1. An information acquisition method, characterized in that the method comprises:

sending a first document to a target group, wherein the target group comprises an identifier of at least one first user, and the first document is used for the at least one first user to input information to be collected;

acquiring a second document, and replacing the first document with the second document;

the second document is a document generated based on at least one third document corresponding to the first document, one third document corresponds to one first user, the one third document is used for the one first user to input information to be collected, and the authority of the one third document is as follows: allowing said one first user to access said one third document; the second document comprises information to be collected input by the at least one first user, and the authority of the second document is as follows: at least a second user is allowed to access the second document, the second user being a sender user of the first document.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the second document comprises:

receiving the second document sent by a server;

the second document is a document generated by the server based on the at least one third document after the information to be collected is input; and the third document is a document which is generated by the server for the first user according to the user information of the first user and corresponds to the first document.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the second document is a document generated by the electronic device based on the at least one third document; the third document is a document which is generated by the electronic equipment for the first user according to the user information of the first user and corresponds to the first document;

the obtaining of the second document includes:

receiving at least one fourth document sent by at least one other device, wherein each other device corresponds to one fourth document, and each fourth document is obtained after a first user inputs information to be acquired in one third document;

and synthesizing the at least one fourth document to obtain the second document.

4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:

receiving a first input of the second user;

in response to the first input, adjusting the permissions of the second document to: a target user is also allowed to access the second document, the target user being a user of the at least one first user.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein after the replacing the first document with the second document, the method further comprises:

receiving a second input of the second user;

deleting the at least one third document in response to the second input;

wherein all first users cannot access the at least one third document after deleting the at least one third document.

6. An information acquisition apparatus characterized by comprising: the device comprises a sending module, an obtaining module and a replacing module;

the sending module is used for sending a first document to a target group, the target group comprises an identifier of at least one first user, and the first document is used for the at least one first user to input information to be collected;

the acquisition module is used for acquiring a second document;

the replacing module is used for replacing the first document with the second document acquired by the acquiring module;

the second document is a document generated based on at least one third document corresponding to the first document, one third document corresponds to one first user, the one third document is used for the one first user to input information to be collected, and the authority of the one third document is as follows: allowing said one first user to access said one third document; the second document comprises information to be collected input by the at least one first user, and the authority of the second document is as follows: at least a second user is allowed to access the second document, the second user being a sender user of the first document.

7. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the obtaining module is specifically configured to receive the second document sent by a server;

the second document is a document generated by the server based on the at least one third document after the information to be collected is input; and the third document is a document which is generated by the server for the first user according to the user information of the first user and corresponds to the first document.

The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the second document is a document generated by the electronic device based on the at least one third document; the third document is a document which is generated by the electronic equipment for the first user according to the user information of the first user and corresponds to the first document;

the acquisition module is specifically configured to receive at least one fourth document sent by at least one other device, where each other device corresponds to a fourth document, and each fourth document is a document obtained after a first user inputs information to be acquired in a third document; and synthesizing the at least one fourth document to obtain the second document.

9. The apparatus according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the information acquisition apparatus method further comprises: the device comprises a receiving module and an adjusting module;

the receiving module is used for receiving a first input of the second user;

the adjusting module is configured to, in response to the first input received by the receiving module, adjust the permission of the second document to: a target user is also allowed to access the second document, the target user being a user of the at least one first user.

10. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the information acquisition means further comprises: a deletion module;

the receiving module is further configured to receive a second input of the second user after the replacing module replaces the first document with the second document;

the deletion module is configured to delete the at least one third document in response to the second input received by the reception module;

wherein all first users cannot access the at least one third document after deleting the at least one third document.

Background

Generally, a user can create a multi-user online editing document through electronic equipment, share the document to a certain group, the document is used for collecting information such as names, identification numbers, mobile phone numbers and the like of the users in the group, then a plurality of users in the group can open the document, and input related information in the document, so that the collection of the related information of the users is realized, namely, the collection of the information is realized in a multi-user cooperation mode of the online document.

However, in the process of collecting information by using the above method, since the information input by the user can be seen by other users, there is a risk of information leakage of the user, and privacy of the user cannot be guaranteed, so that confidentiality and security of information collection performed by the electronic device are poor.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the application aims to provide an information acquisition method and an information acquisition device, which can solve the problem that the confidentiality and the safety of information collection of electronic equipment are poor.

In order to solve the technical problem, the present application is implemented as follows:

in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an information acquisition method, which is applied to an electronic device, and the information acquisition method includes: sending a first document to a target group, wherein the target group comprises an identifier of at least one first user, and the first document is used for the at least one first user to input information to be collected; acquiring a second document, and replacing the first document with the second document; the second document is generated based on at least one third document corresponding to the first document, one third document corresponds to a first user, one third document is used for the first user to input information to be collected, and the authority of the third document is as follows: allowing a first user to access a third document; the second document comprises at least one piece of information to be collected input by a first user, and the authority of the second document is as follows: at least a second user is allowed access to the second document, the second user being a sender user of the first document.

In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an information obtaining method, which is applied to a server, and the information obtaining method includes: generating at least one third document according to the first document, wherein the first document is used for at least one first user in the target group to input information to be collected, one third document is generated for one first user and corresponds to the first document, one third document is used for one first user to input information to be collected, and the authority of the one third document is as follows: allowing a first user to access a third document; generating a second document according to at least one third document with information to be collected input, and sending the second document to the electronic device, wherein the second document comprises the information to be collected input by at least one first user, and the authority of the second document is as follows: at least a second user is allowed access to the second document, the second user being a sender user of the first document.

In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an information acquisition apparatus, including: the device comprises a sending module, an obtaining module and a replacing module. The sending module is used for sending a first document to a target group, the target group comprises at least one first user identifier, and the first document is used for at least one first user to input information to be collected. And the acquisition module is used for acquiring the second document. And the replacing module is used for replacing the first document with the second document acquired by the acquiring module. The second document is generated based on at least one third document corresponding to the first document, one third document corresponds to a first user, one third document is used for the first user to input information to be collected, and the authority of the third document is as follows: allowing a first user to access a third document; the second document comprises at least one piece of information to be collected input by a first user, and the authority of the second document is as follows: at least a second user is allowed access to the second document, the second user being a sender user of the first document.

In a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an information acquisition apparatus, including: the device comprises a generating module and a sending module. A generating module, configured to generate at least one third document according to the first document, and generate a second document according to the at least one third document after the information to be collected is input, where the first document is used by at least one first user in the target group to input the information to be collected, one third document is a document corresponding to the first document and generated for one first user, and one third document is used by one first user to input the information to be collected, and the authority of the one third document is: a first user is allowed to access a third document. The sending module is used for sending the second document generated by the generating module to the electronic equipment, the second document comprises at least one piece of information to be acquired input by the first user, and the authority of the second document is as follows: at least a second user is allowed access to the second document, the second user being a sender user of the first document.

In a fifth aspect, embodiments of the present application provide an electronic device, which includes a processor, a memory, and a program or instructions stored on the memory and executable on the processor, and when executed by the processor, implement the steps of the method according to the first aspect.

In a sixth aspect, embodiments of the present application provide a server comprising a processor, a memory, and a program or instructions stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the program or instructions, when executed by the processor, implement the steps of the method according to the second aspect.

In a seventh aspect, this application provides a readable storage medium, on which a program or instructions are stored, which when executed by a processor implement the steps of the method according to the first aspect, or implement the steps of the method according to the second aspect.

In an eighth aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a chip, where the chip includes a processor and a communication interface, where the communication interface is coupled to the processor, and the processor is configured to execute a program or instructions to implement the method according to the first aspect, or to implement the method according to the second aspect.

In a ninth aspect, the present application provides a communication system, where the communication system includes the information acquisition apparatus according to the third aspect and the information acquisition apparatus according to the fourth aspect, or the communication system includes the electronic device according to the fifth aspect and the server according to the sixth aspect.

In the embodiment of the application, after the electronic device sends the first document to the target group, a second document generated based on at least one third document corresponding to the first document may be acquired, where one third document corresponds to one first user, and one third document is used for the first user to input information to be acquired, so that the information to be acquired input by the at least one first user is acquired based on the second document. In the scheme, on one hand, a temporary copy which is only visible to each collaborator is generated for each first user (namely, the collaborators), namely, the information to be acquired input by the collaborators cannot be seen by other collaborators, so that each collaborator can input the information to be acquired in the respective temporary copy, the risk of information leakage of the users is avoided, the purpose of protecting the privacy of the users is achieved, and the confidentiality and the safety of information collection of the electronic equipment are guaranteed; on the other hand, the temporary copy of at least one collaborator is automatically synthesized into the second document, so that a second user (namely a creator) can quickly view the information to be acquired input by the collaborator in real time, and the information collection efficiency of the electronic equipment is improved.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments that can be derived by one of ordinary skill in the art from the embodiments given herein are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.

The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that embodiments of the application may be practiced in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the terms "first," "second," and the like are generally used herein in a generic sense and do not limit the number of terms, e.g., the first term can be one or more than one. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.

Some concepts and/or terms involved in the information acquisition method provided by the embodiment of the present application are explained below with reference to fig. 1.

And (3) collaborative document: created by the creator for aggregating the information to be collected filled out by all collaborators.

Temporary copy of the collaborative document: the method includes the steps that temporary copies of the collaboration document are generated when collaborators access the collaboration document, one temporary copy is generated corresponding to one collaborator, and the temporary copies can be accessed only by the collaborators.

A server: and the equipment is used for storing and processing the collaboration document and the temporary copy of the collaboration document.

The creator: the user responsible for creating the collaborative document or the user having the same authority as the user creating the collaborative document is the initiator of the multi-person collaboration of the online document, and the creator has the authority to view the information to be acquired filled by all collaborators and also has the authority to finish the collaboration.

The creator electronic device: and the creator acquires the collaboration document and displays the collaboration document.

Collaborators: and the collaborators only have the right to access the collaborative document and fill information to be collected in the generated temporary copy of the collaborative document.

The collaborator electronic device: and the collaborator acquires the temporary copy of the collaborative document and displays the copy.

As shown in fig. 1, the creator may create a collaboration document through the creator electronic device to summarize information to be collected of all collaborators, and store the collaboration document and the collaboration document temporary copies in the server to generate temporary copies of the collaboration document when the collaborators access the collaboration document through the collaborator electronic device, and each collaborator corresponds to one collaboration document temporary copy, so that each collaborator may fill information to be collected in the corresponding collaboration document temporary copies, that is, collaborator 1 fills information to be collected in collaboration document temporary copy 1, collaborator 2 fills information to be collected in collaboration document temporary copy 2, and collaborator 3 fills information to be collected in collaboration document temporary copy 3.

The information acquisition method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.

Nowadays, the collection of information through online document multi-person collaboration mode is the first choice for people in more and more scenes, such as collecting information of users in schools, companies and communities. Specifically, a user can create a multi-user online editing document through electronic equipment, share the document to a certain group, the document is used for collecting information such as names, identification numbers and mobile phone numbers of the users in the group, then a plurality of users in the group can open the document, and input related information in the document, so that the collection of the related information of the users is realized.

However, in the conventional technology, in the process of collecting information, information input by a user can be seen by other users, so that the risk of information leakage of the user exists, and the privacy of the user cannot be guaranteed.

In order to solve the problems in the conventional technology, in this embodiment of the application, a creator (i.e., a second user described in the following embodiments) may create a first document (e.g., a collaborative document), and send the first document to a target group through an electronic device to obtain information to be collected of at least one collaborator in the target group (i.e., at least one first user described in the following embodiments), for each first user in the at least one first user, the electronic device may generate, according to user information of one first user, a third document (e.g., a temporary copy of the collaborative document) corresponding to the first document for the first user, and finally generate at least one third document, and one third document only allows one first user to access and input information to be collected, so that the electronic device may generate a second document based on the at least one third document, and updating/replacing the first document with a second document, wherein the second document at least allows the second user to access, so that the second user can view all the information to be collected input by the first user.

According to the scheme, a temporary copy which is only visible to each collaborator is generated for each first user (namely, the collaborators), namely, the information to be acquired input by the collaborators cannot be seen by other collaborators, so that each collaborator can input the information to be acquired in the respective temporary copy, the risk of information leakage of the users is avoided, the purpose of protecting the privacy of the users is achieved, and the confidentiality and the safety of information collection of the electronic equipment are guaranteed; on the other hand, the temporary copy of at least one collaborator is automatically synthesized into the second document, so that a second user (namely a creator) can quickly view the information to be acquired input by the collaborator in real time, and the information collection efficiency of the electronic equipment is improved.

Example one

An embodiment of the present application provides an information obtaining method, and fig. 2 shows a flowchart of the information obtaining method provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the method may be applied to an electronic device. As shown in fig. 2, the information acquisition method provided in the embodiment of the present application may include steps 201 and 202 described below.

Step 201, the electronic device sends a first document to the target group.

In this embodiment of the application, the target group includes an identifier of at least one first user, and the first document is used for the at least one first user to input information to be collected.

In the embodiment of the application, in the process of collecting information in an online document multi-person cooperation manner, a creator (for example, a second user described below) may create a multi-person cooperation document (for example, a first document), and then the creator may send the multi-person cooperation document to a target group through an electronic device, so that each first user of the target group inputs information to be collected in a temporary copy of the multi-person cooperation document visible to each first user of the target group, and thus information to be collected of at least one first user in the target group is obtained.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the target group may be a group in an application (e.g., a chat-type application) in the electronic device. For each of the at least one first user, the identity of one first user is used to indicate one user, and the identity of one first user may be the name or avatar of the one first user.

It should be noted that, sending the first document to the target group by the electronic device may be understood as: the electronic equipment sends a first document to equipment corresponding to at least one first user in the target group through the target group.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the second user may name the first document in a preset naming manner, for example, name the first document as 1.xls, where the link of the first document is https:// xxx/1.xls (xxx is a domain name).

Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the information to be collected of a first user may include information such as a name, a gender, an age, an identification number, and a mobile phone number of the first user.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the first document may be a table document, a text document, a word document, or the like. The first document may be a document newly created by the second user, a document downloaded from a server, or a document sent by another electronic device. The specific method can be determined according to actual use requirements, and the embodiment of the application is not limited.

For example, as shown in table 1, when creating the multi-user collaboration table, a creator may design a header part of the table, where the header part includes user information such as a name, a gender, an age, an identification number, a mobile phone number, and the like of a user, and then the creator transmits the multi-user collaboration table to a group through an electronic device, so that the users in the group may respectively input their own user information according to the table.

Step 202, the electronic device acquires the second document and replaces the first document with the second document.

In an embodiment of the present application, the second document is a document generated based on at least one third document corresponding to the first document, one third document corresponds to one first user, the one third document is used for the one first user to input information to be collected, and the authority of the one third document is: allowing a first user to access a third document; the second document comprises at least one piece of information to be collected input by a first user, and the authority of the second document is as follows: at least a second user is allowed access to the second document, the second user being a sender user of the first document.

In the embodiment of the application, after the first document is shared to at least one first user in the target group, at least one third document is generated by generating one third document (i.e., one temporary copy corresponding to the first document) for each first user, and one third document only allows one first user to access, so that the at least one first user can input own information to be acquired in the corresponding third document, that is, each first user in the target group cannot see the information to be acquired input by other first users; and the electronic device can generate a second document based on the at least one third document, and the second document at least allows the second user to access, so that the second user can view the information to be collected input by the at least one first user in the second document.

It should be noted that the first document may be understood as follows: requiring at least one first user to input a document of information to be collected; the above-mentioned one third document may be understood as: only allowing one first user to access and input the document of the information to be collected, namely a temporary copy of the first document, as the content of the first document is the same; the second document described above may be understood as: a document containing information to be collected of at least one first user.

It should be noted that, for each of the at least one third document, one third document is a document corresponding to the first document and generated for one first user. Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the one third document may be a document generated when the second user creates the first document, or may be a document generated when the first document is opened by one first user for the first time.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the third document may specifically be a document corresponding to the first document, which is generated for a first user by a server or an electronic device according to user information of the first user. It should be noted that the user information of the first user may be understood as: login information (e.g., user account, user identification, etc.) of a first user in the target group, or login information of a first user when opening the first document.

Optionally, in an implementation manner provided by the embodiment of the present application, the step 202 may be specifically implemented by the following step 202a and step 202 b.

Step 202a, the server sends a second document to the electronic device.

Step 202b, the electronic device receives the second document sent by the server, and replaces the first document with the second document.

In an embodiment of the present application, the second document is a document generated by the server based on at least one third document after the information to be collected is input. And for each third document in the at least one third document, one third document is a document which is generated by the server for one first user according to the user information of the one first user and corresponds to the first document.

In the embodiment of the application, after the server acquires a first document sent by the electronic device to the target group, for each first user of the at least one first user, the server may generate a document (i.e., a third document) corresponding to the first document for the one first user according to user information of the one first user, so that the at least one first user may input information to be acquired in the respective third document, and the server may synthesize a second document according to the at least one third document into which the information to be acquired is input, and send the second document to the electronic device, so that the electronic device may receive the second document sent by the server, and replace the first document with the second document.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the server may generate a second document according to a part of the third document after the information to be acquired is input; alternatively, the server may generate the second document from all the third documents after the information to be collected is input.

In the embodiment of the application, the server can generate a temporary copy which is only visible for each collaborator, that is, other collaborators cannot see the information to be acquired input by the collaborator, so that each collaborator can input the information to be acquired in the respective temporary copy, the risk of information leakage of the collaborator is avoided, the purpose of protecting the privacy of the collaborator is achieved, and the confidentiality and the safety of information collection of the electronic equipment are ensured.

Optionally, in another implementation manner provided by the embodiment of the present application, the second document is a document generated by the electronic device based on at least one third document; the third document is a document which is generated by the electronic equipment for the first user according to the user information of the first user and corresponds to the first document. The step 202 can be realized by the following steps 202c and 202 d.

Step 202c, the electronic device receives at least one fourth document sent by at least one other device.

In the embodiment of the application, each of the other devices corresponds to a fourth document, and each of the fourth documents is a document obtained after the first user inputs the information to be collected in one of the third documents.

It should be noted that one other device (i.e. the collaborator electronic device) may be understood as: an electronic device corresponding to a first user.

In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device generates a third document for each first user, that is, after each other device in at least one other device acquires a third document, for each first user in at least one first user, a first user (for example, a user a) may input corresponding information to be collected (information of the user a) in a third document (the third document corresponding to the user a) through one other device (a device corresponding to the user a), and after the information input is completed, the third document (that is, a fourth document) into which the information to be collected is input is sent to the electronic device through the one other device, so that at least one fourth document is sent to the electronic device through the at least one other device.

Step 202d, the electronic device performs synthesis processing on at least one fourth document to obtain a second document, and replaces the first document with the second document.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the electronic device may perform synthesis processing on a part of the fourth documents in the at least one fourth document to obtain a second document; alternatively, the electronic device may perform synthesis processing on all fourth documents in the at least one fourth document to obtain the second document.

In this embodiment of the application, the form of the second document is the same as or different from that of the first document, but the content of the second document is different from that of the first document, that is, the second document is a document obtained by adding information to be collected of at least one first user to the first document.

In the embodiment of the application, each collaborator electronic device generates a temporary copy which is only visible for the collaborator, namely, other collaborators cannot see the information to be acquired input by the collaborator, so that each collaborator can input the information to be acquired in the respective temporary copy, the risk of information leakage of a user is avoided, the purpose of protecting the privacy of the user is achieved, and the confidentiality and the safety of information collection of the electronic device are ensured.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the second document may be a document generated based on a part of the at least one third document, or a document generated based on all of the at least one third document.

In one implementation manner, the electronic device may obtain information to be acquired, which is input by a first user, based on each third document in at least one third document, and when only part of the first users input the information to be acquired, the electronic device may generate a second document according to part of the third documents including the information to be acquired, that is, the second document includes part of the information to be acquired of the first users. In another implementation manner, the electronic device may obtain information to be acquired, which is input by one first user, based on each third document in at least one third document, and after all the first users input the information to be acquired, the electronic device may generate a second document according to all the third documents including the information to be acquired, where the second document includes the information to be acquired of all the first users.

Illustratively, as shown in table 2, after creator a shares multi-person collaboration table https:// xxx/1.xls with other collaborators, when collaborator B opens the multi-person collaboration table, a temporary copy of the multi-person collaboration table is generated that is visible only to collaborator B according to the user information logged in by collaborator B, and then the link of the temporary copy is https:// xxx/1. xls? The user B may fill in the information to be collected of the user B into the temporary copy, so as to generate a second document based on the temporary copy corresponding to the collaborator B, that is, the information to be collected input by the collaborator B is presented to the creator a.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the information obtaining method provided in this embodiment of the present application further includes the following step 301 and step 302.

Step 301, the electronic device receives a first input of a second user.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the first input may be a sliding input, a long-press input, or the like of the second user on a screen of the electronic device, or an input (e.g., a click input, a long-press input, or the like) of a certain control (e.g., an adjustment control) by the second user, so that the electronic device adjusts the access right of the second document.

Step 302, in response to the first input, the electronic device adjusts the authority of the second document to: the target user is also allowed to access the second document.

In this embodiment, the target user is a user of at least one first user.

It is understood that after the electronic device adjusts the rights of the second document, the electronic device allows not only the second user (i.e., the creator) to access the second document, but also users (i.e., certain collaborators) in the target group set by the second user to access the second document.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the electronic device may adjust the authority of the second document when the first user creates the first document; or, the electronic device may adjust the authority of the second document after sending the first document and before acquiring the second document; alternatively, the electronic device may adjust the rights of the second document after replacing the first document with the second document.

It should be noted that, regarding the execution sequence of the step 201, the step 202, and the step 401, the embodiment of the present application is not limited. Specifically, the step 301 may be executed before the step 201; alternatively, the step 301 may be executed after the step 201 and before the step 202; alternatively, the step 301 may be performed after the step 202.

In the embodiment of the application, during the process of collecting information by adopting an online document multi-person cooperation mode, a creator can adjust the authority of the second document at any time according to actual requirements, namely, sets which users are allowed to access or manage the second document, so that the privacy information of collaborators can be protected, and the efficiency of managing the multi-person cooperation document can be improved.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, after the step 202, the information acquiring method provided in this embodiment of the present application further includes the following steps 401 and 402.

Step 401, the electronic device receives a second input of a second user.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the second input may be a sliding input, a long-press input, or the like of the second user on a screen of the electronic device, or an input (for example, a click input, a long-press input, or the like) of a certain control (for example, an end control) by the second user, so as to trigger the electronic device to end the collaboration, that is, to end the process of acquiring the information to be acquired.

Step 402, the electronic device deletes the at least one third document in response to the second input.

In the embodiment of the application, after the at least one third document is deleted, all the first users cannot access the at least one third document.

In the embodiment of the application, after all the first users in the target group input information to be collected, the second user may perform second input on an "end" option (or an end control) in the second document, so that the electronic device ends the current collaboration and deletes at least one third document, at this time, all the first users cannot access the at least one third document, and if one first user inputs the third document, the electronic device corresponding to the first user displays a prompt message to prompt the first user that the current collaboration is ended.

In the embodiment of the application, after all the collaborators input the information to be acquired in the corresponding third documents, the creator can choose to end the collaboration, and at the moment, the temporary copy of the collaboration document corresponding to each collaborator is deleted, so that unnecessary storage space is avoided being occupied, and the utilization rate of the storage space in the electronic equipment is improved.

Example two

An embodiment of the present application provides another information obtaining method, and fig. 3 shows a flowchart of another information obtaining method provided in the embodiment of the present application, where the method may be applied to a server. As shown in fig. 3, the information acquisition method provided in the embodiment of the present application may include steps 501 and 502 described below.

Step 501, the server generates at least one third document according to the first document.

In the embodiment of the present application, the first document is used for at least one first user in the target group to input information to be collected. For each third document in at least one third document, one third document is a document which is generated for a first user and corresponds to the first document, the one third document is used for the first user to input information to be collected, and the authority of the one third document is as follows: a first user is allowed to access a third document.

In the embodiment of the application, in the process of collecting information in an online document multi-person cooperation manner, a server may generate a third document (i.e., a document corresponding to a first document) for each first user in a target group according to the first document to generate at least one third document, and one third document only allows access of one first user, so that at least one first user inputs information to be collected in the respective corresponding third document, that is, each first user in the target group cannot see the information to be collected input by other first users, so that the server may synthesize a second document according to at least one third document after the information to be collected is input, and send the second document to an electronic device.

It should be noted that the first document may be understood as follows: a document requiring at least one first user to input information to be collected in a server; the above-mentioned one third document may be understood as: only one first user is allowed to access and input the document of the information to be collected, namely the temporary copy of the first document, in the server, the content of the first document is the same.

It should be noted that, for each of the at least one third document, one third document is a document corresponding to the first document and generated by the server to one first user. Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the third document may be a document generated by the server when the second user creates the first document, or may be a document generated by the server when the first document is opened by the first user for the first time.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the third document may be a document corresponding to the first document, which is generated for one first user by the server according to the user information of the first user. It should be noted that the user information of the first user may be understood as: login information (e.g., user account, user identification, etc.) of a first user in the target group, or login information of a first user when opening the first document.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the target group may be a group in an application (e.g., a chat-type application) in the electronic device.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the information to be collected of a first user may include information such as a name, a gender, an age, an identification number, and a mobile phone number of the first user.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the first document may be a table document, a text document, a word document, or the like. The specific method can be determined according to actual use requirements, and the embodiment of the application is not limited.

Step 502, the server generates a second document according to at least one third document after the information to be collected is input, and sends the second document to the electronic device.

In this embodiment of the application, the second document includes at least one piece of information to be collected input by the first user, and the authority of the second document is as follows: at least a second user is allowed access to the second document, the second user being a sender user of the first document.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the second document may be a document generated by the server based on a part of the at least one third document, or a document generated by the server based on all of the at least one third document.

In an implementation manner, the server may obtain information to be acquired, which is input by a first user, based on each of at least one third document, and when only part of the first users input the information to be acquired, the server may generate a second document according to part of the third documents including the information to be acquired, where the second document includes part of the information to be acquired of the first users. In another implementation manner, after the server obtains all third documents including information to be collected, the second document is a document generated based on all third documents in the at least one third document, specifically, the server may obtain information to be collected input by one first user based on each third document in the at least one third document, and after all first users input the information to be collected, the server may generate the second document according to all third documents including the information to be collected, that is, the second document includes the information to be collected of all first users.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the step 502 may be specifically implemented by the following steps 502a and 502 b.

Step 502a, the server receives at least one fourth document sent by at least one other device.

In the embodiment of the application, each of the other devices corresponds to a fourth document, and each of the fourth documents is a document obtained after the first user inputs the information to be collected in one of the third documents.

It should be noted that one other device (i.e. the collaborator electronic device) may be understood as: an electronic device corresponding to a first user.

In this embodiment of the application, the server generates a third document for each first user, that is, after each other device in the at least one other device acquires a third document, for each first user in the at least one first user, a first user (for example, a user a) may input corresponding information to be collected (information of the user a) in a third document (the third document corresponding to the user a) through one other device (a device corresponding to the user a), and after the information input is completed, the third document (that is, a fourth document) after the information to be collected is input is sent to the server through the one other device, so that at least one fourth document is sent to the server through the at least one other device.

Step 502b, the server performs synthesis processing on at least one fourth document to obtain a second document, and sends the second document to the electronic device.

Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the server may perform synthesis processing on a part of the fourth documents in the at least one fourth document to obtain a second document; alternatively, the server may perform a synthesizing process on all fourth documents in the at least one fourth document to obtain the second document.

In this embodiment of the application, the form of the second document is the same as or different from that of the first document, but the content of the second document is different from that of the first document, that is, the second document is a document obtained by adding information to be collected of at least one first user to the first document.

In the embodiment of the application, each collaborator electronic device generates a temporary copy which is only visible for the collaborator, namely, other collaborators cannot see the information to be acquired input by the collaborator, so that each collaborator can input the information to be acquired in the respective temporary copy, the risk of information leakage of a user is avoided, the purpose of protecting the privacy of the user is achieved, and the confidentiality and the safety of information collection of the electronic device are ensured.

The embodiment of the application provides an information acquisition method, and after an electronic device sends a first document to a target group, the electronic device can acquire a second document generated based on at least one third document, wherein one third document is a document which is generated for a first user and allows the first user to access, and one third document is used for the first user to input information to be acquired, so that the information to be acquired input by the at least one first user is acquired based on the second document. Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, after the step 502, the information obtaining method provided in this embodiment of the present application further includes the following steps 503 to 505.

Step 503, the electronic device sends a first instruction to the server.

In an embodiment of the application, the first instruction is used to indicate that information collection of at least one first user is completed.

Step 504, the server receives a first instruction sent by the electronic device.

And 505, the server deletes at least one third document according to the first instruction.

In the embodiment of the application, after the at least one third document is deleted, all the first users cannot access the at least one third document.

In this embodiment of the application, after all the first users in the target group input information to be collected, the second user may perform second input on an "end" option in the second document, so that the electronic device ends the current collaboration, and send an instruction (for example, a first instruction) to the server to indicate that information collection of at least one first user is completed, so that the server may delete at least one third document in the server according to the instruction, at this time, all the first users cannot access at least one third document, and if the first user inputs the third document, the electronic device corresponding to the first user displays a prompt message to prompt the first user that the current collaboration is completed.

In the embodiment of the application, after all collaborators input information to be collected in the corresponding third documents, the creator may select to end the collaboration, so that the electronic device sends an instruction to the server to delete at least one third document in the server, and at this time, the temporary copy of the collaboration document corresponding to each collaborator in the server is deleted, thereby avoiding occupying unnecessary storage space.

It should be noted that, in the information acquisition method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the execution main body may be an information acquisition apparatus, or a control module in the information acquisition apparatus for executing the information acquisition method. In the embodiment of the present application, an information acquisition apparatus executing an information acquisition method is taken as an example, and the information acquisition apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application is described.

Fig. 4 shows a schematic diagram of a possible structure of the information acquisition apparatus referred to in the embodiments of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the information acquisition device 70 may include: a sending module 71, an obtaining module 72 and a replacing module 73.

The sending module 71 is configured to send a first document to a target group, where the target group includes an identifier of at least one first user, and the first document is used for the at least one first user to input information to be collected. An obtaining module 72 is configured to obtain the second document. A replacing module 73 for replacing the first document with the second document acquired by the acquiring module 72. The second document is generated based on at least one third document corresponding to the first document, one third document corresponds to one first user, one third document is used for the first user to input information to be collected, and the authority of one third document is as follows: allowing a first user to access a third document; the second document comprises at least one piece of information to be collected input by a first user, and the authority of the second document is as follows: at least a second user is allowed access to the second document, the second user being a sender user of the first document.

The second document is generated by the server based on at least one third document after the information to be collected is input; and the third document is a document which is generated by the server for the first user according to the user information of the first user and corresponds to the first document.

In a possible implementation manner, the second document is a document generated by the electronic device based on at least one third document; and the third document is a document which is generated by the electronic equipment for the first user according to the user information of the first user and corresponds to the first document. The obtaining module 72 is specifically configured to receive at least one fourth document sent by at least one other device, where each other device corresponds to a fourth document, and each fourth document is a document obtained after the first user inputs information to be collected in one third document; and synthesizing at least one fourth document to obtain a second document.

In a possible implementation manner, the information acquiring apparatus 70 further includes: the device comprises a receiving module and an adjusting module. And the receiving module is used for receiving the first input of the second user. An adjusting module, configured to adjust, in response to the first input received by the receiving module, the authority of the second document to: the target user is also allowed to access the second document, the target user being a user of the at least one first user.

In a possible implementation manner, the information acquiring apparatus 70 further includes: and deleting the module. And a receiving module, further configured to receive a second input of a second user after the replacing module 73 replaces the first document with the second document. A deletion module to delete the at least one third document in response to the second input received by the receiving module. Wherein all of the first users cannot access the at least one third document after deleting the at least one third document.

The information acquisition device in the embodiment of the present application may be a device, or may be a component, an integrated circuit, or a chip in an electronic device. The device can be mobile electronic equipment or non-mobile electronic equipment. By way of example, the mobile electronic device may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm top computer, a vehicle-mounted electronic device, a wearable device, an ultra-mobile personal computer (UMPC), a netbook or a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and the like, and the non-mobile electronic device may be a server, a Network Attached Storage (NAS), a Personal Computer (PC), a Television (TV), a teller machine or a self-service machine, and the like, and the embodiments of the present application are not particularly limited.

The information acquisition device in the embodiment of the present application may be a device having an operating system. The operating system may be an Android operating system (Android), an iOS operating system, or other possible operating systems, which is not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present application.

The information acquisition device provided by the embodiment of the application can realize each process realized by the electronic equipment in the embodiment of the method, and can achieve the same technical effect, and is not repeated here to avoid repetition.

Fig. 5 shows another possible configuration diagram of the information acquisition apparatus referred to in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the information acquisition device 80 may include: a generating module 81 and a sending module 82.

The generating module 81 is configured to generate at least one third document according to the first document, and generate a second document according to the at least one third document after the information to be collected is input, where the first document is used by at least one first user in the target group to input the information to be collected, one third document is a document corresponding to the first document and generated for one first user, one third document is used by one first user to input the information to be collected, and the authority of one third document is: a first user is allowed to access a third document. A sending module 82, configured to send, to the electronic device, a second document generated by the generating module 81, where the second document includes at least one piece of information to be acquired, and the authority of the second document is: at least a second user is allowed access to the second document, the second user being a sender user of the first document.

In a possible implementation manner, the information obtaining apparatus 80 further includes: the device comprises a receiving module and a deleting module. And a receiving module, configured to receive a first instruction sent by the electronic device after the sending module 81 sends the second document to the electronic device, where the first instruction is used to indicate that information collection of at least one first user is completed. And the deleting module is used for deleting at least one third document according to the first instruction received by the receiving module. Wherein all of the first users cannot access the at least one third document after deleting the at least one third document.

The information acquisition device in the embodiment of the present application may be a device, or may be a component, an integrated circuit, or a chip in a server.

The information acquisition device provided by the embodiment of the application can realize each process realized by the server in the embodiment of the method, can achieve the same technical effect, and is not repeated here to avoid repetition.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present application further provides a communication device 600, which includes a processor 601, a memory 602, and a program or an instruction stored on the memory 602 and executable on the processor 601, for example, when the communication device 600 is an electronic device, the program or the instruction is executed by the processor 601 to implement each process of the first embodiment of the information obtaining method, and the same technical effect can be achieved. When the communication device 600 is a server, the program or the instructions are executed by the processor 601 to implement the processes of the second embodiment of the information obtaining method, and the same technical effect can be achieved.

It should be noted that the electronic device in the embodiment of the present application includes the mobile electronic device and the non-mobile electronic device described above.

Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of an electronic device implementing an embodiment of the present application.

The electronic device 1000 includes, but is not limited to: a radio frequency unit 1001, a network module 1002, an audio output unit 1003, an input unit 1004, a sensor 1005, a display unit 1006, a user input unit 1007, an interface unit 1008, a memory 1009, and a processor 1010.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the electronic device 1000 may further comprise a power source (e.g., a battery) for supplying power to various components, and the power source may be logically connected to the processor 1010 through a power management system, so as to implement functions of managing charging, discharging, and power consumption through the power management system. Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the user input unit 1007 is further configured to receive a second input from a second user after the processor 1010 replaces the first document with the second document. The processor 1010 is further configured to delete at least one third document in response to a second input received by the user input unit 1007. Wherein all of the first users cannot access the at least one third document after deleting the at least one third document.

It should be understood that in the embodiment of the present application, the input Unit 1004 may include a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) 10041 and a microphone 10042, and the Graphics Processing Unit 10041 processes image data of still pictures or videos obtained by an image capturing device (such as a camera) in a video capturing mode or an image capturing mode. The display unit 1006 may include a display panel 10061, and the display panel 10061 may be configured in the form of a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode, or the like. Processor 1010 may integrate an application processor that handles primarily operating systems, user interfaces, applications, etc. and a modem processor that handles primarily wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into processor 1010.

The embodiment of the present application further provides a readable storage medium, where a program or an instruction is stored on the readable storage medium, and when the program or the instruction is executed by the processor 1010 shown in fig. 7, the process of the information obtaining method embodiment is implemented, and the same technical effect can be achieved, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.

The processor is the processor in the electronic device described in the above embodiment. The readable storage medium includes a computer readable storage medium, such as a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and so on.

Fig. 8 shows a hardware schematic diagram of a server provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 8, the server 130 includes: a processor 131, a transceiver 132, a memory 133, a user interface 134, and a bus interface 135.

Among other things, the processor 131 may be responsible for managing the bus architecture and general processing, and the processor 131 may be used to read and execute programs in the memory 133 to implement processing functions and control of the server 130. The memory 133 may store data used by the processor 131 in performing operations. The processor 131 and the memory 133 may be integrated or may be provided separately.

In fig. 8, the bus architecture may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, with one or more processors represented by processor 131 and various circuits of memory represented by memory 133 being linked together. The bus architecture may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further in this application. The bus interface 135 provides an interface. The transceiver 132 may be a number of elements including a transmitter and a receiver that provide a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. For different UEs, the user interface 134 may also be an interface capable of interfacing externally to a desired device, including but not limited to a keypad, display, speaker, microphone, joystick, etc.

The embodiment of the present application further provides a readable storage medium, where a program or an instruction is stored on the readable storage medium, and when the program or the instruction is executed by the processor 131 shown in fig. 8, the process of the information obtaining method embodiment is implemented, and the same technical effect can be achieved, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.

Wherein, the processor is the processor in the server described in the above embodiment. The readable storage medium includes a computer readable storage medium, such as a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic or optical disk, and the like.

The embodiment of the present application further provides a chip, where the chip includes a processor and a communication interface, the communication interface is coupled to the processor, and the processor is configured to run a program or an instruction to implement each process of the above information obtaining method embodiment, and can achieve the same technical effect, and the details are not repeated here to avoid repetition.

It should be understood that the chips mentioned in the embodiments of the present application may also be referred to as system-on-chip, system-on-chip or system-on-chip, etc.

Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application may be embodied in the form of a computer software product, which is stored in a storage medium (such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal (such as a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present application.
