Background

In an exemplary embodiment, the moving mechanism comprises a threaded sleeve, a threaded shaft and a fixed bearing seat, wherein the threaded sleeve, the threaded shaft and the fixed bearing seat can move in a matched mode, the threaded shaft is fixed on the fixed bearing seat, and the threaded sleeve is connected with the closing wheel assembly and can slide on the guide rail.

In an exemplary embodiment, the automatic closing wheel adjusting unit comprises a plurality of automatic closing wheel adjusting units which are arranged at intervals along the width direction and the length direction of the conveyor respectively, and synchronous belt wheels of the automatic closing wheel adjusting units along the width direction are connected with the motor in series through a synchronous belt.
In an exemplary embodiment, the automatic conveyor closing wheel adjusting device further comprises a control device connected with the speed reducing motor.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a conveyor, which comprises an automatic conveyor closing wheel adjusting device, wherein the closing wheel of the automatic conveyor closing wheel adjusting device protrudes out of a conveying table of the conveyor, and a moving mechanism and a power part of the automatic conveyor closing wheel adjusting device are arranged on a rack at the bottom of the conveyor.
Compared with the prior art, the automatic adjusting device for the conveyor closing wheel is convenient and fast, saves adjusting time and simultaneously realizes equipment automation.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present invention may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.

When the automatic conveyor closing wheel adjusting device of the embodiment adjusts the width between the closing wheels 11 of the automatic adjusting units 1, the automatic conveyor closing wheel adjusting device can be realized by sliding the closing wheel bracket 10 on the sliding guide rail 12.
The moving mechanism 2 comprises a threaded sleeve 20, a threaded shaft 21 and a fixed bearing seat 22 which can move in a matching way. The threaded shaft 21 is fixed to the fixed bearing seat 22, and the threaded sleeve 20 is connected to the closing bracket 10 of the closing wheel assembly and can slide on the sliding guide rail 12. The transmission mechanism 3 includes a timing pulley 30 provided on the threaded shaft 21, and a timing belt 31 connecting the power element and the timing pulley 30.
The power member 4 in this embodiment is a speed reduction motor. The reduction motor, the slide rail 12, and the stationary bearing block 22 are provided to be fixed to a frame (not shown) at the bottom of the conveyor.
The automatic closing wheel adjusting unit 1 in this embodiment includes a plurality of synchronous pulleys 30 and a speed reducing motor which are respectively arranged along the width direction and the length direction of the conveyor at intervals, and the synchronous pulleys 30 and the speed reducing motor of the automatic adjusting unit 1 are connected in series through a synchronous belt 31. The drawing wheels 11 of the automatic adjusting units 1 of the plurality of drawing wheels can synchronously act to change the height, so that the drawing wheels 11 are in stressed contact with the plates, and the plates are adjusted to be drawn together by a certain angle fixed by the drawing wheels 11.
The automatic adjusting device for the conveyor closing wheel in this embodiment further includes a control device (not shown) connected to the reduction motor 4.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a conveyor 5 which comprises an automatic conveyor closing wheel adjusting device, wherein a closing wheel 11 of the automatic conveyor closing wheel adjusting device protrudes out of a conveying table 5 of the conveyor to abut against the bottom of a gypsum board 6, and a moving mechanism and a power part of the automatic conveyor closing wheel adjusting device are arranged on a rack at the bottom of the conveyor.
