Background

Preferably, in some embodiments, the controlled device may further include a vibration component 108, and the vibration component 108 is connected to the output end of the master control server 103 through the power distribution control cabinet 107. The vibration component 108 includes a vibration motor 1081 or an air cannon 1082 arranged at a monitoring point, and the vibration component 108 is configured to receive the early warning signal sent by the master control server 103, and control the vibration motor 1081 or the air cannon 1082 to start according to the early warning signal. Specifically, the alarm component can be speaker, warning light etc. and the form through broadcast pronunciation or scintillation warning light makes the site work personnel learn the position that takes place to block up, and the suggestion is patrolled to the material jam point and is patrolled nearby patrolled personnel, and the auxiliary treatment guarantees that to block up the chute and finishes fast.
In the system for detecting material blockage in the production line of the coal preparation plant in some embodiments, the controlled device is a conveying device 106, a control end of the conveying device is connected with an output end of the main control server 103, and the conveying device stops working after receiving the stop signal. The application of network technology, various communication technologies can reduce the delay of data transmission time. The application of an industrial standard technical protocol enables a control technology of material blockage detection and treatment to be seamlessly linked with a production control system, so that the material blockage detection and treatment system is easy to enter a MIS system of a coal preparation plant and becomes a subsystem of a comprehensive automation system of an intelligent coal preparation plant.
This scheme makes coal preparation plant production line material chute detect and handle the integration, has improved production efficiency for coal preparation plant production line chute detects and handles and reaches automation, intellectuality.
