the number of interference parts is large.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention: a bag clamping mechanism comprises a feeding hopper, wherein a body is communicated below the feeding hopper, a first rib plate and a first upper mounting plate are arranged on one side of the bottom edge of a flange mounting surface of the body at the upper part of the body, a second rib plate and a second upper mounting plate are arranged on the other side of the flange mounting surface of the body at the upper part of the body, a first bag clamping arm mounting plate and a second bag clamping arm mounting plate are respectively arranged on two sides of the middle part of the body, a travel switch mounting plate is arranged on the middle upper part of the body, and bag supporting mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the first upper mounting plate and the second upper mounting plate; the bag opening mechanism comprises a push-pull air cylinder hinged frame, the upper parts of a first upper mounting plate and a second upper mounting plate are respectively provided with the push-pull air cylinder hinged frame, the push-pull air cylinder hinged frame is hinged to the cylinder body end of the push-pull air cylinder, the bottoms of the first upper mounting plate and the second upper mounting plate are fixedly provided with a slide rail, a bag opening support is fixed on the slide rail in a sliding mode, the top of the bag opening support is connected with the bottom of a push-pull lug seat, the top of the push-pull lug seat is hinged to a rotating end of a first joint bearing, a first joint bearing screwed end is connected with a piston end of the push-pull air cylinder, the bag opening support is fixedly provided with a bag opening air cylinder mounting support, the bag opening air cylinder mounting support is hinged to the cylinder body end of the bag opening air cylinder, the piston end of the bag opening support penetrates through the bag opening support and is screwed with a fixed end of a fourth joint bearing, the rotating end of the fourth joint bearing is hinged to the middle part of a second connecting rod, one end of the second connecting rod is hinged to the bag opening support, and the other end of the bag opening rod is hinged to the inner side of a bag opening rod mounting base; the fixed end of a second joint bearing and the fixed end of a third joint bearing are respectively screwed at two ends of the first connecting rod, the rotating end of the second joint bearing is hinged at the outer side of the bag opening support, the rotating end of the third joint bearing is hinged at the outer side of the bag opening rod mounting base, a bag opening rod mounting plate is fixed on the bag opening rod mounting base, and the bag opening rod mounting plate is connected with the bag opening rod; the first bag clamping cylinder tailstock and the second bag clamping cylinder tailstock are respectively fixed on two sides of the bottom of the feeding hopper; the outer side of the bag clamping arm is connected with a clamping arm lug seat, and the piston end of the first bag clamping cylinder and the piston end of the second bag clamping cylinder are respectively hinged with the clamping arm lug seats at two sides; the middle of the bag clamping arm is symmetrically connected with one end of a first clamping arm connecting rod and one end of a second clamping arm connecting rod, the other end of the first clamping arm connecting rod and the other end of the second clamping arm connecting rod are hinged to the middle of the body, and two ends of the bag clamping arm are provided with a tendon mounting plate; two ends of the bag clamping belt are screwed and fixed on the first fixing plate; the first fixing plate penetrates through the bolt and is fixed on the beef tendon block mounting plate; the spring is sleeved on the bolt and is limited and fixed by a nut; the second fixed plate and the beef tendon block are fixed on the beef tendon block mounting plate through bolts.
As a further improvement of the invention, a feeding hopper discharge port is arranged below the feeding hopper, the periphery of the feeding hopper discharge port is a feeding port flange mounting surface, the top of the body is a body feeding port, the periphery of the body feeding port is a body flange mounting surface, and the two flange mounting surfaces are connected by bolts and nuts to ensure that the feeding hopper discharge port is communicated with the body feeding port. The bottom of the body is a discharge hole of the body.
As a further improvement of the invention, the bag clamping arms are symmetrically arranged and are C-shaped, and C-shaped openings are oppositely arranged.
As a further improvement of the invention, a third self-lubricating joint bearing and a fourth self-lubricating joint bearing are respectively embedded in the round holes of the first clamping arm connecting rod and the second clamping arm connecting rod.
As a further improvement of the invention, the push-pull air cylinder hinged frame consists of a first push-pull air cylinder mounting bracket and a second push-pull air cylinder mounting bracket, and the end of the push-pull air cylinder body is hinged between the first push-pull air cylinder mounting bracket and the second push-pull air cylinder mounting bracket.
As a further improvement of the invention, the second connecting rods are symmetrically arranged, the fourth connecting rod bolt is clamped and fixed between the second connecting rods, and the third connecting rod nut is clamped and fixed between the second connecting rods and hinged with the rotating end of the fourth joint bearing.
As a further improvement of the invention, the positioning sleeve passes through the third connecting rod to fixedly clamp the fourth joint bearing in the middle; and the first self-lubricating joint bearing and the second self-lubricating joint bearing are respectively inlaid at two ends of the second connecting rod.
As a further improvement of the invention, the positioning sleeve passes through the third connecting rod to fixedly clamp the fourth joint bearing in the middle.
As a further improvement of the invention, a first shaft sleeve and a second shaft sleeve are sleeved on the pin shaft, and a first bag clamping cylinder tailstock and a second bag clamping cylinder tailstock are clamped between the first bag clamping cylinder tailstock and the second bag clamping cylinder tailstock respectively; both sides of the two sides of the pin shaft are provided with openings, and the first split pin and the second split pin respectively penetrate through the openings of the two sides.
As a further improvement of the invention, the piston end of the first bag clamping air cylinder is in threaded connection with the upper end of the lug ring of the piston rod of the first air cylinder, the piston end of the second bag clamping air cylinder is in threaded connection with the upper end of the lug ring of the piston rod of the second air cylinder, and the lower end of the lug ring of the piston rod of the first air cylinder and the lower end of the lug ring of the piston rod of the second air cylinder are respectively hinged with lug seats of the clamping arms at two sides.
The positive progress effect of this application lies in:
1. the invention adopts the structural design of symmetrically opening and clamping the bag, and the whole mechanism is designed on the body, so that the structure is compact and the installation is convenient.
2. The push-pull structure can adjust the bag opening distance of the bag opening rod, and meets the requirements of various specifications of packaging bags in the market. The bag clamping structure adopts a circular bag opening, the two sides of the bag opening are clamped by the cowhells blocks during packaging, the center part of the bag opening is clamped by the bag clamping belt, the whole bag opening is closed, the materials do not have the worry of leakage, particularly the materials of powder type, and the dust does not leak from the two side edges of the bag opening.

As shown in figures 1-5, the invention is a bag clamp mechanism, which comprises a feeding hopper 57, wherein a body 6 is communicated below the feeding hopper 57, a feeding hopper discharging opening is arranged below the feeding hopper 57, the periphery of the discharging opening of the feeding hopper is provided with a feeding opening flange mounting surface, the top of the body 6 is provided with a body feeding opening 6-1, the periphery of the body feeding opening 6-1 is provided with a body flange mounting surface, and the two flange mounting surfaces are connected through bolts and nuts to ensure that the feeding hopper discharging opening is communicated with the body feeding opening 6-1. The bottom of the body 6 is a body discharge port 6-2.
First gusset 2 and first mounting panel 4 weld in 6 upper portions body flange mounting face base one sides on, second gusset 3 and second mounting panel 5 weld in 6 upper portions body flange mounting face opposite sides on, first bag arm mounting panel 7 and second bag arm mounting panel 8 weld respectively with 6 middle part both sides of body, travel switch mounting panel 9 welds in 6 middle and upper portions of body. The first rib plate 2, the second rib plate 3, the first upper mounting plate 4, the second upper mounting plate 5, the body 6, the first bag clamping arm mounting plate 7, the second bag clamping arm mounting plate 8 and the travel switch mounting plate 9 are welded into a whole.
The bag opening mechanism is symmetrically arranged on the first upper mounting plate 4 and the second upper mounting plate 5 and comprises a push-pull cylinder hinged frame, the upper portions of the first upper mounting plate 4 and the second upper mounting plate 5 are respectively provided with the push-pull cylinder hinged frame through bolts, the push-pull cylinder hinged frame is hinged with the cylinder end of the push-pull cylinder 14, the bottoms of the first upper mounting plate 4 and the second upper mounting plate 5 are fixed with a sliding rail 17 through bolts, a sliding block 18 is arranged on the sliding rail 17 in a sliding mode, a bag opening support 19 is fixed on the sliding block 18 through bolts, the top of the bag opening support 19 is connected with the bottom of a push-pull lug seat 16 through bolts, the top of the push-pull lug seat 16 is hinged with a rotating end of a first joint bearing 15, and a screw connection end of the first joint bearing 15 is connected with a piston end of the push-pull cylinder 14. As shown in fig. 2, a bag opening cylinder mounting bracket 20 is fixed on a bag opening bracket 19 through a bolt, the bag opening cylinder mounting bracket 20 is hinged with the cylinder body end of a bag opening cylinder 1, the piston end of the bag opening cylinder 1 passes through the bag opening bracket 19 and is screwed with the fixed end of a fourth joint bearing 28, the rotating end of the fourth joint bearing 28 is hinged with the middle part of a second connecting rod 24, one end of the second connecting rod 24 is hinged with the bag opening bracket 19, and the other end is hinged with the inner side of a bag opening rod mounting base 25; the fixed end of the second joint bearing 21 and the fixed end of the third joint bearing 23 are respectively in threaded connection with two ends of the first connecting rod 22, the rotating end of the second joint bearing 21 is hinged to the outer side of the bag supporting bracket 19, and the rotating end of the third joint bearing 23 is hinged to the outer side of the bag supporting rod mounting base 25. The bag supporting rod mounting base 25 is fixedly provided with a bag supporting rod mounting plate 26 through bolts, and the bag supporting rod mounting plate 26 is connected with a bag supporting rod 27 through a welding process.
The first bag clamping cylinder tailstock 10 and the second bag clamping cylinder tailstock 11 are respectively fixed on two sides of the bottom of the feeding hopper 57 (perpendicular to the first upper mounting plate 4 and the second upper mounting plate 5) through bolts; the first bag clamping cylinder tail seat 10 is hinged with the cylinder body end of the first bag clamping cylinder 34 through a pin shaft 40, and the second bag clamping cylinder tail seat 11 is hinged with the cylinder body end of the second bag clamping cylinder 35 through a pin shaft 40.
The bag clamping arms 44 are symmetrically arranged and are C-shaped, and the openings of the C-shaped openings are opposite. The outside of the clip arm 44 is attached to the clip arm ear mount 43 by a welding process. The piston end of the first bag clamping cylinder 34 and the piston end of the second bag clamping cylinder 35 are respectively hinged with the two side clamping arm lug seats 43.
The middle of the bag clamping arm 44 is symmetrically connected with one end of a first clamping arm connecting rod 45 and one end of a second clamping arm connecting rod 46 through a welding process, the other end of the first clamping arm connecting rod 45 and the other end of the second clamping arm connecting rod 46 are hinged to the middle part of the body 6 (below the first bag clamping cylinder tailstock 10 and the second bag clamping cylinder tailstock 11) through bearings, and two ends of the bag clamping arm 44 are welded with a tendon block mounting plate 49; two ends of the bag clamping belt 51 are screwed and fixed on the first fixing plate 54; the first fixing plate 54 is fixed on the tendon mounting plate 49 through the bolt 52; the spring 53 is sleeved on the bolt 52 and is limited and fixed by a nut; one end of the spring 53 is propped against the nut, and the other end is propped against the first fixing plate 54; the second fixing plate 55 and the tendon blocks 56 are attached and then fixed to the tendon block mounting plate 49 by bolts.
The upper hopper 57 and the body 6 are fixedly connected using bolts and nuts.
A third self-lubricating spherical plain bearing 47 and a fourth self-lubricating spherical plain bearing 48 are respectively embedded in the round holes of the first clamping arm connecting rod 45 and the second clamping arm connecting rod 46 and are used for being hinged with the middle part of the body 6.
The push-pull air cylinder hinged frame is composed of a first push-pull air cylinder mounting bracket 12 and a second push-pull air cylinder mounting bracket 13, and the end of the cylinder body of the push-pull air cylinder 14 is hinged between the first push-pull air cylinder mounting bracket 12 and the second push-pull air cylinder mounting bracket 13.
In order to enhance the mechanism strength, the second connecting rods 24 are symmetrically designed, the fourth connecting rod 31 is clamped and fixed between the 2 second connecting rods 24 through bolts, and the third connecting rod 29 is clamped and fixed between the 2 second connecting rods 24 through nuts and is hinged with the rotating end of the fourth joint bearing 28.
To prevent play of the rotating end of the fourth spherical plain bearing 28, the positioning sleeve 30 passes through the third link 29 to fixedly clamp the fourth spherical plain bearing 28 therebetween.
The first self-lubricating spherical plain bearing 32 and the second self-lubricating spherical plain bearing 33 are respectively inlaid at two ends of the second connecting rod 24; the connecting lubrication degree of the two ends of the end part of the second connecting rod 24 and the rotating ends of the bag opening bracket 19 and the second joint bearing 21 can be improved.
To prevent play of the rotating end of the fourth spherical plain bearing 28, the positioning sleeve 30 passes through the third link 29 to fixedly clamp the fourth spherical plain bearing 28 therebetween.
In order to prevent the left and right movement of the cylinder body ends of the first bag clamping cylinder 34 and the second bag clamping cylinder 35, a first shaft sleeve 41 and a second shaft sleeve 42 are sleeved on the pin shaft 40, and the first bag clamping cylinder tailstock 10 and the second bag clamping cylinder tailstock 11 are clamped between the first bag clamping cylinder tailstock and the second bag clamping cylinder tailstock respectively. Two sides of the pin shaft 40 are provided with openings, and the first split pin 38 and the second split pin 39 respectively penetrate through the openings of the two sides and are limited in the cylinder.
The piston end of the first bag clamping cylinder 34 is in threaded connection with the upper end of a first cylinder piston rod lug ring 36, the piston end of the second bag clamping cylinder 35 is in threaded connection with the upper end of a second cylinder piston rod lug ring 37, and the lower end of the first cylinder piston rod lug ring 36 and the lower end of the second cylinder piston rod lug ring 37 are respectively hinged to the clamping arm lug seats 43 on the two sides.
The working process of the invention is as follows:
in operation, as shown in fig. 9, the first bag clamping cylinder 34 and the second bag clamping cylinder 35 contract, the bag clamping arm 44 opens, and the push-pull cylinder 14 and the bag opening cylinder 1 contract. A worker sleeves bags on the periphery of the discharge port 6-2 of the bag body and the periphery of the bag opening rod 27, after the bags are sleeved, the first bag clamping cylinder 34 and the second bag clamping cylinder 35 exchange air, piston rods of the first bag clamping cylinder 34 and the second bag clamping cylinder 35 move forwards to drive the bag clamping arms 44 to contract inwards, and at the moment, the bag clamping belts 51 are attached to the bag body 6 to clamp the bag openings, as shown in fig. 8. After the action is finished, the materials in the hopper completely fall into the packaging bag due to the self weight of the materials. After a delay of a few seconds, the first bag clamping cylinder 34, the second bag clamping cylinder 35 and the bag opening cylinder 1 are ventilated, the cylinder piston rod retreats, as shown in fig. 6, the bag clamping arm 44 is opened, the bag opening cylinder 1 is ventilated, and the cylinder piston rod of the bag opening cylinder 1 moves forwards to drive the bag opening rod 27 to open the bag opening, as shown in fig. 7. The packaging bag falls automatically to complete a packaging link. If the size of the packaging bag is larger, the piston rod of the push-pull air cylinder 14 moves forwards, the whole bag opening mechanism moves forwards, and the bag opening stroke of the bag opening rod 27 is increased.
