The sleeve type regulating valve is widely applied in the industrial production process, such as industries of thermal power plants, coal chemical industry, LNG liquefied natural gas and the like, plays a crucial role in a pipeline system, the valve core is an opening and closing part of the valve core, and the sleeve can be designed into various types, such as a common window type, a porous type, a labyrinth type and the like, so as to meet the requirements of various working conditions; the cross section of a flow channel can be changed in the moving process of the valve core to form accurate adjustment on a medium, the valve is a straight stroke adjusting valve which has good sealing performance, has two functions of adjustment and opening and closing, can be matched with a pneumatic or electric actuator, and is suitable for a control system requiring a large adjustable ratio. The problem that current governing valve exists:

(1) as shown in fig. 1, the pilot-operated type internal part structure can meet the working conditions of high temperature, low temperature and high pressure, but has the disadvantages of complicated structure, high processing cost, unsuitability for low-pressure working conditions, complicated unbalanced force calculation process, non-rigid connection between a valve core and a valve rod, and easy surging, which is the biggest disadvantage of the pilot-operated type structure;

(2) as shown in fig. 2, the structure is a floating plug balanced type internal member structure, the structure cannot be applied to a high-temperature working condition due to the problem of the material of the balance ring, and also, when the temperature is low, the shrinkage coefficient of the floating plug ring is far larger than that of metal due to the problem of the material of the balance ring, the size deformation is serious, the problem cannot be solved even by a special low-temperature sealing ring in the market, and the floating plug ring becomes abnormally hard at low temperature, so that the leakage requirement cannot be met, even the valve is easy to be stuck, the floating plug ring balanced type structure is only applicable to the working condition of about-29-200 ℃, even under the working condition, the floating plug ring balanced type structure is continuously rubbed with metal more, the friction force exists, the service life is not long, the internal member of the floating plug ring type structure cannot eliminate the unbalanced force, and therefore, the valve cannot eliminate the unbalanced force;

(3) as shown in fig. 3, the flexible graphite balanced type internal structure is similar to a universal plug ring structure, and the sealing material is different, but the flexible graphite is suitable for a high-temperature low-pressure-difference working condition, and is suitable for static sealing due to the structural problem of the flexible graphite, but the dynamic sealing high-pressure-difference condition is easily blown away by pressure, the leakage level difference is large, the friction force is large, and the unbalanced surface of the internal part of the flexible graphite balanced type structure cannot be eliminated, so that the unbalanced force cannot be eliminated by the valve;

(4) as shown in fig. 4, the structure of the C-shaped ring is suitable for high-low temperature and high-low pressure working conditions, and the C-shaped ring has a complex forming process and a welding problem, and the welding joint processing technology is difficult to overcome, can be used under the condition that the leakage level is not greater than iv level, has short-time sliding friction at the closing moment, is easy to have a strain problem, cannot meet the requirement under the condition of strict requirement on leakage, has a large unbalanced area, and is not beneficial to stable adjustment;

The specific implementation process comprises the following steps: according to the invention, a conical sealing surface at the lower end of the valve core 2 and the valve seat 5 form a first seal, and then the balance sealing ring 11 made of metal and the elastic sealing ring 12 form a second seal, so that the elastic sealing ring 12 can be tightly matched under the compensation action of the elastic sealing ring 12 no matter in a high-temperature state or a low-temperature state; and the first sealing gasket 13 and the second sealing gasket 14 on the upper side and the lower side of the elastic sealing ring 12, the third sealing gasket 8 is installed on the lower portion of the valve seat 5, the fourth sealing gasket 9 on the upper side of the pressing ring 7 is embedded with the fifth sealing gasket 23 in the gasket groove 22, and the combined action of the sealing gaskets enables the regulating valve to be stably regulated in high-temperature and low-temperature environments.
