Background
The construction and maintenance of port and waterway and the ecological dredging engineering of lake and river can generate a large amount of sludge, and the sludge generally has the characteristics of high water content (slurry state), high compressibility, low strength and the like, and is not suitable for direct utilization.
The main problems and drawbacks of the prior art include:
the existing feasible recycling treatment method is to add external agents such as flocculating agents, curing agents and the like into the sludge, combine mechanical filter pressing dehydration (such as plate and frame filter presses and stacked screw type dehydrators) to realize deep dehydration, directly utilize a granulator to extrude and granulate the generated mud cakes, and finally mix and backfill the mud particles and the plain soil. However, the ballast type granulator has a plurality of defects, which causes poor granulation and molding quality and low efficiency; on one hand, mud particles produced by the ballast type granulator have the poor characteristics of cavities, incompact corners, small specific area, poor flowability and the like; on the other hand, the cutter shearing method adopted in the prior art has large error, so that the granulation specifications are inconsistent, and finally, the backfill soil material formed by mixing the mud particles generated by granulation and the plain soil has poor engineering characteristics and low utilization rate.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems and the defects in the prior art, the invention provides an integrated device for secondary granulation and balling by using dehydrated mud cakes, wherein the dehydrated mud cakes are firstly subjected to primary treatment by a ballast crushing device, the volume of the mud cakes is greatly reduced, and then the dehydrated mud cakes are further extruded and molded by a secondary granulation and balling device to form mud balls, so that the granulation effect and the stability of materials are further improved, the compaction degree and the specific surface area of the mud grains are also greatly improved, and the process of recycling the mud grains as a filling material by mixing with plain soil is facilitated.

an integrated device for secondary granulation and balling by using dewatered mud cakes comprises a floor, a left support frame and a right support frame, wherein the left support frame and the right support frame are respectively fixed on the left side and the right side of the floor; a storage and transportation bin is fixedly arranged above the left supporting frame, a ballasting tank is fixedly arranged on the right supporting frame, and the ballasting tank is connected with the storage and transportation bin through a baffle; a hydraulic pump working box is installed on the left side of the bottom of the ballast granulation box, the hydraulic pump working box is connected with a hydraulic mechanism through a transmission pipe, the hydraulic mechanism is fixedly connected with a loading steel plate through a telescopic hydraulic cylinder, the loading steel plate is located on the top of the ballast granulation box, a ballast granulation template is arranged on a bottom groove of the ballast granulation box, a moving chute is installed on the outer side of the ballast granulation template, and a cutting steel string is arranged on the moving chute; and a ball pressing box is arranged on the right side of the right support frame, and materials ballasted by the ballast granulating box are conveyed into the ball pressing box through a bent scraper conveyor.
Further, the bottom end of the bent scraper conveyor is fixedly connected with a first rotating motor, and the first rotating motor is fixed on the bottom plate; the top of the bent scraper conveyor is connected with a feed hopper at the top of the ball pressing box in an embedded manner; a pair of ball pressing rollers arranged side by side, namely a first ball pressing roller and a second ball pressing roller, are arranged in the ball pressing box; the right side of the first ball pressing roller is fixedly connected with a first gear, and the first gear is meshed with a second gear and then extends to be connected to a second rotating motor; and a discharge hole is formed in the bottom of the ball pressing box.
Preferably, the surfaces of the first ball pressing roller and the second ball pressing roller are both provided with ball grooves, and the front side and the rear side are provided with plugging plates for preventing material leakage; and the blocking plate is provided with a clearing scraper.
Preferably, the cleaning scraper is made of flexible alloy materials, and the cutting edge of the cleaning scraper is arranged from inside to outside and is bent downwards.
Preferably, the material of the inner wall of the ballast granulating tank is high-strength cast iron, and the wall thickness is 20mm-30 mm; the left side of the ballast granulation tank is connected with the storage and transportation bin through a baffle plate, and the baffle plate is adjusted to lift through a control valve.
Preferably, the ballast granulating template is provided with a plurality of circular truncated cone-shaped slotted holes with the inner end diameter larger than the outer end diameter, and the distance between the adjacent slotted holes is 9-12 mm.
Preferably, the cutting steel string adopts a special steel wire belonging to photovoltaic consumables, and the surface of the steel wire is plated with zinc and copper; the cutting steel string is fixed on the movable sliding groove and used for achieving back-and-forth cutting.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the device carries out granulation treatment on the dewatered mud cake to obtain smaller spherical particles, can be used for engineering occasions such as roadbed filling, earthwork backfilling and the like, provides a new way for efficient recycling of the mud, and has remarkable economic and social benefits.
(2) The invention has compact layout and convenient use, completes the granulation process of the dewatered mud cake through secondary granulation, greatly improves the balling rate and the output speed of materials, leads the balling of mud particles to be more compact and stable, and is not easy to be broken due to internal cavities.
(3) The invention controls the material conveying speed of the material in a track conveying mode, so that the material can be uniformly conveyed into the ballast granulating tank and the ball pressing tank, and the effect of effectively avoiding material clogging is achieved.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, which are provided for illustration only and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
As shown in figure 1, the invention provides an integrated device for secondary granulation and balling by using dehydrated mud cakes, which comprises a floor 1, wherein a left support frame 2 is erected on the floor 1, the left support frame 2 fixedly bears a storage and transportation bin 3, the top of the storage and transportation bin 3 is provided with a first feeding hole 4, and the bottom of the storage and transportation bin 3 is provided with a transmission crawler 5 to realize uniform material conveying; a movable baffle 9 is arranged on the right side of the storage and transportation bin 3 and is connected with a ballast granulation tank 14, and the baffle 9 can be adjusted to lift by a control valve 8 to realize material conveying control; the ballasting tank 14 is made of high-strength cast iron with the wall thickness of 20mm-30mm, the hydraulic mechanism 11 is arranged at the top of the ballasting tank 14, the hydraulic pump working tank 6 fixed on the left support frame 2 is connected with the hydraulic mechanism 11 through the transmission pipe 10, the hydraulic mechanism 11 transmits pressure to the loading steel plate 13 through the telescopic hydraulic cylinder 12, the loading steel plate 13 extrudes materials to a circular table type slotted hole of the ballasting template 15 at the bottom, and the U-shaped cutting steel strings 17 arranged at two sides of the ballasting tank 14 can be cut back and forth through the movable sliding groove 16, so that the primary crushing process of the dewatered mud cake is completed.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a first rotating motor 7 is fixedly installed in the middle of a floor 1, the first rotating motor 7 drives a curved scraper conveyor 19 to complete secondary conveying of once-crushed and granulated mud particles, an inclined baffle is arranged at the bottom of the curved scraper conveyor 19 to assist feeding, a plurality of gate valves are arranged on scrapers of the curved scraper conveyor 19 to achieve ascending transportation, a discharge port is formed at the tail end of the curved scraper conveyor 19, and the once-crushed and granulated mud particles fall into a ball pressing box 21 through a feed hopper 20; the output shaft of the second rotating motor 25 is fixedly connected with a first gear 23, the left end of the first gear 23 is fixedly connected with a first ball pressing roller 26 extending into the ball pressing box 21, the rear side of the ball pressing box 21 is rotatably connected with a second gear 24 which is positioned at the rear side of the first gear 23 and is meshed with the first gear 23, and the left side of the second gear 24 is in transmission connection with a second ball pressing roller 27; the first ball pressing roller 26 and the second ball pressing roller 27 are provided with ball grooves on the surface layer, and the once crushed and granulated mud particles are further compacted and molded to form spherical particles under the extrusion action of the ball pressing rollers.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the front side and the rear side of the first ball pressing roller 26 and the second ball pressing roller 27 are provided with the plugging plate 22 to prevent the material from directly leaking through the gap between the ball pressing rollers and the wall of the ball pressing box, the plugging plate 22 is provided with a cleaning scraper 28 which can scrape the outer surfaces of the first ball pressing roller 26 and the second ball pressing roller 27, the cleaning scraper 28 is made of an alloy material with high flexibility, the cutting edge of the scraper is arranged from inside to outside and is bent downwards to be close to the outer wall of the ball pressing roller, so that the scraped spherical particles are rounded and closed as far as possible, and the forming quality of the material is improved. The mud particles after the primary granulation and crushing are extruded into a ball groove to complete secondary granulation and ball forming, and are immediately scraped by a cleaning scraper 28 after rotating for half a week, and finally the material output is completed through a discharge hole 29 arranged at the bottom.
