the method comprises the following steps: the leakage position of the pipeline is blocked by quick-setting blocking mortar;

step three: installing a supporting steel ring (1) with the outer ring surface sleeved with a rubber ring at a pipeline leakage position in a clearance fit manner, and then arranging a rubber sealing ring (2) provided with a tensioning ring (3) on the inner ring surface of the supporting steel ring (1);
step four: the tensioning ring (3) is tensioned by rotating the inner hexagon bolts, and a circulating screwing mode is adopted in the process of rotating the inner hexagon bolts, namely, the pretightening force of each inner hexagon bolt is ensured to be the same; the position of the tensioning guide wedge block (32) should avoid a leakage position;
step five: carrying out a water filling test, and if water leaks from a leakage position, replacing the rubber ring on the surface of the outer ring of the supporting steel ring (1) for secondary repair; and if no leakage exists, the repair is finished.
Background
The pipeline leakage is a common abnormal phenomenon in the industries of water conservancy, petroleum, chemical industry and the like, the production and the life are seriously affected by the pipeline leakage, and if the leakage is not repaired in time, the loss caused by the leakage can be aggravated.
In order to solve the problem of pipeline leakage, the technology of curing lining repair is developed and is adopted by various industries gradually. In the prior art, for example, the Chinese patent (application number: 202010351711.9) discloses a construction method for repairing the joint of a non-excavation stainless steel expansion ring of an underground sewage pipeline, which repairs a leakage point through the steps of sewage regulation, crack roughening, high-pressure grouting, sealant plastering, rubber plate installation, stainless steel expansion ring expansion and water filling test. The repairing method is a conventional technical means, the expansion process of the expansion ring is not considered, the expansion condition influences the joint stress condition of the rubber plate and the pipeline, and the repairing result is directly influenced. Therefore, the repair method disclosed by the invention cannot bring a good repair effect, and in the construction process, repair and adjustment are often required for many times, so that time and labor are wasted.
To pipeline seepage repair structure, prior art includes that chinese utility model patent ZL202020562789.0 discloses a non-excavation pipeline is restoreed and is used interior bushing pipe, realizes carrying out the shutoff to the water leakage point through setting up the water swelling layer, and when having not full stream to discharge because of the water yield in the pipeline, the water swelling layer can have the local water swelling condition of not meeting, uses for a long time, can make the water swelling layer warp, has seepage risk once more.

Preferably, the edge of the arc steel plate is provided with an L-shaped clamping edge, and every two arc steel plates are mutually clamped through the L-shaped clamping edges.
Preferably, the tensioning ring consists of a plurality of tensioning arcs, tensioning guide wedges are arranged at two ends of each tensioning arc, and the tensioning guide wedges are welded with the tensioning arcs in a spot welding manner; and a tensioning wedge block screwed by an inner hexagon bolt is arranged between two tight guide wedge blocks which are connected end to end in each two sections of tensioning arcs.
Preferably, the surface of the outer ring of the support steel ring is sleeved with a rubber ring or a rubber strip.

step four: the inner hexagon bolts are rotated to be tensioned, and a circulating screwing mode is adopted in the process of rotating the inner hexagon bolts, namely, the pretightening force of each inner hexagon bolt is ensured to be the same; the position of the tensioning guide wedge block is required to avoid a leakage position;
step five: carrying out a water filling test, and if water leaks from a leakage position, replacing the rubber ring on the surface of the outer ring of the support steel ring to carry out secondary repair; and if no leakage exists, the repair is finished.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

referring to fig. 5-7, 9 and 10, the tensioning ring 3 is composed of tensioning arcs 31, two ends of each tensioning arc 31 are respectively provided with a tensioning guide wedge 32, and the tensioning guide wedges 32 and the tensioning arcs 31 are welded in a spot welding manner; a tensioning wedge 33 screwed by an inner hexagon bolt is arranged between two tight guide wedges 32 connected end to end of each two sections of tensioning arcs 31; the pretightening force of each inner hexagon bolt is ensured to be the same through a circulating screwing mode, so that the tensioning force of the tensioning ring is the same, the rubber sealing ring is stressed uniformly without leakage points, and the service life is greatly prolonged;
referring to fig. 11, the tensioning arc 31 is formed by a U-shaped steel strip profile arc;
referring to fig. 3 and 8, arc support steel plates 34 are spot-welded on the outer sides of tensioning guide wedges 32 at the ends of each tensioning arc 31, so that arc tensioning force is uniformly transmitted to the rubber sealing rings, and abrasion to the rubber sealing rings is reduced.
Example 1
In a certain urban sewage treatment plant, sewage pipelines are 3726 m in diameter of 1.2-2.4 m, most of the sewage pipelines are old pipelines, the construction time span is long, and the pipes are provided with reinforced concrete prefabricated pipes, socket-and-spigot prestressed prefabricated pipes and cast-in-place box culverts. Along with long-term use, the rendering coat concrete cures and shrinks to generate cracks, and the water leakage phenomenon appears. Therefore, a pipeline leakage repair work is required.
The quick pipeline leakage repairing structure is applied to sewage pipeline leakage repairing engineering of a certain municipal sewage treatment plant, and the quick pipeline leakage repairing method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: the leakage position of the pipeline is blocked by quick-setting blocking mortar; the quick-setting plugging mortar is a quick repairing material which takes quick-hardening concrete as a cementing material and is matched with a composite additive, polypropylene fibers and special aggregate; the quick-setting plugging mortar is formed by doping a quick-setting agent into concrete, wherein the quick-setting agent is a red star I type;
step two: coating waterproof sealant at the plugging part to enable the surface of the pipeline to be smooth and have no protrusion; and paving an SCLW35251 anticorrosion and anti-seepage film on the surface;
step three: all parts of the rapid pipeline leakage repairing structure are brought into a pipeline, three arc steel plates 11 are assembled into a supporting steel ring 1 in the leakage position of the pipeline, and a rubber ring is sleeved on the outer surface of the supporting steel ring 1; at the moment, the supporting steel ring 1 is arranged at the leakage position of the pipeline in a clearance fit manner; assembling three sections of tensioning arcs 31, tight guide wedges 32 and tensioning wedges 33 into a tensioning ring 3, wherein the tensioning ring 3 is arranged in the rubber sealing ring 2 and arranged on the surface of the inner ring of the support steel ring 1;
step four: the inner hexagon bolts are rotated to be tensioned, and a circulating screwing mode is adopted in the process of rotating the inner hexagon bolts, namely, the pretightening force of each inner hexagon bolt is ensured to be the same; and the position of the tensioning guide wedge block 32 should avoid the leakage position; the installation of the rapid pipeline leakage repairing structure is completed;
step five: and (4) performing an irrigation test, closing the gates at the two ends of the section of the pipeline, irrigating, statically soaking for 72 hours, performing the test according to the national standard GB50268/2008, and completing the repair without liquid level reduction and leakage.
By the rapid pipeline leakage repairing structure and the rapid pipeline leakage repairing method, the time for repairing the leakage point is short, the repairing and the installation are convenient, the leakage point can be quickly recovered and used, and the repairing effect is far higher than that of the original repairing technology.
Example 2
The service life of a municipal road drainage pipeline in an old urban area of a certain city exceeds 20 years (the service life of reinforced concrete and the service life of corrugated pipes are 25 years according to design specifications), the drainage pipeline is mostly a reinforced concrete pipeline (plain end type), the construction life is long, the construction standard is low, long-term scouring causes the phenomena that the drainage pipeline has connector dislocation, uneven pipeline settlement, structural damage of a well chamber of an inspection well and the like, and the potential safety hazard is very large. Pipeline leakage accident happens occasionally, adopts prior art shutoff, all does not reach good effect.
Therefore, the rapid pipeline leakage repairing structure provided by the invention is applied to the municipal road drainage pipeline seepage repairing, and the repairing process is as follows:
the method comprises the following steps: the leakage position of the pipeline is blocked by quick-setting blocking mortar; the quick-setting plugging mortar is a quick repairing material which takes quick-hardening concrete as a cementing material and is matched with a composite additive, polypropylene fibers and special aggregate; the quick-setting plugging mortar is formed by doping a quick-setting agent into concrete, wherein the quick-setting agent is a red star I type;
step two: coating waterproof sealant at the plugging part to enable the surface of the pipeline to be smooth and have no protrusion; and paving an SCLW35251 anticorrosion and anti-seepage film on the surface;
step three: all parts of the rapid pipeline leakage repairing structure are brought into a pipeline, three arc steel plates 11 are assembled into a supporting steel ring 1 in the leakage position of the pipeline, and a rubber strip is sleeved on the outer surface of the supporting steel ring 1; at the moment, the supporting steel ring 1 is arranged at the leakage position of the pipeline in a clearance fit manner; assembling three sections of tensioning arcs 31, tight guide wedges 32 and tensioning wedges 33 into a tensioning ring 3, wherein the tensioning ring 3 is arranged in the rubber sealing ring 2 and arranged on the surface of the inner ring of the support steel ring 1;
step four: the inner hexagon bolts are rotated to be tensioned, and a circulating screwing mode is adopted in the process of rotating the inner hexagon bolts, namely, the pretightening force of each inner hexagon bolt is ensured to be the same; and the position of the tensioning guide wedge block 32 should avoid the leakage position; the installation of the rapid pipeline leakage repairing structure is completed;
step five: and (4) performing an irrigation test, closing the gates at the two ends of the section of the pipeline, irrigating, statically soaking for 72 hours, performing the test according to the national standard GB50268/2008, and completing the repair without liquid level reduction and leakage.
By the rapid pipeline leakage repairing structure and the rapid pipeline leakage repairing method, the time for repairing the leakage point is short, and the repairing effect is good.
