1. An automatic spraying and painting machine, comprising:
a housing;
the walking assembly comprises a driving device arranged in the shell, and a running wheel and a steering wheel which are arranged at the bottom of the shell;
the painting assembly comprises a storage tank, a suction pump, a material conveying pipe and a spray head, wherein the storage tank is arranged in the shell, the suction pump is arranged in the storage tank, the spray head is connected with the suction pump through the material conveying pipe, and a feed inlet extending out of the shell is formed in the side surface of the storage tank;
an electronic control assembly electrically connected with the drive device and the suction pump.
2. The automatic paint spraying and brushing machine according to claim 1, further comprising a lifting assembly, wherein the lifting assembly comprises a lifting table arranged on the side surface of the casing, and the spray head is fixed on the top of the lifting table.

An automatic paint spraying and brushing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that said spray heads are provided in plurality, each of said spray heads being arranged in a row and connected to said lifting table by means of a fixed seat, said fixed seat being hingedly connected to said lifting table.
4. The automatic paint spraying and brushing machine according to claim 1, wherein the traveling assembly further comprises an infrared probe disposed on a side surface of the housing, and the infrared probe is electrically connected with the electronic control assembly.
5. The automatic paint spraying and brushing machine according to claim 1, wherein a control panel is provided on a side of said housing, said control panel being electrically connected to said electrical control assembly.
6. The automatic paint spraying and brushing machine according to claim 1, wherein said storage tank is further provided with a drain outlet extending to the exterior of said housing.
7. The automated paint applicator of claim 1 wherein the drive means is a servo motor.
8. The automatic paint sprayer according to claim 1, wherein the spray head is disposed in a fan shape.
Background
With the continuous improvement of the living standard of the materials, the decoration precision requirement of people on houses is gradually improved. Wherein, in order to promote the comfort level of living in house, need whitewash room wall usually, but present wall whitewashes for artifical the completion mostly, and the efficiency of construction is low, fitment limit is long, and the fitment is with high costs.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide an automatic spraying and painting machine which has the advantages of excellent spraying effect, shortened decoration period, improved decoration efficiency and the like.
Based on this, the present invention provides an automatic spray painting machine, comprising:
a housing;
the walking assembly comprises a driving device arranged in the shell, and a running wheel and a steering wheel which are arranged at the bottom of the shell;
the painting assembly comprises a storage tank, a suction pump, a material conveying pipe and a spray head, wherein the storage tank is arranged in the shell, the suction pump is arranged in the storage tank, the spray head is connected with the suction pump through the material conveying pipe, and a feed inlet extending out of the shell is formed in the side surface of the storage tank;
an electronic control assembly electrically connected with the drive device and the suction pump.
In some embodiments of the present application, the shower head further includes a lifting assembly, the lifting assembly includes a lifting platform disposed on a side surface of the housing, and the shower head is fixed to a top portion of the lifting platform.
In some embodiments of the present application, the shower nozzle is equipped with a plurality ofly, and each shower nozzle is established to one row and through the fixing base with the elevating platform is connected, the fixing base with the elevating platform is articulated to be connected.
In some embodiments of the present application, the walking assembly further includes an infrared probe disposed on a side surface of the housing, and the infrared probe is electrically connected to the electronic control assembly.
In some embodiments of the present application, a control panel is disposed on a side surface of the housing, and the control panel is electrically connected to the electronic control assembly.
In some embodiments of the present application, the storage tank is further provided with a drain extending to the exterior of the housing.
In some embodiments of the present application, the driving device is a servo motor.
In some embodiments of the present application, the spray head is disposed in a fan shape.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
It should be understood that the terms "front", "rear", and the like are used herein to describe various information, but the information should not be limited to these terms, which are used only to distinguish one type of information from another. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic spraying and painting machine, which comprises a housing 1, a walking assembly, a painting assembly, a lifting assembly and an electric control assembly. Specifically, the walking assembly comprises a driving device (not shown) arranged in the shell 1, and a running wheel 4 and a steering wheel 5 which are arranged at the bottom of the shell 1, wherein the driving device preferably selects a servo motor and is connected with the running wheel 4 and the steering wheel 5, so that the walking and steering of the whole automatic spraying and painting machine are controlled, and the normal running of a painting process is ensured; the painting component is used for painting and painting the wall surface of a house and comprises a storage tank (not shown), a suction pump (not shown), a conveying pipe (not shown) and a nozzle 10, wherein the storage tank is arranged in the shell 1, the suction pump is arranged in the storage tank, the nozzle 10 is connected with the suction pump through the conveying pipe, a feeding hole 6 extending to the outside of the shell 1 is further formed in the side surface of the storage tank, paint is firstly blended during actual use, then the paint is poured into the storage tank through the feeding hole 6, the suction pump is started during use, the suction pump sucks the paint and transmits the paint to the nozzle 10 through the conveying pipe, and the nozzle 10 is operated to paint and paint the wall surface; an electric control assembly (not shown) is electrically connected with the servo motor of the walking assembly and the suction pump of the painting assembly and is used for controlling the operation of the structure.
Of course, for the painting assembly of the present application, besides the suction pump, various other suction structures may be provided for conveying the paint in the storage tank, such as a booster pump provided in the storage tank, a paint delivery by raising the pressure of the paint in the storage tank by using the pressure difference between the inside and the outside, and so on.

Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, the walking assembly further includes a plurality of infrared probes 7 disposed on the surface of the housing 1, and the infrared probes are also electrically connected to the electronic control assembly, so as to detect the conditions in the house, prevent the automatic spraying and painting machine from colliding with the wall body when in use, and ensure the normal operation of spraying and painting.
As shown in fig. 1, for the electric control component of the present application, an operator may transmit a signal to the electric control component through a wireless signal transmitter to realize remote control of the automatic spraying and brushing machine, or a control panel 2 electrically connected to the electric control component may be disposed on a side surface of the housing 1 as in the embodiment of the present invention, and the control panel 2 may be used to realize adjustment of the automatic spraying and brushing machine.
