The gypsum board dispensing apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the distributor comprises a base, and the locking device comprises bolt assemblies respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom of the base, jacks arranged on two sides of the rack, and a power device driving the bolt assemblies to move.

A gypsum board dispensing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: the bolt assembly comprises an air cylinder, a rod shaft and a sliding seat, wherein the rod shaft is installed in a matched mode with the air cylinder and can move relative to the air cylinder, the sliding seat is fixedly installed on the base, and the rod shaft is installed on the sliding seat and can slide on the sliding seat.
4. A gypsum board dispensing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the power device comprises an electromagnetic valve and an air path structure.

A gypsum board dispensing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein: the frame is including locating respectively base both sides and the arc orifice plate that extends along the frame direction of height, the arc orifice plate is equipped with a plurality ofly along the direction of height interval the jack.
6. The gypsum board dispensing apparatus of claim 5, wherein: the frame still including locating respectively base both sides and along the counter weight box that the frame direction of height extends, the arc orifice plate is located counter weight box side.
7. A gypsum board dispensing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: the distributor also comprises a belt conveyor, a transmission shaft and a carrier roller which are arranged on the base and can convey gypsum boards.
8. The gypsum board dispensing apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the lifting driving device comprises a speed reducing motor, a transmission shaft chain wheel and a chain, and the chain is connected with the distributor.

A gypsum board dispensing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: the gypsum board distribution device further comprises a control device and a sensing device, the control device is connected with the power device and the sensing device, when the sensing device senses that the distribution machine stops, the control device controls the power device to drive the bolt component to move, so that the distribution machine and the rack are locked, and when the sensing device senses that gypsum boards on the distribution machine leave, the control device controls the power device to drive the bolt component to move, so that the distribution machine is separated from the rack.
10. A gypsum board dispensing apparatus, comprising: a gypsum board dispensing apparatus and dryer as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the dryer includes a multi-tier drying chamber, and the plurality of receptacles of the gypsum board dispensing apparatus are positioned to correspond to the multi-tier drying chamber.
Background
At present, after gypsum board is formed, the board interlayer is conveyed into a multi-layer drying chamber dried by a dryer at a secondary control station through a distributor for drying. The whole distributor is about 12 meters long and 3.6 meters wide and consists of a transmission shaft, a carrier roller, a belt conveyor and a lifting drive. The distributor stops at the partition to convey the board into the drying chamber of the dryer. The lifting driving device mainly comprises a speed reducing motor and a transmission shaft, a chain wheel and a chain. In normal production, the distributor carries out the operation of conveying the plates by the partition layer automatically according to the set program and signal induction control, and due to the limitation of the overall equipment layout of the two control stations, personnel can only pass through the distributor (after the distributor is lifted) when carrying out other work or stopping for maintenance. The distributor is lifted only by the chains at two sides, so that the safety of personnel and equipment cannot be ensured.

In an exemplary embodiment, the dispenser includes a base, and the locking device includes latch assemblies respectively disposed on two sides of a bottom of the base, insertion holes respectively disposed on two sides of the frame, and a power device for driving the latch assemblies to move.
In an exemplary embodiment, the latch assembly includes a cylinder, a rod shaft mounted to cooperate with the cylinder and capable of moving relative to the cylinder, and a sliding block fixedly mounted to the base, the rod shaft being mounted to and capable of sliding on the sliding block.
In one exemplary embodiment, the power plant includes a solenoid valve and an air path structure.
In an exemplary embodiment, the rack comprises arc-shaped pore plates which are respectively arranged at two sides of the base and extend along the height direction of the rack, and the arc-shaped pore plates are provided with a plurality of jacks at intervals along the height direction.
In an exemplary embodiment, the rack comprises a counterweight box body which is respectively arranged at two sides of the base and extends along the height direction of the rack, and the arc-shaped orifice plate is arranged on the counterweight box body.
In an exemplary embodiment, the dispensing machine further includes a belt conveyor disposed on the frame and capable of conveying gypsum board, a drive shaft, and an idler.
In an exemplary embodiment, the lift drive comprises a reduction motor, a drive shaft sprocket, and a chain connected to the dispenser.
In an exemplary embodiment, the gypsum board dispensing device further comprises a control device and a sensing device, the control device is connected with the power device and the sensing device, when the sensing device senses that the dispensing machine is stopped, the control device controls the power device to move the latch assembly to lock the dispensing machine with the rack, and when the sensing device senses that gypsum boards on the dispensing machine leave, the control device controls the power device to move the latch assembly to separate the dispensing machine from the rack.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a gypsum board distribution apparatus, including: gypsum board distributor and desiccator, the desiccator includes the multilayer drying chamber, a plurality of gypsum board distributor the position of jack with the multilayer drying chamber corresponds the setting.
Compared with the prior art, the distributor and the rack can be locked when the distributor stops by adding the locking device, the distributor is prevented from falling down due to accidental breakage of the lifting removing device, the mechanism can be used when equipment is stopped for maintenance, and personnel can safely carry out maintenance work for a long time

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present invention may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict
As shown in fig. 1, the gypsum board distribution apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a distribution machine 1 capable of feeding gypsum boards to a dryer 5, a frame 2, and a lift drive device 3 provided on the frame 1. One end of the distributor 1 extends through the frame 2 in the direction of the drying chamber 50 of the dryer 5 and is installed in cooperation with the lifting drive device 3, and the other end is a fulcrum. The lifting driving device 3 is mounted on the frame 2 and can drive the distributor 1 to move up and down.
As shown in fig. 2, the plasterboard dispensing apparatus further comprises a locker 4, the locker 4 being mounted to the dispensing machine 1 and the chassis 2, the locker 4 locking the dispensing machine 1 to the chassis 2 when the dispensing machine 1 is parked.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the locking device 4 is arranged on the distributor, so that the locking device 4 can act simultaneously when the distributor 1 stops every time, and the problem of personnel safety caused by falling of the distributor 1 and shutdown and maintenance of the equipment due to accidental breakage of the driving device 3 is prevented.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the dispenser 1 includes a base 10, a belt conveyor 11 provided on the base 10 and capable of conveying gypsum boards, a drive shaft 12, and a carrier roller (not shown). The frame 2 includes weight boxes 20 respectively disposed at both sides of the base 10 and extending in a height direction of the frame 2. Frame 2 is still including locating base 10 both sides respectively and along the arc orifice plate 21 that 2 direction of height of frame extend, and counter weight box 20 sides are located to arc orifice plate 21, and arc orifice plate 21 is equipped with a plurality of jacks 210 along the direction of height interval. The locking device 4 includes a latch assembly 40, a socket 210 and a power device (not shown) for driving the latch assembly 40 to move, wherein the latch assembly 40 and the socket are respectively disposed on two sides of the bottom of the base 10. The power device in this embodiment includes a solenoid valve (not shown) and an air passage (not shown). The latch assembly 40 includes a cylinder 401, a rod shaft 402 mounted to the cylinder 401 and capable of moving relative to the cylinder 401, and a sliding seat 403 fixedly mounted to the base 10. The lever shaft 402 is mounted to the slide holder 403 and is slidable on the slide holder 403. The elevation driving device 3 of the present embodiment includes a reduction motor (not shown), a transmission shaft sprocket 30, and a chain 31, and the chain 31 is connected to the dispenser 1. The arc-shaped orifice plate 21 of the present embodiment not only enables the provision of the insertion holes 210 but also prevents the problem of interference of the dispenser 1 during the lifting and lowering.
The gypsum board dispensing apparatus of the present embodiment further includes a control device (not shown), and a sensing device (not shown). The control device is connected with the power device and the sensing device, when the sensing device senses that the distributor 1 stops, the control device controls the power device to drive the bolt component to move to lock the distributor 1 and the rack 2, and when the sensing device senses that a gypsum board on the distributor leaves, the control device controls the power device to drive the bolt component to move to separate the distributor 1 from the rack 2. Specifically, the control device controls the motor to start to drive the rod shaft 402 to move on the cylinder 401, and the rod shaft 402 is inserted into the insertion hole 210 on the arc-shaped orifice plate 21 or retracted from the insertion hole 210 on the arc-shaped orifice plate 21, so as to realize locking or separation.
As shown in fig. 1, the gypsum board distribution apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a gypsum board distribution device as described in the above embodiment, and a dryer 5, where the dryer 5 includes a multi-layer drying chamber 50, and the plurality of insertion holes 210 of the gypsum board distribution device are located corresponding to the multi-layer drying chamber 50.
According to the gypsum board distribution device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the arc-shaped pore plates 21 of the plurality of jacks 210 are additionally arranged on the counterweight box bodies 20 on two sides of the distribution machine 1 respectively, and the air cylinder 401, the sliding seat 402, the rod shaft 402, the electromagnetic valve and the air circuit are additionally arranged on the bottom surfaces on two sides of the base 10 of the distribution machine 1 respectively. The position of the insertion hole 210 of the arc-shaped orifice 21 corresponds to the position of each layer of the inlet of the dryer 5, so that when the distributor 1 stops at each layer according to the control of a program and a photoelectric signal, after the electromagnetic valve is electrified, the air cylinders 401 at two sides synchronously and quickly extend the rod shaft 402 to be inserted into the insertion hole 210 of the arc-shaped orifice, and the distributor 1 conveys the products. When the plate is input, the electromagnetic valve is powered on, the cylinders 401 on the two sides retract the rod shaft 402 quickly, and the distributor 1 does lifting action. And the steps are sequentially executed. When the equipment is overhauled, the distributor 1 stops at any layer, the air cylinder 401 can be operated manually, and the rod shaft 402 extends out and is inserted into the jack 210, and then the overhauling work is carried out.
