1. A lamp box module, its characterized in that includes:

2. A light box module according to claim 1, wherein the crimp (20) is movably or rotatably disposed on the box body (10).

A light box module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the press member (20) is rotatably provided at the rear surface of the case body (10), the rotation axis of the press member (20) is perpendicular to the rear surface of the case body (10), and the surface of the press member (20) near the rear surface of the case body (10) is a press surface to be pressed against the connecting member.

4. A light box module according to claim 3, wherein the crimp (20) is attached to the housing (10) by a fastener (30), the axis of the fastener (30) coinciding with the axis of rotation of the crimp (20).

A light box module according to claim 1, wherein the crimping member (20) comprises a crimping member body (21) and an elastic member (22) provided on a side of the crimping member body (21) close to the back surface of the box body (10), and a surface of the elastic member (22) close to the back surface of the box body (10) is a crimping surface to be crimped with the connecting member.

6. A light box module according to claim 5, wherein the elastic member (22) is a rubber pad.

9. An LED screen comprising:

a plurality of light box modules (40), wherein the light box modules (40) are the light box modules of any one of claims 1 to 8, and the mounting grooves (11) of the light box modules (40) are communicated to form a mounting header slot (14);

and the connecting piece (50) penetrates through the mounting main groove (14), and under the condition that the crimping piece (20) of the lamp box module (40) is positioned at the crimping position, the crimping piece (20) crimps the connecting piece (50) in the mounting main groove (14).

10. LED screen according to claim 9, characterised in that the connecting piece (50) is a carbon fibre tube.

Background

At present, the LED large screen in China is in the leading high-tech level of China and is favored by the majority of users.

The large LED screen is formed by splicing a plurality of LED boxes, but the LED boxes are limited in installation conditions in an application field, and have the problems of difficulty in installation, time consumption and low efficiency in installation and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a lamp box module and an LED screen with the same, and aims to solve the problem that the LED screen in the prior art is low in installation efficiency.

In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a lamp box module including: the box body, the back of the box body has mounting grooves which run through two opposite side walls of the box body, the mounting grooves are used for accommodating connecting pieces; the lamp panel module is arranged on the front side of the box body; the compression joint piece is movably arranged on the box body and provided with a compression joint position for compression joint of the connecting piece and an avoiding position which is not in contact with the connecting piece, at least part of the projection of the compression joint piece on the back surface of the box body is overlapped with the projection of the installation groove on the back surface of the box body under the condition that the compression joint piece is located at the compression joint position, and no overlapping part exists between the projection of the compression joint piece on the back surface of the box body and the projection of the installation groove on the back surface of the box body under the condition that the compression joint piece is located at the avoiding position.

Further, the crimping member is movably or rotatably provided on the case.

Further, the crimping piece is rotatably arranged on the back surface of the box body, the rotation axis of the crimping piece is perpendicular to the back surface of the box body, and the surface, close to the back surface of the box body, of the crimping piece is a crimping surface in crimping with the connecting piece.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the light box module of the present embodiment includes: the lamp plate module comprises a box body 10, a lamp plate module and a crimping piece 20. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the crimping member 20 is rotatably provided on the case 10. The structure is simple, and the operation by a user is convenient. Of course, in other embodiments not shown in the figures, the crimp member may be movably disposed on the housing.

The above structure can ensure the connecting piece to be firmly pressed in the mounting groove 11 by the reverse acting force of the elastic piece 22.

As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the elastic member 22 is a rubber pad. The structure is simple and the cost is low. Of course, in other embodiments not shown in the drawings, the elastic member may also be an elastic structure such as a spring.

In order to further enable the connecting members to be firmly pressed into the corresponding mounting grooves 11 due to the high height of the single lamp box module, as shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the pressing members 20 are a plurality arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the mounting grooves 11. The structure can increase the pressure contact point of the pressure connection piece in the direction of the mounting groove 11 (namely in the height direction of the lamp box module), so that the connection piece can be stably pressed in the corresponding mounting groove 11.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the present application also provides an LED screen, and an embodiment of the LED screen according to the present application includes: a plurality of light box modules 40 and a connector 50. The plurality of light box modules 40 are arranged along a preset direction, the light box modules 40 are the light box modules, and the mounting grooves 11 of the light box modules 40 are communicated to form a mounting main groove 14 extending along the preset direction. The connecting member 50 penetrates the mounting groove 14, and the pressing member 20 presses the connecting member 50 into the mounting groove 14 when the pressing member 20 of the light box module 40 is located at the pressing position. Specifically, when the LED panel needs to be assembled, the mounting grooves 11 of the plurality of lamp box modules 40 are first opposed to form the mounting header groove 14, and then the crimp member 20 is secured in the escape position. The connector 50 is then placed into the mounting slot 14 and the crimp member 20 is moved to the crimping position, wherein the crimp member 20 compresses the connector 50 into the mounting slot 14 to ensure that the plurality of light box modules 40 are securely connected together. In the present embodiment, the connection member 50 is a carbon fiber pipe. The structure utilizes the high-strength characteristic of the carbon fiber pipe, and can ensure the tensile strength and the bending resistance of the combined large-unit module, thereby leading the LED screen to have stronger strength.
