a material registration information system for collecting at least two of personal data of a material registration user, case data, organization data, personnel data, material content data, material circulation behavior data of a registered material, storing the collected data, and generating material identification information from the collected data;

the intelligent circulation cabinet terminal information system is used for acquiring identity information of a piece storing/taking user, verifying the identity information, controlling the corresponding piece storing cabinet to be opened when the identity information is verified to pass so as to facilitate the piece storing/taking of the user, and recording the piece storing/taking information when the storage lattices are closed;

the system comprises a material circulation information management platform, wherein the material circulation information management platform is respectively connected with the material registration information system, the intelligent circulation cabinet information system and the mobile terminal information system, and is used for sending the whole process information of material circulation to the material registration information system, the intelligent circulation cabinet information system and the unit personal mobile terminal information system.

The ACP-based materials circulation information management system of claim 1, wherein the materials registration users include outside visitors of the organization and inside offices of the organization, the materials registration information system includes a materials self-registration subsystem and a business office subsystem, wherein,

the material self-service registration subsystem is used for acquiring at least two of personal data of visitors outside a unit, case data, organization data, personnel data, material content data and material circulation behavior data of registered materials, storing the acquired data and generating material identification information according to the acquired data;

the business office table subsystem is used for collecting at least two of personal data of office staff in a unit, case data, organization data, personnel data, material content data and material circulation behavior data of registered materials, storing the collected data and generating material identification information according to the collected data.

3. The ACP-based material circulation information management system according to claim 2, wherein the material self-registration information subsystem comprises:

the first user login module is used for receiving login information input by a visitor outside a unit;

the first information acquisition module is used for acquiring at least two of personal data of visitors outside the unit, case data of registered materials, organization data, personnel data, material content data and material circulation behavior data;

the first information storage module is used for storing the data acquired by the first information acquisition module;

the first information generation module is used for generating material identification information and material catalog list information according to the data acquired by the first information acquisition module;

and the first information printing module is used for receiving the material identification information and the material catalogue list information, and printing the material identification information and the material catalogue list information through special printing equipment so as to paste the material identification information and the material catalogue list information.

4. The ACP-based material flow information management system of claim 2, wherein the service office information subsystem comprises:

the second user login module is used for receiving login information input by office staff in a unit;

the second information acquisition module is used for acquiring at least two of personal data of office staff in the unit, case data of registered materials, organization data, personnel data, material content data and material circulation behavior data;

the second information storage module is used for storing the data acquired by the second information acquisition module;

the second information generation module is used for generating material identification information and material catalog list information according to the data acquired by the second information acquisition module;

and the second information printing module is used for receiving the material identification information and the material catalogue list information, and printing the material identification information and the material catalogue list information through special printing equipment so as to paste the material identification information and the material catalogue list information.

And the first information statistical module is used for counting material circulation behavior data and behavior trend data according to the data acquired by the second information acquisition module.

Background

At present, the material circulation has the problem of low efficiency. For example, both parties of material transfer are handed over and registered in the same place, but in actual operation, there are problems that a transfer person is not present, material contents are missing, workers peel each other, and the like. To solve such a problem, in the related art, a material transfer management system is constructed by setting up a material transfer cabinet.

However, the information accumulation based on material flow switch cabinet in the related art is in a relatively chaotic random pattern, which is prone to many problems, such as: and if the information system is incomplete, only the purchase and sale information of the transfer cabinet is recorded. The information records are not uniform and exist in different material types, so that the information records are difficult to query. The information storage is unsafe, and the information is easy to lose after long-term scattered storage. The information sharing is not convenient and can be found by a certain person.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving, at least to some extent, one of the technical problems in the related art. Therefore, the present invention is directed to provide a material flow information management system based on ACP (Artificial systems, Parallel experiments, manual systems, Computational experiments, and Parallel execution) to implement unified management on material flow, so as to improve efficiency and safety of material flow.

In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides an ACP-based material circulation information management system, including: a material registration information system for collecting at least two of personal data of a material registration user, case data, organization data, personnel data, material content data, material circulation behavior data of a registered material, storing the collected data, and generating material identification information from the collected data; the intelligent circulation cabinet terminal information system is used for acquiring identity information of a piece storing/taking user, verifying the identity information, controlling the corresponding piece storing cabinet to be opened when the identity information is verified to pass so as to facilitate the piece storing/taking of the user, and recording the piece storing/taking information when the storage lattices are closed; the unit personal mobile terminal information system is used for generating an identification code to be used as the identification information of the piece accessing/fetching user and identifying the material identification information to complete the material handover, access and sign-in; the system comprises a material circulation information management platform, wherein the material circulation information management platform is respectively connected with the material registration information system, the intelligent circulation cabinet information system and the mobile terminal information system, and is used for sending the whole process information of material circulation to the material registration information system, the intelligent circulation cabinet information system and the unit personal mobile terminal information system.

According to the ACP-based material circulation information management system disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the unified management of material circulation can be realized, so that the efficiency and the safety of material circulation are improved.

Specifically, the unit personal mobile terminal information system 13 collects the identity information of the user and generates an identification code corresponding to the user one to one. When a user provides data from a visitor outside a unit or an office in the unit, the material registration information system 11 collects personal data of the material registration user and data of the registered material, stores the data, and generates a material circulated by the user based on the stored data. The material includes the material identification information described above.

Further, after the material for circulation is generated, if a user needs to acquire the material, the user can present the identification code of the material to the intelligent circulation cabinet terminal information system 12, the intelligent circulation cabinet terminal information system 12 performs identity verification on the user, and after the verification is passed, judges the material corresponding to the user and the storage cabinet corresponding to the material, and further opens the storage cabinet for storing the material; or, when the user needs to store the material, the user can be subjected to identity verification, and then the storage cabinet is distributed to the user after the identity verification is passed. The storage cabinet can be a virtual storage cabinet. In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the material registration information system 11 includes a material self-registration subsystem and a business office subsystem. The system comprises a material self-service registration subsystem, a data acquisition subsystem and a data processing subsystem, wherein the material self-service registration subsystem is used for acquiring at least two of personal data of visitors outside a unit, case data, organization data, personnel data, material content data and material circulation behavior data of registered materials, storing the acquired data and generating material identification information according to the acquired data; and the business office table subsystem is used for acquiring at least two of personal data of office staff in a unit, case data of registered materials, organization data, personnel data, material content data and material circulation behavior data, storing the acquired data and generating material identification information according to the acquired data.

Specifically, the material self-registration information subsystem 111 includes: the system comprises a first user login module 1111, a first information acquisition module 1112, a first information storage module 1113, a first information generation module 1114 and a first information printing module 1115.

The second user login module 1121 is configured to receive login information input by office staff in a unit; a second information collecting module 1122 for collecting at least two of personal data of office staff in a unit, case data of registered materials, organization data, personnel data, material content data, and material circulation behavior data; a second information storage module 1123, configured to store data acquired by the second information acquisition module 1122; a second information generating module 1124, configured to generate material identification information and material catalog list information according to the data acquired by the second information acquiring module 1122; and a second information printing module 1125 for receiving the material identification information and the material catalog list information and printing the material identification information and the material catalog list information by the dedicated printing apparatus for pasting. The material registration information system 11 may be a PC (Personal Computer) client.

Referring to fig. 2, the intelligent circulation cabinet terminal information system 12 includes: an administrator maintenance module 121, an identity verification module 122, a third information collection module 123 and a terminal access module 124. The administrator maintenance module 121 is configured to receive login information input by an administrator; the identity authentication module 122 is configured to collect identity information of an access/pickup user and verify the identity information; the third information acquisition module 123 is configured to acquire and identify material identification information and an identification code; and the terminal access module 124 is used for controlling the corresponding storage cabinet to be opened when the identity information passes the verification so as to facilitate the user to access the storage and recording the access information when the storage cell is closed.

Specifically, the administrator maintenance module 121 includes a face data acquisition unit, a face data storage unit, and a terminal maintenance reporting unit, where the face data acquisition unit is configured to acquire facial feature data of a user, the face data storage unit is configured to store the facial feature data, and the terminal maintenance reporting unit is configured to acquire and transmit terminal maintenance information data; the identity verification module 122 includes an identity information collection unit, an identity information transmission unit, and an identity information identification comparison unit, where the identity information collection unit is configured to collect identity information of an access/pickup user, the identity information transmission unit is configured to transmit the identity information to the identity identification comparison unit, and the identity information identification comparison unit is configured to compare the identity information with a local user identity information list and a remote user identity information list of the material flow information management platform 14.

Referring to fig. 2, the unit personal mobile terminal information system 13 includes: a third user login module 131, an electronic identity generation module 132, a code scanning management module 133, a second information statistics module 134, and a message pushing module 135. The third user login module 131 is configured to receive user information input by office staff inside a unit to create a user; the electronic identity generating module 132 is used for generating an identity identification code according to the user information after the user is successfully created; a code scanning management module 133, configured to scan the material identification information and perform system verification, so as to complete material handover, access, and sign-in; the second information statistic module 134 is configured to count material flow behavior data and behavior trend data according to material handover, access, and receipt data; the message pushing module 135 is configured to push a corresponding message reminder to the user when the user has a change in the handover, access, and sign-off status.

It should be noted that the unit personal mobile terminal information system 13 may be present in the form of a mobile terminal application.

Further, the material flow information management platform 14 may be configured as a big data platform to manage a large amount of flow information.

It should be noted that the material flow information management platform 14 may be in the form of a PC client.

The ACP-based material circulation information management system 10 of the present embodiment is described below with reference to a specific example shown in fig. 3.

In this particular example, the material being circulated is court material.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the material self-service terminal (i.e. the material self-service registration information subsystem 11) collects personal data of visiting users outside the unit and data of registered materials, and the service office (i.e. the service office information subsystem 112) collects personal data of office users inside the unit and data of registered materials. And then after the data are collected, the data are stored and two-dimensional code pictures used for circulation are generated. And then the PC is connected with a special printing device to print the two-dimensional code, the data corresponding to the two-dimensional code and the catalog list of the data, the printed data is stored in the material packaging bag, and the two-dimensional code and the catalog list are pasted on the back of the packaging bag, so that the circulated material is obtained.

The data can include case data, organization data, user data, material content data and material circulation behavior data, wherein the case data include case numbers, departments of undertaking methods and the like, the organization data include court business department data, the user data include party data, agent data, judicial police officers data and judge data, the material content data include material two-dimensional code data, material type data, material name data and material quantity data, and the material circulation behavior data include material submission data, material handover data, material access data, material signing data and the like. The organization data, the user data and the like belong to social factor data units, and the case data, the material content data, the material circulation behavior data and the like belong to material factor data units.

Alternatively, after storing data in the pouch to produce the circulated material, the material may be stored in an intelligent circulation cabinet while the information management system acquires information of the stored material and information of a storage cabinet corresponding thereto. Further, after the identity information of the user is acquired, the identity information of the user is uploaded to a user identity information list.

Therefore, when a user needs to obtain materials, the user can display the identification code of the user to the intelligent circulation cabinet, the intelligent circulation cabinet terminal information system 12 recognizes the identification code, the user identity is determined according to the identification code, and the corresponding storage cabinet is controlled to be opened. Or, when the user needs to store the material, the user can present the identification code of the user to the intelligent circulation cabinet, so that the intelligent circulation cabinet terminal information system 12 identifies the identification code, determines the identity of the user according to the identification code and distributes the storage cabinet to the user; and then the storage cabinet is controlled to be opened and the corresponding information of the user and the storage cabinet is recorded.

When a user presents an identity identification code to the intelligent circulation cabinet, the intelligent circulation cabinet acquires identity information according to the identity identification code, and then judges whether the user is in a user identity information list locally stored in the intelligent circulation cabinet or not according to the identity information, and if the user is in the user identity information list, the identity authentication of the user is judged to be passed; if not, checking whether the user is in a remote user identity information list of the material flow information management platform 14, and if the user is in the remote user identity information list, judging that the user passes the identity verification; otherwise, the authentication of the user is judged to be failed.

It should be noted that, after the user stores/acquires the material, the intelligent circulation cabinet terminal information system 12 records the circulation information and sends the information to the target user. For example, after the user stores the material, the intelligent circulation cabinet terminal information system 12 may acquire a target user who needs to acquire the material, and further send a prompt message "you have a material to be acquired" to the personal mobile terminal of the target user; after the user obtains the material, the intelligent circulation cabinet terminal information system 12 may send a prompt message "you stored the material has been taken" to the target user storing the material.

Further, the material flow information management platform 14 transmits the material flow information to the material registration information system 11, the intelligent flow cabinet information system, and the unit personal mobile terminal information system 13, thereby displaying the flow information.

In summary, the ACP-based material circulation information management system according to the embodiments of the present invention can implement unified management of material circulation, thereby improving efficiency and security of material circulation. Moreover, sharing of material flow information can be achieved.

It should be noted that the logic and/or steps represented in the flowcharts or otherwise described herein, such as an ordered listing of executable instructions that can be considered to implement logical functions, can be embodied in any computer-readable medium for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device, such as a computer-based system, processor-containing system, or other system that can fetch the instructions from the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device and execute the instructions. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
