Centering indicating device for assembling side beam of center sill of railway vehicle
1. A centering indicator device for use in the assembly of a center sill side sill of a railway car, the device comprising:
the bottom plate is used for being connected with the assembling platform;
the guide cylinder is connected to the bottom plate through a support;
the push rod is movably arranged in the guide cylinder in a penetrating way, and one end of the push rod is provided with a pointer;
the protection plate is arranged on one side of the guide cylinder, and a pointer through hole matched with the pointer is formed in the protection plate;
the spring is arranged between the push rod and the guide cylinder and can push the push rod to enable the pointer to move to one side far away from the protection plate.
2. The centering indicator for assembling a center sill and side sill of a railway vehicle of claim 1 wherein said bottom plate is flat and has a plurality of elongated waist holes formed therein.
3. The alignment indicator apparatus for a railway car center sill side sill assembly of claim 2 wherein said bottom plate is connected to a top surface of a underframe assembly jig of said assembly platform by a plurality of said long waist holes and bolt assemblies.
4. The centering indicator for a railway vehicle center sill side sill assembly of claim 1 wherein a tie plate is disposed between said floor and a top surface of said underframe assembly jig.
5. The centering indicator for a railway car center sill side sill assembly of claim 1 wherein said bracket includes two risers, said two risers being disposed in parallel on said upper side of said floor, said fender being connected at one end of said two risers, said guide bushing being disposed between said two risers.
6. The centering indicator for a railway vehicle center sill side sill assembly of claim 1 wherein said pointer includes a cylindrical portion having a first threaded bore provided at one end thereof, said first threaded bore being connected to a first external thread of said one end of said push rod, and a tapered portion provided at the other end thereof.

The centering indicator for a railway vehicle center sill side sill assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein a front guide cover and a rear guide cover are respectively provided at both ends of the guide cylinder, the front guide cover and the rear guide cover are ring-shaped, the inner diameters of the front guide cover and the rear guide cover are smaller than the inner diameter of the guide cylinder, one end of the spring is connected to the front guide cover, and the other end of the spring is connected to a spring seat on the outer circumference of the push rod.
8. The centering indicator for a railway car center sill assembly of claim 7 wherein said rear guide cap is threadably connected to said guide tube and said spring seat interferes with said rear guide cap.
9. The alignment indicator apparatus for a railway car center sill side sill assembly of claim 7 wherein the centerlines of said front guide cover, said rear guide cover and said pointer through hole are collinear.
10. The centering indicator for a railway vehicle center sill assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein a grip groove is formed on an outer circumference of the other end of said push rod.
Background
In the assembling process of a middle beam or a side beam in the existing railway vehicle underframe assembly, the assembling process of the middle beam or the side beam is as follows: blanking (leaving process allowance at two ends during blanking), drilling, assembling welding accessories, cutting off the process allowance at two ends, assembling on an underframe assembling jig, welding an underframe, and entering the next procedure after the cross inspection is qualified.
The center sill or the side sill generally preferentially adopts the section steel, the section steel is firstly blanked, certain process allowance is respectively reserved at two ends of the section steel during blanking, and the phenomenon that the center sill or the side sill contracts and deforms in the process of prefabricating, assembling and welding to cause the over-tolerance of the total length size is prevented. In order to ensure the structural symmetry and the convenient scribing of the middle beam or the side beam, before each beam is prefabricated, a transverse or vertical center line of each beam is scribed at a web plate at the middle part of each beam to replace or approach a theoretical center line, holes and accessories on each beam are scribed and symmetrically positioned towards the two ends of each middle beam or each side beam in sequence by taking the scribed center line as a reference, then the middle beam or each side beam is drilled or welded by assembly according to scribing positioning, shrinkage empirical values are generated after the middle beam or each side beam is welded on an underframe, the allowance at the two ends of each middle beam or each side beam is cut off, each beam is assembled on an underframe assembly jig, and the length and the size of each underframe and each beam meet the requirements after the underframe and each beam are assembled and welded.
In order to ensure the structural symmetry of the middle beam or the side beam and reduce the assembly dimension error as much as possible, when the middle beam or the side beam is positioned and assembled on the underframe assembly jig, the middle beam or the side beam after prefabrication needs to be replaced or close to the transverse or vertical central line and be superposed with the transverse central line on the underframe assembly jig, and the central lines of the middle beam or the side beam and the transverse central line on the underframe assembly jig have space dimension, so that the centering indicating device for assembling the middle beam and the side beam of the railway vehicle is needed, the assembly quality and the assembly efficiency of the middle beam and the side beam are improved, and the observation and the operation are convenient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a centering indicating device for assembling a center sill and a side sill of a railway vehicle, aiming at the defects in the prior art, the device is provided with a bottom plate connected with an assembling platform, a push rod and a pointer which can stretch in a guide cylinder are arranged above the bottom plate, the central line of the pointer is conveniently superposed with the transverse central line of an underframe assembling tire by adjusting the installation position of the bottom plate, the pointer is aligned to an ideal pre-scribed central point of the center sill or the side sill at a web plate, and the assembling precision of the center sill or the side sill during assembling is improved.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a centering indicator for assembling a center sill side sill of a railway vehicle, comprising:
the bottom plate is used for being connected with the assembling platform;
the guide cylinder is connected to the bottom plate through a support;
the push rod is movably arranged in the guide cylinder in a penetrating way, and one end of the push rod is provided with a pointer;
the protection plate is arranged on one side of the guide cylinder, and a pointer through hole matched with the pointer is formed in the protection plate;
the spring is arranged between the push rod and the guide cylinder and can push the push rod to enable the pointer to move to one side far away from the protection plate.
Optionally, the bottom plate is a flat plate, and a plurality of long waist holes are formed in the bottom plate.
Optionally, the bottom plate is connected with the top surface of the underframe assembly jig of the assembly platform through a plurality of long waist holes and bolt assemblies.
Optionally, a cushion plate is arranged between the bottom plate and the top surface of the underframe assembly jig.
Optionally, the support includes two risers, two the riser parallel arrangement in the bottom plate upside, the guard plate is connected two the one end of erecting the version, the guide cylinder sets up two between the riser.
Optionally, the pointer includes a column portion and a cone portion, one end of the column portion is provided with a first threaded hole, the first threaded hole is connected with a first external thread of the one end of the push rod, and the cone portion is disposed at the other end of the column portion.
Optionally, a front guide cover and a rear guide cover are respectively arranged at two ends of the guide cylinder, the front guide cover and the rear guide cover are annular, the inner diameters of the front guide cover and the rear guide cover are smaller than that of the guide cylinder, one end of the spring is connected with the front guide cover, and the other end of the spring is connected with a spring seat on the periphery of the push rod.
Optionally, the rear guide cover is connected to the guide cylinder by a screw thread, and the spring seat interferes with the rear guide cover.
Optionally, the centerlines of the front guide cover, the rear guide cover and the pointer via are collinear.
Optionally, a grip groove is provided on an outer circumference of the other end of the push rod.
The invention provides a centering indicating device for assembling a center sill and a side sill of a railway vehicle, which has the beneficial effects that:
1. the device is provided with a bottom plate connected with an assembly platform, a push rod and a pointer which can stretch in a guide cylinder are arranged above the bottom plate, the central line of the pointer is conveniently superposed with the transverse central line of an underframe assembly jig by adjusting the installation position of the bottom plate, the pointer is aligned to an ideal central point pre-scribed at a web of a middle beam or a side beam, and the assembly precision of the middle beam or the side beam during assembly is improved;
2. the device is convenient to adjust the installation position during installation by arranging the long waist hole on the bottom plate so that the center line of the pointer is superposed with the transverse center line of the underframe assembling tire, and the height of the pointer can be conveniently adjusted by adjusting the thickness of the base plate so that the tip of the pointer points to the intersection point (ideal center point) of the vertical center line, the transverse center line and the longitudinal center line of the middle beam or the side beam, which are pre-scribed at the web plate, at the outer surface of the web plate;
3. the device can adjust the height of the pointer by increasing or decreasing the thickness of the base plate between the bottom plate and the underframe assembling jig, so that the center point of the pointer is aligned with the center point of the web plate at the intersection point of the vertical center line and the transverse center line at the web plate of the middle beam or the side beam, if the vertical central line drawn during the original blanking process is not vertical due to the flexibility or deformation of welding after each long beam part is prefabricated, the center point of a pointer of the device is matched with the center point position of the intersection line of the vertical center line and the transverse center line at the web plate of the middle beam or the side beam in centering, so that the accuracy of the coincidence of the transverse or vertical center of the middle beam or the side beam and the transverse center space on the underframe assembly jig during the assembly of the underframe of the railway vehicle is improved, and the design problem that the middle line is not parallel to the original middle line and cannot be corrected when the middle line is drawn by adopting the existing centering and scribing device on a long and large member is solved;
4. the device is provided with a protection plate and a telescopic push rod, so that the pointer retracts to the inner side of the protection plate when in a non-working state, the pointer is protected, and the damage of the pointer is avoided;
5. the telescopic push rod of the device drives the pointer to move, so that the device can keep a certain safe distance with the middle beam or the side beam when in use, does not need to be arranged in a manner of being tightly attached to the middle beam or the side beam, and does not influence the lifting and leaving of the underframe from the underframe assembling tire after the middle beam and the side beam are assembled;
6. the device has simple structure, low cost and convenient and labor-saving operation.

Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
The invention provides a centering indicating device for assembling a center sill and a side sill of a railway vehicle, which comprises:
the bottom plate is used for being connected with the assembling platform;
the guide cylinder is connected to the bottom plate through a bracket;
the push rod is movably arranged in the guide cylinder in a penetrating way, and one end of the push rod is provided with a pointer;
the protection plate is arranged on one side of the guide cylinder, and a pointer through hole matched with the pointer is formed in the protection plate;
the spring, the spring setting is between push rod and guide cylinder, and the spring can promote the push rod and make the pointer remove to the one side of keeping away from the guard plate.
Specifically, the bottom plate is used for fixing the device on the assembling platform, the mounting position of the device can be determined according to a scribing line on the assembling platform, the mounting height of the device can be adjusted by adopting a mode of adding a base plate, after the device is fixed, the push rod is pushed to overcome the elastic force of the spring, so that a pointer on the push rod extends out of a pointer through hole, the position of the middle beam or the side beam is adjusted through the pointing direction of the pointer and a pre-scribed central line on the middle beam or the side beam to be assembled, and the assembling precision of the middle beam or the side beam is higher; after adjustment is finished, the push rod only needs to be loosened, the spring automatically retracts the pointer to the rear side of the protection plate, the pointer is protected, and the pointer is prevented from being accidentally scraped to deform and lose the accuracy of centering indication.
In one example, the guide cylinder is cylindrical and made of steel pipe, and the push rod is a cylindrical rod.
Optionally, the bottom plate is a flat plate, and a plurality of long waist holes are formed in the bottom plate.
Specifically, the bottom plate is formed by processing a steel plate and mainly plays a role in supporting and connecting, and four long waist holes for bolt connection are formed in the bottom plate along the length direction of the underframe assembling jig, so that the device can be conveniently longitudinally adjusted during assembling, and the center line of a pointer of the device is coincided with the center of the underframe assembling jig.
Optionally, the bottom plate is connected to the top surface of the undercarriage assembly jig of the assembly platform by a plurality of long waist holes and bolt assemblies.
Specifically, threaded holes matched with the long waist holes are formed in the top surface of the underframe assembling jig.
Optionally, a tie plate is disposed between the bottom plate and the top surface of the underframe assembly tire.
Specifically, the backing plate adopts the steel sheet processing of different thickness to form, and the backing plate can have multiple thickness dimension, mainly plays the device height control's effect, for being connected, corresponds on it and sets up four connecting bolt holes, for being adjusted, can adopt the backing plate combination of different quantity and different thickness to use.
Optionally, the support includes two risers, and two riser parallel arrangement are in the bottom plate upside, and the guard plate is connected in the one end of two perpendicular boards, and the guide cylinder setting is between two risers.
Specifically, the riser is formed by steel sheet processing, sets up in guide cylinder head both sides by two risers, with the fixed equipment welding of guide cylinder on bottom plate and guard plate, the riser plays the effect of connecting parts such as strengthening rib and protection steel pipe and pointer simultaneously.
Optionally, the pointer includes a cylindrical portion and a tapered portion, one end of the cylindrical portion is provided with a first threaded hole, the first threaded hole is connected with a first external thread of one end of the push rod, and the tapered portion is provided at the other end of the cylindrical portion.
Specifically, the outer diameter of the cylindrical part is equal to that of the push rod, the cylindrical part and the push rod are coaxial, the push rod can be pushed to drive the pointer to penetrate through the pointer through hole, and the conical part is contacted with the middle beam or the side beam, so that the center of the middle beam and the side beam is aligned to be indicated.
Optionally, a front guide cover and a rear guide cover are respectively arranged at two ends of the guide cylinder, the front guide cover and the rear guide cover are annular, the inner diameters of the front guide cover and the rear guide cover are smaller than the inner diameter of the guide cylinder, one end of the spring is connected with the front guide cover, and the other end of the spring is connected with a spring seat on the periphery of the push rod.
Specifically, preceding direction lid can weld on the guide cylinder, and back direction lid detachably connects on the guide cylinder, conveniently dismantles and changes push rod and pointer.
Furthermore, the outer diameter of the push rod is matched with the inner diameter of the front guide cover and the inner diameter of the rear guide cover, so that the push rod is guided, and the indicating precision is guaranteed.
Optionally, the rear guide cover is connected with the guide cylinder through threads, and the spring seat is interfered with the rear guide cover.
Specifically, the spring holder welds on the push rod, and the spring holder interferes with back direction lid mutually and can be spacing to the push rod, keeps the push rod in the guide cylinder.
Optionally, the centerlines of the front and rear guide caps and the pointer via are collinear.
Specifically, the central lines of the front guide cover, the rear guide cover and the pointer via hole are collinear, and when the push rod is pushed, the push rod drives the pointer to linearly move along the central line of the pointer to point to the center of the middle beam or the side beam.
Optionally, a grip groove is provided on the outer circumference of the other end of the push rod.
Specifically, the holding groove is a concave groove on the push rod from outside to inside, so that the push rod is convenient to hold and prevent slipping when being pushed.
Examples
As shown in fig. 1 to 16, the present invention provides a centering indicator for assembling a side sill of a center sill of a railway vehicle, comprising:
a base plate 1 for connecting with an assembly platform 12;
the guide cylinder 8 is connected to the bottom plate 1 through a bracket;
the push rod 4 is movably arranged in the guide cylinder 8 in a penetrating way, and one end of the push rod 4 is provided with a pointer 10;
the protection plate 2 is arranged on one side of the guide cylinder 8, and a pointer 10 through hole matched with the pointer 10 is formed in the protection plate 2;
and a spring 7, wherein the spring 7 is arranged between the push rod 4 and the guide cylinder 8, and the spring 7 can push the push rod 4 to enable the pointer 10 to move to the side far away from the protection plate 2.
In this embodiment, the bottom plate 1 is a flat plate, and a plurality of long waist holes are formed in the bottom plate 1.
In this embodiment, the bottom plate 1 is connected to the top surface of the underframe assembly jig of the assembly platform 12 by a plurality of long waist holes and bolt assemblies.
In the present embodiment, a tie plate 13 is provided between the bottom plate 1 and the top surface of the underframe-assembling tire.
In this embodiment, the support includes two risers 3, and two risers 3 parallel arrangement are in 1 upside of bottom plate, and guard plate 2 connects in the one end of two vertical boards, and guide cylinder 8 sets up between two risers 3.
In the present embodiment, the pointer 10 includes a cylindrical portion and a tapered portion, one end of the cylindrical portion is provided with a first threaded hole connected with a first external thread of one end of the push rod 4, and the tapered portion is provided at the other end of the cylindrical portion.
In this embodiment, a front guide cover 9 and a rear guide cover 5 are respectively disposed at two ends of the guide cylinder 8, the front guide cover 9 and the rear guide cover 5 are annular, the inner diameters of the front guide cover 9 and the rear guide cover 5 are smaller than the inner diameter of the guide cylinder 8, one end of the spring 7 is connected with the front guide cover 9, and the other end of the spring 7 is connected with the spring 7 seat 6 on the periphery of the push rod 4.
In the present embodiment, the rear guide cover 5 is screw-coupled to the guide cylinder 8, and the spring 7 seat 6 interferes with the rear guide cover 5.
In this embodiment, the center lines of the holes of the front guide cover 9, the rear guide cover 5 and the pointer 10 are collinear.
In this embodiment, a grip groove is provided on the outer circumference of the other end of the push rod 4.
In summary, when the centering indicator for assembling the center sill 11 of the railway vehicle provided by the present invention is used, the assembling of the side sill 11 is taken as an example: the device is adjusted to the right position, namely, the bottom plate 1 is longitudinally adjusted and moved by utilizing four longitudinal long waist holes of the bottom plate 1, so that the longitudinal center line 16 of the tip end of the pointer 10 on the bottom plate 1 is superposed with the transverse center line 15 on the underframe assembling tire, the height of the longitudinal center line 16 of the tip end of the pointer 10 is adjusted by adopting a mode of increasing the thickness or the number of the adjusting backing plates 13 between the bottom plate 1 and the underframe assembling tire, so that when the tip end of the pointer 10 is in a working state and extends out, the intersection (ideal center point) of the alternative vertical center line 14, the transverse center line 15 and the longitudinal center line 16 which are pre-drawn at the web of the side beam with the tip center being just at the outer surface of the web, the point is not influenced by the deflection of the side beam or welding deformation, and is the central point closest to the ideal center (replacing the intersection point of the vertical center and the transverse center of the side beam), and the central line and the central point at the web of the side beam can be scribed on one side or two sides according to specific conditions.
In the process of mass production, the middle beam and the side beam are identical in processes of blanking, assembly welding and accessories and the like, the side bending or welding deformation rules are considered to be identical, the intersection points (ideal center points) of the vertical center line 14, the transverse center line 15 and the longitudinal center line 16 of the middle beam and the side beam at the web instead of the web at the outer surface of the web are close to the whole center of the middle beam or the side beam and are symmetrical in structure, so the side bending or welding deformation amount is minimum, the intersection points (ideal center points) at the outer surface of the web are considered to be close to the actual center points, and the points can be determined by scribing.
When the device is used, firstly, the side beam which is marked with a central line at the center of the web plate is hung on an assembly tire and is abutted against a transverse positioning block, then the handle part of the end part of a push rod 4 of the device is pushed by hand, the push rod 4 drives a spring 7 seat 6 fixed on the push rod 4 to move forwards, the spring 7 seat 6 drives a compression spring 7 to move forwards, meanwhile, the push rod 4 drives a pointer 10 connected with the front section of the push rod 4 to extend forwards to touch the web plate of the side beam (namely a working position), the longitudinal distance between the center of the tip of the pointer 10 and the ideal central point at the web plate of the middle beam or the side beam is measured, then the hand is released, the push rod 4 pushes the spring 7 seat 6 under the restoring force action of the compression spring 7 to drive the push rod 4 and the pointer 10 connected with the head of the push rod 4 to retract to the protective seat (namely a non-working position), then the side beam is longitudinally, and finally, operating the transverse and vertical clamping devices on the assembly tire to ensure that the middle beam or the side beam cannot move during fastening and ensure the accurate position of the middle beam or the side beam.
When the device is assembled, the front guide cover 9 is welded on the guide cylinder 8, the spring 7 penetrates into the guide cylinder 8 firstly, after the end part of the pointer 10 is fastened with the thread connection of the head part of the push rod 4, the fastened push rod 4 is inserted into the inner ring of the spring 7 in the guide cylinder 8 and the inner hole of the front guide cover 9, the rear guide cover 5 is screwed in and fastened, the front part of the spring 7 is contacted with the inner side surface of the front guide cover 9, the rear part of the spring 7 is contacted with the inner side surface of the spring 7 seat 6 welded on the push rod 4, a gap is reserved between the spring 7 seat 6 on the push rod 4 and the rear guide cover 5, enough stroke is provided when the push rod 4 is pushed out, and the rear guide cover 5 mainly plays a role in preventing the push rod 4 from being separated and guided. When the pointer 10 of the device is partially disassembled, on the contrary, the pointer 10 rotates reversely, then the guide cover 5 disassembles the pointer, the push rod 4 and the spring 7 are pulled out, then the pointer 10 and the push rod 4 rotate reversely to separate the pointer from each other, and the pointer 10 is assembled according to the assembling sequence after being processed or replaced.
In order to match the connecting and adjusting functions of the bottom plate 1 of the device, a corresponding number of bolt connecting holes are drilled in corresponding positions of the underframe assembling jig in a matching manner.
The device has simple structure, safety and reliability, has the functions of anti-collision and central position adjustment, and is suitable for popularization and application on underframe assembling tires of various types of railway vehicles.
