Two ends of the frame 1 are provided with rollers 8, and the rollers 8 are sleeved with a conveying belt 9; a flow plate groove 10 is arranged on the conveying belt 9, one end of the flow plate groove 10 is provided with a long hole 11, an induction rod 12 is inserted in the long hole 11, and a counting inductor 17 is further arranged on one side of the induction rod 12; since the roller 8 is driven by the roller motor, when the flowing plate groove 10 is filled with the packed bean curd, the packed bean curd pushes the sensing rod 12 to the counting sensor 17, and at this time, the main cylinder 13 and the auxiliary cylinder 14 work simultaneously, and the roller motor controls the conveyer belt 9 to stop working.

Because the cylinder body of the main cylinder 13 is provided with the return magnetic switch 25 and the descending magnetic switch 26, and the gas rod of the main cylinder 13 is provided with the push plate 27, when the main cylinder 13 and the auxiliary cylinder 14 start to work and push forwards, the egg tofu is completely discharged into the box body 18 through the push plate 27 and is sent to a designated position, the return magnetic switch 25 works, the main cylinder 13 and the auxiliary cylinder 14 start to return, when the main cylinder 13 returns to the original position, the descending magnetic switch 26 works, the first chain motor 4 operates, and the first chain motor 4 stops working after the chain supporting plate 19 is driven to drive the box body 18 to descend downwards by one layer.
A material blocking cylinder 21 and a material blocking plate 22 are further arranged at one end of the conveying belt 9, the material blocking cylinder 21 is installed on the frame 1, and the material blocking plate 22 is installed on an air rod of the material blocking cylinder 21; when a conveying switch is turned on, the conveying belt 9 moves forwards, egg bean curd enters the conveying belt 9 to roll forwards to sense the counting sensor 17, when the counting is sensed to be full, the material blocking cylinder 21 works, and the egg bean curd enters the flowing plate groove 10; the egg bean curd is pushed into the box body 18 by the operation of the main cylinder 13, and returns after being pushed to the position, the plastic box descends one layer to wait for being pushed again, and enters the next basket after being pushed fully.
A boxing inductor 23 and a boxing induction sheet 24 are further arranged at the output port of the conveying belt 9, and one end of the boxing inductor 23 is connected with one end of the boxing induction sheet 24; when the conveyer belt 9 conveys the egg bean curd after the full counting to the boxing induction sheet 24, the boxing induction sheet 24 induces the boxing inductor 23, and the second chain motor 5 stops working.
A box body 18 is put into the box placing opening 2 and is arranged on a chain box supporting plate 19 connected with the first chain motor 4; when the box 18 moves downwards step by step during bean curd loading until the box 18 is full, the box 18 reaches the bottom frame 15, and the chain box supporting plate 19 contacts the box pushing sensor 6, so that the box pushing cylinder 16 is controlled to work, and the box 18 is withdrawn.

in the first step, the first chain motor 4 starts to rotate after the machine is started, and when the chain runs to the positioning sensor 7, the first chain motor stops rotating.
And secondly, the box body 18 is placed into the box placing opening 2, and the box placing sensor 3 enters a working state after sensing.
Thirdly, turning on a switch of a second chain motor 5, enabling a roller 8 to start to operate, and enabling a conveying belt 9 to convey the egg bean curd forwards; the egg tofu is conveyed into the flowing plate groove 10, moves forwards after touching the sensing rod 12 when the egg tofu is conveyed forwards, the sensing rod 12 senses the counting sensor 17, when the counting sensor 17 counts fully, the material blocking cylinder 21 works, the material blocking plate 22 rises upwards, and the conveyer belt 9 conveys the egg tofu which is counted fully forwards; when the egg tofu is conveyed to the boxing induction sheet 24, the boxing induction sheet 24 induces the boxing inductor 23, the second chain motor 5 stops working, the main cylinder 13 and the auxiliary cylinder 14 start to work and push forwards, the push plate 27 conveys the egg tofu into the box body 18 in a whole row, the magnetic switch 25 returns to work after the egg tofu is conveyed to a specified position, the main cylinder 13 and the auxiliary cylinder 14 start to return, the magnetic switch 26 descends to work after the main cylinder 13 returns to the original position, the first chain motor 4 operates to drive the chain box supporting plate 19 to enable the box body 18 to descend downwards by one layer, the first chain motor 4 stops working, the conveying belt 9 conveys the egg tofu forwards again to enter a second layer of boxing, and the egg tofu is conveyed downwards layer by layer until the box body 18 is filled fully; when the machine is full, the box pushing sensor 6 starts to work, and the box pushing cylinder 16 works to send the box 18 out of the machine frame 1 from the bottom frame 15.
According to the egg bean curd box filling machine, after packaged bean curd is filled in the flowing plate groove 10, the packaged bean curd can push the sensing rod 12 to the counting sensor 17, at the moment, the material blocking cylinder 21 works, the material blocking cylinder 21 pushes the material blocking plate 22 to rise upwards, the conveyor belt 9 conveys the whole row of bean curd forwards to the box filling sensing piece 24, the box filling sensing piece 24 pushes the box filling sensor 24 forwards to sense the box filling sensor 23, at the moment, the material blocking cylinder 21 stops working, the material blocking plate 22 blocks the bean curd downwards for conveying, at the moment, the conveyor belt 9 stops working, the main cylinder 13 drives the push plate 27 to push the packaged bean curd to enter the box body 18, and the auxiliary cylinder 14 supports the packaged bean curd; when the box 18 moves downwards step by step during bean curd loading until the box 18 is full, the box 18 reaches the bottom frame 15, and the chain box supporting plate 19 contacts the box pushing sensor 6, so that the box pushing cylinder 16 is controlled to work, and the box 18 is withdrawn.
