Please refer to fig. 2, the top end of the storage box 1 is provided with a moving slot matched with the first rod 6, the top end and the bottom end of the cooling box 201 are both provided with a moving slot matched with the first rod 6, the top end of the storage box 1 is provided with a moving slot matched with the second rod 8, and the top end and the bottom end of the cooling box 201 are both provided with a moving slot matched with the second rod 8, so as to facilitate the movement of the first rod 6 and the second rod 8.

Please refer to fig. 3, the top and bottom of the cooling box 201 are provided with vent holes, the blower 202 is electrically connected to the external power source through a wire, and the condenser 203 is electrically connected to the external power source through a wire, so that the external power source supplies power to the device main body through a wire.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, when a user is ready to fix an electronic element, the electronic element is clamped between two limiting plates 5 to be preliminarily fixed, a power switch of a motor 11 is started, an output end of the motor 11 drives a rotating rod 10 to rotate, the rotating rod 10 drives a gear disc 7 to rotate, as the outer walls of a first rod 6 and a second rod 8 are both provided with clamping teeth matched with the gear disc 7, the gear disc 7 rotates to drive the first rod 6 and the second rod 8 to move towards each other, the first rod 6 and the second rod 8 move towards each other to drive a first plate 3 and a second plate 9 to move towards the outer wall of the electronic element, when the inner walls of the first plate 3 and the second plate 9 are in close contact with the outer wall of the electronic element, the electronic element can be fixed, when the user is ready to process the electronic element, a power switch of a condensation pipe 203 is started, the condensation pipe 203 cools air in a cooling box 201, and a power switch of an air blower 202 is started, the blower 202 blows cold air inside the cooling box 201 to the electronic components through the ventilation openings, the electronic components are cooled, and the working efficiency of a user is effectively improved.
