Detailed Description
Example 1
The embodiment provides a method for sampling medicinal plants and soil based on information management, which comprises the following steps:
1) before sampling, a standardized sampling scheme is formulated by combining the characteristics of medicinal plants, and the standardized sampling scheme comprises time nodes, personnel allocation, sampling tools, sampling points, a sampling method, sampling amount, sample circulation and the like, so that the quality of samples is guaranteed. The internal division of labor in the sampling group is clear, the related sampling method is mastered after training, and the sampling date is determined according to the suitable collection period of the medicinal plants and the specific weather; determining a sampling area and a sample point position through sampling and reconnaissance, selecting a specific sampling field (mountain) as a sampling point, and collecting medicinal plants and soil samples at the sampling point according to a random sampling principle; at least 3 groups of samples are collected at the same sampling point, and for a particularly large sampling field, no more than 6 groups of samples are collected; 1 village produced no more than 5 sample points.
2) After the sampling group reaches the sampling point, sample acquisition information including soil sample information, actual sampling longitude and latitude, sampling on-site photos and the like is recorded and stored on the handheld terminal instrument, and a sample label is printed on site. And meanwhile, the related information is transmitted to a server side of the sampling management system through a network.
And when the sample collection handheld terminal cannot be normally used for the reason, filling a paper field recording sheet, shooting a picture of a sampling field by using a digital camera, and timely recording related data into the handheld terminal instrument.
3) The sampling is started.
The medicinal plants and the corresponding soil are synchronously collected at the same point. According to the characteristics of the medicinal plants, the medicinal plants are collected in a suitable harvesting period, the plants with better growth vigor are selected, samples of the overground part and the underground part are respectively collected, the phenotype indexes are measured and recorded, the samples are respectively put into self-sealing bags, and sample labels are pasted.
Collecting soil samples according to the depth of the roots of the medicinal plants, simply removing surface covering soil, litter, stones and the like for the plants with shallow roots, and collecting the root soil samples; for plants with deep roots, taking a soil sample at the soil depth of the middle part of the root; control soil samples were also collected.
Collecting the soil by a cutting ring: collecting with a cutting ring in a circular area with a central radius smaller than 15 cm, placing into an aluminum box, and placing into a self-sealing bag.
Collecting soil in a root area: for loose soil, directly collecting soil in a root area by using an iron shovel, discarding a part in contact with a metal sampler, collecting 1.5-2.0 kg of soil by using a self-sealing bag (measured by a dynamometer), then digging out roots (tubers) and shaking covering soil on the roots (tubers) into the soil in the root area.
Collecting contrast soil: collecting soil without ground objects at the sampling point by using an iron shovel, discarding the part in contact with the metal sampler, and collecting about 0.5kg by using a self-sealing bag.
4) Sample verification
After a group of samples are collected, the valve bag filled with the plant and soil samples is placed in a large-size valve bag, a label is attached to the valve bag to mark a sampling number, a name, a sampling place, longitude and latitude, an altitude and a sampling person, and one sample collection is completed. The sampling group performs self-check on the sample, the sample label and the sampling record. After each point sampling operation is finished, the sampling tools (a cutting ring, an iron shovel, scissors, tweezers and the like) are cleaned in time by using the 75% alcohol sanitary wet tissue, so that cross contamination is avoided. After sampling is completed, the sample is sent back to the laboratory in time.
The sampling management system realizes multi-unit cooperative operation in a mode of combining a web browser and a mobile phone app, and prevents phenomena such as falsification, sample data loss and the like in the sampling process. The handheld terminal instrument records and uploads the on-site geographic environment image, soil, rhizoma polygonati sample information and the like to the sampling management system, abundant data are obtained, and the most reliable data source and basis are provided for analyzing the current situation of the plot environment.
The sampling management system mainly comprises a basic information management module, a project management module and an administrative division module.
And the basic information management module comprises unit management, personnel management and sampling group management. The unit management comprises information such as unit names, employee names, mobile phone numbers, user accounts, affiliated units, states and the like. The personnel management is mainly used for uniformly creating and storing the information of the sample collection testing personnel. The sampling group management maintains the information of the sampling group, and performs data support on later-stage sampling task assignment and sample acquisition, including information of sampling group name, sampling group length, sampling group member and the like.
The project management module comprises a series of processes such as sampling task assignment, sample collection, sample preparation, secondary coding, detection task allocation, analysis and test, project summary, sample warehousing and the like. Before sampling, a sampling task is established and assigned to each sampling subgroup. And collecting samples by using an app end sampling group, recording and uploading information, and logging in a web end to check specific information of sampling points. Due to the fact that a sampling group of apps is not used, the system provides a function of uploading acquisition point information in batches, the information can be recorded according to the template, and the administrative division information in the system are kept consistent when the information is recorded. After the sample is collected, the sample can be sent to a preparation unit and enters a sample preparation stage. The sampler can perform secondary coding on the sample after completing the reconnaissance. And after the preparation is finished, the detection tasks can be distributed to the detection units. After the analysis test operation is completed, the system can check and check each index value of the sample uploaded by the analysis test unit. And finally, item summarization and sample warehousing are carried out, and the collection, preparation and determination of the samples in one stage are completed.
The administrative division module is used for filling the administrative division information in the sampling template according to the administrative division information of the medicinal plant collection area, and ensuring that the filled information is consistent with the information recorded in the system.
In the whole sample collection, preparation and measurement process, the states of all stages of the sample can be clearly seen by logging in a sampling management system, so that the stable operation is facilitated, and meanwhile, the data can be efficiently managed and utilized.
