Background
The coal gangue is solid waste discharged in the coal mining process and the coal washing process, is a black grey rock which has lower carbon content and is harder than coal and is associated with a coal bed in the coal forming process, is one of mining solid waste, and comprises a mixture of coal gangue washed in a coal washing plant, hand-selected gangue in coal production, coal and rock discharged in the tunneling of a half coal roadway and a rock roadway, white gangue outside a coal system stacked together with the coal gangue and the like. The coal gangue separator is a device for grading and screening coal and gangue.
Although the sorting machine for sorting the intelligent coal gangue in the current market has very many types and quantities, the sorting machine for sorting the intelligent coal gangue has the following defects: the existing separator carries out screening on the coal gangue through a belt, but due to the difference of screening speeds, the coal gangue is easy to accumulate on the belt, so that the working efficiency of the machine body is poor, and a device convenient for adjusting the stacking amount of the belt is needed. Therefore, the existing sorting machine for sorting the intelligent coal gangue needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a conveying device of a gangue separator, which aims to solve the technical problem that materials are wasted due to the fact that the materials are scattered after a belt conveyor is stopped by a material stopping mechanism in the prior art.
The invention provides a coal gangue sorter conveying device which comprises a belt conveyor, a material blocking mechanism and material recovery mechanisms arranged on two sides of the belt conveyor in the running direction, wherein the material blocking mechanism is provided with a movable material blocking plate, the movable material blocking plate is arranged above the belt conveyor, a material receiving port of the material recovery mechanism is positioned below the extending direction of the movable material blocking plate, and the material recovery mechanisms are used for conveying recovered materials to upstream equipment.
According to the coal gangue separator conveying device provided by the invention, when the separation mechanism of the separator cannot completely process materials of the belt conveyor, and the materials of the movable baffle plate completely fall down, the materials blocked by the movable baffle plate can be recovered and conveyed to upstream equipment by arranging the material receiving port of the material recovery mechanism below the extension direction of the movable baffle plate, so that the materials blocked by the material blocking mechanism and falling on the ground from the belt conveyor do not need to be manually and specially cleaned, the waste of the materials is reduced, the utilization rate of the materials is improved, and the labor burden of operators is also reduced.
In the preferred technical scheme, the coal gangue sorter conveyor device further comprises a frame, the stop mechanism further comprises a driving motor and a transmission mechanism, the driving motor is installed in the frame, and the driving motor is connected with the movable stop plate through the transmission mechanism.
In an optimized technical scheme, the material blocking mechanism further comprises a guide block, the guide block is arranged on one side, opposite to the transmission mechanism, of the movable material blocking plate, the guide block is provided with a guide groove, and one side edge, far away from the transmission mechanism, of the movable material blocking plate is connected with the guide groove in a sliding mode.

In the preferred technical scheme, the top of the free end of the cabinet door body is also provided with a locking hole; the control cabinet further comprises a cabinet door locking assembly, the cabinet door locking assembly comprises a locking piece inserted into the locking hole and a first elastic component used for driving the locking piece to be inserted into the locking hole, and the first elastic component is further connected with the cabinet body.

Specifically, in this embodiment, bucket elevator can be chooseed for use to material recovery mechanism 21, usually when the material that blocks band conveyer 1 falls at activity striker plate 4, the material can't continue to advance because of blockking of activity striker plate 4, and the belt of band conveyer 1 upper reaches is still in the material of constantly carrying forward, the material can be piled up in activity striker plate 4 department, too much material then can fall from the band conveyer 1's of activity striker plate 4 both sides, lift hopper 22 is located bucket elevator's bottom this moment, receive the material that drops, the opening at lift hopper 22 top this moment, be the material receiving mouth of material recovery mechanism 21 promptly. When the elevator car 22 is about to fill, the elevator car 22 can be raised to dump the material back into the upstream equipment. If the movable striker plate 4 is not raised yet at this time, the operation of the belt conveyor 1 needs to be stopped to prevent the materials from being scattered on the ground. Set up material recovery mechanism 21, the total amount of material that can keep in when can obviously increasing activity striker plate 4 whereabouts is favorable to under the unrestrained condition of material as far as possible, increases belt conveyor's shut down interval, can improve belt conveyor's life.
Specifically, the upstream equipment may be a feed bin 23 for feeding a belt conveyor. The bucket elevator dumps the material into the feed opening of the feed bin 23.

Specifically, the pivoting portion 10 protrudes laterally from the cabinet door body, and the pivoting portion 10 has a pivoting shaft, which can be embedded into a pivoting connecting groove of the cabinet body.

Specifically, if the cabinet door body is made of a thicker material, or the cabinet door body is solid, the locking hole can be a counter bore. If the cabinet door body is made of a steel plate with the thickness of 1-2 mm, the locking hole can be a through hole. The lock member has an insertion portion inserted into the lock hole and a connection portion for being abutted by the first elastic member 14. By adopting the scheme that the first elastic component 14 drives the locking piece to be inserted into the locking hole, the cabinet door 11 can be prevented from being opened from the cabinet body due to unexpected vibration, so that electrical appliances in the control cabinet 9 are directly exposed outside, and the service life of the material conveying device of the coal gangue separator is prolonged. Such unexpected vibrations may be caused, among other things, by material on the conveyor belt, such as the coal gangue pile foundation movable striker plate 4, and also by the material falling onto the elevator buckets 22 of the material recovery mechanism 21.
Preferably, the cabinet door locking assembly further comprises a locking release member 13, and the locking release member 13 is connected with the locking member and penetrates through the top of the cabinet body.
Specifically, the lock releasing member 13 may include a pull rod portion, a lower end of the pull rod portion is fixedly connected to the connecting portion, and an upper end of the pull rod portion is fixedly connected to a disk-shaped member or a spider handle. The disc-shaped part or the plum blossom hand wheel is detachably connected with the pull rod part, or the bottom end of the pull rod part is in threaded connection with the connecting part. And the first elastic member 14 may be a cylindrical helical compression spring, and the first elastic member 14 is fitted over the pull rod portion. By arranging the locking piece 17 driven by the second elastic part 18, when the second elastic part 18 is in a state of small elastic potential energy, the locking piece 17 is driven to extend out of the locking mounting block 19, the outward rotating path of the protection plate 16 is blocked, and the protection plate 16 is prevented from being opened randomly.
