wherein the wall thickness of the connecting portion is greater than the wall thickness of the body.

the muffler of any one of claims 5 to 7.

9. A refrigeration device, comprising:

the muffler of any one of claims 5 to 7; or

Background

When the rotary compressor is in operation, the refrigerant is compressed in the pump body to cause airflow pulsation, and noise is generated outwards through the discharge of high-pressure high-temperature refrigerant gas. Therefore, an exhaust muffler may be provided in the rotary compressor to reduce the operation noise of the rotary compressor. Among the correlation technique, rotary compressor's exhaust muffler mainly uses the panel beating stamping forming spare of steel as the main, causes the rotary compressor who uses this kind of exhaust muffler to have with high costs shortcoming, and the connecting portion plane degree of stainless steel muffler is poor, easily takes place deformation under high temperature environment, leads to the screw moment of torsion to change, and then can't guarantee the noise cancelling effect of muffler.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art or the related art.

To this end, a first aspect of the present invention proposes a resin composition.

A second aspect of the invention proposes a muffler.

A third aspect of the present invention provides a compressor.

A fourth aspect of the invention provides a refrigeration apparatus.

In view of the above, the first aspect of the present invention provides a resin composition, comprising the following components, by weight: 35-50% of polybutylene terephthalate; 10-25% of polyethylene terephthalate; 40-50% of glass fiber.

Wherein, through reasonably setting the weight percentage of Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) in the resin composition, the surface smoothness and the abrasion-resistant friction of a workpiece (such as a silencer) made of the resin composition can be obviously improved, the resistance of a fastener (such as a screw) when the silencer is fastened can be reduced, the abrasion resistance of the silencer can be increased, the connecting part on the silencer is prevented from cracking under the action of the tightening force of the screw, and the connecting part is prevented from crushing when the compressor is assembled. And PET has good toughness, further prevents the fracture of connecting hole department, guarantees compressor reliability and stability of operation.

Furthermore, the weight percentage of the glass fiber in the resin composition is reasonably set, so that the weight percentage of the glass fiber is larger, the tensile strength, the bending strength and the thermal deformation temperature of the silencer can be effectively ensured, the silencer can work for a long time in a high-temperature environment (such as 140 ℃) and the adaptability and the universality of the use of products can be improved.

Further, by reasonably setting the weight percentage of Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) in the resin composition, the silencer has the advantages of high heat resistance, toughness, fatigue resistance, self-lubrication, low friction coefficient, weather resistance, low water absorption and the like. And the PBT has low cost, so that the cost of the resin composition can be effectively reduced. Therefore, various properties of the muffler, such as electrical insulation, can be secured even in a humid environment.

Further, the silencer made of the resin composition can work at 140 ℃ for a long time, can meet the environmental requirements of the internal operation of the compressor, has light specific gravity, can effectively reduce the cost of the compressor, and ensures the silencing effect of the silencer and the compressor in a high-temperature environment.

The resin composition according to the present invention may further have the following additional features:

in the above technical solution, further, the resin composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40% of polybutylene terephthalate; 20% of polyethylene terephthalate; 40% of glass fiber.

In the technical scheme, the resin composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight by reasonably setting the mass percentage of each component of the resin composition: 40 percent of polybutylene terephthalate, 20 percent of polyethylene terephthalate and 40 percent of glass fiber, thus ensuring that the specific gravity of the silencer made of the resin composition is only 1/5 to 1/4 percent of that of a stainless steel silencer, and further greatly reducing the production cost of products. In any of the above technical solutions, further, the diameter of the glass fiber has a value range of: 8 μm to 28 μm.

In this technical scheme, through the value range of reasonable setting glass fiber's diameter, make it satisfy: 8-28 μm, the resin composition has better mechanical property and cold medium precipitation resistance, and further the tensile strength, bending strength and heat distortion temperature of the silencer made of the resin composition are ensured. Specifically, the diameter of the glass fiber includes any of the following: 8 μm, 9 μm, 26 μm, 27 μm and 28 μm. Of course, other diameters are possible, not just examples.

In any of the above technical solutions, further, the intrinsic viscosity of the polybutylene terephthalate has a value range of: 0.6ml/g to 1.5 ml/g; the intrinsic viscosity of the polyethylene terephthalate is in the following value range: 0.4ml/g to 1.0 ml/g.

In the technical scheme, the intrinsic viscosity of the polybutylene terephthalate is reasonably set and the value range of the intrinsic viscosity of the polyethylene terephthalate is set, so that the value range of the intrinsic viscosity of the polybutylene terephthalate is as follows: 0.6ml/g to 1.5ml/g, and the intrinsic viscosity of the polyethylene terephthalate is in a value range of: 0.4ml/g to 1.0ml/g, the resin composition can ensure good flow property, and further ensure the surface smoothness, heat resistance, toughness and abrasion and friction resistance of the silencer made of the resin composition. Specifically, the intrinsic viscosity of the polybutylene terephthalate includes any one of: 0.6ml/g, 0.7ml/g, 1.4ml/g and 1.5ml/g, although other intrinsic viscosity numbers are possible, and examples thereof are not given here. Specifically, the intrinsic viscosity of the polyethylene terephthalate includes any one of: 0.4ml/g, 0.5ml/g, 0.9ml/g and 1.0ml/g, although other intrinsic viscosity numbers are possible, and examples thereof are not given here.

In a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a silencer made by injection molding the resin composition according to any one of the first aspect.

The silencer provided by the invention is formed by injection molding of the resin composition according to any one of the technical schemes in the first aspect, so that the silencer has all the beneficial effects of the resin composition, and the description is omitted here.

In addition, compared with the silencer made of metal materials, the silencer made of the resin composition (engineering plastics) has the following advantages:

firstly, the silencer is formed by injection molding of the resin composition, and has the advantages of simple processing technology, few processing procedures, low production cost and the like;

secondly, because the specific gravity of the resin composition is only 1/5 to 1/4 of stainless steel, the silencer using the resin composition can effectively reduce the cost of a compressor and improve the product competitiveness;

thirdly, the silencer made of the resin composition can be easily processed by injection molding, the size is stable, and particularly in the aspects of flatness of the connecting part and stretching of the body, the size requirement of processing is difficult to guarantee for the silencer made of metal materials by stamping and stretching.

In the above technical solution, further, the wall thickness t of the muffler satisfies: t is more than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 3 mm.

In this technical solution, the wall thickness t of the silencer satisfies: t is more than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 3mm, the integral structural strength, the temperature resistance and the mechanical property of the silencer can be ensured, the wear resistance of the silencer is enhanced, the condition that the silencer is cracked due to the tightening force of a fastening piece when being assembled with other devices is avoided, the condition that the connecting part of the silencer, which is used for being assembled with other devices, is crushed when the compressor is assembled is avoided, and a solid and reliable structural foundation is provided for product assembly and use. If the wall thickness of the silencer is smaller than 1mm, the wall thickness of the silencer is thin, so that the connecting part of the silencer used for connecting other devices is prone to cracking or even being crushed, the effective use performance of the product cannot be guaranteed, and the service life of the product is short. Specifically, the wall thickness of the silencer is 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, etc., but other wall thickness dimensions are also possible, which is not limited herein.

In any of the above technical solutions, further, the muffler includes: a body; a connecting part connected with the body; wherein, the wall thickness of connecting portion is greater than the wall thickness of body.

In this technical scheme, the muffler includes body and the connecting portion that are connected, and body and connecting portion are as an organic whole to be moulded plastics and are formed. The body is connected with other devices through the connecting part, specifically, the connecting part is provided with a connecting hole, and part of the structure of a fastener (such as a screw) is locked in the connecting hole so as to connect the silencer with other devices.

The compressor provided by the invention comprises the silencer according to any one of the second technical scheme, so that the compressor has all the beneficial effects of the silencer, and the description is omitted here.

A fourth aspect of the present invention provides a refrigeration apparatus comprising: the muffler of any of the embodiments of the second aspect; or the compressor according to the third aspect.

The refrigeration device provided by the invention comprises the silencer according to any one of the second technical scheme; or a compressor as in the third aspect, and therefore has all the benefits of the above-described muffler or compressor, none of which is stated herein.

Additional aspects and advantages of the invention will be set forth in part in the description which follows, and in part will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the invention.

Detailed Description

In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.

In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.

The resin composition, the muffler 1, the compressor and the refrigerating apparatus according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1.

An embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention provides a resin composition, comprising the following components, by weight: 35-50% of polybutylene terephthalate; 10-25% of polyethylene terephthalate; 40-50% of glass fiber.

Wherein, through reasonably setting the weight percentage of Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) in the resin composition, the surface smoothness and the abrasion-resistant friction of a workpiece (such as a silencer) made of the resin composition can be obviously improved, the resistance of a fastener (such as a screw) when the silencer is fastened can be reduced, the abrasion resistance of the silencer can be increased, the connecting part on the silencer is prevented from cracking under the action of the tightening force of the screw, and the connecting part is prevented from crushing when the compressor is assembled. And PET has good toughness, further prevents the fracture of connecting hole department, guarantees compressor reliability and stability of operation.

In addition, the weight percentage of the polyethylene glycol terephthalate in the resin composition is reasonably set, so that the silencer has the advantages of excellent abrasion and friction resistance, fatigue resistance, dimensional stability, electric insulation, good transparency, seepage prevention, light weight, high production efficiency and the like.

Furthermore, the weight percentage of the glass fiber in the resin composition is reasonably set, so that the weight percentage of the glass fiber is larger, the tensile strength, the bending strength and the thermal deformation temperature of the silencer can be effectively ensured, the silencer can work for a long time in a high-temperature environment (such as 140 ℃) and the adaptability and the universality of the use of products can be improved.

In addition, because the glass fiber is added, the tensile strength and the bending strength of the silencer can be greatly improved, the thermal deformation temperature is also greatly improved, the shape change of the silencer is small even if the silencer works in a high-temperature environment, and the silencing effect of the silencer can be ensured.

Further, by reasonably setting the weight percentage of Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) in the resin composition, the silencer has the advantages of high heat resistance, toughness, fatigue resistance, self-lubrication, low friction coefficient, weather resistance, low water absorption and the like. And the PBT has low cost, so that the cost of the resin composition can be effectively reduced. Therefore, various properties of the muffler, such as electrical insulation, can be secured even in a humid environment.

In addition, the weight percentage of the polybutylene terephthalate in the resin composition is reasonably set, so that the silencer has the advantages of high hot water resistance, alkali resistance, acid resistance, oil resistance, good formability and the like.

Further, the silencer made of the resin composition can work for a long time at 140 ℃, and can meet the environmental requirements of the internal operation of the compressor. In addition, because the material density of the resin composition is reduced, the weight of the silencer and the compressor can be reduced, the cost of the compressor can be effectively reduced, and the silencing effect of the silencer and the compressor in a high-temperature environment can be ensured.

In one embodiment of the present invention, further, the resin composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40% of polybutylene terephthalate; 20% of polyethylene terephthalate; 40% of glass fiber.

In this embodiment, the resin composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight by reasonably setting the mass percentages of the components of the resin composition: 40 percent of polybutylene terephthalate, 20 percent of polyethylene terephthalate and 40 percent of glass fiber, thus ensuring that the specific gravity of the silencer made of the resin composition is only 1/5 to 1/4 percent of that of a stainless steel silencer, and further greatly reducing the production cost of products. In addition, the service life of the silencer in a high-temperature environment can be prolonged, and the silencing effect of the silencer in the high-temperature environment can be ensured, so that the subsequent maintenance and repair cost of the product can be reduced.

In an embodiment of the present invention, further, the diameter of the glass fiber is in a range of: 8 μm to 28 μm.

In this embodiment, the value range of the diameter of the glass fiber is reasonably set to satisfy the following conditions: 8-28 μm, the resin composition has better mechanical property and cold medium precipitation resistance, and further the tensile strength, bending strength and heat distortion temperature of the silencer made of the resin composition are ensured. Specifically, the diameter of the glass fiber includes any of the following: 8 μm, 9 μm, 26 μm, 27 μm and 28 μm. Of course, other diameters are possible, not just examples.

In an embodiment of the present invention, further, the intrinsic viscosity of the polybutylene terephthalate is in a range of: 0.6ml/g to 1.5 ml/g; the intrinsic viscosity of the polyethylene terephthalate is in the following value range: 0.4ml/g to 1.0 ml/g.

As shown in fig. 1, according to the second embodiment of the present invention, a silencer 1 is also provided, and the silencer 1 is injection molded by using the resin composition according to the first embodiment.

The silencer 1 provided by the present invention is injection molded by using the resin composition according to the embodiment of the first aspect, and therefore, all the advantageous effects of the resin composition are obtained, which is not described herein.

In addition, the silencer 1 made of the resin composition (engineering plastic) has the following advantages compared with the silencer 1 made of a metal material:

firstly, the silencer 1 is formed by injection molding of a resin composition, and has the advantages of simple processing technology, few processing procedures, low production cost and the like;

secondly, since the specific gravity of the resin composition of the present application is only 1/5 to 1/4 of stainless steel, the muffler 1 using the resin composition can also effectively reduce the cost of the compressor and improve the product competitiveness;

thirdly, the silencer 1 made of the resin composition can be easily processed by injection molding, the size is stable, and particularly in the aspects of flatness of the connecting part and stretching of the body, the size requirement of processing is difficult to guarantee for the silencer made of metal materials by stamping and stretching.

In one embodiment of the invention, further, the wall thickness t of the silencer 1 satisfies: t is more than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 3 mm.

In this embodiment, the wall thickness t of the muffler 1 satisfies: t is more than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 3mm, the integral structural strength, the temperature resistance and the mechanical property of the silencer 1 can be ensured, the wear resistance of the silencer 1 is enhanced, the cracking condition caused by the tightening force of a fastener when the silencer 1 is assembled with other devices is avoided, the crushing condition of a connecting part of the silencer 1 assembled with other devices during the assembly of a compressor can be avoided, and a solid and reliable structural foundation is provided for the assembly and the use of products. If the wall thickness of the silencer 1 is smaller than 1mm, the wall thickness of the silencer 1 is thin, so that the connecting part of the silencer 1 for connecting other devices is prone to cracking or even being crushed, the effective use performance of the product cannot be guaranteed, and the service life of the product is short. Specifically, the wall thickness of the silencer 1 is 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, etc., but other wall thickness dimensions are also possible, which is not limited herein.

As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, further, the muffler 1 includes: a body 10; a connecting part 20 connected with the body 10; wherein the wall thickness of the connecting portion 20 is greater than that of the body 10.

In this embodiment, the muffler 1 includes a body 10 and a connecting portion 20 connected to each other, and the body 10 and the connecting portion 20 are integrally injection-molded. Wherein the body 10 is connected with other devices through the connection part 20, and specifically, the connection part 20 is provided with a connection hole into which a part of a fastening member (e.g., a screw) is structured to be locked to connect the muffler 1 with other devices.

Further, the wall thickness of the connecting portion 20 is greater than that of the body 10, that is, the local wall thickness of the muffler 1 can be increased in a targeted manner according to actual use requirements, and the structural strength of the connecting portion 20 is enhanced, so that the probability that the connecting portion 20 is cracked or even crushed can be reduced, and the assembly performance of the muffler 1 is improved. In addition, the structure is arranged under the condition of ensuring the assembling stability, the silencing effect and the use reliability of the silencer 1 and other devices, the wall thickness of the area at the non-connecting part 20 of the silencer 1 is thinned, the weight of the silencer 1 is favorably reduced, the material investment is reduced, and therefore, the production cost of products is favorably reduced.

According to an embodiment of the third aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a compressor, including: a silencer as claimed in an embodiment of the second aspect.

The compressor provided by the invention comprises the silencer according to the embodiment of the second aspect, so that the compressor has all the advantages of the silencer, and the description is omitted here.

A fourth aspect of the present invention provides a refrigeration apparatus comprising: a muffler as described in the embodiment of the second aspect; or a compressor as in the embodiment of the third aspect.

The invention provides a refrigerating device, comprising the silencer according to the embodiment of the second aspect; or a compressor as described in the embodiment of the third aspect, and thus has all the advantages of the above-described muffler or compressor, which will not be described herein.

In a particular embodiment, a refrigeration device comprises: refrigerators, air conditioners and freezers, of course, also include other refrigeration devices that employ the mufflers or compressors of the present application, not to mention a few examples.

In the present invention, the term "plurality" means two or more unless explicitly defined otherwise. The terms "mounted," "connected," "fixed," and the like are to be construed broadly, and for example, "connected" may be a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; "coupled" may be direct or indirect through an intermediary.
