the clothes folding device comprises a workbench, a clothes folding mechanism arranged on the workbench and a clothes feeding mechanism for promoting folded clothes to keep a folded state and enter a bagging station, wherein the clothes folding mechanism comprises a folded plate arranged on the workbench and a clothes folding driving mechanism for driving the folded plate to vertically rotate, an avoiding groove is formed in the position, corresponding to the motion track of the folded plate, of the workbench, and the clothes to be folded are placed on the workbench; the clothes conveying mechanism comprises a guide piece arranged on the workbench, a guide groove is arranged in the guide piece, a feed port on the side edge of the guide groove faces the workbench, and a discharge port on the lower end of the guide groove is communicated with the bagging station; when the clothes folding driving mechanism drives the folded plate to vertically rotate to feed clothes on the workbench into the guide groove, the clothes are in a folded state, and the guide groove of the guide piece guides the clothes into the bagging station;
the bagging device comprises a frame, an express bag conveying module, a bag opening module, a bag sealing module and a cutting module which are arranged on the frame, wherein,
the express bag conveying module is used for conveying express bags; the bag opening module is used for opening the bag opening of the express bag conveyed out by the express bag conveying module; after the clothes are fed into the express bag, the bag sealing module is used for sealing the opening of the express bag; after the bag sealing is finished, the cutting module cuts the express bag filled with clothes, so that the express bag enters the next processing station.

The folding bagging apparatus for express delivery of clothing according to claim 1, wherein the guide members comprise two guide plates and two baffle plates, wherein the two guide plates are arranged in parallel, and the baffle plate is perpendicular to the two guide plates and is arranged at the end of one guide plate far away from the workbench; the space between the baffle and the two guide plates forms the guide groove.
4. The folding bagging apparatus for express delivery of garments according to claim 3, wherein the guide plate is provided with an outwardly inclined guide at an end adjacent to the table.

The folding bagging apparatus for express delivery of clothing according to claim 8, wherein the garment feeding mechanism further comprises a guide member disposed between the discharge port of the guide groove of the guide member and the inlet of the bagging station, and a lifting drive mechanism for driving the guide member to perform a lifting motion, wherein the guide member is provided with a guide groove; when the bag opening module opens the bag mouth of the express bag, the lifting driving mechanism drives the guide piece to move downwards, so that the lower end of the guide piece enters and supports the bag mouth of the express bag, and the discharge hole of the guide groove of the guide piece is communicated with the bag mouth of the express bag.

Background
With the continuous development and popularization of the internet, more and more people change from off-line shopping to on-line shopping, and after a customer places an order on a shopping platform, a merchant needs to package corresponding goods and send the goods to the customer in logistics ways such as express delivery and the like; for example, in the process of online shopping of clothes, after a customer places an order, a merchant needs to individually package clothes, put the clothes into an express bag and then post the clothes to the customer in an express way; however, at present, the work of loading clothes into express bags is usually completed manually, and when the order quantity is large, the bagging mode not only can increase the working strength of workers, but also has low efficiency and high cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The folding bagging device can be used for automatically folding and bagging clothes, has higher automation degree, can improve the working efficiency and is beneficial to reducing the cost.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a folding bagging system applying the folding bagging device.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the folding bagging device drives the folded plate to rotate through the clothes folding driving mechanism, so that the folded plate passes through the avoidance groove on the workbench and then drives clothes to be folded on the workbench to enter the guide groove of the guide piece, and in the process, the clothes are driven by the folded plate to take the position in contact with the folded plate as a folding center, and two ends of the clothes move oppositely to realize folding; when clothes enter the guide groove of the guide piece, the two side surfaces and the bottom surface of the guide groove limit the clothes, so that the clothes are kept in a folded state in the guide groove, and after the folded plate moves reversely away from the guide groove, the clothes slide downwards into a bagging station under the guide of the guide groove, and bagging work is finished.
2. The folding bagging device can realize automatic folding and bagging of clothes, can improve the working efficiency, and can reduce the labor intensity and labor cost of workers.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples and drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 1-9, the folding bagging system for express delivery of clothes of the invention comprises a carrying device 1, a clothes folding device 2, a bagging device 3, a labeling device 4 and a finished product output device 5.
The specific configurations of the conveying device 1, the clothes folding device 2, the bagging device 3, the labeling device 4, and the product output device 5 will be described in detail below.
(1) And the carrying device 1
Referring to fig. 1-9, the carrying device 1 is used for carrying clothes to be folded to a clothes folding station, and includes a carrying member 1-1 and a carrying driving mechanism for driving the carrying member 1-1 to carry the clothes to be folded to a workbench 2-1, wherein the carrying member 1-1 includes a carrying seat and carrying suckers arranged on the carrying seat, wherein the carrying suckers are in multiple groups, the multiple groups of carrying suckers are distributed on the carrying seat, in the embodiment, the carrying suckers are in four groups, and the four groups of carrying suckers are distributed at four opposite corners of the carrying seat; the conveying driving mechanism comprises a longitudinal conveying driving mechanism 1-3 for driving the conveying seat to do longitudinal movement and a vertical conveying driving mechanism 1-2 for driving the conveying seat to do vertical movement, wherein the longitudinal conveying driving mechanism 1-3 and the vertical conveying driving mechanism 1-2 can be driven by an air cylinder or a driving mode combining a motor and a screw rod transmission mechanism, and corresponding clothes conveying mechanisms (such as a slide block and slide rail mechanism and a slide rod and sliding sleeve mechanism) are arranged in the longitudinal conveying driving mechanism 1-3 and the vertical conveying driving mechanism 1-2 for guiding so as to drive the conveying piece 1-1 to convey clothes from a stacking platform or a previous processing station to the workbench 2-1;
the specific structure of the carrying suction cup can be implemented by referring to the following specific structure of the label grabbing suction cup, which is not described in detail herein.
(2) Clothes folding device 2
Referring to fig. 1-9, the clothes folding device 2 is arranged at the clothes folding station and used for folding clothes to be folded in half in the clothes folding station and then feeding the folded clothes into a bagging station; the clothes folding device 2 comprises a workbench 2-1, a clothes folding mechanism arranged on the workbench 2-1 and a clothes feeding mechanism for promoting the folded clothes to keep a folded state and enter a bagging station.
Referring to fig. 1-9, the clothes folding mechanism comprises a folded plate 2-4 arranged on a workbench 2-1 and a clothes folding driving mechanism for driving the folded plate 2-4 to vertically rotate, wherein the folded plate 2-4 comprises a clothes folding plate and a rotating plate, the workbench 2-1 is provided with an avoiding groove at a position corresponding to the motion track of the folded plate 2-4, and clothes to be folded are placed on the workbench 2-1; the clothes folding driving mechanism comprises a clothes folding motor 2-5, the clothes folding motor 2-5 is installed on the workbench 2-1, one end of the rotating plate is connected with a main shaft of the clothes folding motor 2-5, and the other end of the rotating plate is connected with the clothes folding plate. The clothes folding motor 2-5 drives the rotating plate in the folded plate 2-4 to rotate, so as to drive the clothes folding plate to rotate, the clothes folding plate penetrates through the avoiding groove in the workbench 2-1, and the clothes folding plate on the workbench 2-1 is driven to enter the guide groove of the guide part 2-3, so that the clothes are folded.
Wherein, the clothes folding plate and the rotating plate are integrally processed or respectively processed, and then the clothes folding plate is arranged on the rotating plate to form the folded plate 2-4; in addition, the area of the clothes folding plate is larger than that of the rotating plate, which is beneficial to folding the clothes in half.
Referring to fig. 1-9, the clothes feeding mechanism comprises a guide part 2-3 arranged on a workbench 2-1, the guide part 2-3 comprises two guide plates 2-31 and two groups of guide plates 2-31 arranged in parallel, and baffles 2-33 perpendicular to the two guide plates 2-31, wherein the baffles 2-33 are arranged at the end part, far away from the workbench 2-1, of one guide plate 2-31; the space between the baffle plate 2-33 and the two guide plates 2-31 forms the guide groove; wherein, the feed inlet of the side edge of the guide groove faces to the workbench 2-1, and the discharge outlet at the lower end of the guide groove is communicated with the bagging station; when the clothes folding driving mechanism drives the folded plate 2-4 to vertically rotate to feed clothes on the workbench 2-1 into the guide groove, the clothes are in a folded state, and the guide groove of the guide piece 2-3 guides the clothes into the bagging station.
The baffle plates 2-33 in the embodiment are fixedly connected with the guide plates 2-31, or is arranged on the guide plate 2-31 through an adjusting mechanism which is used for adjusting the distance between the baffle plate 2-33 and the workbench 2-1, thus, the guiding depth of the guiding groove can be adjusted, thereby being suitable for folding clothes with different sizes, wherein the adjusting mechanism can adopt a screw rod adjusting mechanism to connect the baffle plates 2-33 with a screw rod nut in the screw rod adjusting mechanism, a screw rod in the screw rod adjusting mechanism is rotationally connected to the guide plates 2-31, a screw rod nut and the baffle plates 2-33 are driven to move by driving the screw rod to rotate, thereby adjusting the guiding depth of the guiding groove to adapt to the folding of clothes with different sizes.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the guide plates 2 to 31 are provided with guide portions 2 to 32 inclined outward at ends close to the table 2 to 1 for guiding the laundry into the guide grooves.
Referring to fig. 1-9, the working principle of the clothes folding device 2 in the present invention is:
when the folding machine works, the carrying device 1 carries clothes to be folded onto the workbench 2-1, and then the clothes folding motor 2-5 drives the folded plate 2-4 to rotate, so that the folded plate 2-4 passes through the avoidance groove on the workbench 2-1 from bottom to top and supports the clothes from the lower part of the clothes to enter the guide groove of the guide part 2-3 upwards; in the process, the clothes take the part contacted with the folded plate 2-4 as the center of the double folding, and the two ends of the clothes drop downwards to realize the double folding. When the clothes enter the guide grooves, the two side surfaces and the bottom surface of the guide grooves limit the clothes, so that the clothes are kept in a folded state in the guide grooves, after the folded plate moves reversely away from the guide grooves, the clothes slide downwards under the guidance of the guide grooves into the guide grooves of the guide pieces 6, the guide pieces 6 accurately guide the clothes into the bagging station, and the bagging device 3 at the bagging station bags the clothes.
(3) Bagging device 3
With reference to fig. 1-9, the bagging device 3 is arranged at the bagging station for bagging the clothes entering the bagging station piece by piece and feeding them into the labeling station; the bagging device 3 comprises a rack, an express bag conveying module 3-1 arranged on the rack and used for conveying express bags, a bag opening module 3-2 used for opening the mouths of the express bags conveyed by the express bag conveying module 3-1, and a bag sealing module 3-3 used for sealing the mouths of the express bags, wherein the bag opening module 3-2 comprises bag opening suckers arranged on the rack and located at the outlets of the express bag conveying module 3-1, the bag opening suckers are divided into two groups, the two groups of bag opening suckers are horizontally arranged, and suction nozzles in the two groups of bag opening suckers are oppositely arranged; when the express bag conveyed by the express bag conveying module 3-1 passes through the space between the two groups of bag opening suckers, the two groups of bag opening suckers respectively suck the two sides of the express bag, and therefore the bag opening of the express bag is opened.
In this embodiment, the specific structures of the express bag conveying module 3-1 and the bag sealing module 3-3 may be implemented with reference to the existing equipment in the market, and the specific structure of the bag opening suction cup in the bag opening module 3-2 may be implemented with reference to the following specific structure of the label grasping suction cup.
In addition, the clothes feeding mechanism also comprises a guide piece 6 arranged between the discharge port of the guide groove of the guide piece 2-3 and the inlet of the bagging station and a lifting driving mechanism for driving the guide piece 6 to do lifting movement, wherein the guide piece 6 is provided with a guide groove; when the bag opening module 3-2 opens the bag mouth of the express bag, the lifting driving mechanism drives the guide piece 6 to move downwards, so that the lower end of the guide piece 6 enters and supports the bag mouth of the express bag, and the discharge hole of the guide groove of the guide piece 6 is communicated with the bag mouth of the express bag.
Through the arrangement, when clothes need to be bagged, the express bag conveying module 3-1 outputs express bags one by one, after each express bag comes out from a discharge port of the express bag conveying module 3-1, the bottom of the express bag penetrates through the two groups of bag opening suckers, and at the moment, the two groups of bag opening suckers work to respectively suck two sides of the express bag, so that the opening of the express bag can be opened; subsequently, the guide 6 moves downwards, so that the lower end of the guide 6 enters the express bag, and the lower end of the guide 6 props open the mouth of the express bag; at this moment, the discharge gate of guide groove lower extreme in the guide piece 6 with express delivery bag intercommunication, the clothing that comes out from the guide way of guide piece 2-3 enter into the express delivery bag smoothly under the guide of the guide way of guide piece 6 in, subsequently, the drive of lift actuating mechanism 6 upward movement of guide piece and with the express delivery bag separation, envelope module 3-3 carries out the envelope to the express delivery bag, and after accomplishing the envelope, the cutting module is decided the express delivery bag that is equipped with the clothing, makes it separate with next empty express delivery bag to enter into the station of labelling, by labelling device 4 at the surperficial label of express delivery bag.

Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the labeling device 4 is disposed at the labeling station, and includes a printing module 4-8 for printing a label (for example, a courier note) and a labeling module for taking out the label printed by the printing module 4-8 and attaching the label to a courier bag of a piece of clothing, wherein the labeling module includes a manipulator and a labeling driving mechanism for driving the manipulator to move so as to attach the label to the courier bag of the piece of clothing; wherein the manipulator comprises a label grabbing mechanism and a label grabbing driving mechanism for driving the label grabbing mechanism to move so as to realize label fetching and labeling actions, wherein,
the label grabbing mechanism comprises a rotating seat 4-2 and label grabbing suckers 4-1 arranged on the rotating seat 4-2, wherein the label grabbing suckers 4-1 are in multiple groups, and the multiple groups of label grabbing suckers 4-1 are distributed on the rotating seat 4-2; in the embodiment, the number of the label grabbing suckers 4-1 is two, and each group of the label grabbing suckers 4-1 is two; each label grabbing sucker 4-1 comprises a suction nozzle 4-11 and a suction rod 4-12 arranged on the suction nozzle 4-11, wherein the suction rod 4-12 vertically penetrates through the rotating seat 4-2, and a sliding groove matched with the suction rod 4-12 is formed in the position, in contact with the suction rod 4-12, of the rotating seat 4-2; limiting blocks 4-13 are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the rotating seat 4-2 in the suction rod 4-12, the diameter of each limiting block 4-13 is larger than that of the sliding groove, a spring 4-14 is arranged between the upper surface of each limiting block 4-13 at the lower end of the suction rod 4-12 and the lower end of the rotating seat 4-2, and the spring 4-14 is sleeved on the suction rod 4-12; in this way, when grabbing a label or labeling, the suction nozzle 4-11 can be elastically pressed on the label printed by the printing module 4-8 or the clothes to be labeled;
the label grabbing driving mechanism comprises a moving seat 4-4 and a labeling cylinder 4-3 arranged on the moving seat 4-4, wherein the rotating seat 4-2 is rotatably connected to the moving seat 4-4, a cylinder body of the labeling cylinder 4-3 is rotatably connected to the moving seat 4-4, and a telescopic rod of the labeling cylinder 4-3 is rotatably connected with the rotating seat 4-2;
the labeling driving mechanism comprises a longitudinal driving mechanism 4-5 for driving the moving seat 4-4 to do longitudinal movement, a vertical driving mechanism 4-6 for driving the longitudinal driving mechanism 4-5 to do lifting movement and a transverse driving mechanism 4-7 for driving the vertical driving mechanism 4-6 to do transverse movement; the longitudinal driving mechanism 4-5, the transverse driving mechanism 4-7 and the vertical driving mechanism 4-6 are driven by cylinders or by a driving mode of combining a motor and a screw rod transmission mechanism, and are all provided with sliding mechanisms to realize guiding.
Through the arrangement, before labeling, the transverse driving mechanism 4-7, the longitudinal driving mechanism 4-5 and the vertical driving mechanism 4-6 are matched with each other to drive the mechanical arm to move to the label taking station of the printing module 4-8, the printing module 4-8 prints information on a label, the printed label is conveyed to the supporting table, namely the label taking station, the labeling cylinder 4-3 drives the rotating seat 4-2 to vertically rotate, so that the label grabbing sucker 4-1 on the rotating seat 4-2 is elastically pressed on the label of the supporting table, and the label grabbing sucker 4-1 sucks the label; and then, the labeling cylinder 4-3 drives the rotating seat 4-2 to rotate reversely, so that the label on the supporting table is transferred to the label grabbing mechanism, and the label fetching action is completed. Then, the transverse driving mechanism 4-7, the longitudinal driving mechanism 4-5 and the vertical driving mechanism 4-6 are mutually matched to drive the mechanical arm to move to a labeling station, the labeling cylinder 4-3 drives the rotating seat 4-2 and the label grabbing mechanism on the rotating seat 4-2 to vertically rotate, so that a label is attached to an express delivery bag of clothes completing a bag sealing process, meanwhile, the label grabbing sucker 4-1 loosens the label, and the labeling cylinder 4-3 drives the rotating seat 4-2 to reversely rotate to reset, so that one labeling action is completed.
(5) Product output device 5
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the finished product output device 5 is used for sending out the clothes subjected to labeling work, and includes a conveying frame and a finished product conveying mechanism arranged on the conveying frame, wherein a starting end of the finished product conveying mechanism is communicated with a discharge port of the bagging device 3, a guide plate 3-4 is arranged between the discharge port of the bagging device 3 and the starting end of the finished product conveying mechanism, and the guide plate 3-4 is obliquely arranged and used for guiding the clothes subjected to labeling work procedure to the finished product conveying mechanism; finished product conveying mechanism can adopt hold-in range conveying mechanism, and concrete structure can refer to and realizes that current hold-in range conveying mechanism implements. In this way, the clothes which are labeled by the label process enter the finished product conveying mechanism under the guidance of the guide plates 3-4, and the finished product conveying mechanism conveys the clothes to the next processing station.
