Background
Wine has a very important position in human diet life all the time, and permeates through the whole long civilization history of five thousand years of China. Throughout history, wine cannot be left until the royal public noble and the dawn people, during festive festival, at home banquet sacrifice and at relatives and relatives gathering. Proper drinking has the functions of tranquilizing, promoting sleep, ventilating, dispelling cold, relaxing muscles and tendons, promoting blood circulation, stimulating gastric juice and saliva secretion, and invigorating stomach. However, because the wine contains alcohol, the wine is easy to cause alcoholism after long-time or excessive drinking, and liver cells and brain cells are damaged; chronic alcoholism can cause alcoholic cirrhosis.
In recent years, various health-care wines are developed based on the problems, but most of the existing health-care wines are added with medicines playing a certain role in treatment, and the addition of the medicines is that the taste of the wine is easily changed and the wine culture cannot be well fitted; secondly, although the increase of the medicines has a treatment effect on one disease, the components of the medicines have influence on other medicines used in daily life.
Selenium is a trace element necessary for human bodies, has important physiological functions and is closely related to the health of human beings. In 1957, the famous scientist professor shiwa z found that selenium has a magical liver protection effect when studying cases of hepatic necrosis for a long time, the selenium element is called as 'anti-hepatic necrosis protection factor', and after long-term exploration by researchers, the main effects of selenium on human bodies are summarized as follows: enhancing immunity and delaying aging; detoxification function; protecting the liver; preventing and resisting cancer; preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. In addition, selenium also has effects of relieving mental depression caused by working pressure, improving sexual function, treating arthritis, diabetes, resisting radiation, and protecting retina. As said by world doctor authoritative feld microelements: "selenium is like an atomic bomb, the quantity is very small, the action and power are very large, once recognized, it will have profound effect on health".
Therefore, it is needed to provide a liver-protecting health-care wine rich in organic selenium and a preparation method thereof to solve the above problems.
