Please refer to fig. 2 and 3, one end surface of the partition plate 14 is provided with a right-angle side 2, the surface of the right-angle side 2 is fixedly welded on the side surface of the right-angle half pipe 16 through a welding strip 25, the right-angle side 2 is arranged through the partition plate 14, the right-angle half pipe 16 can be conformed, the stability of the welding position is ensured, the other end surface of the partition plate 14 is provided with an arc-shaped side 21, the surface top of the arc-shaped side 21 is tightly connected to the inner side surface of the arc-shaped half pipe 17, the arc-shaped side 21 tightly pushes the arc-shaped half pipe 17, the conformity degree of the joint surface is ensured, and the product quality is improved.

p3, polishing the punching and cutting position, and taking out burrs;

and P4, chamfering the corner positions of the fin blank to form round corners, and finishing the manufacturing of the fin.
