When the guide bar 58 and the upper device thereof move towards the direction close to the front clamping plate 64, the limiting round rod 91 can contact with the second limiting frame 92, the limiting round rod 91 can extrude the second limiting frame 92 to move downwards, the second limiting spring 93 can be stretched accordingly, when the limiting round rod 91 contacts with the other side of the second limiting frame 92, the second limiting frame 92 can reset under the resetting effect of the second limiting spring 93, and the second limiting frame 92 clamps the limiting round rod 91 and the upper device thereof.
Then other pushing devices push the synchronous movable frame 43 and the device thereon to move upwards, the driving plate 42 and the device thereon can reset under the action of the connecting rod 44, the driving rack 52 can drive the driving gear 56 to rotate reversely, the rotating shaft 53 and the device thereon can not rotate under the action of the overrunning clutch 55, and then the staff steps on the wine yeast material on the yeast making plate 1 into a wine yeast block by feet.

When the guide bar 58 and the upper device thereof move towards the direction close to the front clamping plate 64, the push rod 85 pushes the movable oblique bar 107 to move, the third compression spring 108 is compressed therewith, then the push rod 85 is separated from the movable oblique bar 107, the movable oblique bar 107 is reset under the reset action of the third compression spring 108, when the guide bar 58 and the upper device thereof are reset, the push rod 85 is contacted with the other side of the movable oblique bar 107, the push rod 85 pushes the movable oblique bar 107 and the upper device thereof to move towards the direction close to the transverse limiting plate 2, the movable guide rod 106 drives the slotted oscillating rod 105 to oscillate, so that the slotted oscillating rod 105 drives the pushing strip plate 102 and the upper device thereof to move for a short distance, the second compression spring 103 is compressed therewith, the push plate 101 pushes the trampled koji blocks on the koji making plate 1 to loosen the trampled blocks on the koji making plate 1 to prevent the trampled blocks on the koji making plate 1 from being adhered to the koji making plate 1, the distiller's yeast block treaded on the yeast making plate 1 can be taken out conveniently.
When the push rod 85 and the device thereon move away from one of the guide rail frames 3 under the guiding action of the second slotted guide frame 81 and the slotted sloping plate 82, the push rod 85 will be separated from the movable sloping strip 107, so that the push rod 85 will not push the movable sloping strip 107 any more, and the second compression spring 103 in a compressed state will be reset accordingly, thereby resetting the push strip 102 and the device thereon, and the slotted oscillating rod 105 will oscillate accordingly, thereby resetting the movable guide rod 106 and the device thereon.
Repeating the above steps can process the next distiller's yeast.
